A hair cleaning device includes a handle, a rotation cylinder pivotally connected to the handle, a turning seat and a blade seat. The rotation cylinder has a coupling portion on an outer wall thereof to receive a roll of adhesive tape thereon. The turning seat is disposed at one side of the rotation cylinder close to the handle. The turning seat has a press portion which is axially disposed above the rotation cylinder. The blade seat is slidably connected to the press portion of the turning seat. The hair cleaning device of the present invention uses the roll of adhesive tape to clean hair, cotton fiber or dust with ease and can be operated conveniently.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a hair cleaning device, and more particularly, to a cleaning device using a roll of adhesive tape to clean hair, cotton fiber or dust.

2. Description of the Prior Art

In these days, more and more people raise pets, such as cats and dogs. The pets always stay in the house. The hair of the pets may fall on the body of the keeper, on the bed or on the sofa. Particularly, in the period of molt the hair falls everywhere. The hair of the pets is very fine so it is difficult to clean the hair by hand. It is required to use a broom, a wiper or a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. However, it is not convenient and efficient to clean the hair.

Accordingly, the present invention intends to provide a hair cleaning device for improving the shortcomings mentioned above.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a hair cleaning device which uses a roll of adhesive tape to clean hair, cotton fiber or the like to lower the cost greatly.

In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the hair cleaning device comprises a handle, a rotation cylinder, a turning seat and a blade seat. The rotation cylinder is pivotally connected to the handle. The rotation cylinder has a coupling portion on an outer wall thereof. The coupling portion is adapted to receive a roll of adhesive tape thereon. The turning seat is disposed at one side of the rotation cylinder close to the handle. The turning seat has a press portion which is axially disposed above the rotation cylinder. The blade seat has a blade for cutting the adhesive tape of the roll of adhesive tape.

Thereby, the roll of adhesive tape is fitted on the rotation cylinder. The adhesive tape of the roll of adhesive tape is pulled and turned reversely over the press portion so that the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape faces outward to adhere hair, cotton fiber, dust or bits on the surface of an article to be cleaned.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the hair cleaning device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a handle (10), a rotation cylinder (20) pivotally connected to the handle (10), a turning seat (30) disposed at one side of the rotation cylinder (20), and a blade seat (40).

The handle (20) comprises a shaft (15) extending from one end thereof for connection of the rotation cylinder (20). The shaft (15) has a connection portion (16) at a free end thereof to limit the rotation cylinder (20).

The rotation cylinder (20) has a shaft hole (21) corresponding in position to the shaft (15). Through the shaft hole (21), the rotation cylinder (20) is pivotally connected to the shaft (15) of the handle (10). The rotation cylinder (20) comprises a limit member (22) which has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the shaft hole (21). The limit member (22) has a connection portion (220) which is selectively connected to the connection portion (16) of the shaft (15). The rotation cylinder (20) has a coupling portion (23) on an outer wall thereof. The coupling portion (23) is adapted to receive a roll of adhesive tape (50) thereon, as shown in FIG. 4, so that the roll of adhesive tape (50) can be turned along with rotation of the rotation cylinder (20). The rotation cylinder (20) has a stepped edge (24) at one end thereof close to the handle (10) for the roll of adhesive tape (50) to be positioned thereat. The rotation cylinder (20) further has a guide slot (25) at the end close to the handle (10). The guide slot (25) is adapted for insertion of the turning seat (30).

The turning seat (30) has a guide rail (31) corresponding to the guide slot (25) of the rotation cylinder (20). The guide rail (31) of the turning seat (30) is slidably connected to the guide slot (25) of the rotation cylinder (20). The turning seat (30) has a press portion (32) which is axially disposed above the rotation cylinder (20). Through the guide rail (31) of the turning seat (30) and the guide slot (25), the bottom of the press portion (32) is always against the roll of adhesive tape (50) to keep the roll of adhesive tape (50) be turned stably. The press portion (32) of the turning seat (30) has a T-shaped cutting groove (33) facing upward. The cutting groove (33) of the turning seat (30) has a free end which is selectively connected with a plug member (34), so that both ends of the cutting groove (33) are closed.

