Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a ball-bearing device, particularly a ball-bearing slide carriage device with balls applied to a slide carriage and characteristic of superior durability, buffer effect, and fewest collision-induced noises.

2. Description of the Related Art

Cabinet lockers or drawers have been extensively applied in various storage implements. To realize a cabinet locker (drawer) which is conveniently pulled out, those slide tracks with functions for positioning and guidance are usually integrated into both laterals of a cabinet locker (drawer). For a cabinet locker (drawer) smoothly and conveniently pulled out or pushed in, a ball-bearing slide carriage which is installed between slide tracks (e.g., inner track and outer track) allows its both ends to be stopped by the inner and outer tracks and is driven in conjunction with the inner track's movement relative to the outer track; the outer track is equipped with a stopper at an outmost end which resists and restricts the ball-bearing slide carriage and prevents it from separation. As shown in FIG. 1 through FIG. 3, a ball-bearing slide carriage device based on prior arts comprises a bottom track 91, a central track 92, an outer track 93 and ball-bearing slide carriages 94, 95 installed therein: the bottom track 91 is provided with (a) a mounted plate 913 as one medium to fix the ball-bearing slide carriage device on a cabinet wall (not shown in the figures), (b) a slide track space 911 therein, and (c) a limiting member 912 in the front of the slide track space 911; the central track 92 comprises a central track bottom 921 and a central track top 922 wherein the central track bottom 921 sliding and held in the slide track space 911 is equipped with a stopper 923 at the front end and the central track top 922 is equipped with a stopper 924 at the rear end; the outer track 93 linking a cabinet body (drawer) has a slide track space 930 in which the central track top 922 slides and is held and is provided with a limiting member 931 and a limiting member 932 at front and rear ends, respectively; the ball-bearing slide carriage 94 is installed between the central track 92 (central track bottom 921) and the bottom track 91 and the ball-bearing slide carriage 95 is installed between the central track 92 (central track top 922) and the outer track 93 wherein the ball-bear slide carriage 94 (95) has an inner space 941 (951) and is equipped with a plurality of filling slots 942 (952) and 943 (953) at front and rear ends for filling of a plurality of balls 943 (953). During an operation to pull out or push in the outer track 93 and the central track 92, the ball-bearing slide carriage 94 (95) slides between the central track 92 and the bottom track 91 (between the central track 92 and the outer track 93) and the limiting members are effective in terminating relative motions of the ball-bearing slide carriages 94, 95 and preventing them from separation in order to realize smooth movement under guidance and rolling of the balls 943 (953).

However, the abovementioned ball-bearing slide carriage device which depends on the ball-bearing slide carriage 94 (95) to realize smooth movement generates noises and is regarded as an unideal design failing in quiet effect and product quality for one cabinet locker (drawer) pulled out or pushed in when the sliding ball-bearing slide carriage 94 (95) resists and is stopped by the limiting members. Furthermore, vibrations are observed in the sliding ball-bearing slide carriage 94 (95) which resists and is stopped by the limiting members and evolve into noises due to collisions between the balls 943 (953) and the filling slots 942 (952), 943 (953) which are installed in the ball-bearing slide carriage 94 (95); those noises out of the considerable sum of balls 943 (953) are hardly ignored and required to be overcome. Against this background, it has become a critical issue to correct and get over drawbacks such as noise and vibration in the prior ball-bearing slide carriage in service by persons skilled in the industry.

Accordingly, the inventor having considered an imperfect structural design of the prior ball-bearing slide carriage device in service and attempted to optimize an automatic homing track device with features such as quiet effect, buffering flexibility and durability has studied and developed the present invention for serving the general public and promoting development of the industry.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
