Portable vacuumized container box

A portable vacuumized container box which comprises a box body; the box body has a cavity and opens at its upper end; a top cover capable of fastening with the box body is provided at the upper end of the box body; air inlet hole and air outlet hole are disposed on the top cover; air inlet device is disposed on the air inlet hole; air outlet device is disposed on the air outlet hole; wherein the air outlet device comprises an air outlet piston, a piston fixing cover, and an air outlet valve coordinating with the air outlet piston to discharge air. The container box can be vacuumized by pulling up and pressing down the pull ring. The container box is very convenient for users to use, and it has good air discharging effect, good sealing ability and long service life.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a kind of daily commodity, and more specifically relates to a vacuumized container box.

At present, box-shaped containers are very common in our daily life. However, many existing box-shaped containers could not be vacuumized. Articles stored inside such containers could easily develop moulds and turn bad because water exists in the air inside the containers. Nowadays, vacuumized bags have been developed for storing clothes. However, the existing vacuumized bags could be easily damaged, and they are also inconvenient to use because air pumps are required for vacuumization. Furthermore, such vacuumized bags could not be used for storing other items such as food items. Vacuumized containers are available nowadays but they are inconvenient to use or they are not good at discharging air.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the technical problems such as poor air discharging effect and inconvenient air discharging operation now present in the existing vacuumized containers, the present invention provides a portable vacuumized container box which is efficient in discharging air and which is easy to use.

The present invention is attained by the following technical proposal:

A portable vacuumized container box comprises a box body having a cavity; the box body opens at its upper end; a top cover capable of fastening with the box body is provided at the upper end of the box body; air inlet hole and air outlet hole are disposed on the top cover; air inlet device is disposed on the air inlet hole; air outlet device is disposed on the air outlet hole; the air outlet device comprises an air outlet piston, a piston fixing cover, and an air outlet valve coordinating with the air outlet piston to discharge air.

Further, to facilitate air discharge, a pull ring is provided at an upper end of the air outlet piston for easier application of force; the air outlet valve is disposed at a bottom end of the air outlet hole; the air inlet device is an air inlet valve disposed on the air inlet hole; the air outlet valve and the air inlet valve are both silicon valves. Silicon valves are good at their sealing ability and resilience. To further improve air discharging efficiency, a piston sealing ring is disposed on the air outlet piston. In order that the top cover is formed integrally as a whole with good aesthetic appearance, a recessed hole is provided on the top cover; the piston fixing cover is fitted in the recessed hole; the air outlet hole and the air inlet hole are disposed at a bottom end of the recessed hole. The pull ring is connected with the upper end of the air outlet piston via a pin so that the pull ring can be freely pulled up and pressed down. A seal ring is provided at a position where the top cover and the box body are fastened with each other in order to improve the sealing ability of the container box; peripheries of the top cover are provided with fasteners for fastening the box body.

As compared with existing prior arts, the portable vacuumized container box of the present invention is provided with the air outlet device on the air outlet hole and the air inlet device on the air inlet hole; the air outlet device comprises the air outlet piston, the piston fixing cover, and the air outlet valve coordinating with the air outlet piston to discharge air; the pull ring is provided at the upper end of the air outlet piston for easier application of force; when discharging air, pull up and press down the pull ring to discharge air through the air outlet valve. To open the top cover, simply squeeze the air inlet valve to let air outside the container box flow into the container box through the periphery of the air inlet valve. When air pressure inside and outside the container box is equal, the top cover can be opened. The air outlet device and the air inlet device are integrally provided in the box body; extra air outlet device is therefore not required. Also, air can be discharged and the container box can be vacuumized by simply pulling up and pressing down the pull ring; therefore the present invention is convenient to use and has high air discharging effect. Since a seal ring is provided at the position where the top cover is fastened with the box body to further improve the sealing ability of the container box, the present invention is efficient, durable and very easy to use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is further explained below with reference to figures and the embodiments.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a portable vacuumized container box comprises a box body 1 having a cavity; the box body 1 opens at its upper end; a top cover 2 capable of fastening with the box body 1 is provided at the upper end of the box body 1; air inlet hole 4 and air outlet hole 3 are disposed on the top cover 2; air inlet device is disposed on the air inlet hole 4; air outlet device is disposed on the air outlet hole 3; the air outlet device comprises an air outlet piston 5, a piston fixing cover 6, and an air outlet valve 7 coordinating with the air outlet piston 5 to discharge air; a pull ring 8 is provided at an upper end of the air outlet piston 5 for easier application of force; the air outlet valve 7 is disposed at a bottom end of the air outlet hole 3; the air inlet device is an air inlet valve 9 disposed on the air inlet hole 4; the air outlet valve 7 and the air inlet valve 9 are both silicon valves. A piston sealing ring 10 is disposed on the air outlet piston 5; the pull ring 8 is connected with the upper end of the air outlet piston 5 via a pin; a seal ring 12 is provided at a position where the top cover 2 and the box body 1 are fastened with each other; peripheries of the top cover 2 are provided with fasteners 13 for fastening the box body 1.

