Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a flip-flops strap structure, and more particularly to a continuous flip-flops strap structure.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Conventional flip flops have a Y-shaped strap structure mounted on a sole for the user to wear conveniently, so they are widely used in people's daily lives, at the beach, a swimming pool, and so on.

FIG. 1 shows a conventional Y-shaped strap structure 10 for slip flops. The Y-shaped strap structure 10 comprises two parallel vamp woven straps 11. The front ends of the two vamp woven straps 11 are sewn together to form a flat portion 111 for the toes to clip thereon.

FIG. 2 shows another strap structure 20 for slip flops. The strap structure 20 comprises a -shaped vamp woven strap 21. The central portion of the vamp woven strap 21 is sewn with a short strap 22 by secondary processing. One portion of the short strap 22 is sewn on the vamp woven strap 21, and another portion of the short strap 22 extends down to form a round or flat portion 221 for the toes to clip thereon.

The portions 111, 221 of the conventional woven strap structures 10, 20 must be sewn by way of second processing. This is complicated and consumes labor and increases cost, so the competitiveness of the industry cannot be enhanced.

Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve this problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a continuous flip-flops strap structure which comprises two straps. The two straps are sewn and connected at an interval, and then the center of each sewn portion and the center of every two adjacent sewn portions are cut to form a strap structure for flip flops. The manufacture procedure can be simplified and the operation is simple so as to save the processing time and to lower the cost. Besides, the thickness, width, color and material of the two straps may be the same or different to increase change of the appearance and to enhance the willingness of the consumers to buy the flip flops.

In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the continuous flip-flops strap structure of the present invention comprises a first strap and a second strap. The first strap has a plurality of first connecting portions. The plurality of first connecting portions are spaced each other. The second strap has a plurality of second connecting portions. The plurality of second connecting portions are spaced each other. The second connecting portions correspond in position to the first connecting portions to be woven and connected with each other. After the plurality of first connecting portions and the plurality of second connecting portions of the first strap and the second strap are sewn to be connected with each other, the central part of each pair of the connected first and second connecting portions is cut, and the central part of each pair of unconnected sections of the first strap and the second strap between every two adjacent pairs of the connected first and second connecting portions is cut to form a strap structure for flip flops.

In some embodiments, the thickness, width, color and material of the two straps may be the same or different.

The aforesaid object and advantage of the present invention can be understood by way of the description and drawings of the following embodiments.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the continuous flip-flops strap structure of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of the present invention to show that the first strap and the second strap of a single flip-flops strap structure have the same width. FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing the single flip-flops strap structure of FIG. 4 mounted to the sole of the flip-flops. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the present invention to show that the first strap and the second strap of a single flip-flops strap structure have different widths. FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing the single flip-flops strap structure of FIG. 6 mounted to the sole of the flip-flops.

As shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 7, the continuous flip-flops strap structure 1 of the present invention comprises a first strap 2 and a second strap 3.

The first strap 2 has a plurality of first connecting portions 20. The first connecting portions 20 are spaced each other.

The second strap 3 has a plurality of second connecting portions 30. The second connecting portions 30 are spaced each other. The second connecting portions 30 correspond in position to the first connecting portions 20 to be woven and connected with each other.

The first strap 2 and the second strap 3 may have the same width (as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5), or different widths (as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7).

The first strap 2 and the second strap 3 may have the same color or different colors; the first strap 2 and the second strap 3 may have the same thickness or different thicknesses; the first strap 2 and the second strap 3 may have the same material or different materials, but not limited.

The first connecting portions 20 and the second connecting portions 30 of the first strap 2 and the second strap 3 are sewn or woven in order and continuously to be connected with each other. Thus, the processed procedures can be decreased.

After the first connecting portions 20 and the second connecting portions 30 of the first strap 2 and the second strap 3 are sewn to be connected with each other, the central part P1 of each pair of the first and second connecting portions 20, 30 is cut, and the central part P2 of each pair of unconnected sections of the first strap 2 and the second strap 3 between every two adjacent pairs of the connected first and second connecting portions 20,30 is cut to form a strap structure 100, 100′ for flip flops 300.

After that, the strap structure 100, 100′ is directly mounted on a sole 200 to form flip-flops. The first strap 2 and the second strap 3 of the strap structure 100 of the flip-flops 300 have the same width (as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5), alternatively, the first strap 2 and the second strap 3 of the strap structure 100′ of the flip-flops 300 have different widths (as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7), but not limited.

Accordingly, the present invention has two straps which are sewn and connected at an interval, and then the center of each sewn portion and the center of every two adjacent sewn portions are cut to from a flip-flops strap structure. The manufacture procedure can be simplified and the operation is simple so as to save the processing time and to lower the cost. Besides, the thickness, width, color and material of the two straps may be the same or different to increase change of the appearance and to enhance the willingness of the consumers to buy the flip flops.

Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
