The present invention provides a picture-showing facility, including a plurality of special effect devices, motion seat assemblies, and a control unit capable of controlling the special effect devices and the motion seat assemblies. The special effect devices include a fog generation device and a fan, and further include at least one selected from a group consisting of a bubble generation device, a laser generation device, a strobe generation device, and a scent generation device. Further, the present invention provides a method of showing a picture in the picture-showing facility. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a picture-showing facility equipped with special effect devices, which can maximize the audience's bodily sensation without interfering with the immersion of the audience in pictures, and provide motion seat assemblies enabling motions capable of reducing a motional burden placed on feeble persons.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates, in general, to a picture-showing facility including special effect devices. More particularly, the present invention relates to a picture-showing facility, which includes a plurality of special effect devices, motion seat assemblies, and a control unit capable of controlling the special effect devices and the motion seat assemblies, and in which the special effect devices include a fog generation device and a fan, and further include at least one selected from a group composed of a bubble generation device, a laser generation device, a strobe generation device, and a scent generation device.

Further, the present invention relates to a method of showing pictures in the picture-showing facility.

2. Description of the Related Art

Hitherto, typical facilities such as theaters where pictures are shown have functioned only as places to show pictures. Recently, facilities such as theaters providing various special effects to audiences when showing pictures have gained in popularity.

In other words, the normal theaters were places where audiences could experience pictures only acoustically and visually, but recent improved theaters are places where audiences can experience various special effects as well as acoustically and visually seeing pictures.

Generally, theaters for showing pictures derived from stereoscopic photography to provide a cubic effect to audiences are called “3-D theaters”. Theaters which are called “4-D theaters” stimulate not only the senses of sight and hearing but also the senses of touch and smell of audiences to enable the audience to see pictures using the five senses.

The origin of 4-D theaters is Ripley's moving theater of the U.S.A. which opened in 1989. At that time, this theater showed twenty-minute pictures made by special cinematic techniques and provided raining, blowing and snowing effects to audiences in response to scenes of the pictures while showing the pictures.

Special effect devices are indispensable for such 4-D theaters. Most existing special effect devices stimulated only the sense of touch by exposing the audience to air and water in response to a scene where it was raining, blowing or snowing.

However, the kind of conventional special effect devices is restrictive. Thus, the audience's satisfaction in terms of bodily sensation which can be derived from the special effects is comparatively low. For example, the special effect devices that have been used in existing 4-D theaters have been limited to water supply devices, such as dry ice devices, raining devices (water shooters), etc., that enable an audience to be touched by water and blowing devices, such as fans, etc., that enable the members of an audience to feel wind.

Meanwhile, systems in which the seats (hereinafter, referred to as “motion seats”) in which audiences sit are moved in response to the scenes of the picture have been developed separately from the special effect devices. Such motion seats are presently being widely used in a variety of theme parks. However, the motion seats could not be used in theaters other than special places, such as theme parks.

There are two reasons for this. First, unlike theme parks which can use the physical or psychological condition of the person to easily control whether that person is allowed to enter into a facility and become a member of an audience, an unspecified number of the general public including children or old people use theaters. Hence, operation of motion seats may strain feeble members of the audience. Second, unlike theme parks in which the running time of a picture is relatively short and the number of kinds of movies is small, in theaters which show typical pictures, the operation of motion seats may interfere with the immersion of audiences in the picture.

Moreover, when motion seats are used, coping with an unexpected accident occurring in the audience is required. However, in general theaters unlike theme parks, it is not easy to cope with this unexpected accident. For example, if a shock is applied to the heart of an audience by the operation of the motion seat and thus the audience moves when the motion seat is being operated, there is a probability of a secondary accident.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a picture-showing facility, in which other special effect devices, capable of maximizing a viewer's bodily sensation without interfering with the immersion of the viewer in a movie, are added to conventional special effect devices such as a fog generation device and a fan.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a picture-showing facility, which includes motion seats enabling motions capable of reducing the motional burden placed on feeble persons so that motion seats can be used in typical picture-showing facilities, unlike motion seats used in theme parks.

A further object of the present invention is to develop a system, which can stop motion seats and can prompt viewers to safely exit a picture-showing facility when an unexpected accident occurs while a picture is being watched.