The blade seat (40) is slidably connected to the turning seat (30). The blade seat (40) has a slide portion (41) inserted in the cutting groove (33) of the press portion (32) so that the blade seat (40) is slidable on the press portion (32) of the turning seat (30). The slide portion (41) of the blade seat (40) has a clipping groove to clip a blade (42) facing outward. A compression spring (45) is provided between the slide portion (41) of the blade seat (40) and the plug member (34) and located in the cutting groove (33). The compression spring (45) provides a homing force to the blade seat (40) after the blade seat (40) is pushed outward.

Thus, the hair cleaning device of the present invention is cost-effect and has a simple configuration.

To practice the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the roll of adhesive tape (50) is fitted on the rotation cylinder (20). The adhesive tape (55) of the roll of adhesive tape (50) is pulled to pass the bottom the press portion (32) of the turning seat (30). The release surface (551) of the adhesive tape (55) is located under the press portion (32). The adhesive tape (55) is turned reversely over the press portion (32) so that the adhesive surface (552) of the adhesive tape (55) faces outward to surround the roll of adhesive tape (5), as shown in FIG. 5A. Finally, the free end of the adhesive tape (55) is adhered to the adhesive surface (552) of the adhesive tape (55) on the press portion (32), such that the adhesive surface (552) of the adhesive tape (55) is around the outside of the roll of adhesive tape (50).

When in use, the user holds the handle (10) and the adhesive surface (552) of the roll of adhesive tape (50) is contact with the surface of an article to be cleaned. When the handle (10) is moved back and forth, the roll of adhesive tape (50) will be turned along with the rotation cylinder (20) relative to the handle (10) to adhere the hair, cotton fiber, dust or bits on the surface of the article to be cleaned.

When the stickiness of the adhesive surface (552) of the adhesive tape (55) of the roll of adhesive tape (50) is not enough, the blade seat (40) is pushed with the blade (42) of the blade seat (40) to cut the adhesive tape (55) above the cutting groove (33) of the press portion (32) so that the outer circle of the adhesive tape (55) can be separated from the roll of adhesive tape (50). After tearing the outer circle of the adhesive tape (55), the adhesive tape (55) of the roll of adhesive tape (50) is pulled again to surround the roll of adhesive tape (50) with the adhesive surface (552) facing outward for use.

FIG. 8, FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 show another embodiment of the present invention. A handle (60) comprises a shaft (61) extending from one end thereof for connection of a rotation cylinder (70). The shaft (61) has a limit groove (62) for positioning the rotation cylinder (70). The shaft (61) further has a plurality of axial grooves (63) behind the limit groove (62) for connection of the rotation cylinder (70). Another end of the handle (60) is formed with an insertion trough (64) for insertion of a blade seat (90). The insertion trough (64) has upper and lower edge surfaces which are formed with elongated slide grooves (640) and positioning recesses (641) at distal ends of the upper and lower edge surfaces for connection of the blade seat (90).

The rotation cylinder (70) has a coupling portion (71) on an outer wall thereof. The coupling portion (71) is adapted to receive the roll of adhesive tape (50) thereon so that the roll of adhesive tape (50) can be turned along with rotation of the rotation cylinder (70). The rotation cylinder (70) has a shaft hole (72) corresponding in position to the shaft (61) and a limit flange (73) formed in the shaft hole (72) corresponding to the limit groove (62). The rotation cylinder (70) further has a guide slot (75) at one end thereof close to the handle (60). The guide slot (75) is adapted for insertion of a turning seat (80). The rotation cylinder (70) has an accommodation groove (76) formed at an inner side of the guide slot (75). The turning seat (80) has a guide rail (81) corresponding to the guide slot (75) of the rotation cylinder (70). The guide rail (81) of the turning seat (80) is slidably connected to the guide slot (75) of the rotation cylinder (70). The turning seat (80) has a press portion (82) which is axially disposed above the rotation cylinder (70). The press portion (82) is for the roll of adhesive tape (50) to be turned reversely. The press portion (82) of the turning seat (80) has a cutting groove (83) facing upward. A gap is defined underneath the adhesive tape (55) over the press operation (82) for cutting the adhesive tape (55). The turning seat (80) comprises a pin (84) at a lower end of the guide rail (81). The pin (84) extends into the accommodation groove (76) of the turning cylinder (70). The turning seat (80) further comprises a restoring spring (85) located between the pin (84) and the accommodation groove (76). The restoring spring (85) provides a homing force to the turning seat (80) after the turning seat (80) is pushed upward. The bottom of the press portion (82) of the turning seat (80) is always against the roll of adhesive tape (50) on the rotation cylinder (70) to keep the roll of adhesive tape (50) be turned stably.

