DETAILED DESCRIPTIONThe bottom of a Western Domestic Toilet seat has 2 or 4 short bumpers about a half of an inch high attached to the bottom of the toilet seat. The bumpers protect the top of the toilet bowl rim 14 of the toilet bowl from being damaged by taking the blow of the seat 12 each time the said seat 12 is closed. The installation of the bumpers creates an empty space between the bottom of the said seat and the said rim 14 of the toilet referred to as the gap. The male user may inadvertently discharge a stream of urine into the said gap. The problem is if the said urine is not returned to the toilet bowl the urine will exit from the front of the said seat 12 and wet the user's clothes, or dribble down the front of the toilet and create a pool of urine on the floor, or both. The said barrier claim 1 10 returns the said urine back into the toilet bowl. There is no reason why the said barrier 10 should not be installed within the said gap. There is no building, health or governmental code regulating the use of the space within the said gap. Every Prior Arts examined by the applicant corrects the said problem by preventing the said urine from entering into the said gap. The applicant's application prevents the said urine from passing through the space created by the said gap.
