Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims priority from Provisional Application Ser. No. 61/755,942 filed on Jan. 23, 2013, entitled Velmont Universal Detachable Container/Bottle with Hinge & Buckle means, which application is assigned to the same assignees (Rashon Velmont & Sebastian Velmont) as this application and whose disclosure is incorporated by reference herein. Our invention has also been renamed to: Container/Bottle with Interior Access

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention

This invention is particularly directed to Cosmetic, Household, and Condiment Containers/Bottles that hold liquid and viscous materials.

Cosmetic Containers/Bottles:

This Invention is useful for Containers/Bottles that hold Cosmetic viscous material such as Lotions, Liquid Soaps, Shampoos, Gels, Creams, etc.

Household Containers/Bottles:

This Invention is useful for Containers/Bottles that hold Household liquid & viscous material such as Water Bottles, Liquid Detergent, Dish Washing Liquid, Car Wax, etc.

Condiment Containers/Bottles:

This Invention is useful for Containers/Bottles that hold Condiment viscous material such as Ketchup, Mustard, Honey, Barbecue Sauce, Mayonnaise, etc.

Regarding the Field of the Inventions section above, the current Container/Bottle that exist on the market today lacks the design and functionality to release and allow access to 100% of the viscous materials in them.

Furthermore, when it comes to the daily use of a hollow container/bottles, such as water bottles that from time-to-time carry viscous materials in them (ie., smoothies), they are difficult to access for a full interior cleaning.

So from the current markets container/bottles functionality and design the consumers are burdened with the following:

Disposing Container/Bottle (Plus Pollution):

When the consumers are no longer able to access the viscous materials through the current markets Container/Bottle's general function, and dispose of that Container/Bottle, they are disposing a Container/Bottle that still has viscous material in it and experience a loss within their purchase by not being able to use 100% of that viscous material item. The remaining viscous materials in the disposed container/bottles also has an effect of the environment as they are being disposed with remaining chemical residues in them.

Holding Container/Bottle Upside Down:

Most consumers are aware of the loss that they experience with the current Container/Bottles on the market that carries viscous materials, and rather then disposing of the Container/Bottle once they are no longer able to access the viscous material through the current Container/Bottle's general function, they tend to place these Containers/Bottles upside down to allow the viscous material to slowly flow to the surface of the Container/Bottle and/or even hit the bottom of the Container/Bottle to speed up the process. Even though this might allow the consumer to access more of the viscous material it still does not give them 100% access to the viscous material and they are burdened by the time consuming process.

Cutting Open the Container/Bottle:

Most consumers are aware of the viscous material loss that they experience with the current Container/Bottle on the market, so they choose to cut the Container/Bottle open to have 100% accessibility to it. However, they run the risk of physical damage to themselves and others and/or even property damage. Still, even if they cut open the Container/Bottle successfully they still might experience the loss of the full use of the viscous material if it is not stored in another Container/Bottle that can be securely sealed in order to preserve the remaining viscous material.

Cleaning the Container/Bottle:

In hollow Container/Bottles, such as water bottles, a consumer might decide to pour a viscous material (smoothie, etc.,) in it, from which after usage they intend to clean. However, the narrow entrance to insert a cleaning cloth or sponge is typically limited to full interior access, which in turn leaves a leftover residue from the viscous material.

The Resolution:

Our invention has the functionality to allow the consumer full interior access to the Container/Bottle. In essence, our invention is a Container/Bottle that can be opened and closed manually by the user in order to access 100% of its viscous material, preserve 100% of the viscous material, and/or have 100% interior access for cleaning Container/Bottle.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

This invention is developed on the above situations. The primary objective for our invention is to allow consumers that purchase viscous material products in a Container/Bottle to be able to access 100% of that viscous material by being able to physically open the Container/Bottle entirely with a full 100% interior access to the viscous material and to be able to securely close and lock the Container/Bottle when they desire to preserve the remaining viscous material, while keeping the entire Container/Bottle intact by the means of the hinge plus male and female buckle members affixed to it.

The secondary objective for our invention is to provide full interior access to hollow Container/Bottles (ei., water bottles) for the purpose of convenient interior cleaning.

All of the aforesaid mentioned can be accomplished with the functionality and design of our Invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

As illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4, the subject invention comprises of a Container/Bottle (FIG. 1), with a Buckle (FIG. 1) that connects and disconnects the Container/Bottle (FIG. 2) and a Hinge that provides pivoting mobility (FIG. 1)(1) (FIG. 4) (2) for half the Container/Bottle that consist of the Male Member of the buckle affixed to it (FIG. 3) to be able to move upwards and open towards the direction of the Hinge (FIG. 2) and downwards to close/attach and lock the half of the Container/Bottle with the male member affixed to it (FIG. 2) securely into the female member of the buckle (FIG. 2) (FIG. 3) to complete the convenient open, close, and lock functionality of our invention.

Claims

1. An invention for holding liquid and viscous materials allows full interior access through its functionality to open, close, and lock from the center of the said invention by the means of a hinge plus a close and release buckle. It is characterized in that it comprises of the upper and lower body of the invention being held intact with the means of a pivotable hinge plus a buckle with a male and female member which gives the invention the pivoting ability to open close and securely lock.

2. According to claim 1 and it is characterized in that it comprises of the upper and lower body of the invention being separate yet held intact by the means of a hinge plus the male and female member of a buckle.

According to claim 1 and it is characterized in that it comprises of a hinge that has an upper base (femur) that is affixed to the upper body of the invention and a lower base (tibia) that is affixed to the lower body of the invention from which the center joint of the hinge (knee) connects the upper and lower base of the hinge which allows the upper and lower body of the container to remain intact while being able to pivot in a open and close direction

According to claim 1 and it is characterized in that it comprises of a buckle with a male and female member affixed to the invention that allows the upper and lower body of the invention to be affixed as a whole by connecting the male member of the buckle to the female member of the buckle. This incorporation also allows for the invention to be unlocked and opened by the user for full interior access
