BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(1) Field of the Invention

This present invention relates to a tennis racquet throat “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes” system, comprising this tennis racquet in accordance with this present invention, there is provided a newly tennis racquet comprises a tennis racquet throat “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes system showing the innovative geometric properties and detailing the most relevant angles and lineal general measurements, A tennis racquet throat “Triple-asymmetrical-Yokes” comprising: an racquet throat supporting three-asymmetrical-yokes all measured from racquet main-shaft-handle-longitudinal-axis, main-yoke support two-asymmetrical-stretch-shafts diagonally-aligned, and interconnects with right-yoke-left-straight-shaft and left-yoke-right-straight-shaft, main-yoke-lower-square-shaft interconnects with top-octagonal-symmetrical main-handle-shaft, right-yoke support two-asymmetrical-shafts, left-straight-shaft which interconnects to main-yoke-right-stretch-shaft, right-yoke-curved-shaft which form part of the lower-portion-head-frame-loop, left-yoke support two-asymmetrical-shafts, said left-straight-shaft which interconnects to main-yoke-left-stretch-shaft, left-curved-shaft which form part of the lower-portion of head-frame-loop.

(2) Description of the Related Art

Tennis racquet have become very popular in the last years for sport and exercises specially in young generation participation, at the same time and more particularly to improve the general tennis racquet performances with new designs and improved strong lightweight Nano-Carbon fibers, by improving new construction techniques and technologies providing an extra-tennis strongest racquets with or without integral framing system, strings configuration, improvements made over the frame cross section design, all possible energy saving improvements by reducing vibrations and control torsional elasticity, and the most relevant and constantly improvement was made over the sweet-spot area and all combinations of above mentioned improvements.

This part of the patent description of the related art represents to a difficult challenge, that present invention related to a tennis racquet unique throat “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes” system that supports many mayor changes over the conventional tennis racquets (In-Line-Symmetry) “S” shaped and off-set-head last recently tennis racquets throat-designs concepts.

The conventional tennis racquets related-art (In-Line-Symmetry) not support throat “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes” system, at least one of the three-throat-yokes are symmetrical. The “S” shaped tennis racquet prior-art also not support throat “Triple-Symmetrical-Yokes” system, at least one of the three throat-jokes are symmetrical and also all throat-shafts are curved, and not support any stretch-shaft, the “S” shaped tennis racquet support the unique asymmetrical curved-handle measured from racquet longitudinal-axis.

The off-Set-head tennis racquet throat prior-art supports three-yokes, the main-yoke which connects to the racquet frame-shaft-handle, supports two stretch-symmetrical-shafts-parallel-aligned and measured from longitudinal-racquet-axis, and supports two-asymmetrical-stretch-shafts diagonally aligned from longitudinal-racquet-axis and interconnects with the second and third asymmetrical-yokes and not support throat “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes” system configuration.

The tennis racquet throat “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes” system represents the most technologically advanced and improvement in any tennis racquet ever build and design on the market today, and made technically the big differences between related arts and this present invention.

The following U.S. Patent numbers disclosed in brief descriptions of many backgrounds and acknowledge of each invention.

U.S. Pat. No. 4,768,786, Kuebler, granted in Sep. 6, 1988, discloses a conventional longitudinal axis symmetrical tennis racquet with improved resonance frequency, Kuebler, doesn't relate a tennis racquet throat comprising a “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes” system configuration.

U.S. Pat. No. 5,089,098, Petralia, granted in Mar. 24, 1992, discloses a conventional longitudinal axis symmetrical Tennis Racquet with support an improvement shock and vibration absorbent system having as base fibrous reinforced composed organic materials, Petralia, doesn't relate a tennis racquet comprising a throat “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes” system configuration.

U.S. Pat. No. 5,141,228, Soong, granted in Aug. 25, 1992, discloses a conventional longitudinal axis symmetrical tennis racquet with shock absorbing string post damping device system, Soong, doesn't relate a tennis racquet comprising a throat “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes” system configuration.

U.S. Pat. No. 5,211,691, Sol, granted in May 18, 1993, discloses a conventional longitudinal axis symmetric tennis racquet which has a frame joined to a longitudinal extending handle on an axis of symmetry of the racquet, Sol, doesn't relate a tennis racquet throat comprising a “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes” system configuration.

U.S. Pat. No. 5,865,694, Duong-Van, granted in Feb. 2, 1999, discloses a conventional longitudinal axis symmetric tennis racquet with vibration damping and torsional elasticity, Duong-Van, doesn't relate a tennis racquet throat comprising a “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes” system configuration.

U.S. Pat. No. 7,553,246, Turzer-Harald, granted in Jun. 30, 2009, discloses an “S” shaped asymmetric head-frame, curved-yokes-shafts and throat symmetric-main-yoke with curved-handle configuration, Turzer-Harald, doesn't relate a tennis racquet throat comprising a “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes” system configuration.

