CAR USE BRACKET OF A TABLET PERSONAL COMPUTER

The present invention refers to a bracket of a tablet personal computer, a tablet TV and similar tablet products on a seat. Height, depth and angle of the bracket can be adjusted on an X-axis plane to get a best view angle and range. The bracket can be also adjusted properly on a Y-axis plane to apply to users of various forms.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, and more particularly to a bracket which is used on a car seat that height and depth suitable for use of a tablet personal computer can be adjusted on an X-axis plane and an angle of the tablet personal computer can be adjusted, thereby implementing a best view angle and range. The bracket of the present invention can be also adjusted properly on a Y-axis plane to apply to users of various forms.

b) Description of the Prior Art

As development of technologies, one must pursue small size and light weight for the tablet personal computer that the user can carry conveniently. However, when the tablet personal computer is getting smaller, user convenience in operation will be limited in someway.

Accordingly, a lot of protection covers and brackets of the tablet personal computers arise in markets to protect the tablet personal computers and facilitate use by the user. Nevertheless, the protection covers and brackets sold on existing markets are more singly functional and can be only applied for use at home or in an office.

Accordingly, a car use bracket of a tablet personal computer is provided by the present inventor to solve the aforementioned problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, which includes primarily a foldable bracket assembly, an adjustable transversal bar assembly, a universal connector assembly, a bracket plate fixed by a soft gel collar and a U-iron fixing assembly.

A second object of the present invention is to provide a car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, wherein through provision of the foldable bracket assembly, the user can adjust proper height and depth of the bracket on the X-axis plane to facilitate operation and use.

A third object of the present invention is to provide a car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, wherein through provision of the adjustable transversal bar assembly, the U-iron fixing assembly and an adjustable elastic strap, the bracket can be stably placed on a seat and can be adjusted properly on the Y-axis plane, so as to apply to the users of various forms.

A fourth object of the present invention is to provide a car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, wherein through provision of the universal collector assembly, the user can adjust a proper angle of the tablet personal computer to achieve a best visual effect.

A fifth object of the present invention is to provide a car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, wherein through provision of the bracket plate that is fixed by the soft gel collar, the tablet personal computer can be fixed on the bracket plate and can be assembled as well as dismantled conveniently.

To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, it shows a three-dimensional schematic view and a three-dimensional exploded view of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, the present invention comprises a foldable bracket assembly 10, an adjustable transversal bar assembly 20, a universal collector assembly 30, a bracket plate 40 which is fixed by a soft gel collar and a U-iron fixing assembly 50.

Referring to FIG. 3A, it shows a three-dimensional schematic view of the foldable bracket assembly 10 which rotates and expands, according to the present invention. As shown in the drawing, all three brackets can rotate by 360° on an X-axis plane.

Referring to FIG. 3B, it shows a three-dimensional exploded view of the foldable bracket assembly 10 of the present invention. As shown in the drawing, the foldable bracket assembly 10 is provided with a link shaft 11 to couple with the adjustable transversal bar assembly. The link shaft 11 is provided with a holding slot 111 of a press key 15. Three adjust rods 12, 13, 14 of different lengths are provided respectively with holding slots 121, 122 and 131, 132 and 141 of the press key 15, as well as a link hole 142 of the universal collector assembly. An interior of the press key 15 is provided with a spring 16 and through provision of the press key 15 and the spring 16, height and depth of the foldable bracket assembly 10 can be adjusted on the X-axis plane.

Referring to FIG. 4A and FIG. 4B, it shows three-dimensional exploded views of the adjustable transversal bar assembly 20 of the present invention. The adjustable transversal bar assembly 20 includes an L-shaped link rod 21 to couple a main unit of the adjustable transversal bar with the U-iron fixing assembly. Two sides of the L-shaped link rod 21 are all provided with an adjustable elastic strap fixing hole 211, plural bolt holes 212, an adjustable chute 213 and plural tooth-shaped grooves 214 which are sheathed with tooth-shaped ribs on the U-iron fixing assembly, allowing the adjustable transversal bar assembly 20 to be stably fixed on the U-iron fixing assembly. A square-shaped transversal fixing rod 22 is provided with a screw hole 221 and plural bolt holes 222 to fix the L-shaped link rod 21. A square-shaped adjustable transversal rod 23 is provided with plural bolt holes 231 to couple with and fix the foldable bracket assembly, a front cover 24 to fix the transversal rod 22, a back cover 25 to fix the transversal rod 22 and an adjustable screw 26.

Referring to FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B, it shows a three-dimensional schematic view and a three-dimensional exploded view of the universal collector assembly 30 of the present invention, wherein the universal collector assembly 30 is formed by a link spindle 31, a tight fastening member 32, a main unit 33, a universal shaft 34, a deck 35, a soft gel member 36 and two adjust knobs 37, 38. Through provision of the universal collector assembly 30, a proper angle and direction of the tablet personal computer can be adjusted to facilitate use.