Embodiment 2

As shown in FIGS. 2, 4, 5 and 6, a second embodiment is disclosed on the basis of the embodiment 1 as described above; a recessed hole 11 is provided on the top cover 2; the piston fixing cover 6 is fitted in the recessed hole 11; the air outlet hole 3 and the air inlet hole 4 are disposed at a bottom end of the recessed hole 11. The top cover 2 of embodiment 2 has better aesthetic appearance as it is made with other components thereon integrally provided within its outer contour.

Use of the container box of present invention according to the two embodiments as described above is detailed as follows: When the pull ring 8 is pulled up, the air outlet piston 5 is also pulled up; air inside the container box rises up; the air outlet valve 7 at a bottom end of the air outlet hole 3 rises up and deforms; the air inside the container box is discharged through a gap between the air outlet piston 5 and the air outlet hole 3; when the pull ring 8 is pressed down, the air outlet piston 5 is also pressed downwardly; the air outlet valve 7 at the bottom end of the air outlet hole 3 returns to its original shape, and air outside the container box cannot enter into the cavity of the container box. The above operation is considered a complete air discharging operation of the container box. Repeat the above operation until it is very difficult to pull up the air outlet piston 5, or cover and body is slightly shrinked inward. At the time when container box is visually shrinked inward, air inside the box has been pumped out and the container box is vacuumized.

To open the top cover 2, simply squeeze the air inlet valve 9 to deform the air inlet valve 9; air outside the container box enters the air inlet hole 4 through periphery of the air inlet valve 9 and then enters the container box; when air pressure inside and outside the container box is equal, the top cover 2 can be opened.

The air outlet device and the air inlet device are integrally provided in the box body 1; extra air outlet device is therefore not required. The present invention is convenient to use and has high air discharging effect.

The above description is intended to be the preferred embodiments of the present invention. Any obvious modification and replacement which do not deviate from the inventive concept of the present invention should fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.

Claims

1. A portable vacuumized container box comprising a box body (1) having a cavity; the box body (1) opens at its upper end; a top cover (2) capable of fastening with the box body (1) is provided at the upper end of the box body (1); air inlet hole (4) and air outlet hole (3) are disposed on the top cover (2);

air inlet device is disposed on the air inlet hole (4); air outlet device is disposed on the air outlet hole (3); wherein the air outlet device comprises an air outlet piston (5), a piston fixing cover (6), and an air outlet valve (7) coordinating with the air outlet piston (5) to discharge air.

2. The portable vacuumized container box as in claim 1, wherein a pull ring (8) is provided at an upper end of the air outlet piston (5) for easier application of force.

3. The portable vacuumized container box as in claim 2, wherein the air outlet valve (7) is disposed at a bottom end of the air outlet hole (3).

4. The portable vacuumized container box as in claim 3, wherein the air inlet device is an air inlet valve (9) disposed on the air inlet hole (4).

5. The portable vacuumized container box as in claim 4, wherein the air outlet valve (7) and the air inlet valve (9) are both silicon valves.

6. The portable vacuumized container box as in claim 4, wherein a piston sealing ring (10) is disposed on the air outlet piston (5).

7. The portable vacuumized container box as in claim 6, wherein a recessed hole (11) is provided on the top cover (2); the piston fixing cover (6) is fitted in the recessed hole (11); the air outlet hole (3) and the air inlet hole (4) are disposed at a bottom end of the recessed hole (11).

8. The portable vacuumized container box as in claim 7, wherein the pull ring (8) is connected with the upper end of the air outlet piston (5) via a pin.

9. The portable vacuumized container box as in claim 7, wherein a seal ring (12) is provided at a position where the top cover (2) and the box body (1) are fastened with each other.

10. The portable vacuumized container box as in claim 7, wherein peripheries of the top cover (2) are provided with fasteners (13) for fastening the box body (1).
