A SEPARABLE WATERPROOF SHOE AND SHOE SHAFT

A separable waterproof shoe comprises a shoe body (1) made of hard waterproof material and a shoe shaft (2) made of soft waterproof material. The opening at the bottom portion of the shoe shaft (2) is detachably sleeved onto the opening of the shoe body (1); an anti-slip edge (12) is provided at the opening of the shoe body (1); an elastic waterproof layer (23) is provided on the inner side of the bottom portion of the shoe shaft (2); the bottom portion of the elastic waterproof layer (23) is bonded to the bottom portion of the shoe shaft (2), and the top portion thereof can be detachably fastened under the anti-slip edge (12).

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the field of daily necessities, particularly to a separable waterproof shoe and shoe shaft.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

It is inconvenient for people to go outdoors during raining days due to slippery road and ground water which would easily wet the shoes and/or foots. As such, it would be necessary for people to put on waterproof shoes to prevent being wet. The waterproof shoes nowadays are generally made of a same waterproof hard plastic for the shoe body and the integrated shoe shaft, which makes the shoes space consuming and inconvenient to bring along. Also, it would be troublesome to take off or take on such shoes outdoors.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The problem to be solved in the present invention is to provide a separable waterproof shoe which is small in size and convenient to carry and use, the user can easily wear and remove the separable waterproof shoe.

Another problem to be solved in the present invention is to provide a shoe shaft which is small in size and convenient to carry and use, the user can easily wear and remove the shoe shaft.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a separable waterproof shoe including a shoe body and a shoe shaft, wherein the separable waterproof shoe comprises a shoe body made of a hard waterproof material; a shoe shaft made of a soft waterproof material; a bottom portion of said shoe shaft adapted for receiving the opening of said shoe body; said bottom portion of said shoe shaft removably mounted to said shoe body; an anti-slip edge being arranged along said opening of said shoe body; an elastic waterproof layer being arranged on the inner side of said bottom portion of said shoe shaft; the bottom portion of said elastic waterproof layer mounted to said bottom portion of said shoe shaft; and the top portion of said elastic waterproof layer removably mounted below said anti-slip edge.

Typically, the top portion of said elastic waterproof layer is wider than the bottom portion of said elastic waterproof layer, the height of said elastic waterproof layer is between 10 mm and 100 mm, the thickness of said elastic waterproof layer is between 0.1 mm and 2 mm, the height of said anti-slip edge is between 1 mm and 5 mm.

Typically, an anti-slip layer is arranged on the inner side of said top portion of said shoe shaft, said anti-slip layer comprises an elastic fixing band mounted to the top portion of said anti-slip layer, the bottom portion of said anti-slip layer is mounted to the inner side of said shoe shaft.

Typically, said shoe shaft comprises a zipper.

Typically, said elastic waterproof layer is made of a plastic material.

Typically, said shoe shaft is made of a textile material, said elastic waterproof layer is fixed with said bottom portion of said shoe shaft through thermal melting process.

Typically, a first end of said elastic waterproof layer is removably mounted to said anti-slip edge, a second end of said elastic waterproof layer is mounted to said bottom portion of said shoe shaft.

The present invention further provides a shoe shaft which is made of a waterproof material, wherein said shoe shaft is made of a soft waterproof material, a bottom portion of said shoe shaft adapted for receiving the opening of said shoe body, said bottom portion of said shoe shaft removably mounted to said shoe body, an anti-slip edge being arranged along said opening of said shoe body, an elastic waterproof layer being arranged on the inner side of said bottom portion of said shoe shaft, the bottom portion of said elastic waterproof layer mounted to said bottom portion of said shoe shaft and the top portion of said elastic waterproof layer removably mounted below said anti-slip edge.

Typically, the top portion of said elastic waterproof layer is wider than the bottom portion of said elastic waterproof layer, the height of said elastic waterproof layer is between 10 mm and 100 mm, the thickness of said elastic waterproof layer is between 0.1 mm and 2 mm.

Typically, an anti-slip layer is arranged on the inner side of said top portion of said shoe shaft, said anti-slip layer comprises an elastic fixing band mounted to the top portion of said anti-slip layer, the bottom portion of said anti-slip layer is mounted to the inner side of said shoe shaft.

Typically, said shoe shaft comprises a zipper.

Typically, said elastic waterproof layer is of a conical-shaped structure.

Typically, said anti-slip edge and said shoe body are of a unitary structure.

Typically, said anti-slip edge is elastically mounted to said shoe shaft.

Typically, said anti-slip edge comprises a ring-shaped extension which is arranged on the top end of said shoe body.

