SELF ADJUSTABLE UNDERWEAR

Abstract

A self adjustable underwear which allows controlling the extent of upholding and concentrating the breasts of a user by adjusting her left, right cups according to her breasts' patterns. The self adjustable underwear is provided in sandwich layers at the lower edges and the outer sides respectively of the two breasts with a set of upholding air pads and a set of concentrating air pads adapted for adjusting air storing volumes, in order that the air pads will not be deviated by position, or fall out when in use; a user can have her breasts raised or concentrated to an extent by adjusting the left, right cups, so that the user can get the breast pattern adjusting function in all the directions.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to breast shields, and especially to a self adjustable underwear which allows controlling the extent of upholding and concentrating the breasts of a user by adjusting her left, right cups according to her breasts' patterns.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Breast shields are very important underwear accessories for modern women, they not only can provide holding function for users' breasts to prevent the breasts from drooping, or to protect the breasts in actions, to prevent uncomfortable feelings during violent shaking and contacting; they further have the functions of covering, concealing, fixing the breasts and embellishing the breasts, to prevent the situation of exposure, and can embellish the breasts' patterns to make more perfect and beautiful of the upper bodies of women.

Conventional breast shields basically has a left cup and a right cup having the function of covering, and fixing the breasts, the left cup and the right cup each has a shoulder strap which is in a type of a circle, and is connected with a back strap extending out of a lateral side of the left cup and the right cup respectively.

When in wearing, the shoulder straps and the back straps are used to encircle some parts of the user's body, so that the left cup and the right cup can surely cover the breasts, by covering the left and the right cups and by hanging of the shoulder straps as well as the encircling and tight bonding functions of the back straps, the breast shields not only can be held on the bustline area and hold as well as protect the breasts, but also can make the breasts concentrated and raised to have the effect of plasticization.

And more, some breast shields are emphasized that they can improve females' defects of intrinsic beauty because of inborn inferior growth or postnatally engendered drooping of breasts, such breast shields mainly have filled in their internal linings with pads of various thicknesses, these pads fill up the internal spaces of the cups to provide supporting function for the breasts, thereby the object of adjusting the breasts' patterns can be achieved.

Conventional breast shields having the function of adjusting breasts' patterns mainly are provided in each cup with a pocket for placing pads, the openings of the pockets are provided to face to their respective outer sides, in order that the pads can be exactly placed at the lower edges of their corresponding cups; however, such conventional breast shields only have the function of raising the breasts, when it needs to have the two cups concentrated towards the middle area, the two cups must be pushed towards the middle area by adjustment of tightness, in this way, not only the efficient of breasts' pattern adjustment is limited, but also uncomfortable feeling of the user may result by tight bonding of the breasts.

And more, such conventional breast shields must be frequently changed for other pads of different thicknesses in order to hold the breasts at expected height, thereby they are inconvenient in use; although there are thickness adjustable pads in the markets provided for being placed in cups in use, for instance: M308648, they must be repeatedly worn and taken off or aerated in order to adjust the thicknesses of the pads to be suitable for wearing; particularly, no matter the pads used are provided with the function of thickness self adjustment, by virtue that they are unable to be surely combined with the cups, they will be deviated by position when in use, or even will have the defect of falling out of the openings of their pockets.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a self adjustable underwear which allows controlling the extent of upholding and concentrating the breasts of a user by adjusting her left, right cups according to her breasts' patterns.

In order to achieve the above stated object, the self adjustable underwear of the present invention basically includes: a main body for wearing, two sets of upholding air pads and two sets of concentrating air pads.

Wherein: the main body for wearing has a left and a right cup, which cups at least connect on their outer sides correspondingly with a set of back straps;

the two sets of upholding air pads are provided in two sandwich layers at the lower edges respectively of the two breasts, each set of upholding air pads are connected with an air intake tube provided along the outer side of their cup, the air intake tube is provided on the tailing end of it with an air intake port;

the two sets of concentrating air pads are provided in two sandwich layers at the outer sides respectively of the two breasts, each set of concentrating air pads are connected with an air intake tube provided along the outer side of their cup, the air intake tubes each is provided on the tailing end of it with an air intake port.

