Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Fields of the invention

The present invention relates to a target device, and more particularly to a target device of a toy gun.

2. Descriptions of Related Art

The conventional toy guns, such as the BB guns, are welcomed for the users because the BB guns provide shooting actions which feel like real shooting and the BB guns can be played anyplace. The target for the BB guns is a netted member with a score sheet connected to the netted member so that the bullets can penetrate through the score sheet. The final scores can be collected by counting the numbers of the holes that the bullets penetrate the score sheet. The bullets are collected in the netted member. Nevertheless, the scores have to collected and counted manually, and it is difficult to judge how many bullets penetrate through the same hole(s).

Taiwan Publish No. 174461 discloses an electronic target device which comprises a body, electronic members, detection board and remote controller. The detection board is composed of four layers of rubber sheets and the surface is printed as a desired target. The target comprises netted areas, ring areas and conductive areas. Each layer of the rubber sheet has the same size and wire distance made by way of printed circuits. The electronic members are composed of integrated circuits, ultra-sonic or infrared receivers, decoders, Light Emitting Diodes, and an audio IC. The sensor of the integrated circuits are connected with the detection board so that when the bullet hits the surface of the detection board, the impact is transferred into a signal which is passed to the integrated circuit, and the display device displays the scores by the number of bullets that hit the detection board. Also, the Light Emitting Diodes and the audio IC are activated.

However, the bullets are difficult to be collected after the games and the users have to collect the bullets from the floor. Besides, the target device is difficult to be carried.

The present invention intends to provide a target device which improves the shortcomings mentioned above.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a target device and comprises a circuit board. A detection board is located at the front side of the circuit board and has multiple detection areas. Each detection area is electrically connected with the circuit board, and the detection areas each represent an individual value. A buffering board is made by transparent and soft material, and located at the front side of the detection board. A first display board is electrically connected to the circuit board and located on the top of the detection board. The first display board displays the individual value of each of the detection areas that is hit. A second display board is electrically connected to the circuit board and located on the top of the detection board. The first display board is located beside the second display board. The second display board displays the sum of the individual values of the detection areas that are hit. A case accommodates the circuit board, the detection board, the buffering board, the first display board and the second display board therein.

Preferably, the detection areas comprise a bull's eye, a first ring, a second ring, a third ring, and a fourth ring. The first ring is located around the bull's eye. The second ring is located around the first ring. The third ring is located around the second ring. The fourth ring is located around the third ring.

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a target device for toy guns wherein the impact of the target device is buffered by the use of the buffering board. The bullets are easily collected after games, and the target device is accommodated in a case which is easily carried and stored.

The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings which show, for purposes of illustration only, a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 7, the target device of the present invention comprises a circuit board 2, a detection board 3, a buffering board 4, a first display board 5, a second display board 6 and a case 7.

The detection board 3 is located at the front side of the circuit board 2 and has multiple detection areas. Each detection area is electrically connected with the circuit board 2. The detection areas each represent an individual value. The detection areas comprise a bull's eye 31, a first ring 32, a second ring 33, a third ring 34 and a fourth ring 35. The first ring 32 is located around the bull's eye 31. The second ring 33 is located around the first ring 32. The third ring 34 is located around the second ring 33. The fourth ring 35 is located around the third ring 34. The bull's eye 31 represents 10 points, the first ring 32 represents 8 points, the second ring 33 represents 6 points, the third ring 34 represents 4 points and the fourth ring 35 represents 2 points.

The buffering board 4 is made by transparent and soft material, and the buffering board located at the front side of the detection board 3. The areas on the detection board 3 can be seen via the transparent buffering board 4 and the impacts made by the bullets can also be buffered.

The first display board 5 is electrically connected to the circuit board 2 and located on the top of the detection board 3. The first display board 5 displays the individual value of each of the detection areas that is hit. For example, when the bullet hits the bull's eye 31, the first display board 5 displays “10”.

The second display board 6 is electrically connected to the circuit board 2 and located on the top of the detection board 3. The first display board 5 is located beside the second display board 6. The second display board 6 displaying the sum of the individual values of the detection areas that are hit. For example, the first bullet hits the bull' eye 31, and another bullet hits the first ring 32, then the second display board 6 displays “18”.

The case 7 accommodates the circuit board 2, the detection board 3, the buffering board 4, the first display board 5 and the second display board 6 therein. When the case 7 is opened as shown in FIG. 5, the players are ready to start the games. FIG. 6 shows that the target device of the present invention is opened and bullets hit the buffering board 4 and drop and are collected in the case 7. When the case 7 is closed as shown in FIG. 7, the case 7 is compact and easily carried and stored.

While we have shown and described the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
