Arched Bra wire

An arched bra wire is formed by bending a steel wire, the whole bra wire is in the shape of an arc, the bra wire comprises a first part facing towards the middle part of the bra and a second part deviating from the middle part of the bra, the first part and the second part are inclined plane sections, an arc-shaped section is arranged between the first part and the second part, and the improvement is that at least part of the arc-shaped section is arched to the outer side of the bra for being in the shape of the arc. The arc-shaped arching of the bra wire aims at matching with the breastbone shape of the human body and the bra part supported by the bra wire is also in the shape of the arc.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of female underwear and swimsuits, in particular to an arched bra wire, which is more in line with the breast shape of a woman and has higher comfort degree and shaping aesthetics.

As for existing bras, corsets and other female underwear, in order to realize better shaping, semi-circular bra wires are usually lined below cups. The earliest 2D bra wire was formed by bending a planar steel wire, the whole bra wire was arranged on the same plane, and the bra wire was not designed against the breast shape of a human body, thereby being uncomfortable to wear and being not ideal in shaping effect. In order to improve the comfort degree and the shaping effect of the bra wires, many underwear manufacturers perform various improvements on the bra wires.

The existing improvement measures are mainly as follows: such as Chinese patent in the patent number of 200710029877.3, European patent application in the application number of 10190066.0, Japanese patent application in the application number of 2011-116083 and U.S. patent in the application number of Ser. No. 12/942,764 about the technologies of the 3D bra wires, in the technologies, the flat steel wires constituting the bra wires have uniform oblique angles, thereby being more in line with the chest shapes of the human bodies. There are still Chinese patents in the patent numbers of 200420095198.8 and 20112006111.5 respectively about the bra wires, the bra wires are twisted to be further in line with the bodies and have higher comfort degree.

The improvements of the above-mentioned bra wires are mainly focused on the improvement in the comfort degree and aim at enabling the bra wires to be more in line with the chest curves of the human bodies and improving the comfort degree regardless of setting angles or performing twisting. In the aspect of shaping, there is no significant improvement. Furthermore, the improvements of the bra wires mainly consider the matching between the bra wires and the breast curves; however, during the process of wearing the bras, the bra wires are mainly jointed with the chest bones of the human bodies and supported by breastbones, and the discomfort caused by wearing of the bras is mainly from the friction between the bra parts supported by the bra wires and the bones. But the existing bra wires are not designed according to the shape of the bones of the human bodies, and the comfort degree still needs to be improved.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention aims at overcoming the deficiencies in the prior art and provides an arched bra wire, which is more in line with the breast shape of a woman, in particular to the breastbone shape, and has higher comfort degree and shaping aesthetics.

The invention can realize the above purpose through the following technical scheme:

The invention designs the bra wire for the bra, which is used for being embedded on the lower edge of a bra cup for playing a supporting role and is formed by bending a steel wire, the whole bra wire is in the shape of an arc, the bra wire comprises a first part facing towards the middle part of the bra and a second part deviating from the middle part of the bra, the first part and the second part are inclined plane sections, an arc-shaped section is arranged between the first part and the second part, and the improvement is that at least part of the arc-shaped section is arched to the outer side of the bra for being in the shape of the arc. Breastbones below breasts of a human body are shaped like arcs, the arc-shaped arching of the bra wire aims at matching with the breastbone shape of the human body and the bra part supported by the bra wire is also in the shape of the arc; in such a way, after the bra is worn, the bra can be completely matched with the outer profile of the human body below the breasts and be close to the human body, and has maximal comfort degree. The arc-shaped part of the bra wire which is arched to the outer side of the bra for forming the shape of the arc can provide an upward support force after the bra is worn, thereby having higher supporting effect for the breast of the human body, enabling the bra to have greater rigidity for bearing the breast of the woman, enabling the breast to have greater stereoscopic effect and further achieving the better shaping purpose.

According to different profiles of the human bodies and the different required shaping effects, the highest point of the arch of the arc-shaped section is 2-15 mm higher than the lowest point of the other parts. The higher the arch, the more nature and the more obvious the shaping effect. However, in order to consider the comfort degree in wearing at the same time, the optimal scheme is that the highest point of the arch of the arc-shaped section is 4-10 mm higher than the lowest point of the other parts.

After the shaping effect is achieved, in order to further improve the comfort degree in wearing the bra, the steel wire for constituting the bra wire is made to be flat, for example the bra wire can be flatly placed on a desktop, we can see that a plane is formed at the bottom part of the first part and the second part, the middle part of the arc-shaped section is arched to be in the shape of the arc relative to the plane, and the two sides are in smooth transition with the first part and the second part.