In accordance with an aspect of the present invention to accomplish the above objects, there is provided a picture-showing facility, including a plurality of special effect devices; motion seat assemblies; and a control unit capable of controlling the special effect devices and the motion seat assemblies, wherein the special effect devices include a fog generation device and a fan, and wherein the special effect devices further include at least one selected from a group consisting of a bubble generation device, a laser generation device, a strobe generation device, and a scent generation device.

Preferably, the special effect devices include all of the bubble generation device, the fog generation device, the laser generation device, the strobe generation device, the scent generation device, and the fan.

Preferably, the control unit may be capable of controlling the special effect devices and the motion seat assemblies using control signals corresponding to a picture that can be shown in the picture-showing facility, and the control signals may be signals that have been synchronized with the picture.

Preferably, at least one selected from a group consisting of the bubble generation device, the laser generation device, the strobe generation device and the fan may be located on a ceiling part of the picture-showing facility.

Preferably, at least one selected from a group consisting of the fog generation device and the scent generation device may be located in an auditorium of the picture-showing facility.

Preferably, the scent generation device may be located in each row of the auditorium of the picture-showing facility. In another embodiment, the scent generation device may be located on a sidewall of the picture-showing facility.

Preferably, the control unit may perform control using the control signals so that the bubble generation device is capable of controlling an amount of bubbles to be generated, the laser generation device is capable of controlling laser effects to be generated, the fan is capable of controlling strength of a gust of wind to be generated, the fog generation device is capable of controlling an amount of fog, and the scent generation device is capable of controlling a type of scent to be generated.

Preferably, the control unit and at least one of the plurality of special effect devices may be connected to each other through a Digital multiplex (DMX) communication line.

Preferably, each of the motion seat assemblies may include an actuator enabling a pitch motion, a roll motion, and a heave motion.

Preferably, each of the motion seat assemblies may include an air shooter and a water shooter connected to an air tank and a water tank, respectively.

Preferably, each of the motion seat assemblies may include a plurality of ticklers.

In accordance with another aspect of the present invention to accomplish the above objects, there is provided a picture-showing method of showing a picture in the picture-showing facility according to any one of claims 1 to 12, including (a) setting control signals synchronized with a picture that can be shown in the picture-showing facility; (b) applying the set control signals to the control unit; and (c) showing the picture using the applied control signals while controlling and driving the plurality of special effect devices and the motion seat assemblies.

Preferably, (c) may include stopping driving of the special effect devices and the motion seat assemblies when a stop signal is applied to the control unit while the picture is being shown.

Preferably, (c) may include stopping driving of a motion seat assembly in a predetermined row when a seat motion stop signal for the predetermined row is applied to the control unit while the picture is being shown.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

Reference now should be made to the drawings, in which the same reference numerals are used throughout the different drawings to designate the same or similar components.

The term “picture” which will be described later refers to an object which was recorded on data recording media such as films or digital data storage devices, and which can be played as a video by play devices such as projecting equipment or a projector. By way of example, a picture according to the present invention may preferably be a digitally recorded picture that can be played by a projector, but it should be understood that the picture includes any type of pictures regardless of whether the storage/play methods are analog or digital.

The term “audience” which will be described later refers to a gathering of viewers who assemble in a picture-showing facility and are capable of watching pictures.

The term “projector” which will be described later refers to an apparatus which is located in the picture-showing facility and is configured to show pictures to the audience. It is apparent that, in addition to the projector, various apparatuses capable of showing pictures can be used, but the projector will be used by way of example hereunder.

A picture-showing facility 10 according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

A Typical picture-showing facility includes an auditorium in which a plurality of seats in which viewers can sit are installed in a plurality of rows, a screen on which pictures can be shown by a projector or the like, and a control room which is capable of controlling the projection of pictures and various types of facilities. In FIG. 3, the screen, the auditorium, and the control room are denoted by reference numeral 11, reference numeral 12, and reference numeral 20, respectively.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 3, the picture-showing facility 10 according to the present invention includes a plurality of special effect devices 300, at least one motion seat assembly 400, a control unit 100, and a projector 200. The special effect devices 300 are capable of providing various types of effects to the auditorium 12 when showing a picture. The motion seat assembly 400 is located in the auditorium 12, is configured to include a plurality of seats 400a to 400d in which viewers can sit, and is equipped with various types of special effect devices. The control unit 100 connects the plurality of special effect devices 300 to the motion seat assembly 400. The projector 200 can show each picture in synchronization with special effects under the control of the control unit 100.

