DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

Most Conventional baby walkers are made of plastics, wood or metal, may only maintain one year or so in use, and take up too much space and therefore to result in uneasy storage.

Furthermore, an adult still need support a baby with their arm when the baby wants to learn walking, or falling-down or crush injury will happen to the baby easily. Therefore, parents are racked with taking care of a baby in its growing-up period. Moreover, most baby walker products cost high, and the wheels thereof might hurt an adult's or elder's foot now and then when they are running.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

To reduce the production cost and assure safety, and develop a portable tumbler-like baby walker capable of being filled with air to help a baby to learn both walking and swimming, the present invention is proposed.

The main object of the present invention is to provide a safety frame for baby walking, allowing a round rack and a support portion on the round rack to be expanded to a use state by means of air filling, a baby to be placed thereon, and air to be discharged out thereof for storage, thereby saving storage space. In addition, a baby can use it more conveniently through the configuration of portions with a different function such as pen portion and tray. Therefore, the present invention can solve the problems of the conventional baby walker, such as the volume is too large to be convenient for storage and the price is too high, allowing the use thereof to be broad and convenient, the price to be cheap, and babies to be protected well from damage.

To achieve the object mentioned above, the present invention proposes a safety frame for baby walking, including an air filled round rack and a support portion formed on the round rack, where a seat on which a baby is allowed to sit and a plurality of through holes allowing baby's feet to pass through are formed on the round rack. In addition, a pen portion, tray and foot rest portion are also formed on the round rack, and respectively adapted to prevent a baby from falling down, place objects thereon and rest feet thereon. Furthermore, an air space is defined inside the round rack, and an air tap in connection and communication with the air space is configured on the round rack.

Air is filled in the air space via the air tap through the structures mentioned above while the safety frame of the present invention is put into practice, allowing the whole safety frame to be expanded to a use state gradually. Thereafter, a baby is then placed on the seat; the baby can have the more and better use effects and protection through the pen portion, tray and foot rest portion, and the air may be discharged out of the air space while the safety frame is not used, thereby reducing a storage space substantially. Moreover, since the safety frame of the present invention is an air filled structure, not only the production cost thereof is low, but it can float on water and be used in many occasions(e.g. walking learning, the arrangement for a baby upon bath taking or meal eating, the combination use in a vehicle, and etc). Therefore, the present invention can provide babies with safety protection, is broad and convenient in use range, and has a low price.
