Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(1) Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a preparation technique of spinning staple fiber master-batches. Specifically, the invention provides the multi-functional staple fiber spinning master-batches and a mass production method to develop and design more type's functional bedding products, which include the multi-function of antibacterial function, far infrared and negative anions.

(2) Description of the Prior Art

The most popular fibers are used to make into the daily's products like as weaving fabrics, clothes, and bedding. And the products provided the different functions, such as thermal resistance, good looking design, and protection function. But in general those products are easy to breed the bacteria, produce odor, and affect the human health. Thus, the existed functional fabrics with antibacteria function, and the deodorizing have been developed. The mainly production method to create the functional fiber was to add functional particles or extra components into the staple spinning fiber. Another ways is to use the weaving or knitting method to form textile fabrics. For example, the micro size activate carbon particles can be added into fiber to deodorize or absorb the odor.

At present, the functional fiber has the relatively broad application. U.S. Pat. No. 4,696,742, U.S. Pat. No. 6,319,440, U.S. Pat. No. 5,238,899, and U.S. Pat. No. 4,772,455 provide several activated carbon fibers, which may be fabricated into several fabrics to remove or absorb the impurity, toxic substance, and odor.

In addition, antimicrobial yarns have been developed. For example, Taiwan Patent Publication Number 200504262 discloses “ANTIMICROBIAL YARN HAVING NANOSILVER PARTICLES AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME”, which mainly provides a yarn having an antimicrobial effect. The antimicrobial fungicide effect of the yarn originates from the nanometer silver particles, which has the diameters ranging from 1 to 100 nm, and are attached to the yarn. The yarn includes fibers made of cotton, linen, silk, wool, leather, blended fabric and synthesis fiber or a combination thereof, so that the fabric material fabricated from the antimicrobial yarn can be further used to weave as the clothes, underwear, short socks, shoe pads, shoe linings, coverlets, pillowcase fabrics, towels, feminine hygiene products, experimental coats, medical uniform and the like to generate the effect of antimicrobial function.

However, the above-mentioned fiber fabric only can be used to fabricate the nanometer silver fiber with the single antimicrobial activity function and cannot generate the other additional functions, and is thus restricted in use and cannot have the enhanced added value. Although Taiwan Patent Number 1341879 discloses a manufacturing method of a multi-function spinning fiber master batch, it is mainly based on the silver ions, and the particle diameter of the master is too large so that the function thereof cannot be effectively released and the manufacturing cost is too high. This affects the acceptable level of the subsequent consumer, and cannot satisfy the requirements in the actual use.

In view of the associated problems induced by the design defects of the conventional functional spinning fiber, the present inventor has paid attention to the research and development according to the experience and the technology in manufacturing the associated products for many years, and thus developed this multi-functional spinning staple fiber master batch to overcome the conventional inconvenience and trouble.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, a main object of the invention is to provide multi-functional spinning staple fiber master batches, so that the master batch has the functions of the antimicrobial activity, the far infrared rays and the anions, and bedding products having diversified functions can be developed.

Thus, an main object of the invention is to provide multi-functional spinning staple fiber master batches, which can enhance the anion releasing strength to enhance the user's immunity and antimicrobial activity, and can simultaneously have the far infrared ray radiation benefit to enhance the product's thermal resistance and the health protection effect of the human metabolism.

According to this, the invention mainly utilizes the following technological means to implement the above-mentioned objects and effects, and mainly utilizes the multi-functional ester fiber chip serving as a base material. Main components of the multi-functional ester fiber chip comprise alumina, zirconium oxide, magnesium oxide, tourmaline, zinc oxide, silver ions, porphyries andesite and rare trace elements of deep seaweed mud. The base material of the multi-functional ester fiber chip is ground into the master batch with a particle size having an average particle diameter smaller than or equal to 0.3 microns.

Thus, according to the above-mentioned technological means, the master batch powder of the invention is ultra-fine, and the particle diameters are uniform. The far infrared ray pertains to the natural radioactive nuclide and has the nuclide activity far lower than the reference value and is very safe. In addition, the fiber contains the natural ceramic composition, which absorbs the light and heat emitted from the human body and the nature, and then releases the far infrared rays with the wavelength approximating the wavelength of the human body. Thus, the releasing strength of the anions can be raised to enhance the user's immunity and antimicrobial activity. Meanwhile, the product's thermal effect and the health protection effect of the human metabolism can be raised through the far infrared rays. Thus, the master batch has the functions of the antimicrobial activity, the far infrared rays and the anions so that the bedding product with the diversified functions can be developed, and the product's added value and economic effectiveness can be raised.

Further aspects, objects, and desirable features of the invention will be better understood from the detailed description that follows in which various embodiments of the disclosed invention are illustrated by way of examples.