The projector 200, the special effect devices 300, and the motion seat assembly 400 are connected to the control unit 100 and are then configured to communicate with one another via the control unit 100 using control signals. The control signals are synchronized with the contents of each picture and are used to control the projector 200, as well as the special effect devices 300 and the motion seat assembly 400.

Description of the Special Effect Devices 300

The special effect devices 300 may include one or more of a bubble generation device 310, a fog generation device 320, a laser generation device 330, a strobe generation device 340, a scent generation device 350, and a fan 360. In a preferred embodiment, the special effect devices 300 include all of the bubble generation device 310, the fog generation device 320, the laser generation device 330, the strobe generation device 340, the scent generation device 350, and the fan 360.

The bubble generation device 310 is a device for generating bubbles such as soap bubbles in the picture-showing facility 10. The bubble generation device 310 can control whether to generate bubbles and can control the amount of bubbles to be generated under the control of the control unit 100. It is preferable to install the bubble generation device 310 on the ceiling part 13 of the picture-showing facility 10 so that the generated bubbles come within the viewing range of the audience.

Multiple experiments have shown that it was most effective to install four to six bubble generation devices 310 on the ceiling part 13. In particular, the bubble generation devices 310 are used together with the water shooters of each motion seat assembly 400, which will be described later, thus increasing effects on the audience's bodily sensation.

The fog generation device 320 is a device for generating fog effects in the picture-showing facility 10. In an embodiment, dry ice can be used for the fog effects. The fog generation device 320 can control whether to generate fog and control the amount of fog to be generated under the control of the control unit 100. Since the generated fog may interfere with the audience's visibility, it is preferable to install the fog generation device 320 in the auditorium 12 of the picture-showing facility 10.

Multiple experiments have shown that it was most effective to install two or three fog generation devices 320 on the floor of the auditorium 12.

The laser generation device 330 is a device for generating laser effects in the picture-showing facility 10. It is apparent that any type of laser light can be used so that the laser light that is generated corresponds to the contents of each picture. The laser generation device 330 can control whether to generate laser light and control the type of laser light to be generated under the control of the control unit 100. It is preferable to install the laser generation device 330 on the ceiling part 13 of the picture-showing facility 10 so that the generated laser light comes within the viewing range of the audience.

Multiple experiments have shown that it was most effective to install two or three laser generation devices 330 on the ceiling part 13.

The strobe generation device 340 is a device for generating strobe effects such as flashes of lightning in the picture-showing facility 10. The strobe generation device 340 can control whether to generate strobe light and control the strength of the strobe light to be generated under the control of the control unit 100. It is preferable to install the strobe generation device 340 on the ceiling part 13 of the picture-showing facility 10 so that the generated strobe light comes within the viewing range of the audience. In this case, since strobe light is generated on the ceiling part 13 as would be an actual flash of lightning, the effects of the strobe light are superior.

Multiple experiments have shown that it was most effective to install two to four strobe generation devices 340 on the ceiling part 13.

The scent generation device 350 is a device for generating various types of scents in the picture-showing facility 10. The scent generation device 350 can control whether to generate a scent and control the type of scent to be generated under the control of the control unit 100. In an embodiment, six or more types of scents can be generated. For example, when a picture shows a battle scene, a corresponding scent can be generated so that the scent of gunpowder is emitted. Further, when the main character of the picture is located on the grass, a corresponding scent can be generated so that the scent of grass or the like is emitted.

In the embodiment, it is preferable that the scent generation device 350 be placed adjacent to the audience so that the generated scent can be smelled by the audience. In particular, it is more preferable to place the scent generation device 350 in the auditorium 12. Multiple experiments have shown that it was most effective to install a plurality of scent generation devices 350 on the floor of the auditorium 12 in each row of seats in view of the fact that materials causing scents may not spread far.

In another embodiment, it is preferable that the scent generation devices 350 be installed on the sidewalls of the picture-showing facility 10. Even in this case, it is more preferable that the scent generation devices 350 be installed on the sidewalls at a height corresponding to the height of the motion seat assemblies 400 so that the audience will smell the scent, as described above.