In addition to this, the second preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: a main body for wearing, two sets of upholding air pads and two sets of concentrating air pads.

Wherein: the main body for wearing has a left and a right cup, which cups at least have on their outer sides respectively a set of back straps;

the two sets of upholding air pads are provided in two sandwich layers at the lower edges respectively of the two breasts, each set of upholding air pads are connected with an air intake tube provided along the outer side of their cup, the air intake tubes each is provided on the tailing end of it with an air intake port;

the two sets of concentrating air pads are provided in two sandwich layers which are provided in the back straps at the outer sides respectively of the two cups and provided respectively at the outer sides of the two breasts, each set of concentrating air pads are connected with an air intake tube provided along the outer side of their back straps, the air intake tubes each is provided on the tailing end of it with an air intake port.

With the features of the above stated structure, the self adjustable underwear can have air filled into the left and right upholding air pads or the left and right concentrating air pads via the air intake tubes, in order to always effectively maintain the thicknesses and radians after adjustment of the left and right upholding air pads or the left and right concentrating air pads, thereby to provide the expected supporting function for the breasts in the breast shields; thus the object of adjusting the upholding and concentrating extent by the user according to her own breasts' patterns can be achieved.

The following is a synopsis about the particular practicing mod of the components of the present invention:

In practicing the present invention, the self adjustable underwear can further be provided at the air intake ports of both sets of upholding air pads and concentrating air pads each with a leak-proof plug.

In addition to the leak-proof plugs, the air intake tubes can be provided each with a check valve, the check valves can be opened by an external force exerting on a predetermined area or action of an alien thing, thereby when the user makes entering of air into the upholding air pads and concentrating air pads, air can be sustainingly inflated, sealed and stored till the user touches the check valves to discharge some air.

In practicing the present invention, the surfaces of the upholding air pads and concentrating air pads facing to the inner surfaces of the cups are made undulate form in order to reduce the feeling of mugginess.

In practicing the present invention, the main body for wearing has respectively at the lower edges of the two cups sandwich seams extending to the two lateral sides of the main body for providing air intake tubes; the air intake tubes can be directly used to increase the fixing effect of the cups.

And in practicing the present invention, the main body for wearing has respectively at the lower edges of the two cups sandwich seams extending to the two lateral sides of the main body for providing air intake tubes; the sandwich seams of the two cups are provided therein with steel wires to increase the fixing effect of the cups.

Further in practicing the present invention, the main body for wearing has respectively at the upper edges of the two cups a set of shoulder straps in connection with the back straps.

As compared with the prior art, the self adjustable underwear of the present invention has the following advantages:

• 1. The upholding air pads and concentrating air pads surely are fixed in the sandwich layers of the cups, they will not be deviated by position when in use, or even fall out.
• 2. Each cup can be individually adjusted the extent of upholding or inwardly concentrating the breasts, so that the user can get the breast pattern adjusting function in all the directions.
• 3. The self adjustable underwear which allows controlling the extent of upholding and concentrating the breasts of a user by adjusting her left, right cups according to her breasts' patterns, so that an effect of having better breasts' patterns can be obtained.
• 4. The self adjustable underwear of the present invention can have air filled into the upholding air pads or concentrating air pads of the left and right cups through an aeration device, so that adjustment of the breasts' patterns can be more convenient and surer.
• 5. The sets of upholding air pads and concentrating air pads their surfaces facing to the inner surfaces of the cups made undulate form in order to reduce the feeling of mugginess.

