The present utility model relates to a supporting awning bracket of the foldable chair with a corresponding foldable bracket on either side, which comprises a supporting rod movably hinged on the upper end of the backrest rod of the foldable chair and a cross rod that can unfold the soft awning. To accomplish this, the upper end of the supporting rod is fixed with a connecting piece, on top of which, a circular arc groove is provided. The cross rod is movably hinged on the connecting piece with a rivet, and the unfolded cross bar can be supported by local setup in the circular arc groove. A foldable assembly is connected between the foldable brackets on both sides. The foldable awning can be folded or unfolded only by pulling the cross rod or supporting rod on one side.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention

1. Technical Field

The present utility model belongs to the field of awning products, and especially relates to a supporting awning bracket for a foldable chair.

2. Background Technology

The patent No. 200680032555 disclosed in Chinese Patent Gazette relates to a chair with an awning. The embodiment in this patent discloses an awning bracket, as shown in FIG. 20 of the Chinese Patent: the upper end of the left vertical support is element (backrest rod) of the chair is hinged to the lower end of the left awning arm (supporting rod) through a pivotable connecting piece. The other end of the awning arm is pivotally connected to a cylindrical ringer through a pivot (rivet). The left support arm (cross rod) is supported by the cylindrical ringer and is slidable thereof, its movement in the cylindrical ringer is limited by the near end the lower pin, and is limited in the middle length along the left support arm by the upper pin. The left support arm supports the awning. The corresponding right bracket is connected on the right side of the chair. In brief, the supporting rod is movably hinged on the upper end of the backrest rod, and its upper end is movably hinged with a cylindrical ringer, through which the cross rod passes. The awning is supported by two cross rods. This patented device provides a simple awning structure, but its operation is troublesome, its cross rods on both sides are not linkaged, and it is also necessary to pull both cross rods towards the front of the chair during unfolding, so as to adjust the unfolding position of the awning. How to improve the existing awning bracket structure to simplify its operation becomes an object of the present utility model.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

One purpose of the present utility model is to incorporate a supporting rod, the upper end of which is movably hinged with a cross rod through a connecting piece, and plays a role in supporting the cross rod. The foldable brackets on both sides pass through the supporting awning bracket of the foldable chair linkaged with the foldable assembly.

One technical scheme of the present utility model is realized in this way: A supporting awning bracket for the foldable chair is provided with a corresponding foldable bracket on either side, which comprises a supporting rod movably hinged on the upper end of the backrest rod of the foldable chair and a cross rod that can unfold the soft awning. Wherein, the upper end of the supporting rod is fixed with a connecting piece, on top of which, a circular arc groove is provided. The cross rod is movably hinged on the connecting piece with a rivet, and the unfolded cross bar can be supported by local setup in the circular arc groove. A foldable assembly is connected between the foldable brackets on both sides.

The supporting rod is movably hinged on a fixed seat with a rivet, and is fixed on the upper end of the backrest rod of the foldable chair with the help of the fixed seat; the fixed seat is provided with a blocking component limiting the forward swing of the supporting rod, which is kept vertically with the help of the blocking component.

A direction guide piece is fixed on the hinge component of the supporting rod and fixed seat, and thickness of the direction guide piece is equivalent to the diameter of the supporting rod; the rivet successively passes through the fixed seat and direction guide piece, and forms the movable hinge structure.

A direction guide piece is fixed on the hinge component of the cross rod and connecting piece, and thickness of the direction guide piece is equivalent to the diameter of the cross rod; the rivet successively passes through the connecting piece and direction guide piece, and forms the movable hinge structure.

The rivet passes through the center of the direction guide piece, on the edge of which, the supporting rod or cross bar is fixed.

The foldable assembly is composed of two long rigid pieces, one end of which is movably hinged with a rivet, and at the end of this hinge point, one side edge of at least one long rigid piece is bent to limit the excessively unfolded edgefold of another long rigid piece; the other end of both long rigid pieces is respectively movably hinged on the vertical surface of the connecting piece through a rivet, and forms the linkage structure between the foldable brackets on both sides.

The foldable assembly is composed of two long rigid pieces, one end of which is movably hinged with a rivet, and at the end of this hinge point, one side edge of at least one long rigid piece is bent to limit the excessively unfolded edgefold of another long rigid piece; the other end of both long rigid pieces is respectively movably hinged on the cross rod through a rivet, and forms the linkage structure between the foldable brackets on both sides.