The fan 360 is a device for generating gusts of wind in the picture-showing facility 10. The fan 360 can control whether to generate gusts of wind and control the strength of the wind to be generated under the control of the control unit 100. It is preferable to install the fan 360 on the ceiling part 13 of the picture-showing facility 10 so that the audience can feel the generated wind using their sense of touch without feeling a sense of discomfort.

Multiple measurements have shown that it was most effective to install six to eight fans 360 on the ceiling part 13. In particular, the fans 360 are used together with the air shooters of the motion seat assemblies 400, which will be described later, thus increasing the audience's bodily sensation.

It is apparent that the locations and numbers of the plurality of special effect devices 300 described in the present invention are only exemplary embodiments, and that they are not limited to those embodiments and can be changed according to the size or structure of the picture-showing facility 10.

The control unit 100 and the special effect devices 300 may be connected through any kind of conventional communication line. In an embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 100 can control the special effect devices 300 by using typical Digital Multiplex (DMX) communication lines which comply with the international communication standard and which are generally used as communication lines for controlling the lighting equipment of the picture-showing facility 10. In this case, the present invention can obtain an advantage in that there is no need to additionally install separate communication lines required to control the special effect devices 300.

However, special effect devices, such as the scent generation devices 350, which are installed as a plurality of devices in the picture-showing facility and are installed in the auditorium 12 other than the ceiling part 13 on which the lighting equipment is installed, may preferably use communication lines that employ a separate I/O interface. Further, in the case of special effect devices, such as the fans 360 to which high power is applied (for example, 3-phase 380V), the fans 360 can be controlled by controlling only the power. Accordingly, it is preferable to construct a system for controlling the power applied to the fan without using a separate communication line.

Description of the Motion Seat Assembly 400

The motion seat assembly 400 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 2.

As shown in FIG. 2, the motion seat assembly 400 may have a shape in which four seats 400a to 400d are integrated, but it is apparent that the shape of the motion seat assembly 400 is not limited to this shape. However, it can be shown that it is preferable to form a single assembly using four seats by taking into consideration the fact that it is preferable to form a single assembly using a plurality of seats from the standpoint of installation costs and maintenance costs in consideration of the performance of an actuator which functions to drive the motion seat assembly 400, and the fact that a group of viewers who watch a picture generally consists of two to four persons.

As described above, in the picture-showing facility allowing an unspecified number of the general public to watch pictures, conventional motion seats that cause excessive motions and rotatable motions in all directions covering 360 degrees may strain certain viewers. Accordingly, it can be shown that it is most preferable to combine the effects of motions in three degrees of freedom as optimal effects which do not strain the physical conditions of viewers while improving the effects on bodily sensation that the picture makes. These motions in three degrees of freedom are a pitch motion (A), a roll motion (B), and a heave motion (C).

That is, in the motion seat assembly 400, an actuator (not shown) included therein is operated under the control of the control unit 100, with the result that a pitch motion (A), a roll motion (B) and a heave motion (C) are operated in combination with one another. When the motion seat assembly 400 performs a pitch motion (A), each viewer can experience the effect of moving forwards and backwards. When the motion seat assembly 400 performs a roll motion (B), the viewer can experience the effect of moving sideways from side to side. When the motion seat assembly 400 performs a heave motion (C), the viewer can experience the effect of moving upwards and downwards. The motion effects in the three degrees of freedom are combined, and thus the viewer can experience many effects.

Meanwhile, in the motion seat assembly 400, an air shooter (not shown) capable of instantaneously discharging a small amount of strong wind onto the body of each viewer, and a water shooter (not shown) capable of discharging a small amount of water onto the body of the viewer may be installed. The air shooter may be connected to a separately installed air tank 410, and the water shooter may be connected to a separately installed water tank 420.

The air shooter and the water shooter may be preferably located on the rear of the motion seat assembly 400. In this case, an air shooter and a water shooter, which are installed on a motion seat assembly 400 in a row in front of the row in which a relevant viewer is seated, discharge a small amount of strong wind and a small amount of water, respectively, onto the viewer. The air shooter and the water shooter are controlled by the control unit 100.

