HOUSEHOLD TEXTILE WITH EFFECT OF EXPELLING BEDBUG AND PROCESSING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a household textile with effect of expelling bedbug, medicaments for expelling bedbug containing various extracts of natural plant are prepared, and textile shell fabric is passed through the medicaments for expelling bedbug at a certain speed with oven drying under certain temperature subsequently. The textile of the present invention can expel bedbug rapidly with characteristics of safety, environmental protection, and washing resistance, and the processing technology thereof is simple, and suitable for large-scale production.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to textile field, in particular to a household textile with effect of expelling bedbug obtained by adding plant extracts medicament.

BACKGROUND ART

Mosquito is one of the factors disturbing work and rest of people, expelling of mosquito is always extensively concerned by people, products such as mosquito-repellent incense, floral water for expelling mosquito, and paster for expelling mosquito have been come out in succession. How to give textile effect of expelling mosquito is concerned by many researchers. Two main methods for the prevention of mosquito are applied more maturely. The first method is a method to carry out expelling or killing to mosquito existing in the environment, however, this method is not durable and medicament released from aerosol may produce certain harm to human body, therefore, it is not suitable for regular use. The second method is to carry out processing and finishing to textile contacting with human body regularly, make it have more durable effect of preventing mosquito. This method has been proved that it has better effect of preventing mosquito through production practice for long time, and the product produced by the method is highly resistant to washing without toxicity and harm to human body.

Bedbug is a kind of global pest, however, textile for expelling mosquito and preventing insect exist in prior art has no or slight effect to bedbug expelling, and research in respect of textile specialised in expelling bedbug has not been reported.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to overcome differences existing in prior art, the objects of the present invention is to utilize different natural plant extract comprehensively and provide a kind of safe and household textile with durable effect of expelling bedbug.

In order to achieve described objects of the invention, the technical solution of the present invention is:

A household textile with effect of expelling bedbug, it is characterised in that the household textile is oven dried after dipping evenly with medicament for expelling bedbug, the medicament for expelling bedbug is made up of eucalyptus extract, peach leaf extract, melia azedarach extract, mint extract, fructus cnidii extract, clove extract, lavender extract, folium artemisiae argyi extract, stabiliser and water.

Preferably, in the medicament for expelling bedbug, eucalyptus extract accounts for 0.1-15 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, peach leaf extract accounts for 0.1-20 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, melia azedarach extract accounts for 0.1-10 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, mint extract accounts for 0.1-5 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, fructus cnidii extract accounts for 0.1-5 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, clove extract accounts for 0.1-5 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, lavender extract accounts for 0.1-5 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, folium artemisiae argyi extract accounts for 0.1-5 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, stabiliser accounts for 0.1-0.5 wt %, and water is the rest.

Preferably, the stabilisers of the medicament for expelling bedbug are one or more kinds of UV-P, UV-326, UV-531 and UVP-327.

Preferably, the water is clean river water or tap water; more preferably, tap water.

The extract in the medicament for expelling bedbug is ethanol extract, preferably, extract is solid or concentrated solution, the concentration of the preferable concentrated solution is greater than 90%.

The extract can be commercially available, for instance, the extract sold by Xi'an Yuensun Biological Technology Company.

The extract in the medicament for expelling bedbug can be prepared by conventional method, for instance, obtained by the following preparation methods: taking folium eucalypti coarse powder 1 kg, using 5-fold amount of ethanol to soak for 3 times, merging the soak solution, obtaining concentrated solution of ethanol extract through concentration under reduced pressure, or obtaining solid folium eucalypti extract by vacuum drying the soak solution.

On the other hand, the present invention provides a method for preparation of described household textile with effect of expelling bedbug, specific steps are as follows:

    • (1) Preparing the medicament for expelling bedbug;
    • (2) Soaking the shell fabric into medicament, bath ratio is 1:20, padding for two times, and the padding ratio is 80%;
    • (3) Oven drying the shell fabric processed with medicament for expelling bedbug through oven of 100° C. at 10-60 m/min.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS

In the present invention, eucalyptus extract, peach leaf extract, melia azedarach extract, mint extract, fructus cnidii extract, clove extract, lavender extract, and folium artemisiae argyi extract are screened out as effective components for expelling bedbug for characteristics of bedbugs, and compounded to process household textile. Synergistic interaction effect is significantly generated comparing with processing by utilising described extracts separately, bedbug can be expelled effectively, meanwhile, plant extract is enable to promote human health to a certain extent, and make the textile provide more effective protection to human body.