Referring to FIG. 6A and FIG. 6B, it shows three-dimensional exploded views of the bracket plate 40 that is fixed by the soft gel collar, wherein the bracket plate 40 is provided with a bracket frame 41 and a square frame-shaped soft gel member 42. Four corners of the bracket frame 41 are provided respectively with a baffle 411, plural hollow spaces 412, plural heat dissipation holes 413 and plural finger positions 414. Through provision of the square frame-shaped soft gel member 42 and the bracket frame 41, it is even more convenient in placing or removing a tablet personal computer 80 which includes a tablet TV and similar tablet products.

Referring to FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B, it shows a three-dimensional schematic view and a three-dimensional exploded view of the U-iron fixing assembly 50 of the present invention, wherein the U-iron fixing assembly 50 includes a U-iron upper fixing cap 51, on which is provided with a screw adjustment yield hole 511; a U-iron lower fixing cap 52, on which is provided with a U-iron holding slot 521 and a screw adjustment yield hole 522; an L-shaped link rod fixing member 53, on which is provided with a screw hole 531; a U-iron upper adjustment cap 54, on which is provided with a screw adjustment yield hole 541; a U-iron lower adjustment cap 55, on which is provided with a U-iron holding slot 551 and a screw hole 552; a U-iron 56; and plural adjustment screws 57.

Referring to FIG. 8A, it shows a rear view of the present invention, wherein the foldable bracket assembly 10 and the U-iron fixing assembly 50 can all be adjusted on the Y-axis plane to apply to the users of various forms and different driver's seats.

Referring to FIG. 8B, it shows a side view of the present invention, wherein the adjustable transversal bar assembly 20 can be adjusted on the Y-axis plane to apply to plural kinds of driver's seat.

Referring to FIG. 9, it shows a three-dimensional schematic view of the foldable bracket assembly 10 and the bracket plate 40 that is fixed by the soft gel collar of the present invention, with that the foldable bracket assembly 10 and the bracket plate 40 being adjusted for use by a secondary driver.

Referring to FIG. 10A and FIG. 10B, it shows three-dimensional schematic views of the foldable bracket assembly 10 and the bracket plate 40 that is fixed by the soft gel collar of the present invention, with that the foldable bracket assembly 10 and the bracket plate 40 being adjusted for use by a back seat passenger.

Referring to FIG. 11, it shows a three-dimensional schematic view of the foldable bracket assembly 10 and the bracket plate 40 that is fixed by the soft gel collar of the present invention, with that the foldable bracket assembly 10 and the bracket plate 40 being collected.

Referring to FIG. 12, it shows a three-dimensional schematic view of the present invention which is placed at the other side of a driver's seat.

It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.

Claims

1. A car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, comprising:

a foldable bracket assembly which is used to adjust height and depth of a tablet personal computer on an X-axis plane;
an adjustable transversal bar assembly which is used to adjust a dimension of the tablet personal computer on a Y-axis plane;
a universal collector assembly which is used to couple a bracket plate fixed by a soft gel collar with the foldable bracket assembly, and to adjust a proper angle of the tablet personal computer;
the bracket plate which is fixed by the soft gel collar and is used to place the tablet personal computer; and
an U-iron fixing assembly which is used to couple the adjustable transversal bar assembly and to adjust a dimension on the Y-axis plane, thereby applying to plural kinds of driver's seat.

2. The car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, according to claim 1, wherein the tablet personal computer includes a tablet TV and similar tablet products.

3. The car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, according to claim 1, wherein the foldable bracket assembly rotates by 360° on the X-axis plane.

4. The car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, according to claim 2, wherein the foldable bracket assembly rotates by 360° on the X-axis plane.

5. The car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable transversal bar assembly and the U-iron fixing assembly are adjusted on the Y-axis plane.

6. The car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, according to claim 2, wherein the adjustable transversal bar assembly and the U-iron fixing assembly are adjusted on the Y-axis plane.

7. The car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, according to claim 1, wherein a proper direction and a proper angle of the tablet personal computer are adjusted by the universal collector assembly.

8. The car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, according to claim 2, wherein a proper direction and a proper angle of the tablet personal computer are adjusted by the universal collector assembly.

9. The car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, according to claim 1, wherein the bracket plate that is fixed by the soft gel collar is convenient in placing or removing the tablet personal computer.

10. The car use bracket of a tablet personal computer, according to claim 2, wherein the bracket plate that is fixed by the soft gel collar is convenient in placing or removing the tablet personal computer.
