Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a frame structure, and more particularly a frame structure that is convenient and can be repeatedly used without sticky residue.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

People usually keep photos, pictures and commendations, and further frame them for the purpose of display. Conventional frame structure uses wood or metal to form a frame body that has an inner groove to engage a piece of glass, and the framed object is disposed between a back board and the glass. When a user wants to hang the frame structure onto the wall surface, the most common way is to use nails or double-sided tape. However, there are some disadvantages, such as: (i) conventional frame structure is made by a plurality of frame bars having inner grooves to secure the glass, framed objects and back board. When the frame structure is hung on the wall, the most common way is to use nails or double-sided tape, however, it may be inconvenient if the user wants to change the location of the frame structure; (ii) the nails will likely damage the wall surface, while the double-sided tape may leave some residues that are hard to remove; (iii) the material costs for wooden or metal frames are high; and (iv) the framed object is hard to be replaced. Therefore, there remains a need for a new and improved frame structure to overcome the problem stated above.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is to provide a frame structure to solve the problems above. The frame structure may include a frame layer, a transparent layer and a sticking layer. A center portion of the frame layer (10) is a hollow portion, and the frame layer is made by resilient materials, such as EVA foam, PVC, PET, PP, PC or TPU. A pattern can be formed on a surface of the frame layer, and the pattern can be printed, pasted or drawn. Also, the frame layer can be the shape of triangle, square, circle, oval, polygon, or irregular shapes. Any frame body with the hollow portion can be equivalents in the present invention. The transparent layer sticks to the frame layer and covers the hollow portion, and the transparent layer has the functions of displaying and protecting the object shown in the frame. In one embodiment, the object can be photos, pictures, document, doorplates, commendations, business cards and certificates. The sticking layer sticks to the transparent layer, and more specifically to the periphery of the transparent layer. The sticking layer is a SEBS glue, namely a styrenic elastomeric glue.

It is a main object of the present invention that one side of the transparent layer attaches to the frame layer, while the other side attaches to the sticking layer; and the sticking layer is a SEBS glue, namely a styrenic elastomeric glue. The frame layer and the transparent layer can be attached to any flat surfaces through the sticking layer, and the sticking layer can be used repeatedly to achieve the goal of fast securing and repeatedly sticking the frame structure to the wall.

It is another object of the present invention that the sticking layer is a SEBS glue, namely a styrenic elastomeric glue, and when the sticking layer detaches from the flat surface, the sticking layer can be completely detached without breaking or damaging the sticking surface to increase the practicability.

It is still another object of the present invention that the frame layer, transparent layer and sticking layer form the frame structure that can secure the object to the wall and reduce material costs.

It is a further object of the present invention that the frame layer is made by resilient materials and the sticking layer is a SEBS glue that can be repeatedly used, so the frame structure made by the frame layer, transparent layer and sticking layer can be repeatedly used as well, and the framed object can be replaced.

In order to further understand the goal, characteristics and effect of the present invention, a number of embodiments along with the drawings are illustrated as following:

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a frame structure may include a frame layer (10), a transparent layer (20) and a sticking layer (30). A center portion of the frame layer (10) is a hollow portion (11), and the frame layer (10) is made by resilient materials, such as EVA foam, PVC, PET, PP, PC or TPU. A pattern can be formed on a surface of the frame layer (10), and the pattern can be printed, pasted or drawn. Also, the frame layer (10) can be the shape of triangle, square, circle, oval, polygon, or irregular shapes. Any frame body with the hollow portion can be equivalents in the present invention. The transparent layer (20) sticks to the frame layer (10) and covers the hollow portion (11), and the transparent layer (20) has the functions of displaying and protecting the object shown in the frame. In one embodiment, the object can be photos, pictures, document, doorplates, commendations, business cards and certificates. The sticking layer (30) sticks to the transparent layer (20), and more specifically to the periphery of the transparent layer (20). The sticking layer (30) is a SEBS glue, namely a styrenic elastomeric glue. According to the structure stated above, the frame layer (10) and the transparent layer (20) are provided for the framed objects, and the sticking layer (30) is provided to repeatedly and seamlessly paste the frame to any flat surface to increase practicability of the frame.