Textile shell fabric processed by using described method, medicament for expelling bedbug is formed a layer of film on the surface of fibre, with smell hated by bedbug, and a kind of interference information is generated when contacting bedbug to achieve the object of expelling insects. The effective components for expelling bedbug is enable to penetrate into the inside of fibre with fixed combination, when the effective components on the surface of fibre are losing continuously due to daily use and washing, the effective components in the fibre will migrate to the surface continuously, thereby, ensuring that a certain concentration of the effective components on the surface of fibre can be maintained, therefore, household textile of the present invention is highly resistant to washing, a certain insecticidal efficacy can still be maintained after washing for several times, and the efficacy can be maintained for more than one year.

Specific shell fabric with passing speed and oven drying temperature are applied by the processing method of shell fabric provided by the present invention, which not only makes effective components for expelling bedbug combined with the fabric fibre better, but also prevents too fast degradation of the effective components. On the other hand, the oven drying temperature of the present invention is lower, and it further guarantees that the effective components will not be damaged.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention will be described in more detail below with reference to specific embodiments in terms of the effects of medicament for expelling bedbug, and processing method of household textile. It should be understood that the specific embodiment described here is only used for explaining the present invention, but is not limited the thereto. Any modification, equivalent substitution, and improvement made within the true spirit and principle of the invention fall within the scope of the present invention.

The content involved in the present invention is mass percent.

The eucalyptus extracts used in embodiment 1, 2 are prepared by the following steps: taking folium eucalypti coarse powder 1 kg, using 5-fold amount of ethanol to soak for 3 times respectively, soaking for 12 hours each time, merging soak solution, vacuum drying the merged soak solution to get solid folium eucalypti extract. The preparation methods of the rest extracts are all the same, and commercially available extract products can be used as well.

EMBODIMENT 1

medicament for expelling bedbug is prepared by mixing the following components with weight percentage content:

eucalyptus extract 10%, peach leaf extract 10%, melia azedarach extract 10%, mint extract 5%, fructus cnidii extract 5%, clove extract 5%, lavender extract 5%, folium artemisiae argyi extract 5%, stabiliser 0.5% and the rest is water.

    • (1) Preparing medicament for expelling bedbug according to the formula described above;
    • (2) Soaking the shell fabric into medicament, bath ratio is 1:20, padding for two times, and the padding ratio is 80%;
    • (3) Oven drying the shell fabric processed with medicament for expelling bedbug through oven of 100° C. at 10-60 m/min. The shell fabric of household textile with effect of expelling bedbug can be obtained.

EMBODIMENT 2

medicament for expelling bedbug is prepared by mixing the following components with weight percentage content:

eucalyptus extract 15%, peach leaf extract 15%, melia azedarach extract 10%, mint extract 5%, fructus cnidii extract 5%, clove extract 5%, lavender extract 5%, folium artemisiae argyi extract 5%, stabiliser 0.5% and the rest is water.

    • (1) Preparing medicament for expelling bedbug according to the formula described above;
    • (2) Soaking the shell fabric into medicament, bath ratio is 1:20, padding for two times, and the padding ratio is 80%;
    • (3) Oven drying the shell fabric processed with medicament for expelling bedbug through oven of 100° C. at 10-60 m/min. The shell fabric of household textile with effect of expelling bedbug can be obtained.

Test of Effect of Expelling Insects

The textile shell fabric prepared by the embodiment and shell fabric processed by using individual effective component are placed into sealed space respectively, one hundred bedbugs and one hundred louses are put into boxes with textile shell fabric respectively, and the expelling rate after 10 minutes and expelling rate after 24 hours are measured. The results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from the Table 1, the textile shell fabric prepared by the embodiments of the present invention has significantly improved expelling rate compares with shell fabric processed with individual effective component, which illustrates that the effective components of the medicament for preventing insects of the present invention have synergistic effect on textile shell fabric.

