A folding chair includes a seat base, a seat back, two front legs and two rear legs. The upper portions of the two rear legs are respectively connected to the rear portions of the left and right side edges of the seat base, wherein the upper portions of the two front legs are respectively connected to the central portions of the left and right side edges of the seat base, the upper ends of the rear legs are rotatably pivot jointed to the upper ends of the front legs. A U-shaped pipe is disposed at the two sides of the seat back comprising a U-shaped section and two fixation sections to connect to the two front legs, two fixation sections are respectively extended inclinedly and outwardly from the two ends at the opening of the U-shaped section, the U-shaped section and the front legs are not on a line.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a folding chair.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Chairs are one kind of daily furniture in people's life, they are provided for rest at home, in the offices, the restaurant and other places. A folding chair is disclosed in the Chinese patent database with application number 200810071407.8 in Jul. 10, 2008. the folding chair comprises a first diverse-U-shaped piece that bended from a straight pole with two free end poles at the two sides of the opening thereof respectively formed to be two front legs; a second diverse-U-shaped piece the bended from a shorter straight pole with two free ends poles at the two sides of the opening thereof respectively formed to be two rear legs; a seat base and a seat back. The top portion of the second diverse-U-shaped piece is pivot joint to a front connector and is fixedly connected to the front portion of the seat base by the front connector. The central portions of the two front legs of the first diversion-U-shaped piece are respectively pivot joint to a rear connector, two rear connectors are respectively slidably connected to the two side edges of the seat base, so that the seat base, when sliding with respect to the rear connectors, changes position about the two front legs. The central portions of the two rear legs of the second diversion-U-shaped piece are respectively pivot joint to the low central portions of the two front legs of the first diverse-U-shaped piece. The seat back is fixedly connected between the top portions of the two front legs of the first diverse-U-shaped piece and is connected to the pole portion of the first diversion-U-shaped piece without free ends.

However, the distance of the front end of the seat base and the seat back is short, users sit a small area on the folding chair, thus making it uncomfortable to sit.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is provided with a cozy folding chair, which overcomes the disadvantage of the existing technology. The technical proposal of the present invention to solve the technical problem is that:

A folding chair, comprising a seat base, a seat back, two front legs and two rear legs, the upper portions of the two rear legs are respectively connected to the rear portions of the left and right side edges of the seat base, wherein the upper portions of the two front legs are respectively connected to the central portions of the left and right side edges of the seat base, the upper ends of the rear legs are rotatably pivot joint to the upper ends of the front legs, two sides of the seat back are respectively configured to be fixation section pipe, the fixation section pipes are respectively connected to the two front legs, the fixation section pipe and the corresponding front leg are not on a line, the connection point therebetween is a flex point.

In another preferred embodiment, the pipe disposed at the two sides of the seat back is a U-shaped pipe comprising a U-shaped section to fix the seat back and two fixation sections to connect to the two front legs, two fixation sections are respectively extended inclinedly and outwardly from the two ends at the opening of the U-shaped section, the U-shaped section and the front legs are not on a line, the U-shaped section is migrated towards the rear legs.

In another preferred embodiment, the distance between the fixation section and the seat base is smaller than the distance between the fixation section and the seat back.

In another preferred embodiment, the fixation section comprises a first connection rod and a second connection rod, the first connection rod is fixedly connected to the front leg, the second connection rod is connected to the U-shaped section, the angle between the first connection rod and the second connection rod is an obtuse angle, the angle between the second connection rod and the U-shaped pipe is an obtuse angle.

In another preferred embodiment, the diameters of the front leg, the first connection rod, the second connection rod and the U-shaped section decreases in order.

In another preferred embodiment, a side of the upper end of the front leg is disposed with a pivot ear, the upper end of the rear leg is pivot joint to the pivot ear, the first connection rod is inserted into the front leg.

In another preferred embodiment, a side of the upper end of the front leg is disposed with a pivot ear, the upper end of the rear leg is pivot joint to the pivot ear, the first connection rod abuts against the pivot ear.

In another preferred embodiment, it further comprises sleeve connectors, the sleeve connectors are sleeved on the connection portion of the front legs and the fixation sections.

