Party Lounger and Floating Hammock
This invention embodies a floating hammock that attached to the front or side of a boat in a manner that allows for ease of deployment and storage. This invention has stiffeners on the front and sides that prevent the device from collapsing upon itself while users may lie in the middle in a partially submerged fashion for maximum enjoyment of the water while on a boat in a static position. The device then easily stores by rolling up and locking down on the front or side of the boat for use at a later time.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONThis invention relates generally to a floating device used for recreation where the users may rest upon it in the water. This device has been invented mainly for use in bodies of water where boats are used. This invention allows for easy storage and deployment from the side or front of a boat in a static position. Floating devices that allow the user to be partially submerged in the water improve the relaxation and enjoyment of swimming along side of a boat. This device allows the user to be partially submerged and close to the boat. Floating devices for use in water recreation have been used for many years. This device allows for the above enjoyment with the improved ease of deployment and retrieval for maximum enjoyment.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF INVENTIONThe primary object of this device is to allow for ease of deployment and retrieval and storage of a floating device that is attached to a pontoon boat or speed boat. This floating hammock allows the user to simply deploy the device from the front or side of a boat that allows two to three users to float in the water partially submerged. The partial submersion in the water allows the user to stay cool and sun bath in the water with the security of being attached to the boat in a static position. This device is not intended to be deployed with the boat moving. This device is an improvement on a simple floating device because it is attached to the boat and it allows more than one person to lounge in this device in a lake or other body of water.