The present utility model has simple awning bracket structure, the foldable brackets on both sides are linkaged through the foldable assembly, and the foldable awning can be folded or unfolded by only pulling the cross rod or supporting rod on one side. The foldable assembly is composed of two long rigid pieces, the end of which is hinged with each other. The foldable assembly can have a self-folding trend around its hinge point under its own weight without the need for additional operation during folding. Additionally, a direction guide piece is respectively fixed at the hinge point of the supporting rod and cross rod, so as to ensure consistent direction in the unfolding and folding process of the cross rod and supporting rod, avoid blockage phenomenon caused by non-uniform force and non-synchronized action, and allow the operation to be smoother.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a foldable chair with an awning bracket comprises a foldable chair 1 and a foldable awning 2, which can achieve linkage folding. The foldable awning 2 comprises a soft awning 21 and an awning bracket 22. The said awning bracket 22 has a corresponding foldable bracket 3 on either side, which comprises a supporting rod 31, a cross rod 32, a fixed seat 33, a connecting piece 34 and a foldable assembly 35. The supporting rod 31 is movably hinged on a fixed seat 33 with a rivet 4, is fixed on the upper end of the backrest rod 11 of the foldable chair with the help of the fixed seat 33, forms the linkage between the awning bracket 33 and the foldable chair 1, and composes a foldable assembly; the cross rod is used to unfold the soft awning 21.

According to FIGS. 2-5, a lower end of the supporting rod 31 in the awning bracket 22 is fixed on the upper end of the backrest rod 11 with the help of the fixed seat 33. The fixed seat 33 is provided with a blocking component 331 limiting the forward swing of the supporting rod 31, which is kept vertically with the help of the blocking component 331, and the remaining is the folding component provided for free backward swing of the supporting rod 31. The upper end of the supporting rod 31 is fixed with a connecting piece 34, on top of which, a circular arc groove 341 is provided. The cross rod 32 is movably hinged on the connecting piece 34 with a rivet 4, and the folded cross rod 32 can be supported by local setup in the said circular arc groove 341, so as to maintain the angle of the folded cross rod 32.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, a direction guide piece 36 is fixed on the hinge component of the supporting rod 31 and fixed seat 33, and the thickness of the direction guide piece 36 is equivalent to the diameter of the supporting rod 31. The rivet 4 successively passes through the fixed seat 33 and direction guide piece 36, and forms the movable hinge structure. Furthermore, the rivet 4 passes through the center of the direction guide piece 36, on the edge of which, the supporting rod 31 is fixed, so that the supporting rod 31 has an offset when it is unfolded or folded in place, so as to satisfy the requirement of moving the awning bracket 22 to the back of the backrest rod 11 of the foldable chair when the awning is folded or not used.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, a direction guide piece 36 is also fixed on the hinge component of the cross rod 32 and connecting piece 34, and thickness of the direction guide piece 36 is equivalent to the diameter of the cross rod 32; the rivet 4 successively passes through the conducting piece 34 and direction guide piece 36, and forms the movable hinge structure. Furthermore, the rivet 4 passes through the center of the direction guide piece 36, on the edge of which, the cross rod 32 is fixed.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 6, a foldable assembly 35 is connected between the foldable brackets 3 on both sides is composed of two long rigid pieces 351, one end of which is movably hinged with a rivet, and at the end of this hinge point 352, one side edge of at least one long rigid piece is bent to limit the excessively unfolded edgefold 353 of another long rigid piece 351; the other end of both long rigid pieces 351 is respectively movably hinged on the vertical surface 342 of the connecting piece 34 through a rivet, and forms an linkage structure between the foldable brackets 3 on both sides. In the unfolding process, the connecting piece 34 gradually travels to the highest point with the supporting rod 31, and its vertical surface 342 faces forward, as shown in FIG. 2. Both long rigid pieces 351 are naturally unfolded under their own gravity, and are hung down. Here, the edgefold 353 can present the long rigid pieces 351 from being excessively unfolded, and can stably support the foldable brackets 3 on both sides and improve their wind resistance. During the folding process, it is only necessary to turn the supporting rod 31 or cross rod 32 towards the back of the backrest 11. When the supporting rod 31 is hung upside down, the connecting piece 34 is also hung upside down accordingly, as shown in FIG. 6. Both long rigid pieces 351 are also naturally hung down under their own gravity, and the edgefold 353 under this angle loses the effect of limiting another long rigid piece 351. Both cross rods 32 are automatically turned and hung down behind the backrest rod 11. Here, the foldable chair 1 relieves the awning effect of the foldable awning 2. When the foldable chair 1 is folded again, both backrest rods 11 are gathered together under an external force, driving the supporting rod 31 and connecting piece 34 to be gathered together. Here, the edgefold 353 loses the effect of limiting the long rigid pieces 351, which can be flexibly folded accordingly under their own weight.