Compared to the existing technology, the technical proposal of the present invention has advantages as below:

1. The U-shaped section and the front legs are not on a line, the U-shaped section is migrated towards the rear legs, which enlarges the distance of the seat back and the front end of the seat base, so that the folding chair is provided with larger seat area, thus improving the comfort.

2. The distance between the fixation section and the seat base is smaller than the distance of the fixation section and the seat back, which effectively decreases the length of the front legs. As the front legs are stressed more, it takes more material in the manufactory, so that if the length of the front legs is reduced, it saves the material, thus making the folding chair with low manufactory cost.

3. As U-shaped section is migrated towards the rear legs, which enlarges the distance of the seat back and the front end of the seat base, so that the folding chair is provided with larger seat area, so that the angle of the front legs and the horizontal plane can be designed larger than that in the existing technology, so that the front legs can be stressed less, so that the diameter of the front leg or the thickness of the pipe wall can be decreased, thus reducing the material of the front legs, thus making the folding chair with low manufactory cost.

4. As the front legs have short length, so that they occupy small space, thus making it convenient to transport. When doing dusting, it can dust more front legs in one time, which improves dusting effect and reduces manufactory cost. And the front legs and the U-shaped pipe can be colored different.

5. The diameters of the front leg, the first connection rod, the second connection rod and the U-shaped section decrease in order, thus reducing the material consumption of the U-shaped pipe and saving the manufactory cost.

And as the diameter of the U-shaped section is smaller, the U-shaped section is easier to be bended into different shape, the bending radian is smaller.

6. The first connection rod is inserted into the front leg, so that it is convenient to assemble.

7. The first connection rod abuts against the pivot ear, the U-shaped pipe is migrated towards the rear legs, so that the distance of the seat back and the front end of the seat base is maximized, thus improving the sitting comfort.

8. The sleeve connector is sleeved on the connection of the front leg and the fixation section, so that the structure is solid.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

Please refer to FIG. 1, a folding chair of a first embodiment of the present invention is provided, the folding chair 100 comprises a seat base 10, a seat back 20, two front legs 30, two rear legs 40, a U-shaped pipe 50 and a sleeve connector 60.

The U-shaped pipe 50 is configured to fix the seat back 20. The U-shaped pipe 50 comprises two fixation sections 52 and a U-shaped section 54. Two fixation sections 52 are extended outwardly inclinedly from the two ends of the opening of the U-shaped section 54. The fixation sections 52 are used to fix to the front legs 30. Each fixation section 52 comprises a first connection rod 522 and a second connection rod 524. The second rod 524 is connected to the U-shaped section 54. The angle of the first connection rod 522 and second connection rod is an obtuse angle. The angle of the second connection rod 524 and the U-shaped section 54 is an obtuse angle.

A side of the upper end of each front leg is disposed with a pivot ear 32.

The sleeve connector 60 is hollow pipe structure.

Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the seat back 20 is fixed to the U-shaped section 54. the upper portions of the two rear legs 40 are respectively connected to the rear portions of the left and right side edges of the seat base 10, the upper portions of the two front legs 30 are respectively connected to the central portions of the left and right side edges of the seat base 10. the upper ends of the rear legs are rotatably pivot joint to the pivot ears 32 of the front legs 30. the rear leg 40 and the front leg 30 form a tri-angle shape. The sleeve connector 60 is sleeved on the upper end of the front leg 30. the first connection rod 522 is inserted into the front leg and fixedly connected to the front leg 30. the sleeve connector 60 is sleeved on the connection portion of the front leg 30 and the fixation section 52.

The U-shaped section 54 and the front leg 30 are not on a line, the U-shaped section 54 is migrated towards the rear legs 40, so that it enlarges the distance L between the seat back 20 and the front end of the seat base 10, as figured in FIG. 3. so that the seat area of the folding chair 100 is large enough that it provides comfortable to the user.

The diameters of the front leg 30, the first connection rod 522, the second connection rod 524 and the U-shaped section decreases in order.

The distance of the fixation section 52 and the seat base 10 is smaller than the distance of the fixation section 52 and the seat back 20.

As figured in FIG. 4, disclosed is a second embodiment of the present invention, the difference of the folding chair 100a of this embodiment from the first embodiment is that: the first connection rod 522 is not inserted into the front leg 30 but abuts against the pivot ear 32. in other ways, the first connection rod 522 is welded to the pivot ear 32. and the sleeve connection 60a is divided into two detachable symmetrical portions so as to be sleeved on the connection portion of the front leg 30 and the fixation section 52.

