RACK FOR CABINET
A rack includes a first frame pole, a second frame pole, a linking member, a linking post, and a support pole. The first frame pole includes a first support wall and a first cutout. The second frame pole includes a second support wall and a second bottom surface. The second bottom surface includes a first through hole. The first support wall and the second support wall are located on the same plane. The first through hole is aligned with the first cutout. The linking member is located on the first support wall and the second support wall. The linking member includes a second through hole in alignment with the first cutout and the first through hole. The linking member includes a contact portion. The linking post is received in the first through hole and the second through hole to mount the linking member on the first frame pole. The support pole includes a contact hole, which receives the contact portion therein.

1. Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to racks, and particularly to a rack for a cabinet frame for supporting servers.
2. Description of Related Art
A frequently used rack for a cabinet includes two rectangular frames and four support poles connected therebetween. Each of the support poles includes a bar for fixing peripheral devices. Each of the frames includes a first frame pole and a second frame pole, connected perpendicular to the first frame pole. Corners of the first and second frame poles and the support pole are welded together to assemble the rack. However, it can be inconvenient to disassemble the rack after the frame poles and support pole are welded.
Therefore, there is room for improvement within the art.

A linking post 70 is configured to be mounted in the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 611. The linking post 70 includes a head 72, a first post portion 71, and a second post portion 73. A diameter of the head 72 exceeds that of the first through hole 211. A diameter of the first post portion 71 is equal to that of the first through hole 211. A diameter of the second post portion 73 is equal to that of the second through hole 611. Interiors of the first post portion 71 and the second post portion 73 are hollow, and are threaded.
A stand 80 includes a threaded post 82 and a stand portion 81. The threaded post 82 engages the threads of the first post portion 71 and the second post portion 73.
In assembly of the rack, the first end 101 of the first frame pole 10 is aligned with the second end 201 of the second frame pole 20. At this position, the first support wall 15 and the second support wall 25 are located on the same plane. The base 61 of the linking member 60 is placed on the first support wall 15 and the second support wall 25 with the linking member securing holes 613 in alignment with the first receiving hole 153 and the second receiving hole 253. A plurality of fasteners (not show) is mounted in the linking member securing holes 613, the first receiving hole 153 and the second receiving hole 253 to mount the linking member 60 on the first support wall 15 and second support wall 25. In this position, the second through hole 611 is aligned with the first through hole 211.
The linking post 70 passes through the first through hole 211 and the second through hole 611. The first portion 71 is located in the first through hole 211. The second post portion 73 is located in the second through hole 611. The head 72 abuts a bottom of the base 61. The threaded post 82 of the fastener 80 is received in the first post portion 71 and the second post portion 73 of the linking post 70 to be mounted on the linking post 70. The stand portion 81 contacts a surface and supports the rack thereon.
Contact portion 63 is received in the first contact hole 511 and the second contact hole 521 of the support pole. The first rib 512 and the second rib 532 slide in the recess 632 of the linking member 60. The support receiving holes 54 of the support pole 50 align with the contact securing holes 631 of the linking member 60. A plurality of fasteners (not shown) is mounted in the support receiving holes 54 and the contact securing holes 631. Accordingly, the rack is assembled.

Claims
1. A rack, comprising:
- a first frame pole comprising a first support wall, the first frame pole comprising a first cutout;
- a second frame pole comprising a second support wall and a second bottom surface, the second bottom surface comprising a first through hole, the second frame pole in conjunction with the first frame pole, and the first support wall and the second support wall being located on the same plane, the first through hole being aligned with the first cutout;
- a linking member located on the first support wall and the second support wall, the linking member comprising a second through hole in alignment with the first cutout and the first through hole, the linking member comprising a contact portion;
- a linking post received in the first through hole and the second through hole to mount the linking member on the first frame pole; and
- a support pole comprising a contact hole, the contact hole receiving the contact portion inserted therein.
2. The rack of claim 1, wherein a diameter of first through hole exceeds that of the second through hole.
3. The rack of claim 2, wherein the linking post comprises a first post portion and a second post portion, a diameter of the first post portion is equal to that of the first through hole, and a diameter of the second post portion is equal to that of the second through hole.
4. The rack of claim 3, wherein the linking post further comprises a head that is connected to the first post portion, the head is secured on the first frame pole.
5. The rack of claim 2, further comprising a stand, wherein interior of the first post portion and the second post portion are hollow, and defines a plurality of fastener threads; the stand comprises a threaded post, the threaded post is mounted with the fastener threads of the first post portion and the second post portion.
6. The rack of claim 1, wherein the contact portion defines a plurality of contact securing holes, the support pole defines a plurality of support receiving holes, which is aligned with the plurality of contact securing holes.
7. The rack of claim 1, wherein the contact portion is “L”-shaped, an angled portion of the “L”-shaped contact portion defines an “L”-shaped recess; the support pole is “L” shaped, and forms two ribs, the two ribs are received in the “L”-shaped recess.
8. A rack, comprising:
- a first frame pole comprising a first support wall;
- a second frame pole comprising a second support wall, the second frame pole perpendicularly attached with the first frame pole;
- a linking member located on the first support wall and the second support wall, the linking member comprising a contact portion; and
- a support pole comprising a contact hole, the contact hole receiving the contact portion inserted therein.
9. The rack of claim 8, wherein the first support wall and the second support wall are located on the same plane.
10. The rack of claim 8, wherein the first frame pole comprises a first cutout, the second frame pole comprises a second bottom surface, the second bottom surface defines a first through hole in alignment with the first cutout, the linking member comprises a second through hole in alignment with the first through hole, and a linking post is received in the first through hole and the second through hole.
11. The rack of claim 10, wherein a diameter of first through hole exceeds that of the second through hole.
12. The rack of claim 11, wherein the linking post comprises a first post portion and a second post portion, a diameter of the first post portion is equal to that of the first through hole, and a diameter of the second post portion is equal to that of the second through hole.
13. The rack of claim 12, wherein the linking post further comprises a head that is connected to the first post portion, the head is secured on the first frame pole.
14. The rack of claim 12, further comprising a stand, wherein interior of the first post portion and the second post portion are hollow, and defines a plurality of fastener threads; the stand comprises a threaded post, the threaded post is mounted with the fastener threads of the first post portion and the second post portion.
15. The rack of claim 8, wherein the contact portion defines a plurality of contact securing holes, the support pole defines a plurality of support receiving holes, which is in aligned with the plurality of contact securing holes.
16. The rack of claim 8, wherein the contact portion is “L”-shaped, an angled portion of the “L”-shaped contact portion defines an “L”-shaped recess; the support pole is “L” shaped, and forms two ribs, the two ribs are received in the “L”-shaped recess.