The present invention will be apparent according the technical measures of it after reading the detailed description of the preferred embodiment thereof in reference to the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring firstly to FIG. 1 which shows the structure of a preferred embodiment of the self adjustable underwear of the present invention; the self adjustable underwear basically includes: a main body 10 for wearing, two sets of upholding air pads 20 and two sets of concentrating air pads 30. Please refer simultaneously to FIGS. 2 and 3:

Wherein: the main body 10 for wearing has a left and a right cup 11, which cups 11 at least connect on their outer sides correspondingly with a set of back straps 12; in practicing, the main body 10 for wearing can also be provided on the upper edges of the two cups 11 with shoulder straps 13 for connecting the back straps 12 to increase the fixing effect of the breast shields when being worn;

the two sets of upholding air pads 20 are provided in two sandwich layers 111 at the lower edges respectively of the two breasts, each set of upholding air pads 20 are connected with an air intake tube 21 provided along the outer side of its cup 11, the air intake tube 21 is provided on the tailing end of it with an air intake port 22;

the two sets of concentrating air pads 30 are provided in two sandwich layers 111 at the outer sides respectively of the two breasts, each set of concentrating air pads 30 are slightly different by shape from the above mentioned upholding air pads 20 probably because of the difference of their positions allocated in the cups 11 relatively to the positions of the upholding air pads 20, while the sets of concentrating air pads 30 are same in their basic structures as the sets of the upholding air pads 20; i.e., the sets of concentrating air pads 30 are similarly connected with an air intake tube 31 provided along the outer side of its cup 11, the air intake tube 31 are provided on the tailing end of it with an air intake port 32;

the air intake ports 22, 32 of the upholding air pads 20 and the concentrating air pads 30 of the self adjustable underwear of the present invention are further each provided with a leak-proof plug 23, 33; by using the air intake ports 22, 32 and the leak-proof plugs 23, 33, air filled in can be stored in the air pads (the upholding air pads 20 or the concentrating air pads 30), so that the effect of seal and storing air can be achieved; when in necessary, the air intake ports 22, 32 can be opened by an external force or action of an alien thing, in order that the air pads (the upholding air pads 20 or the concentrating air pads 30) can be adjusted by thickness, or air in the air pads can be completely discharged for the convenience of placing the breast shields in a washing machine for cleansing.

In addition to the leak-proof plugs 23, 33, the air intake tubes 21, 31 can be provided each with a check valve 34 (provided for the concentrating air pad 30 as shown in FIG. 3 for example), the check valves 34 can be opened by an external force exerting on a predetermined area or action of an alien thing, thereby when the user makes entering of air into the upholding air pads 20 and concentrating air pads 30, air can be sustainingly inflated, sealed and stored till the user touches the check valves 34 to discharge some air.

In principle, when in using the self adjustable underwear of the present invention, air can be filled into the upholding air pads 20 or concentrating air pads 30 of the left and right cups 11 directly through the air intake tube 21, 31, and can be stored in the air pads by using the air intake ports 22, 32, the leak-proof plugs 23, 33, or the check valves 34, to always effectively maintain the thicknesses and radians after adjustment of the upholding air pads 20 or the concentrating air pads 30 in the left and right cups 11, and thereby to provide the expected supporting function for the breasts in the breast shields; thus the object of adjusting the upholding and concentrating extent of the breasts in the left and right cups achieved.

The upholding air pads 20 and concentrating air pads 30 are fixed in the sandwich layers 111 of the cups 11, they will not be deviated by position or even fall out when in use, so that the function of the whole self adjustable underwear can be more reliable; particularly, each cup 11 can be individually adjusted in the extent of upholding or inwardly concentrating the breasts, so that the user can get the breast pattern adjusting function in all the directions. And different users can adjust the left, right cups 11 to have their breasts raised or concentrated to an extent according to their own breasts' patterns, so that an effect of having better breasts' patterns can be obtained.