Test for Washing Resistance

Insect expelling effects of textile shell fabric prepared by the embodiments before and after washing with washing machine are measured respectively, and compared with the control textile shell fabric.

The specific method is follows:

Firstly, control 1 textile shell fabric and control 2 textile shell fabric are prepared respectively by utilising the medicaments for expelling bedbug in the embodiment 1 and 2 by the following conventional methods.

    • (1) Soaking chemical fibre textile shell fabric respectively for 2 hours under normal pressure utilising insect preventing medicaments prepared in the embodiment 1 and 2;
    • (2) Removing residual liquid;
    • (3) Oven drying the shell fabric under temperature of 100-180° C. in oven.

The textile shell fabric prepared by the embodiment and shell fabric processed by using individual effective component are placed into sealed space respectively, one hundred bedbugs and one hundred louses are contact with shell fabric described above respectively, expelling rate after 24 hours are measured, and shell fabric is dried in the air, expelling rate after 24 hours are measured again. The results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from the Table 2, the processing method of the textile of the present invention has better effect of resistance to washing, and certain effect of expelling insects can still be maintained after washing for several times.

Claims

1. A household textile with effect of expelling bedbug, wherein the household textile is oven dried after dipping evenly with medicament for expelling bedbug, the medicament for expelling bedbug is made up of eucalyptus extract, peach leaf extract, melia azedarach extract, mint extract, fructus cnidii extract, clove extract, lavender extract, folium artemisiae argyi extract, stabiliser and water.

The household textile with effect of expelling bedbug of claim 1, wherein the medicament for expelling bedbug, eucalyptus extract accounts for 0.1-15 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, peach leaf extract accounts for 0.1-20 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, melia azedarach extract accounts for 0.1-10 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, mint extract accounts for 0.1-5 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, fructus cnidii extract accounts for 0.1-5 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, clove extract accounts for 0.1-5 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, lavender extract accounts for 0.1-5 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, folium artemisiae argyi extract accounts for 0.1-5 wt % of the total medicament for expelling bedbug, stabiliser accounts for 0.1-0.5 wt %, and water is the rest.

3. The household textile with effect of expelling bedbug of claim 1, the stabilisers of the medicament for expelling bedbug are one or more kinds of UV-P, UV-326, UV-531 and UVP-327.

4. The household textile with effect of expelling bedbug of claim 1, the water is clean river water or tap water.

5. A method for the preparation of the household textile with effect of expelling bedbug according to claim 1, specific steps are as follows:

(1) Preparing the medicament for expelling bedbug;
(2) Soaking the shell fabric into medicament, bath ratio is 1:20, padding for two times, and the padding ratio is 80%;
(3) Oven drying the shell fabric processed with medicament for expelling bedbug through oven of 100° C. at 10-60 m/min.

6. A method for the preparation of the household textile with effect of expelling bedbug according to claim 2, specific steps are as follows:

(1) Preparing the medicament for expelling bedbug;
(2) Soaking the shell fabric into medicament, bath ratio is 1:20, padding for two times, and the padding ratio is 80%;
(3) Oven drying the shell fabric processed with medicament for expelling bedbug through oven of 100° C. at 10-60 m/min.

7. A method for the preparation of the household textile with effect of expelling bedbug according to claim 3, specific steps are as follows:

(1) Preparing the medicament for expelling bedbug;
(2) Soaking the shell fabric into medicament, bath ratio is 1:20, padding for two times, and the padding ratio is 80%;
(3) Oven drying the shell fabric processed with medicament for expelling bedbug through oven of 100° C. at 10-60 m/min.

8. A method for the preparation of the household textile with effect of expelling bedbug according to claim 4, specific steps are as follows:

(1) Preparing the medicament for expelling bedbug;
(2) Soaking the shell fabric into medicament, bath ratio is 1:20, padding for two times, and the padding ratio is 80%;
(3) Oven drying the shell fabric processed with medicament for expelling bedbug through oven of 100° C. at 10-60 m/min.