In the above unfolding and folding process, it is only necessary to operate the foldable awning 2 on one side due to the linkage effect of the foldable assembly 35 and the effect of the direction guide piece 36, which can maintain the angle consistency of the foldable brackets 3 on both sides in the unfolding and folding process to the maximum extent. That is, if the backrest rod 11 is regarded as fixed, then the angle of both fixed seats 33 is consistent, so that the direction guide pieces 36 fixed on both supporting rods 31 can still keep consistent direction even if they are not synchronous in the unfolding or folding process, and will not be blocked due to torsion, thereby allowing for smoother operation. Likewise, the direction guide pieces 36 fixed on the cross rods 32 have the same effect.

According to FIG. 6, the folded awning bracket 22 is gathered on the back of the backrest rod 11, occupies a little space, and is harmonious with the whole foldable chair.

According to FIG. 7, the foldable assembly 35 may also be arranged between both cross rods 32, and is also composed of two long rigid pieces 351, one end of which is movably hinged with a rivet, and at the end of this hinge point 352, one side edge of at least one long rigid piece 351 is bent to limit the excessively unfolded edgefold 353 of another long rigid piece 351; the other end of both long rigid pieces 351 is respectively movably hinged on the cross rods 32 through a rivet, forms the linkage structure between the foldable brackets 3 on both sides and can maintain the rigidity and strength of both cross rods 32.

While this invention has been described as having a preferred design, it is understood that it is capable of further modifications, uses and/or adaptations of the invention following in general the principle of the invention and including such departures from the present disclosure as come within the known or customary practice in the art to which the invention pertains and as maybe applied to the central features hereinbefore set forth, and fall within the scope of the invention and the limits of the appended claims. It is therefore to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the sole embodiment described above, but encompasses any and all embodiments within the scope of the following claims.

Claims

1. A supporting awning bracket of a foldable chair with a corresponding foldable bracket on either side, comprising:

a supporting rod movably hinged on the upper end of the backrest rod of the foldable chair and a cross rod that can unfold the soft awning
wherein, the upper end of the supporting rod is fixed with a connecting piece, on top of which, a circular arc groove is provided;
wherein said cross rod is movably hinged on the connecting piece with a rivet, and the unfolded cross bar can be supported by local setup in the said circular arc groove; and
wherein a foldable assembly is connected between the foldable brackets on both sides.

2. A supporting awning bracket as described in claim 1, further characterized in that:

the supporting rod is movably hinged on a fixed seat with a rivet, and is fixed on the upper end of the backrest rod of the foldable chair with the help of the fixed seat; and
wherein said fixed seat is provided with a blocking component limiting the forward swing of the supporting rod, which is kept vertically with the help of the barrier component.

3. A supporting awning bracket of the foldable chair as defined in claim 2, further characterized in that:

a direction guide piece is fixed on the hinge component of the supporting rod and fixed seat, wherein the thickness of the direction guide piece is equivalent to the diameter of the supporting rod; and
the rivet successively passes through the fixed seat and direction guide piece, and forms the movable hinge structure.

4. A supporting awning bracket of the foldable chair defined in claim 3, further characterized in that the rivet passes through the center of the direction guide piece, on the edge of which, the supporting rod or cross bar is fixed.

5. A supporting awning bracket of the foldable chair as defined in claim 1, further characterized in that:

a direction guide piece is fixed on the hinge component of the cross rod and connecting piece, wherein the thickness of the direction guide piece is equivalent to the diameter of the cross rod; and
the said rivet successively passes through the conducting piece and direction guide piece, and forms the movable hinge structure.

6. A supporting awning bracket of the foldable chair defined in claim 4, further characterized in that the rivet passes through the center of the direction guide piece, on the edge of which, the supporting rod or cross bar is fixed.

7. A supporting awning bracket of the foldable chair as defined in claim 1, further characterized in that:

the foldable assembly is composed of two long rigid pieces, one end of which is movably hinged with a rivet, and at the end of this hinge point, one side edge of at least one long rigid piece is bent to limit the excessively unfolded edgefold of another long rigid piece; and
the other end of both long rigid pieces is respectively movably hinged on the vertical surface of the connecting piece through a rivet, and forms an linkage structure between the foldable brackets on both sides.

8. A supporting awning bracket of the foldable chair defined in claim 1, further characterized in that:

the foldable assembly is composed of two long rigid pieces, one end of which is movably hinged with a rivet, and at the end of this hinge point, one side edge of at least one long rigid piece is bent to limit the excessively unfolded edge fold of another long rigid piece; and
the other end of both long rigid pieces is respectively movably hinged on the cross rod through a rivet, and forms a linkage structure between the foldable brackets on both sides.