Further, ticklers (not shown) capable of providing the effect of tickling seated viewers may be provided in the cushions of the respective seats 400a to 400d of the motion seat assembly 400. The control unit 100 can control the operations of the ticklers.

Description of the Arrangement of Special Effect Devices 300 and Motion Seat Assemblies 400

FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing the picture-showing facility 10 in which the special effect devices 300 and the motion seat assemblies 400 are installed according to an embodiment of the present invention.

In respective rows of the auditorium 12, the motion seat assemblies 400 and the scent generation devices 350 may be located, but, for the sake of description, only one motion seat assembly 400 and one scent generation device 350 are shown.

Part of the special effect devices 300 are preferably installed on the ceiling part 13. As described above, in an embodiment, bubble generation devices 310, laser generation devices 330, strobe generation devices 340 and fans 360 are preferably located on the ceiling part 13 of the picture-showing facility 10.

The other part of the special effect devices 300 are preferably installed in the auditorium 12. As described above, in an embodiment, fog generation devices 320 and scent generation devices 350 are preferably located in the auditorium 12 of the picture-showing facility 10. In particular, it is preferable to locate the scent generation devices 350 in the respective rows of the auditorium 12.

It is preferable that the air tank 410 and the water tank 420 be located in a separate equipment room rather than in the auditorium 12 or the control room. The air tank 410 and the water tank 420 are connected to the control unit 100 and to the motion seat assembly 400 and are configured to control the air shooter and the water shooter, respectively.

Description of the Picture-Showing Method

A method of showing a picture in the picture-showing facility 10 according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 4.

First, control signals are separately set according to the picture to be shown at step S110. These signals can be set based on separate criteria for maximizing the effects of watching the picture on the audience. For example, when the audience watches a movie, the control of the driving of the special effect devices 300 and the motion seat assembly 400 can be determined, as shown in the following Table 1.

Next, the set control signals are input to the control unit 100 at step S120.

Thereafter, the picture is shown using the input control signals at step S210, and the special effect devices 300 and the motion seat assemblies 400 are driven at step S220. With regard to the control signals, signals for controlling the special effect devices 300 and the motion seat assemblies 400 are synchronized with one another according to the running time of the picture, so that steps S210 and S220 are simultaneously performed. Using the synchronized signals, the special effect devices 300 and the motion seat assemblies 400 are driven in conformity with the contents of the picture currently being shown.

An unexpected accident may occur while the picture is shown. Depending on the circumstances, there may be a need to prompt each viewer to exit the picture-showing facility 10.

In an embodiment of the present invention, when an unexpected accident occurs, a separate stop signal is applied to the control unit 100 at step S230. A procedure for applying the stop signal may be performed such that the stop signal is applied manually by separate management personnel stationed in the control room 20 or the auditorium 12, or such that the stop signal is applied by a viewer when an emergency button (not shown) is located adjacent to the viewer in the auditorium 12, or such that the stop signal is automatically applied by a separate device used to monitor the states of viewers.

When the stop signal is manually or automatically applied to the control unit 100, the control unit 100 may stop the driving of the special effect devices 300 and the motion seat assemblies 400 at step S231.

Thereafter, when a return signal is manually or automatically applied to the control unit 100 at step S232, the control unit 100 again drives the special effect devices 300 and the motion seat assemblies 400.

In another embodiment of the present invention, when an unexpected accident occurs, a separate seat motion stop signal is applied to the control unit 100 at step S240. Unlike the above stop signal, the seat motion stop signal is a signal required to stop only a motion seat assembly 400 in a relevant row on the basis of rows in which motion seat assemblies 400 are installed. That is, when an unexpected accident occurs, only the motion seat assembly 400 in the row in which the unexpected accident has occurred is stopped, thus minimizing interference with other viewers who are watching the picture. As described above, the seat motion stop signal may also be manually or automatically applied.

When the seat motion stop signal is applied to the control unit 100 at step S240, only a motion seat assembly 400 in a relevant row is stopped at step S241. Thereafter, when a return signal is manually or automatically applied to the control unit 100 at step S242, the motion seat assembly 400 is again driven.

As described above, the present invention can provide a picture-showing facility equipped with special effect devices, which can maximize the audience's bodily sensation without interfering with the immersion of the audience in pictures.

