HEALTH BRACELET

A health bracelet is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a health bracelet comprises a first strap member having a predetermined length, a plurality of stone members arranged on one surface of the first strap member along the longitudinal direction of the first strap member, and a second strap member serving as a portion which comes into contact with the skin of a user, having a shape corresponding to the shape of the first strap member, coupled to the surface of the first member, on which the stone members are arranged, and having exposure holes at portions corresponding to the positions of the stone members such that the stone members are exposed through the exposure holes.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application claims priority to and the benefit of Korean Application No. 20-2014-0008958 filed in the Korean Intellectual Property Office on Dec. 5, 2014, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a health bracelet and, more specifically, to a health bracelet, in which stone members are arranged between a first strap member and a second strap member so as to have beneficial effects on a human body from the anions and far infrared rays emitted from gemstones.

2. Background Art

In general, infrared light is a kind of electromagnetic waves and has a wavelength longer than that of the red region of visible light so as to have a high heating effect, wherein the infrared light having a short wavelength is the so-called near infrared and the one having a long wavelength is the so-called far infrared.

Herein, the far infrared has features, wherein the far infrared is invisible, is well absorbed into substances and is strong in resonance operations with respect to organic compound molecules.

In addition, light has characteristics, wherein, in general, the reflection thereof becomes good if the wavelength thereof is short while the absorption thereof into an object becomes good when the light reaches an object if the wavelength thereof is long. Therefore, the far infrared has strong permeability such that a human body can be warmed by getting the far infrared.

For example, even though the warmth cannot be felt in the water of 30° C., the warmth can be felt in the sunlight at the same temperature because the far infrared included in the sunlight permeates deep into the skin and generates heat.

Such a heating effect helps the removal of germs, which cause various diseases, and the vasodilatation of capillary vessels, thereby promoting the blood circulation and cell tissue genesis. In addition, if the far infrared reaches the moisture and protein molecules forming cells, the far infrared finely vibrates the cells 2,000 times for one minute and activates the cell tissues, thereby preventing aging, promoting metabolism and preventing various adult diseases such as chronic fatigue and the like.

The so-called anion is an atomic element of air which has negative charges, neutralizes a harmful cation, cleans the blood and promotes nerve stability, appetite improvement and the activation of cells, thereby leading a lively living.

The interest in such far infrared and anions has been increasing among the people, as the effects of the far infrared and anions in connection with the decrease and decomposition of formaldehyde, organic substances and the like generated in the construction materials and goods and the like, which become the issues in the recent days, have been known in addition to the effects described above.

Therefore, according to the beneficial effects of the far infrared and anions, various products using materials such as charcoal, mineral matters and the like which emit anions and far infrared have been developed and used to keep pace with the recent tendency of focusing health. In addition, various accessory products having decorative features have been released by adding thus developed products thereto.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior arts, and it is a first objective of the present invention to provide a health bracelet for emitting anions, far infrared and the like which are beneficial to a human body, thereby promoting the health of a user.

It is a second objective of the present invention to provide a health bracelet for minimizing the release of anions, far infrared and the like which are beneficial to human bodies to the outside, thereby maximizing the influences of the anions, far infrared and the like on human bodies.

The objectives of the present invention are not limited to those described above and any other objectives unmentioned above will be apparently understood by a person skilled in the art from the following.

To accomplish the above objectives, according to the present invention, a bracelet includes a first strap member, stone members and a second strap member.

The first strap member has a predetermined length.

A plurality of the stone members is arranged on one surface of the first strap member along the longitudinal direction of the first strap member.

The second strap member serves as a portion which comes into contact with the skin of a user, has a shape corresponding to the shape of the first strap member and is coupled to the surface of the first member, on which the stone members are arranged. Further, the second strap member has exposure holes at portions corresponding to the positions of the stone members such that the stone members are exposed through the exposure holes.

The diameter of the exposure holes provided to the second strap member is smaller than the diameter of the stone members such that the stone members are prevented from escaping through the exposure holes.

In addition, as for the materials of the first strap member and the second strap member, a leather material can be applied.

Meanwhile, a coupling member can be provided to at least at one of the both ends of the health bracelet, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, so as to be coupled with the other end.

For example, the coupling member is provided in the shape of a sphere at the one end of the health bracelet according to the preferred embodiment and coupling holes having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the coupling member are provided at the other end such that the both ends are coupled to each other by inserting the coupling member to any one of the coupling holes.

The present invention structured as above has effects as follows.

First, according to the health bracelet according to the embodiment of the present invention, the stone members for emitting anions, the far infrared and the like which are beneficial to a human body are arranged between the first strap member and the second strap member, thereby promoting the health of a user.

Second, according to the health bracelet according to the embodiment of the present invention, the exposure holes are provided in the second strap member, which comes into contact with the skin, in a diameter smaller than that of the stone members such that the stone members are exposed to the outside through the exposure holes and can come into contact with the human body. Therefore, it is possible to minimize the release of the anions, the far infrared and the like, which are beneficial to a human body, to the outside and maximize the influences thereof on the human body.

The effects of the present invention are not limited to those described above and any other effects unmentioned above will be apparently understood by a person skilled in the art from the appended claims.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Reference will be now made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the attached drawings.

The attached drawings are described to make those skilled in the art easily understand the present invention, but it should be readily understood that there is no intent to limit the scope of the present invention to the range of the attached drawings.

In the explanation of the embodiment of the present invention, the same reference numerals and same titles are used for denoting the same components having the same functions, but those components are not completely the same as those of prior art.

