Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Technical Field

The present invention provides a grill moving mechanism for an oven. The grill moving mechanism is disposed on an inner side of the oven for grilling various foods to enable a grill to be moved outward or inward synchronously with a door being pulled outward or shut, such that food can be put into or taken from the oven conveniently.

2. Description of Related Art

Ovens developed by the industrial sector for grilling various foods come in a wide variety of forms. Basically, a conventional oven comprises: an inner casing provided at upper and lower ends thereof with pipe radiators, respectively; an outer casing enclosing and being spaced apart from the inner casing; a back panel; and a door pivotally coupled to the front opening of the inner casing and adapted to open by a preset angle. A plurality of guiding grooves are disposed at left and right sides of the inner casing and spaced apart from each other, and are of a predetermined height. A grill can be pushed inward along the guiding grooves of the oven and then smoothly pushed inward or pulled outward. To grill food with the oven, a user puts the food to be grilled on the grill, pushes the grill into the oven, and shuts the door, such that the food inside the oven is evenly grilled at a preset temperature by the pipe radiators in operation.

However, the conventional oven does not manifest ease of use, because the operation of the conventional oven entails opening the door, pulling the grill out of the oven, putting food to be grilled on the grill, pushing the grill into the oven, and shutting the door. It is inconvenient for users to pull/push the grill and open/shut the door.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is intended to overcome the lack of ease-of-use of a conventional oven for grilling various foods, that is, the operation of the conventional oven requires that a grill of the oven has to be pushed inward or pulled outward by hand. To overcome the aforesaid drawback of the conventional oven, the present invention provides a grill moving mechanism disposed on an inner side of the oven to enable the grill to be moved outward or inward synchronously with the door, such that food can be put into or taken from the oven conveniently.

It is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a grill moving mechanism for an oven, applicable to the oven for grilling various foods and essentially comprising an inner casing provided at upper and lower ends thereof with pipe radiators, respectively, a plurality of guiding grooves disposed at left and right sides of the inner casing, spaced apart from each other, and being of a predetermined height, an outer casing enclosing and being spaced apart from the inner casing, a back panel, and a door pivotally coupled to a front opening of the inner casing and adapted to open by a preset angle, the grill moving mechanism being disposed at an external side of the inner casing and comprising a link, a controlling shaft pivotally connected to a rear end of the link, and a push rod, wherein the grill moving mechanism being characterized in that: a groove is disposed at a rear portion of one side of the inner casing; the controlling shaft is pivotally connected to a rear end of the link, penetrates the groove, and is fixed to a lower end of the push rod by an angle; a front end of the link is penetrated by a shaft lever and coupled to a rear end of a deflecting bar by an angle, such that the link and the deflecting bar are pivotally connected to each other; and a front end of the deflecting bar is pivotally coupled to a support of the door by a preset angle, wherein operation of the grill moving mechanism disposed on one side of the inner casing of the oven entails inserting a rear end of a grill pushed inward along two of the guiding grooves of the oven into spaces formed on the push rod to, such that operation of the deflecting bar and the link enables the grill to be moved outward synchronously with the door being pulled outward, and the grill is pushed inward synchronously with the door being shut, thereby allowing food to be put into or taken from the oven conveniently.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide the grill moving mechanism for an oven, wherein at least two said spaces tilting downward and spaced apart from each other are concavely formed on a front side of the push rod coupled to the rear end of the link by an angle, such that the rear end of the grill pushed inward along two of the guiding grooves of the oven is angularly inserted into the spaces formed on the push rod to maintain a definite angle between the grill and a rear end of the grill moving mechanism and thereby effectuate control thereof

Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide the grill moving mechanism for an oven, wherein, once the deflecting bar coupled to the front end of the link by an angle is pushed inward to the greatest extent, a rest protrudingly disposed at a preset position of the inner casing will abut against the deflecting bar and thereby provide an angular anchor for the deflecting bar pushed inward.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the present invention provides a grill moving mechanism for an oven. As shown in the drawings, an oven 5 for grilling various foods essentially comprises: an inner casing 1 provided at upper and lower ends thereof with pipe radiators 11, respectively; a plurality of guiding grooves 12 disposed at left and right sides of the inner casing 1, spaced apart from each other, and being of a predetermined height; an outer casing 2 enclosing and being spaced apart from the inner casing 1; a back panel 21; and a door 3 pivotally coupled to the front opening of the inner casing 1 and adapted to open by a preset angle. The arrangement of the aforesaid constituent elements is typical of a conventional oven and thus is not claimed by the present invention. By contrast, inventive technical features of the present invention are described below.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 5, a grill moving mechanism 4 is disposed at the external side of the inner casing 1. The grill moving mechanism 4 comprises a link 41, a controlling shaft 42 pivotally connected to the rear end of the link 41, and a push rod 43. A groove 13 is disposed at a rear portion of one side of the inner casing 1. The controlling shaft 42 penetrates the groove 13 and is fixed to the lower end of the push rod 43 by an angle. At least two spaces 431 tilting downward and spaced apart from each other are concavely formed on the front side of the push rod 43 coupled to the rear end of the link 41 by an angle. The front end of the link 41 is penetrated by a shaft lever 44 and coupled to the rear end of a deflecting bar 45 by an angle, such that the link 41 and the deflecting bar 45 are pivotally connected to each other. The front end of the deflecting bar 45 is pivotally coupled to a support 31 of the door 3 by a preset angle. A rest 14 is protrudingly disposed on the inner casing 1 and positioned at a preset position beneath the deflecting bar 45 pushed inward to the greatest extent. The aforesaid arrangement allows the grill moving mechanism 4 to be disposed on one side of the inner casing 1 (as shown in FIG. 1).

Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 3, and FIG. 5, operation of the grill moving mechanism 4 disposed on one side of the inner casing 1 of the oven 5 entails inserting angularly the rear end of a grill 6 pushed inward along two of the guiding grooves 12 of the oven 5 into the spaces 431 formed on the push rod 43 to maintain a definite angle between the grill 6 and the push rod 43 and thereby effectuates control thereof. A grill pan 7 can be placed on the grill 6, and then food to be grilled is placed in the grill pan 7. Afterward, a user shuts the door 3 of the oven 5 by hand to cause the grill 6 to be pushed inward by means of the grill moving mechanism 4 (as shown in FIG. 4); meanwhile, once the deflecting bar 45 coupled to the front end of the link 41 by an angle is pushed inward to the greatest extent, the rest 14 protrudingly disposed at a preset position of the inner casing 1 will abut against the deflecting bar 45 and thereby provide an angular anchor for the deflecting bar 45 pushed inward. Afterward, the food in the grill pan 7 is grilled at a preset temperature by the pipe radiators 11 provided at the upper and lower ends of the inner casing 1 of the oven 5. By contrast, if the user pulls the door 3 of the oven 5 outward (as shown in FIG. 5), operation of the deflecting bar 45 and the link 41 will enable the grill 6 to be moved outward synchronously with the door 3. Hence, food can be put into or taken from the oven 5 conveniently.