As such, by separating the shoe body and shoe shaft into separable structures and the shoe shaft being made of soft waterproof material, the waterproof shoe would be able to be folded such that the occupied space would be reduced greatly. Moreover, it would be much easier for a user to bring along and take on or off, which means more practical to use when outdoors. Meanwhile, the present invention is available in various occasions where waterproof and/or anti-stain needed.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

In the embodiment, referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the present invention comprises a shoe body 1 and a shoe shaft 2 which are made of waterproof material. The shoe body 1 is made of hard waterproof material and the shoe shaft 2 is made of soft waterproof material. The opening at the bottom portion of the shoe shaft 2 is removably mounted to the shoe body 1 or the opening of the shoe body 1. Alternatively, the hard waterproof material can be made of a plastic material or leather. Preferably, such hard waterproof material can be restored to its original form after applying an external force to such material. For the soft waterproof material, it can be made of a plastic material, textile material or leather. Preferably, such soft waterproof material cannot be restored to its original form after applying an external force to such material.

Further, an opening 11 of the shoe body 1 comprises an anti-slip edge 12. The anti-slip edge 12 is an extension which is arranged along the opening 11 of the shoe body. The shape and structure of anti-slip edge 12 is not limited to a specific shape and it can be any kind of shape. Preferably, the anti-slip edge 12 and the shoe body 1 are of a unitary structure.

Alternatively, the anti-slip edge 12 is elastically mounted to the shoe shaft 2. Preferably, the anti-slip edge 12 can be a ring-shaped extension being arranged along the top portion or top end of the shoe body 1.

Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, an elastic waterproof layer 23 is arranged on the inner side of the bottom portion of the shoe shaft 2, the bottom portion of the elastic waterproof layer is mounted to the bottom portion of the shoe shaft 2 and the top portion of the elastic waterproof layer 23 is removably mounted below the anti-slip edge 12. In the embodiment, the elastic waterproof layer 23 can be mounted to or stuck with the bottom portion of the shoe shaft 2 through any possible means. Advantageously, the bottom portion of the shoe shaft 2 is adapted for receiving the opening of the shoe body 1. The bottom portion of the shoe shaft 2 is removably mounted to the shoe body. Additionally, an anti-slip edge 12 is arranged along the opening of the shoe body 1 and the elastic waterproof layer 23 can be arranged on the inner side of the bottom portion of the shoe shaft 2. Alternatively, the bottom portion of the elastic waterproof layer 23 is mounted to the bottom portion of the shoe shaft 2 and the top portion of the elastic waterproof layer 23 is removably mounted below the anti-slip edge 12. In the embodiment, preferably, a first end of the elastic waterproof layer 23 can be removably or elastically mounted to the anti-slip edge 12. Preferably, the thickness of the first end of the elastic waterproof layer 23 is less than that of the anti-slip edge 12 such that the elastic waterproof layer 23 can be restricted from moving out from the anti-slip edge 12. More preferably, a second end of the elastic waterproof layer 23 is firstly fixed with the bottom portion of the shoe shaft 2 through sewing process and then fixed with each other through heat melting process or thermal bonding.

In the embodiment, the elastic waterproof layer 23 is preferably made of a plastic material while the shoe shaft 2 is made of a textile material, or fabric such that both bottoms can be mounted with each other through heat melting process, such as the use of heat melting adhesive between both bottoms. Preferably, the elastic waterproof layer 23 is made of rubber or similar flexible material. More preferably, the elastic waterproof layer 23 is of a conical-shaped structure.

Alternatively, the elastic waterproof layer 23 is of a narrow top and wide bottom structure. Advantageously, the top portion of the elastic waterproof layer 23 is wider than the bottom portion of the elastic waterproof layer 23, the height of the elastic waterproof layer is between 10 mm and 100 mm, the thickness of the elastic waterproof layer is between 0.1 mm and 2 mm, the height of the anti-slip edge is between 1 mm and 5 mm.

Additionally, an anti-slip layer 24 can be arranged on the inner side of the top portion of the shoe shaft 2, the anti-slip layer 24 comprises an elastic fixing band 241 mounted to the top portion of the anti-slip layer 24. The bottom portion of the anti-slip layer 24 can be mounted to or stuck with the inner side of the shoe shaft 2.

Further, the shoe shaft 2 comprises a zipper 25 such that it can be more convenient for the user to wear or remove the shoe shaft 2.

A detailed description of the shoe shaft provided by the present invention is disclosed with reference to FIG. 2 to FIG. 4. As the structure and the application is exactly the same with the shoe shaft mentioned in the above embodiments about the separable waterproof shoe, no more description will be discussed herein.