In addition, the terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. A representation in the singular, unless their use in the text clearly demonstrates a different meaning, also includes a plural meaning. In this application, it should be understood that the terms “comprise” or “comprises” are intended to designate the presence of features, numbers, steps, operations, constituent elements, parts or combinations thereof described in the specification but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, numbers, steps, operations, constituent elements, parts and combinations of these.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a health bracelet according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in which the health bracelet is in a coupled state; and

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the health bracelet according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, in which the health bracelet is in an exploded state.

Now, a health bracelet according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a health bracelet according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a first strap member 110, stone members 130 and a second strap member 120.

The first strap member 110 has a predetermined length and a predetermined width. The first strap member 110 can have a length longer than the circumferential size of the wrist of an adult. In addition, the width of the first strap member 110 can be formed to be wider than the diameter of the stone members 130 described hereinafter.

A plurality of the stone members 130 is arranged on one surface of the first strap member 110 along the longitudinal direction of the first strap member 110. Even though each of the stone members 130 is illustrated having the shape of a flat Baduk stone as an example in the drawings, the stone members 130 of the present embodiment can have various shapes such as a rectangle, a coin shape and the like.

The stone members 130 can be made from various materials such as red clay, ceramics and the like, and are explained to be made from gemstones as an example in the present embodiment. Particularly, the stone members 130 of the present embodiment can be made from phyllite. The gemstones emit anions, the far infrared and the like and thus can help the antioxidant properties of a human body and the inhibition of pH increase, stress hormone secretion and the like.

The second strap member 120 is a portion which comes into contact with the skin of a user, has a shape corresponding to the shape of the first strap member 110, and is coupled to the surface of the first strap member 110, on which the stone members 130 are arranged. That is, the stone members 130 are positioned between the first strap member 110 and the second strap member 120.

The first strap member 110 and the second strap member 120 can be coupled to each other with stitching, improving esthetics. However, the coupling of the first strap member 110 and the second strap member 120 is not limited thereto, and can be made by an adhesive and the like such as glue, or using additional coupling means.

In addition, exposure holes 122 are provided at portions corresponding to the positions of the stone members 130 such that each of the stone members 130 is partially exposed to the outside through each of the exposure holes 122. Therefore, the stone members 130 can come into contact with the human body through the exposure holes 122.

The exposure holes 122 are provided to only the second strap member 120 which comes into contact with the skin of a user, thereby minimizing the release of the anions, the far infrared and the like which are generated from the stone members 130 and maximizing the influences of the anions, the far infrared and the like on the user. Therefore, compared to the accessories having gemstones exposed to the outside, the antioxidant properties of a human body and the inhibition of pH increase, stress hormone secretion and the like can be maximized.

Herein, as for the materials of the first strap member 110 and the second strap member 120, a leather material can be applied.

If the first strap member 110 and the second strap member 120 are made from a metal material, the bracelet is not beneficial to human bodies since the metal materials typically have cations and the anion effect of the stone members 130 can be reduced when the cations of the metal material meet the anions of the stone members 130. In addition, if a metal material is applied to the strap of the bracelet, a connecting means is required for connecting metal members, which are adjacent to each other, together, wherein hair, clothing and the like can get in between the same.

Therefore, any other material than the metal can be applied to the first strap member 110 and the second strap member 120. However, if an artificial material such as a synthetic resin material is applied to the first strap member 110 and the second strap member 120, the synthetic resin material can adversely affect the skin of a user.

Therefore, as for the material of the first strap member 110 and the second strap member 120, a leather material can be applied.

Further, the diameter of the exposure holes 122 provided to the second strap member 120 is formed to be smaller than the diameter of the stone members 130 such that the stone members 130 can come into contact with the human body through the exposure holes 122 and simultaneously be prevented from escaping through the exposure holes 122.

Meanwhile, a coupling member 140 can be provided to at least at one end of the both ends of the health bracelet so as to be coupled with the other end.

According to the present embodiment, the coupling member 140 provided to one end of the bracelet has a diameter, wherein the further the distal end portion of the coupling member 140 is apart from the bracelet, the more the diameter increases.

Further, coupling holes 150 having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the distal end portion of the coupling member 140 are provided to the other end of the bracelet such that the coupling member 140 is inserted into any one of the coupling holes 150, thereby the both ends of the bracelet are coupled to each other.

However, a structure for coupling the both ends of the bracelet is not limited to those described above and can be formed in any way as far as the both ends of the bracelet can be coupled to each other.

As described above, while the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to the example embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the present invention can be embodied in any other certain forms without departing from the gist or scope of the present invention. Therefore, it would be understood that the present invention is not limited to the forms described in the example embodiments and the technical and protective scope of the present invention shall be defined by the following claims. In addition, it should be also understood that all modifications, changes and equivalences within the technical scope of the present invention defined by the following claims belong to the technical scope of the present invention.

Claims

1. A health bracelet, comprising:

a first strap member having a predetermined length;
a plurality of stone members arranged on one surface of the first strap member along the longitudinal direction of the first strap member; and
a second strap member serving as a portion which comes into contact with the skin of a user, having a shape corresponding to the shape of the first strap member, coupled to the surface of the first member, on which the stone members are arranged, and having exposure holes at portions corresponding to the positions of the stone members such that the stone members are exposed through the exposure holes.

2. The health bracelet according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the exposure holes provided to the second strap member is smaller than the diameter of the stone members such that the stone members are prevented from escaping through the exposure holes.

3. The health bracelet according to claim 1, wherein the first strap member and the second strap member are made from a leather material.

4. The health bracelet according to claim 1, further comprising a coupling member provided to at least at one end of the both ends so as to be coupled with the other end.

5. The health bracelet according to claim 4, wherein the coupling member is provided in the shape of a sphere at the one end and coupling holes having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the coupling member are provided at the other end such that the both ends are coupled to each other by inserting the coupling member to any one of the coupling holes.
