Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to supporting structures, in particular to a supporting frame for supporting a flat electronic device or a flat computer. Furthermore, the installation of the device or the computer to the supporting frame is easy and quick.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Notebook computers have the advantages of compactness and portability so that they are widely acceptable by people. However, to have wide view angles or exhibition angles, the supporting frames are provided for the notebooks.

A current notebook computer has a substrate for installation of the mainframe of the notebook computer. The top end thereof has a supporting plate for supporting the substrate.

However, with the progress of the technologies, the flat computers are more and more popular, while the prior art supporting frame is not sufficient for supporting of the current flat computer. If the flat computer is located to the prior art supporting frame, the flat computer is possible to fall down and thus it is destroyed. Thus there is a necessity for a novel supporting frame which is suitable for a novel flat computer.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is to provide a supporting frame for supporting a flat electronic device or a flat computer. Furthermore, the installation of the device or the computer to the supporting frame is easy and quick.

Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide a supporting frame, comprising a bottom plate; two lateral plates capable of being installed to two lateral sides of the bottom plate; and two supporting plates capable of being installed to two ends of the bottom plate; and a free end of one supporting plate being resisted against another supporting plate. Each of an upper side and a lower side of the bottom plate is installed with a receiving hole; a rod body is installed in the receiving hole; each supporting plate has a respective hook for hooking the rod body. Each lateral plate has an inward recess, each inward recess is installed with a pivotal rod, respectively; and each lateral plate has a hook portion; each hook portion is selectively installed to the pivotal rod so that the lateral plates can be detached to the bottom plate as desired. One side of each lateral plate 3 has a press portion. Each supporting plate has plurality of positioning recesses, and a free end of another supporting plate can be buckled to one of the recess. The bottom plate has two through holes; each through hole for retaining a supporting rod. Each through hole is installed with a rod body; and the supporting rod has a hook unit which can hook the rod body in the through hole. The bottom plate is formed with two holding holes. Each holding hole is formed adjacent a respective one of two inward recesses.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the supporting frame of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the present invention, where the supporting frame of the present invention is not expanded.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the present invention, where the supporting frame of the present invention is expanded.

FIG. 4 shows another perspective view of the present invention, where the supporting frame of the present invention is expanded.

FIG. 5 shows the use of the present invention, where the supporting frame of the present invention serves to support a flat computer.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIG. 4, the supporting frame of the present invention is illustrated.

A bottom plate 1 has two lateral sides. Each lateral side of the bottom plate 1 is formed with an inward recess 10. Each inward recess 10 is installed with a pivotal rod 11, respectively. Each of an upper side and a lower side of the bottom plate 1 is installed with a receiving hole 14. A rod body 15 is installed in the receiving hole 14. The plate body of the bottom plate 1 is formed with two holding holes 16 each being adjacent to a respective one of the two inward recesses 10 and two through holes 12 at two opposite sides of the receiving hole 14 at the lower side. Each through hole 12 is installed with a stand rod 13.

Two supporting plates 2 are installed at a front side and a rear side of the bottom plate 1, respectively. Each supporting plate 2 has a respective hook 20 for hooking the rod body 15 so that the supporting plates 2 can be hooked to the bottom plate 1 as desired. Each supporting plate 2 has a plurality of wrinkles so as to be formed with a plurality of recesses 21.

Two lateral plates 3 each has a hook portion 30. Each hook portion 30 is selectively installed to the pivotal rod 11 so that the lateral plates 3 can be detached to the bottom plate 1 as desired. One side of each lateral plate 3 has a press portion 31.

Two supporting rods 4 are included. Each supporting rod 4 has a hook unit 40 at one end thereof. The hook unit 40 can be hooked to the stand rod 13 so that the supporting rod 4 is selectively detached or attached to the bottom plate 1.

Referring to FIG. 5, it is illustrated that a flat computer 5 or a flat electronic device is installed to the bottom plate 1. The two supporting plates 2 serve to adjust the stand angle of the bottom plate 1. After adjustment, a free end of one supporting plate 2 is buckled to one recess 21 of another supporting plate 2, while the supporting rods 4 are pulled out from the through holes 12 so that the flat computer 5 can be supported properly and can not fall down from the supporting frame.

To have a better retaining effect to the flat computer, the press portions 31 of the lateral plates 3 can be pressed towards the edges of the flat computer, so that the flat computer 5 can be retained with a better effect.

Referring to FIG. 2, if it is desired to take out the flat computer from the frame, the flat computer 5 is taken out from the bottom plate 1, and the supporting rods 4 are pushed out of the through holes 14 so that the one supporting plate 2 is adhered to a lateral side of the bottom plate 1, and another supporting plate 2 is detached and then is installed to another lateral side of the bottom plate 1. Then the supporting plate 2 is adhered to the lateral side. The user can hold the frame by hands to pass through the hold hole 16.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