The present invention has been described in detail, with reference to the preferred embodiment, in order to enable the reader to practice the invention without undue experimentation. However, a person having ordinary skill in the art will readily recognize that many of the previous disclosures may be varied or modified somewhat without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the intellectual property rights to this invention are defined only by the following claims.

Claims

1. A separable waterproof shoe including a shoe body and a shoe shaft, wherein the separable waterproof shoe comprises:

a shoe body made of a hard waterproof material;
a shoe shaft made of a soft waterproof material;
a bottom portion of said shoe shaft adapted for receiving the opening of said shoe body;
said bottom portion of said show shaft removably mounted to said shoe body;
an anti-slip edge being arranged along said opening of said shoe body;
an elastic waterproof layer being arranged on the inner side of said bottom portion of said shoe shaft;
the bottom portion of said elastic waterproof layer mounted to said bottom portion of said shoe shaft; and
the top portion of said elastic waterproof layer removably mounted below said anti-slip edge.

The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 1, wherein the top portion of said elastic waterproof layer is wider than the bottom portion of said elastic waterproof layer, the height of said elastic waterproof layer is between 10 mm and −100 mm, the thickness of said elastic waterproof layer is between 0.1 mm and −2 mm the height of said anti-slip edge is between 1 mm and −5 mm.

The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 1, wherein an anti-slip layer is arranged on the inner side of said top portion of said shoe shaft, said anti-slip layer comprises an elastic fixing band mounted to the top portion of said anti-slip layer, the bottom portion of said anti-slip layer is mounted to the inner side of said shoe shaft.

4. The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 3, wherein said shoe shaft comprises a zipper.

5. The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 4, wherein said elastic waterproof layer is made of a plastic material.

6. The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 5, wherein said shoe shaft is made of a textile material, said elastic waterproof layer is fixed with said bottom portion of said shoe shaft through thermal melting process.

7. The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 6, wherein a first end of said elastic waterproof layer is removably mounted to said anti-slip edge a second end of said elastic waterproof layer is mounted to said bottom portion of said shoe shaft.

8. A shoe shaft which is made of waterproof material, wherein said shoe shaft is made of soft waterproof material, a bottom portion of said shoe shaft adapted for receiving the opening of said shoe body, said bottom portion of said shoe shaft removably mounted to said shoe body, an anti-slip edge being arranged along said opening of said shoe body, an elastic waterproof layer being arranged on the inner side of said bottom portion of said shoe shaft, the bottom portion of said elastic waterproof layer mounted to said bottom portion of said shoe shaft and the top portion of said elastic waterproof layer removably mounted below said anti-slip edge.

The shoe shaft according to claim 8, wherein the top portion of said elastic waterproof layer is wider than the bottom portion of said elastic waterproof layer, the height of said elastic waterproof layer is between 10 mm and 100 mm, the thickness of said elastic waterproof layer is between 0.1 mm and 2 mm.

The shoe shaft according to claim 9, wherein an anti-slip layer is arranged on the inner side of said top portion of said shoe shaft, said anti-slip layer comprises an elastic fixing band mounted to the top portion of said anti-slip layer, the bottom portion of said anti-slip layer is mounted to the inner side of said shoe shaft.

11. The shoe shaft according to claim 8, wherein said shoe shaft comprises a zipper.

12. The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 1, wherein said elastic waterproof layer is of a conical-shaped structure.

13. The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 1, wherein said anti-slip edge and said shoe body are of a unitary structure.

14. The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 1, wherein said anti-slip edge is elastically mounted to said shoe shaft.

15. The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 13, wherein said anti-slip edge comprises a ring-shaped extension which is arranged on the top end of said shoe body.

16. The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 2, wherein an anti-slip layer is arranged on the inner side of said top portion of said shoe shaft, said anti-slip layer comprises an elastic fixing band mounted to the top portion of said anti-slip layer, the bottom portion of said anti-slip layer is mounted to the inner side of said shoe shaft.

17. The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 16, wherein said shoe shaft comprises a zipper.

18. The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 17, wherein said elastic waterproof layer is made of a plastic material.

19. The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 18, wherein said shoe shaft is made of a textile material, said elastic waterproof layer is fixed with said bottom portion of said shoe shaft through thermal melting process.

20. The separable waterproof shoe according to claim 19, wherein a first end of said elastic waterproof layer is removably mounted to said anti-slip edge a second end of said elastic waterproof layer is mounted to said bottom portion of said shoe shaft.
