Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to clothing, and more particularly, to a button arrangement of a shirt with an opened front portion.

BACKGROUND ART

Generally, clothing called a dress shirt is worn inside a suit jacket, wherein the dress shirt has an opened front portion and includes a collar at a neck portion to wear a tie. As shown in FIG. 1, a person wears a shirt 1 by fastening a plurality of buttons 2 on an opened front portion of the shirt 1. An example of such a shirt is disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 2010-0050051.

People who wear such a shirt are mostly adult males, and engage in office jobs or sales jobs in view of social positions or occupations. According to recent improvements in the standard of living, people tend to take high-calorie food, such as meat, and a number of people with abdominal obesity is increasing since people do not take sufficient exercise due to their busy social lives.

When a person with abdominal obesity wears a general shirt, the abdomen may be exposed between buttons that are fastened around an abdominal region. In detail, when the person sits on a chair or in a lotus position, the abdomen may be further exposed. The general shirt includes seven buttons. One button is arranged at a location for fastening a collar at a neck portion, and remaining six buttons are arranged downward from the one button at intervals of 8 cm. The abdomen is exposed due to such buttons being arranged at regular intervals.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Technical Problem

The present invention provides a shirt that has the same external esthetic sense as a general shirt while preventing an abdominal region of a wearer from being exposed by changing a button arrangement of the shirt.

Technical Solution

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a shirt for preventing abdomen exposure, which is worn by a person as buttons on an opened front portion are fastened, wherein the buttons include: a top button for fastening a neck portion; a first button group arranged downward from the top button at regular intervals; and a second button group arranged downward from a lowermost button of the first button group at intervals narrower than the first button group, wherein the second button group is arranged at an abdominal region of the person, wherein buttons of the second button group are arranged at intervals that are 75% to 85% the intervals of buttons of the first button group.

Advantageous Effects

A shirt according to the present invention includes a first button group and a second button group, which have different intervals of buttons, wherein the second button group in which the intervals are relatively narrower is arranged in an abdominal region of a wearer such that a body of the wearer is prevented from being exposed around the abdominal region. Also, an external esthetic sense of the shirt according to the present invention is not deteriorated by arranging the first button group and the second button group such that the intervals of buttons are different but are not externally distinctively distinguished.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a button arrangement of a general shirt.

FIG. 2 is a diagram for describing a design of a shirt according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

BEST MODE

Hereinafter, one or more exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to accompanying drawings.

FIG. 2 is a diagram for describing a design of a shirt according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 2, a shirt 10 for preventing abdomen exposure, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may include a collar at a neck portion like a dress shirt, or may be a shirt that does not include a collar.

The shirt 10 is worn by a person as buttons 15 and 20 at an opened front portion based on the person are fastened.

The buttons 15 and 20 include a top button 15 for fastening a neck portion.

The buttons include a first button group G1 and a second button group G2.

The first button group G1 is arranged downward from the top button 15 at regular intervals. In the current embodiment, intervals t1 of buttons of the first button group G1 are 8 cm.

The second button group G2 is arranged downward from a lowermost button of the first button group G1. Buttons of the second button group G2 are arranged to have intervals narrower than that of the first button group G1. The second button group G2 is arranged at an abdominal region of the person.

Intervals t2 of the buttons of the second button group G2 may be 75% to 85% of the intervals t1 of the buttons of the first button group G1. When the intervals t2 of the buttons of the second button group G2 are narrower than 75% of the intervals t1 of the buttons of the first button group G1, the first and second button groups G1 and G2 are distinguished from each other too easily, and thus it may look like buttons are attached at wrong locations. The shirt according to the present invention is worn inside a suit, and when buttons of the suit are undone, the first button group G1 and the second button group G2 are all externally exposed, and thus the shirt may be made to be not different from a general shirt in terms of an esthetic sense. In this regard, the intervals t2 of the buttons of the second button group G2 may not be lower than 75% of the intervals t1 of the buttons of the first button group G1. Meanwhile, when the intervals t2 of the buttons of the second button group G2 are wider than 85% of the intervals t1 of the first button group G1, functions of the second button group G2 are not performed. In other words, the second button group G2 is provided such that a body of a wearer is not externally exposed at an abdominal region that relatively protrudes forward. The intervals t2 of the buttons of the second button group G2 are provided to be narrower than the intervals t1 of the buttons of the first button group G1 in order to prevent the abdominal region of the wearer from being exposed between the buttons around the second button group G2. However, when the intervals t2 of the buttons of the second button group G2 are lower than 75% of the intervals t1 of the first button group G1, intervals between buttons may be externally distinguished by a sensitive person, and thus an esthetic sense may be deteriorated.

According to the current embodiment, a number of buttons of the first button group G1 is six. Also, a number of buttons of the second button group G2 is two. Also, the intervals t1 of the buttons of the first button group G1 are 8 cm. Meanwhile, the intervals t2 of the buttons of the second button group G2 are 6 cm. As such, when the first button group G1 and the second button group G2 are arranged at intervals according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an optimum abdomen exposure preventing effect is obtained and an esthetic sense is not deteriorated.

The shirt 10 according to the present invention may accomplish the intended goal by arranging buttons in two groups, and arranging the second button group G2, in which intervals of buttons are relatively narrow, at an abdominal region of a wearer. Nevertheless, weft of fabric forming the shirt 10 may be spandex having longitudinal elasticity. When the weft is spandex, the fabric has elasticity in a circumferential direction of the abdomen of a person and thus synergizes the effect of the second button group G2, thereby further increasing an abdomen exposure preventing effect.

As described above, a shirt for preventing abdomen exposure according to the present invention includes a first button group and a second button group, which have different intervals of buttons, wherein the second button group in which the intervals are relatively narrower is arranged in an abdominal region of a wearer such that a body of the wearer is prevented from being exposed around the abdominal region. Also, an external esthetic sense of the shirt according to the present invention is not deteriorated by arranging the first button group and the second button group such that the intervals of buttons are different but are not externally distinctively distinguished.

While one or more exemplary embodiments have been described with reference to the figures, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the inventive concept as defined by the following claims.