U.S. Des. Pat. No. 448,436 S Kuncz-Ferenc, granted in Sep. 25, 2001, discloses an off-Set-head tennis racquet in which throat system prior-art supports three-yokes, the main-yoke which interconnects with the octagonal top portion racquet frame-shaft-handle and supports two stretch-symmetrical-shafts-parallel-aligned and two-stretch-shafts aligned diagonally from longitudinal-racquet-axis, which interconnects with the second and third asymmetrical-yokes and not support throat “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes” system configuration.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

This tennis racquet in accordance with this present invention, there is provided a newly tennis racquet throat “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes” system, comprises a tennis racquet throat “Triple-Asymmetrical-Yokes system showing the innovative geometric properties and detailing the most relevant angles and lineal general measurements, A tennis racquet throat “Triple-asymmetrical-Yokes” comprising: an racquet throat supporting three-asymmetrical-yokes all measured from racquet main-shaft-handle-longitudinal-axis, main-yoke support two-asymmetrical-stretch-shafts diagonally-aligned, and interconnects with right-yoke-left-straight-shaft and left-yoke-right-straight-shaft, main-yoke-lower-square-shaft interconnects with top-octagonal-symmetrical main-handle-shaft, right-yoke support two-asymmetrical-shafts, left-straight-shaft which interconnects to main-yoke-right-stretch-shaft, right-yoke-curved-shaft which form part of the lower-portion-head-frame-loop, left-yoke support two-asymmetrical-shafts, said left-straight-shaft which interconnects to main-yoke-left-stretch-shaft, left-curved-shaft which form part of the lower-portion of head-frame-loop.

It is therefore a principal object to this present invention is to provide a tennis racquet with superior advanced frame control and stability over axis rotation due to off-center hits. This provides in our racquets full time the best and incomparable overall playing advantage.

The main-yoke straight-square-shaft (F1-1) interconnects with the octagonal-top-symmetrical-main-handle-shaft connection (F1-12) from the octagonal-top-symmetrical-main-handle-shaft connection (F1-12) up to main-yoke neck top portion (F1-1) measured at least 3.53 inches (F1-19), from the octagonal-top-symmetrical-main-handle-shaft connection (F1-12) up to symmetrical-main-handle-shaft bottom-portion measured at least 9.33″ (F1-20), from main-yoke neck top portion (F1-1) up to symmetrical-main-handle-shaft bottom-portion measured at least 12.86″ (F1-21), all parts and components, which is constructed in accordance with the present invention.

Referring to figure FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the preferred embodiment of a tennis racquet prior-art showing the tennis racquet throat system, comprising: an racquet throat system supporting three-yokes (F2-1/F2-2/F3-3) the main-yoke (F2-1) support two straight-symmetrical-shafts-parallel-aligned measured from longitudinal-racquet-axis (1), the main-yoke supports two-stretch-shafts aligned diagonally from longitudinal-racquet-axis (1) and interconnects with the second and third asymmetrical-yokes (F2-2) and (F2-3), yokes-top-ends (2) and (3) support a least 45° axis measured from racquet-longitudinal-axis (1).

Claims

1. A tennis racquet throat “Triple-asymmetrical-Yokes” comprising: an racquet throat supporting said three-asymmetrical-yokes all measured from racquet said main-shaft-handle-longitudinal-axis, said main-yoke support said two-asymmetrical-stretch-shafts diagonally-aligned, and interconnects with said right-yoke-left-straight-shaft and said left-yoke-right-straight-shaft, said main-yoke-lower-square-shaft interconnects with said top-octagonal-symmetrical main-handle-shaft, said right-yoke support said two-asymmetrical-shafts, said left-straight-shaft which interconnects to said main-yoke-right-stretch-shaft, said right-yoke-curved-shaft which form part of the said lower-portion-head-frame-loop, said left-yoke support two-asymmetrical-shafts, said left-straight-shaft which interconnects to said main-yoke-left-stretch-shaft, said left-curved-shaft which form part of the said lower-portion of said head-frame-loop.

A tennis racquet according with the claim 1, wherein: said main-yoke (F1-1), said left-straight-shaft (F1-7) said right-straight-shaft (F1-8) support an opening-angle at least from 63° up top 83° (F1-18) with a yoke-radius at least (R.49) (F1-9), said right-straight-shaft (F1-8) support an opening-angle at least of 30° (F1-16), said left-straight-shaft (F1-7) support an opening-angle at least of 43° (F1-17) both measured from racquet said main-shaft-handle longitudinal axis (1), said right-yoke (F1-2) said left-straight-shaft (F1-4) and said right-curved-shaft (F1-5) support an opening said yoke-radius of (R.19) (F1-10), said left-yoke (F1-3) said right-straight-shaft (F1-6) and said left-curved-shaft (F1-5) support an opening yoke-radius at least (R.15) (F1-11), said main-yoke (F1-1) support said two asymmetrical-straight-shafts, said left-straight-shaft (F1-7) and said right-straight-shaft (F1-8) support an opening-angle at least from 90° up to 120° (F1-15) measured from said outside-straight-shafts (F1-7) and (F1-8), said right-straight-shaft (F1-8) support an opening-angle at least from 145° up to 165° (F1-14) said left-straight-shaft (F1-7) support an opening-angle at least from 127° up to 147° (F1-13) measured from racquet said main-shaft-handle longitudinal axis (1).

A tennis racquet according with the claim 1, wherein: said main-yoke straight-square-shaft (F1-1) interconnects with said octagonal-top-symmetrical-main-handle-shaft connection (F1-12) from said octagonal-top-symmetrical-main-handle-shaft connection (F1-12) up to said main-yoke neck top portion (F1-1) measured at least from 2.50 up to 4.50 inches (F1-19), from said octagonal-top-symmetrical-main-handle-shaft connection (F1-12) up to symmetrical-main-handle-shaft bottom-portion measured at least from 7.3 up to 11.3″ (F1-20), from said main-yoke neck top portion (F1-1) up to said symmetrical-main-handle-shaft bottom-portion measured at least from 8.5″ up to 14.8″ (F1-21).