And more, when the self adjustable underwear of the present invention is Worn on the body of a user, as shown in FIG. 4, air is filled into the upholding air pads 20 (or the concentrating air pads 30) of the left, right cups 11 through an aeration device 40, there is no need of repeatedly wearing/taking off the breast shields, hence adjustment of the breast patterns can be more convenient and reliable. In the drawing, the aeration device 40 is a hand pressing type aeration ball.

One thing is worth mentioning, taking the concentrating air pad 30 in FIGS. 2, 3 as an example, the concentrating air pad 30 (upholding air pad 20) can have their surfaces facing to the inner surfaces of the cups made undulate form in order to reduce the feeling of mugginess; and the self adjustable underwear of the present invention has respectively at the lower edges of the two cups two sandwich seams 112 extending to the two lateral sides of the main body 10 for wearing and being provided with air intake tubes 22, 32; the air intake tubes 22, 32 can be directly used to increase the fixing effect of the cups 11.

Surely, as stated above, the main body 10 for wearing has respectively at the lower edges of the two cups 11 two sandwich seams 112 extending to the two lateral sides of the main body 10 and being provided with air intake tubes 22, 32; the sandwich seams 112 of the two cups 11 are provided therein with steel wires (not shown) for increasing the fixing effect of the cups.

Further as shown in FIG. 5, a second embodiment of the present invention includes: a main body 10 for wearing, two sets of upholding air pads 20 and two sets of concentrating air pads 30.

Wherein: the main body 10 for wearing has a left and a right cup 11, which cups 11 at least connect on their outer sides correspondingly with a set of back straps 12;

the two sets of upholding air pads 20 are provided in two sandwich layers 111 at the lower edges respectively of the two breasts, each set of upholding air pads 20 are connected with an air intake tube 21 provided along the outer side of its cup 11, the air intake tube 21 is provided on the tailing end of it with an air intake port 22;

the two sets of concentrating air pads 30 are provided in two sandwich layers 111a which are provided in the back straps 12 at the outer sides respectively of the two cups and provided respectively at the outer sides of the two breasts, each set of concentrating air pads 30 are slightly different by shape from the above mentioned upholding air pads 20 probably because of the difference of their positions allocated in the cups 11 relatively to the positions of the upholding air pads 20, while the sets of concentrating air pads 30 are same in their basic structures as the sets of the upholding air pads 20; i.e., the sets of concentrating air pads 30 are similarly connected with an air intake tube 31 provided along the outer side of its cup 11, the air intake tube 31 are provided on the tailing end of it with an air intake port 32.

In addition to these, the present invention further is provided with some identical detail means such as shoulder straps 13, leak-proof plugs 23, 33 and check valves 34 etc. as of the afore stated embodiment in their positions allocated and modes of use, thereby no further narration is needed for them.

And more, the concentrating air pads 30 of this embodiment are provided in the sandwich layers 111a provided in the back straps 12 at the outer sides respectively at the outer sides of the two breasts, the object of this is to render the armpit tissue (supernumerary breast) of the user to concentrate towards the middle of the breasts, thereby the concentrating effect can be increased. In practicing, as shown in the drawing, the concentrating air pads 30 can be designed to be structures being gradually larger inwardly from their outer sides, so that the armpit tissue (supernumerary breast) of a human body can be concentrated gradually towards the middle of the breasts. the present invention mainly provides a structure for a self adjustable underwear that can surely make combination of air pads with the main body for wearing, in order that the air pads will not be deviated by position, or fall out when in use; and in use, a user can have her breasts raised or concentrated to an extent by adjusting her left, right cups according to her breasts' patterns; or even the user having the present invention worn on her body can make air filled into the upholding air pads or concentrating air pads of the left and right cups through an aeration device, so that an effect of getting better breasts' patterns can be achieved. The principal technical feature of the present invention can be applied to structures of male or female panties, and firmly combined with the main bodies of the panties, so that an effect of rendering the users to adjust by themselves according to the characters of male or female persons.