The blade seat (90) is selectively disposed on the handle (60). The blade seat (90) corresponds in size to the insertion trough (64) of the handle (60). The blade seat (90) has upper and lower surfaces which are formed with slide edges (91) corresponding to the elongated grooves (640) of the insertion trough (64) and positioning protrusions (92) corresponding to the positioning recesses (641) of the insertion trough (64), so that the blade seat (90) is selectively inserted in the insertion trough (64) of the handle (60). The blade seat (90) has a clipping groove to clip a blade (95) facing outward for cutting the adhesive tape (55).

Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.

Claims

1. A hair cleaning device, comprising:

a handle;
a rotation cylinder pivotally connected to the handle, the rotation cylinder having a coupling portion on an outer wall thereof, the coupling portion being adapted to receive a roll of adhesive tape thereon;
a turning seat disposed on the rotation cylinder, the turning seat having a press portion axially disposed above the rotation cylinder; and
a blade seat, the blade seat having a blade for cutting the adhesive tape of the roll of adhesive tape;
thereby, the adhesive tape of the roll of adhesive tape being pulled to pass a bottom the press portion of the turning seat and turned reversely over the press portion so that an adhesive surface of the adhesive tape faces outward to adhere hair, cotton fiber, dust or bits on the surface of an article to be cleaned.

The hair cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the handle comprises a shaft extending from one end thereof for connection of the rotation cylinder, the rotation cylinder having a shaft hole corresponding in position to the shaft, the rotation cylinder being pivotally connected to the shaft of the handle, the shaft having a connection portion at a free end thereof, the rotation cylinder comprising a limit member having an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of the shaft hole, the limit member having a connection portion selectively connected to the connection portion of the shaft so that the limit member selectively limits the rotation cylinder on the shaft.

The hair cleaning device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the shaft has a limit groove thereon, the shaft further having a plurality of axial grooves behind the limit groove, the rotation cylinder having a limit flange formed in the shaft hole corresponding to the limit groove to prevent disengagement of the rotation cylinder.

The hair cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotation cylinder further has a guide slot at one end thereof close to the handle, the turning seat having a guide rail corresponding to the guide slot of the rotation cylinder, the guide rail of the turning seat being slidably connected to the guide slot of the rotation cylinder, the turning seat being movable in accordance with the diameter of the roll of adhesive tape, a restoring spring provided between the turning seat and the rotation cylinder, the restoring spring providing a homing force to the turning seat after the turning seat is pushed upward, a bottom of the press portion of the turning seat being against the roll of adhesive tape on the rotation cylinder to keep the roll of adhesive tape be turned stably.

5. The hair cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the press portion of the turning seat has a cutting groove facing upward and a gap defined between the roll of adhesive tape and the press operation for cutting the adhesive tape.

6. The hair cleaning device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a compression spring is provided between the blade seat and the cutting groove of the press portion, the compression spring providing a homing force to the blade seat after the blade seat is pushed outward.

The hair cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blade seat is selectively disposed on the handle, the handle having an in insertion trough, the blade seat corresponding in size to the insertion trough of the handle, the insertion trough of the handle having upper and lower edge surfaces which are formed with elongated slide grooves and positioning recesses at distal ends of the upper and lower edge surfaces, the blade seat having upper and lower surfaces which are formed with slide edges corresponding to the elongated grooves of the insertion trough and positioning protrusions corresponding to the positioning recesses of the insertion trough so that the blade seat is selectively inserted in the insertion trough of the handle.