After the bra is worn, the bra supported by the first part and the second part of the bra wire is close to the human body on the inner side and the outer side of the breast, thereby enabling the bra to have the larger contact area with the surface of the human body and having higher comfort degree in wearing. The cross section of the steel wire is regular; seen from the cross section, the bottom surface of the first part and the second part are positioned on the same plane. If the bra wire is flatly placed on the desktop, the bottom surfaces of the first part and the second part are close to the desktop, and the arc-shaped section is arched upwards for being away from the desktop by a certain distance.

Of course, the steel wire for constituting the bra wire can also have a certain oblique angle, namely the cross section of the steel wire is rectangular; seen from the cross section, the first part, the second part and the arc-shaped section have the same oblique angles. Or seen from the cross section, at least part of the steel wire has the oblique angle.

As the bra part supported by the arc-section section needs to be close to the breast shape, and the human body which is close to the bra part supported by the first and the second parts on the two sides is similar to the plane, so that the optimal embodiment of the invention is that only the arc-shaped section part has the oblique angle which is in line with the bra shape, and the first and the second parts are planar and in smooth transition with the arc-shaped section. In such a way, when the bra is worn, the first and the second parts are extruded by the breast, thereby enabling the arc-shaped section to upwarp, providing an upward support force for the bra and having the shaping effect.

According to the different specifications of the bras, such as the different types like ½ cup or ¾ cup and the like, or different sizes like A/B/C/D cup and the like, the oblique angle can be 20-70 degrees, and the optimal oblique angle can be selected from 38±4 degrees or 26±6 degrees or 55±2 degrees or 65±2 degrees.

Compared with the prior art, the arched bra wire designed by the patent has higher shaping ability and can keep the comfort degree in wearing of the existing 2D or 3D bra wire. The bra can be close to the breastbone shape of the human body to the greatest extent, under the stress of a natural curve of the human body, the bra can realize the effects of naturally shaping and being comfortable to wear and be more in line with the design of ergonomics. The arched bra wire has prominent substantive characteristics and notable progress, as well as creativity.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In combination of the figures and the embodiments, the invention is further described as follows.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, an arched bra wire is used for being embedded on the lower edge of a bra cup for playing a supporting role (only one is shown in the figures) and is formed by bending a steel wire, the whole bra wire is in the shape of an arc, the bra wire comprises a first part 1 facing towards the middle part of the bra and a second part 2 deviating from the middle part of the bra, the first part 1 and the second part 2 are inclined plane sections, an arc-shaped section 3 is arranged between the first part 1 and the second part 2, and at least part of the arc-shaped section 3 is arched to the outer side of the bra for being in the shape of the arc. As shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, the highest height d of the arc-shaped arch at the middle of the arc-shaped section 3 is 5 mm.

From FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, we can see that the steel wire for constituting the bra wire is made to be flat, a plane is formed at the bottom part of the first part 1 and the second part 2, the middle part of the arc-shaped section 3 is arched to be in the shape of the arc relative to the plane by pressing through an arc surface mold, and the two sides of the arc-shaped section 3 are in smooth transition with the first part 1 and the second part 2 .From FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, we can still see that although the arc-shaped section 3 is arched, the flat steel wire is not twisted.

Embodiment 2

As shown in FIGS. 5-7, an arched bra wire is used for being embedded on the lower edge of a bra cup for playing a supporting role (only one is shown in the figures) and is formed by bending a steel wire, the whole bra wire is in the shape of an arc, the bra wire comprises a first part 11 facing towards the middle part of the bra and a second part 21 deviating from the middle part of the bra, the first part 11 and the second part 21 are inclined plane sections, an arc-shaped section 31 is arranged between the first part 1 and the second part 2, and at least part of the arc-shaped section 31 is arched to the outer side of the bra for being in the shape of the arc. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the highest height dl of the arc-shaped arch at the middle of the arc-shaped section 31 is 8 mm.

From the sectional views of FIG. 8-FIG. 10, we can see that the steel wire constituting the bra wire is flat, the steel wire has an oblique angle a1, from the figures, we can see that the first part 11, the second part 21 and a third part have the same oblique angles a1, and the angle of each oblique angle al is 35 degrees.