Referring to FIGS. 2 to 5, when in use, the frame layer (10) of the present invention has the hollow portion (11), and the transparent layer (20) sticks to the frame layer (10), so that the frame layer (10) and the transparent layer (20) are combined to form one object and the transparent layer (20) entirely covers the hollow portion (11) of the frame layer (10), and the sticking layer (30) is then sticks onto the transparent layer (20). As can be seen in FIG. 2, the sticking layer (30) covers the entire edges of the transparent layer (20), and when a user wants to dispose an object into the frame in the present invention, the object can be disposed at the transparent layer (20) corresponding to the hollow portion (11), and the sticking layer (30) can attach the frame layer (10) and the transparent layer (20) to any flat surfaces, such as a cement wall, glass surface, etc. In other words, the object can be disposed between any flat surfaces and the frame layer (10) and the transparent layer (20). Moreover, the frame layer (10) in the present invention is made by resilient materials and the sticking layer (30) is a SEBS glue (styrenic elastomeric glue) that enables the frame structure having the frame layer (10), transparent layer (20) and sticking layer (30) to be used repeatedly. It is noted that during the process of repeatedly sticking the frame structure to the surface, the sticking layer (30) will not break or partially stick on the surface to achieve the goal of seamlessly sticking the frame structure. Thus, the present invention is convenient, and enables the sticking surface to remain intact, as well as reducing the costs.

In another embodiment as shown in FIG. 6, the sticking layer (30) can be disposed on both sides of the transparent layer (20) to achieve the same goal in the present invention, and further reduce the material costs of the sticking layer (30).

In still another embodiment as shown in FIG. 7, the sticking layer (30) covers the entire surface of the transparent layer (20) to increase the stickiness of the sticking layer (30), so the frame layer (10) and the transparent layer (20) can secure heavier objects. Furthermore, a non-sticky paper (40) attaches to the other side of the sticking layer (30), so the sticking layer (30) can be stored or stacked when not in use to prevent the sticking layer (30) from being contaminated to reduce stickiness.

In a further embodiment as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a frame structure may include a frame layer (10) with a hollow portion (11) in the center thereof, and the frame layer (10) is made by resilient materials. A sticking layer (30) sticks on the entire surface of the frame layer (10), and the sticking layer (30) is a SEBS glue, namely a styrenic elastomeric glue. The frame layer (10) is provided for an object (A), and the sticking layer (30) can repeatedly and seamlessly attach the frame structure to any flat surfaces. The peripheries of the object (A) are restricted by the sticking layer (30) and can be secured at the hollow portion (11) of the frame layer (10), to achieve the goal of fast securing the object (A) to increase the practicability of the frame structure.

Comparing with the conventional arts, the present invention is advantageous because (i) one side of the transparent layer (20) attaches to the frame layer (10), while the other side attaches to the sticking layer (30); and the sticking layer (30) is a SEBS glue, namely a styrenic elastomeric glue. The frame layer (10) and the transparent layer (20) can be attached to any flat surfaces through the sticking layer (30), and the sticking layer (30) can be used repeatedly to achieve the goal of fast securing and repeatedly sticking the frame structure to the wall; (ii) the sticking layer (30) is a SEBS glue, namely a styrenic elastomeric glue, and when the sticking layer (30) detaches from the flat surface, the sticking layer (30) can be completely detached without breaking or damaging the sticking surface to increase the practicability; (iii) the frame layer (10), transparent layer (20) and sticking layer (30) form the frame structure that can secure the object to the wall and reduce material costs; and (iv) the frame layer (10) is made by resilient materials and the sticking layer (30) is a SEBS glue that can be repeatedly used, so the frame structure made by the frame layer (10), transparent layer (20) and sticking layer (30) can be repeatedly used as well, and the framed object can be replaced.

Having described the invention by the description and illustrations above, it should be understood that these are exemplary of the invention and are not to be considered as limiting. Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as limited by the foregoing description, but includes any equivalents.