The first connection rod 522 is not inserted into the front leg 30 but abuts against the pivot ear 32, so that it makes the U-shaped section 54 migrated towards the rear legs 40, thus maximizing the distance between the seat back 20 and the front end of the seat base 10.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof for carrying out the patent for invention, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the patent for invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The present invention is provided with a folding chair that the front section of the front leg and the seat back are not on a line, the connection section of the seat back is migrate towards the rear legs, which enlarges the distance of the seat back and the front end of the seat base, so that the folding chair is provided with larger seat area, thus making it with comfort.

Claims

1. A folding chair, comprising a seat base, a seat back, two front legs and two rear legs, the upper portions of the two rear legs are respectively connected to the rear portions of the left and right side edges of the seat base, wherein the upper portions of the two front legs are respectively connected to the central portions of the left and right side edges of the seat base, the upper ends of the rear legs are rotatably pivot joint to the upper ends of the front legs, two sides of the seat back are respectively configured to be fixation section pipe, the fixation section pipes are respectively connected to the two front legs, the fixation section pipe and the corresponding front leg are not on a line, the connection point therebetween is a flex point.

2. The folding chair according to claim 1, wherein the pipe disposed at the two sides of the seat back is a U-shaped pipe comprising a U-shaped section to fix the seat back and two fixation sections to connect to the two front legs, two fixation sections are respectively extended inclinedly and outwardly from the two ends at the opening of the U-shaped section, the U-shaped section and the front legs are not on a line, the U-shaped section is migrated towards the rear legs.

3. The folding chair according to claim 2, wherein the distance between the fixation section and the seat base is smaller than the distance between the fixation section and the seat back.

4. The folding chair according to claim 2, wherein fixation section comprises a first connection rod and a second connection rod, the first connection rod is fixedly connected to the front leg, the second connection rod is connected to the U-shaped section, the angle between the first connection rod and the second connection rod is an obtuse angle, the angle between the second connection rod and the U-shaped pipe is an obtuse angle.

5. The folding chair according to claim 4, wherein the diameters of the front leg, the first connection rod, the second connection rod and the U-shaped section decreases in order.

6. The folding chair according to claim 4, wherein a side of the upper end of the front leg is disposed with a pivot ear, the upper end of the rear leg is pivot joint to the pivot ear, the first connection rod is inserted into the front leg.

7. The folding chair according to claim 4, wherein a side of the upper end of the front leg is disposed with a pivot ear, the upper end of the rear leg is pivot joint to the pivot ear, the first connection rod abuts against the pivot ear.

8. The folding chair according to claim 6, wherein further comprising sleeve connectors, the sleeve connectors are sleeved on the connection portion of the front legs and the fixation sections.

9. The folding chair according to claim 7, wherein further comprising sleeve connectors, the sleeve connectors are sleeved on the connection portion of the front legs and the fixation section.

10. The folding chair according to claim 3, wherein fixation Section comprises a first connection rod and a second connection rod, the first connection rod is fixedly connected to the front leg, the second connection rod is connected to the U-shaped section, the angle between the first connection rod and the second connection rod is an obtuse angle, the angle between the second connection rod and the U-shaped pipe is an obtuse angle.

11. The folding chair according to claim 10, wherein the diameters of the front leg, the first connection rod, the second connection rod and the U-shaped section decreases in order.

12. The folding chair according to claim 10, wherein a side of the upper end of the front leg is disposed with a pivot ear, the upper end of the rear leg is pivot joint to the pivot ear, the first connection rod is inserted into the front leg.

13. The folding chair according to claim 10, wherein a side of the upper end of the front leg is disposed with a pivot ear, the upper end of the rear leg is pivot joint to the pivot ear, the first connection rod abuts against the pivot ear.

14. The folding chair according to claim 12, wherein further comprising sleeve connectors, the sleeve connectors are sleeved on the connection portion of the front legs and the fixation sections.

15. The folding chair according to claim 13, wherein further comprising sleeve connectors, the sleeve connectors are sleeved on the connection portion of the front legs and the fixation section.