The above specification and drawings are stated above only for illustrating the embodiments of the present invention, and not for giving any limitation to the scope of the present invention, i it will be apparent to those skilled in this art that various equivalent modifications or changes in structure, installation and features of this invention shall also fall within the scope of the appended claims.

Claims

1. A self adjustable underwear including:

a main body for wearing having two cups respectively provided on a left and a right side of said main body, outer sides of said cups being connected with a set of back straps;

two sets of upholding air pads being provided in two sandwich layers at lower edges respectively of breasts, each of said sets of upholding air pads being connected with an air intake tube provided along a corresponding one of said outer sides of said cups, said air intake tube being provided on a tailing end thereof with an air intake port;

two sets of concentrating air pads being provided in two sandwich layers at said outer sides respectively of said breasts, each of said sets of concentrating air pads being connected with an air intake tube provided along a corresponding one of said outer sides of said cups, said air intake tube being provided on a tailing end thereof with an air intake port;

said upholding and concentrating air pads getting effects of upholding and concentrating said breasts after aeration of said air pads.

2. The self adjustable underwear as in claim 1, wherein: said self adjustable underwear further is provided at said air intake ports of said sets of upholding air pads and concentrating air pads each with a leak-proof plug.

3. The self adjustable underwear as in claim 1, wherein:

surfaces of said upholding air pads and concentrating air pads facing to inner surfaces of said cups are made undulate form.

4. The self adjustable underwear as in claim 1, wherein: said main body for wearing has respectively at lower edges of said two cups two sandwich seams extending to two lateral sides of said main body for providing said air intake tubes.

5. The self adjustable underwear as in claim 1, wherein: said main body for wearing has respectively at lower edges of said two cups two sandwich seams extending to two lateral sides of said main body for providing said air intake tubes; said sandwich seams of said two cups are provided therein with steel wires.

6. The self adjustable underwear as in claim 1, wherein: said main body for wearing has respectively upper edges of said two cups a set of shoulder straps in connection with said back straps.

7. The self adjustable underwear as in claim 1, wherein: said air intake tubes are provided each with a check valve.

8. A self adjustable underwear including:

a main body for wearing having two cups respectively provided on a left and a right side of said main body, outer sides of said cups being connected with a set of back straps;

two sets of upholding air pads being provided in two sandwich layers at lower edges respectively of breasts, each of said sets of upholding air pads being connected with an air intake tube provided along a corresponding one of said outer sides of said cups, said air intake tube being provided on a tailing end thereof with an air intake port adapted to being sealed/opened;

said upholding air pads and said concentrating air pads getting effects of upholding and concentrating said breasts after aeration of said air pads.

9. The self adjustable underwear as in claim 8, wherein: said self adjustable underwear further is provided at said air intake ports of said sets of upholding air pads and concentrating air pads each with a leak-proof plug.

10. The self adjustable underwear as in claim 8, wherein:

surfaces of said upholding air pads and concentrating air pads facing to inner surfaces of said cups are made undulate form.

11. The self adjustable underwear as in claim 8, wherein:

said main body for wearing has respectively at lower edges of said two cups sandwich seams extending to two lateral sides of said main body for providing said air intake tubes.

12. The self adjustable underwear as in claim 8, wherein:

said main body for wearing has respectively at lower edges of said two cups two sandwich seams extending to two lateral sides of said main body for providing said air intake tubes; said sandwich seams of said two cups are provided therein with steel wires.

13. The self adjustable underwear as in claim 8, wherein:

said main body for wearing has respectively upper edges of said two cups a set of shoulder straps in connection with said back straps.

14. The self adjustable underwear as in claim 8, wherein:

said air intake tubes are provided each with a check valve.

15. The self adjustable underwear as in claim 8, wherein:

said concentrating air pads which are structures being gradually larger inwardly from their outer sides in order to render armpit tissue (supernumerary breast) of a user to concentrate gradually towards middle of said breasts.