Embodiment 3

As shown in FIGS. 11-13, a bra wire is used for being embedded on the lower edge of a bra cup for playing a supporting role (only one is shown in the figures) and is formed by bending a steel wire, the whole bra wire is in the shape of an arc, the bra wire comprises a first part 12 facing towards the middle part of the bra and a second part 22 deviating from the middle part of the bra, the first part 12 and the second part 22 are inclined plane sections, an arc-shaped section 32 is arranged between the first part 1 and the second part 2, and at least part of the arc-shaped section 32 is arched to the outer side of the bra for being in the shape of the arc. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 13, the highest height d2 of the arc-shaped arch at the middle of the arc-shaped section 32 is 10 mm.

From the sectional views of FIG. 14-FIG. 16, we can see that only the arc-shaped section part 32 has the oblique angle a2 which is in line with the bra shape, a2 is 54 degrees, and the first part 12 and the second part 22 are shaped like planes without the oblique angles and in smooth transition with the arc-shaped section 32.

The using process of the bra wire is as shown in FIGS. 17-19, when the bra 6 is worn on a body 4, the bra wires 5 are arranged in channels 61 on the lower edges of the cups of the bra 6 by penetration for playing the supporting role for the breasts 41. According to the anatomical characteristics of the human body, the chest cavity which is formed by arc-shaped breastbones is in the positions on the lower sides of the breasts, and the chest cavity is in bilateral symmetry, thereby enabling the body 4 to be in the shape of the arc, which is in bilateral symmetry slightly. As for the bra wire structure as shown in the embodiments, as the arc-shaped section part comprises the arc-shaped arched structure, the arc-shaped section part can be matched with the arc-shaped surface of the body 4 on the lower side of the breast 41, which is as shown in FIG. 17. Particularly, the two sides of the arc-shaped section with the oblique angle, which is as described in Embodiment 3, are in smooth transition with the planar first part and the second part, thereby being further in line with the planar breastbones on the two sides of the breast 41 of the human body 4.

As shown in FIG. 18, the bra supported by the bra wires in the structure can completely fit with the curve of the human body; as shown in a dotted line curve in the figure, the bra wires are more in line with the design of ergonomics and the wearing of the bra is more comfortable. Furthermore, even in motion process, the bra using the bra wires can ensure that the bra can fit with the curve of the human body; as shown in the dotted line curve in FIG. 19, the bra can not deform or displace due to strenuous exercises.

On the other hand, the bra using the arched bra wires can fully support the body through the bra wires, thereby having higher supporting force, having higher breast shaping effect, enabling the breasts of a user to have greater three-dimensional property and further showing the aesthetic curve of a woman.

Claims

1. An arched bra wire, which is used for being embedded on the lower edge of a bra cup for playing a supporting role and is formed by bending a steel wire, the whole bra wire is in the shape of an arc, the bra wire comprises a first part facing towards the middle part of the bra and a second part deviating from the middle part of the bra, the first part and the second part are inclined plane sections, an arc-shaped section is arranged between the first part and the second part, and the bra wire is characterized in that at least part of the arc-shaped section is arched to the outer side of the bra for being in the shape of the arc.

2. The bra wire for the bra according to claim 1, characterized in that the highest point of the arch of the arc-shaped section is 2-15 mm higher than the lowest point of the other parts.

3. The bra wire for the bra according to claim 2, characterized in that the highest point of the arch of the arc-shaped section is 4-10 mm higher than the lowest point of the other parts.

4. The bra wire for the bra according to claim 1, characterized in that the steel wire for constituting the bra wire is made to be flat, the middle part of the arc-shaped section is arched to be in the shape of the arc relative to the plane, and the two sides of the arc-shaped section are in smooth transition with the first part and the second part.

5. The bra wire for the bra according to any one of claim 1, characterized in that the cross section of the steel wire is rectangular, seen from the cross section, the bottom surfaces of the first part and the second part are arranged on the same plane.

6. The bra wire for the bra according to any one of claim 1, characterized in that the cross section of the steel wire is rectangular, seen from the cross section, the first part, the second part and the arc-shaped section have the same oblique angles.

7. The bra wire for the bra according to any one of claim 1, characterized in that seen from the cross section, at least part of the steel wire has an oblique angle.

8. The bra wire for the bra according to claim 7, characterized in that only the arc-shaped section part has the oblique angle which is in line with the bra shape, and the first and the second parts are planar and in smooth transition with the arc-shaped section.

9. The bra wire for the bra according to claim 7, characterized in that the oblique angle is 20-70 degrees.

10. The bra wire for the bra according to claim 9, characterized in that the oblique angle is 38±4 degrees or 26±6 degrees or 55±2 degrees or 65±2 degrees.
