Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a boot.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

There are many kinds of boot now, whereas the current available boot has the problem that the wearer is not comfortable to some extent while wearing.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Due to the problem of the prior art that the wearer feels uncomfortable while wearing the current available boots, the objective of the present invention is hence providing a boot that comforts the wearer while wearing.

A boot according to the present invention comprising an outer layer, an inner layer, and an intermediate layer which can comfort the user better while wearing arranged between said outer layer and said inner layer.

According to an aspect of the present invention, said intermediate layer is divided into a plurality of blocks.

According to another aspect of the present invention, snow beans are provided in said blocks.

According to another aspect of the present invention, a thread for sewing said blocks together is provided between said blocks.

The advantage with using the boot according to the present invention is that such boot can comfort user's foot while wearing, since the boot according to the present invention includes an outer layer, an inner layer, and an intermediate layer which can comfort the user better while wearing arranged between said outer layer and said inner layer.

These and other aspects of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of the preferred embodiment taken in conjunction with the following drawings, although variations and modifications therein may be affected without departing from the spirit and scope of the novel concepts of the disclosure.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The accompanying drawings illustrate one or more embodiments of the invention and, together with the written description, serve to explain the principles of the invention. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers are used throughout the drawings to refer to the same or like elements of an embodiment, and wherein:

FIG. 1 is the structural view of a first embodiment according to the present invention;

FIG. 2 is the structural view of a first embodiment according to the present invention with the out layer opened;

FIG. 3 is the front view of a first embodiment according to the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The present invention is more particularly described in the following examples that are intended as illustrative only since numerous modifications and variations therein will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Various embodiments of the invention are now described in detail. Referring to the drawings, like numbers indicate like components throughout the views. As used in the description herein and throughout the claims that follow, the meaning of “a”, “an”, and “the” includes plural reference unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. Also, as used in the description herein and throughout the claims that follow, the meaning of “in” includes “in” and “on” unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.

The terms used in this specification generally have their ordinary meanings in the art, within the context of the invention, and in the specific context where each term is used. Certain terms that are used to describe the invention are discussed below, or elsewhere in the specification, to provide additional guidance to the practitioner regarding the description of the invention. The use of examples anywhere in this specification, including examples of any terms discussed herein, is illustrative only, and in no way limits the scope and meaning of the invention or of any exemplified term. Likewise, the invention is not limited to various embodiments given in this specification.

As used herein, the terms “comprising,” “including,” “having,” “containing,” “involving,” and the like are to be understood to be open-ended, i.e., to mean including but not limited to.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the boot includes an outer layer 10 and an inner layer 20, and an intermediate layer 11 which can comfort the user better while wearing arranged between the outer layer 10 and inner layer 20.

For the sake of comforting the user while wearing, snow beans are arranged in the intermediate layer 11, and the intermediate layer 11 is divided into a plurality of blocks with thread(s) 12 for sewing adjacent blocks together provided there between, in order to prevent the nonuniform distribution of the snow beans in the intermediate layer caused by the flow of the snow beans. Here, the snow beans are defined as a plurality of micro foam particles, generally polystyrene foam particles of for example 0.3-0.5 millimeters in diameter. It is noted that the snow bean can be particles made of any other suitable foam plastic materials and the size of micro particles can be adjusted appropriately if necessary.

The boot according to the present invention includes an outer layer and an inner layer, and an intermediate layer which can comfort the user better while wearing arranged between the outer layer and inner layer. When a user is wearing the boot, such boot can make the foot of the user more comfortable.

In addition, the intermediate layer 11 according to the present invention can also be applied to caps so as to make the user more comfortable while wearing the cap with the intermediate layer 11.

The foregoing description of the exemplary embodiments of the invention has been presented only for the purposes of illustration and description and is not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise forms disclosed. Many modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teaching.

The embodiments were chosen and described in order to explain the principles of the invention and their practical application so as to activate others skilled in the art to utilize the invention and various embodiments and with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated. Alternative embodiments will become apparent to those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains without departing from its spirit and scope. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims rather than the foregoing description and the exemplary embodiments described therein.