Further, the present invention can provide a picture-showing facility, which includes motion seat assemblies enabling motions capable of reducing a motional burden placed on feeble persons so that the motion seat assemblies can be used in picture-showing facilities in which an unspecified number of viewers can watch pictures.

Furthermore, the present invention is advantageous in that when an unexpected accident occurs while a picture is being watched, special effect devices and motion seat assemblies are stopped, thus safely allowing viewers to exit the picture-showing facility, and preventing interference with other viewers who are watching the picture.

In particular, only a motion seat assembly in the row in which the unexpected accident has occurred is stopped, thus minimizing interference with other viewers who are watching the picture.

Based on the above description, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention should be defined by the accompanying claims without being limited to the contents described in the detailed description of the specification.

The various embodiments described above can be combined to provide further embodiments. All of the U.S. patents, U.S. patent application publications, U.S. patent application, foreign patents, foreign patent application and non-patent publications referred to in this specification and/or listed in the Application Data Sheet are incorporated herein by reference, in their entirety. Aspects of the embodiments can be modified, if necessary to employ concepts of the various patents, application and publications to provide yet further embodiments.

Claims

1. A picture-showing facility, comprising:

a plurality of special effect devices;
motion seat assemblies; and
a control unit capable of controlling the special effect devices and the motion seat assemblies,
wherein the special effect devices comprise a fog generation device and a fan, and
wherein the special effect devices further comprise at least one selected from a group consisting of a bubble generation device, a laser generation device, a strobe generation device, and a scent generation device.

2. The picture-showing facility according to claim 1, wherein the special effect devices comprise all of the bubble generation device, the fog generation device, the laser generation device, the strobe generation device, the scent generation device, and the fan.

3. The picture-showing facility according to claim 1, wherein the control unit is capable of controlling the special effect devices and the motion seat assemblies using control signals corresponding to a picture that can be shown in the picture-showing facility, and the control signals are signals that have been synchronized with the picture.

4. The picture-showing facility according to claim 1, wherein at least one selected from a group consisting of the bubble generation device, the laser generation device, the strobe generation device and the fan is located on a ceiling part of the picture-showing facility.

5. The picture-showing facility according to claim 1, wherein at least one selected from a group consisting of the fog generation device and the scent generation device is located in an auditorium of the picture-showing facility.

6. The picture-showing facility according to claim 5, wherein the scent generation device is located in each row of the auditorium of the picture-showing facility.

7. The picture-showing facility according to claim 1, wherein the scent generation device is located on a sidewall of the picture-showing facility.

8. The picture-showing facility according to claim 3, wherein the control unit performs control using the control signals so that:

the bubble generation device is capable of controlling an amount of bubbles to be generated,
the laser generation device is capable of controlling laser effects to be generated,
the fan is capable of controlling strength of a gust of wind to be generated,
the fog generation device is capable of controlling an amount of fog, and
the scent generation device is capable of controlling a type of scent to be generated.

9. The picture-showing facility according to claim 1, wherein the control unit and at least one of the plurality of special effect devices are connected to each other through a Digital multiplex (DMX) communication line.

10. The picture-showing facility according to claim 1, wherein each of the motion seat assemblies comprises an actuator enabling a pitch motion, a roll motion, and a heave motion.

11. The picture-showing facility according to claim 1, wherein each of the motion seat assemblies comprises an air shooter and a water shooter connected to an air tank and a water tank, respectively.

12. The picture-showing facility according to claim 1, wherein each of the motion seat assemblies comprises a plurality of ticklers.

13. A picture-showing method of showing a picture in the picture-showing facility according to any one of claims 1 to 12, comprising:

(a) setting control signals synchronized with a picture that can be shown in the picture-showing facility;
(b) applying the set control signals to the control unit; and
(c) showing the picture using the applied control signals while controlling and driving the plurality of special effect devices and the motion seat assemblies.

14. The picture showing method according to claim 13, wherein (c) comprises stopping driving of the special effect devices and the motion seat assemblies when a stop signal is applied to the control unit while the picture is being shown.

15. The picture showing method according to claim 13, wherein (c) comprises stopping driving of a motion seat assembly in a predetermined row when a seat motion stop signal for the predetermined row is applied to the control unit while the picture is being shown.
