EYELINER INTEGRALLY FORMED WITH CONTAINER

Abstract

The present invention relates to an eyeliner integrally formed with a container, and more particularly, to an eyeliner integrally formed with a container that allows a necessary amount of eyeliner to be used by keeping a brush in a main body, which is a cap of the container keeping the eyeliner, without keeping the brush in the container. The present invention provides the advantage of allowing use of only a required amount of the eyeliner by housing the brush inside the main body, which corresponds to the cap of the container, so that the brush is not held inside the container holding the eyeliner.

Description

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to an eyeliner integrally formed with a container, and more particularly, to an eyeliner integrally formed with a container that allows a necessary amount of eyeliner to be used by keeping a brush in a main body, which is a cap of the container keeping the eyeliner, without keeping the brush in the container.

2. Description of the Related Art

As disclosed in Korean Utility Model No. 427909, women draw eyelines with eyeliners to make their eyes look bigger and beautiful when they make up. The eyeliner in this document is kept in a slim cylindrical container and an applicator for drawing eyelines is kept on the cap covering the container. An applicator of an eyeliner of the related art is, as illustrated in FIG. 7, composed of a stem 4 extending downward from a cap 2 and a brush 6 connected to the lower end of the stem 4, in which the brush 6 is formed by bonding the upper ends of a plurality of fine yarns with an adhesive in a unit bundle and is fitted in the lower end of the stem 4.

Meanwhile, when a user draws an eyeline with an eyeliner, the user is supposed to draw a thin eyeline at a time to make the eye look naturally larger. Further, in order to draw a thin eyeline at a time, when the brush 6 is put into and then taken out of the eyeliner, an appropriate amount of eyeliner for drawing an eyeline at a time should be put on the brush and the end of the brush 6 should be pointed.

However, in the brush 6 of the applicator of an eyeliner of the related art described above, when eyeliner is put on the fine yarns, the gaps between the fine yarns increases, so the end of the brush does not become pointed, but obtuse. Accordingly, it is difficult to draw a thin eyeline. For this problem, users have usually squeezed eyeliner from the brush 6 and made the end of the brush 6 pointed by touching the inner side of the upper end of the container keeping the eyeliner with the brush 6.

As described above, according to the eyeliner of the related art, since the brush 6 is disposed in the container keeping eyeliner, the brush 6 is wet with eyeliner, so a user has to make up eyebrows while squeezing eyeliner on the brush and shaping the brush. Further, when too little eyeliner is on the brush, a user has difficulty in drawing an eyeline at a time, so the user has to partially draw an eyeline several times. Accordingly, an eyeline cannot be drawn naturally.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An object of the present invention is to provide an eyeliner integrally formed with a container that allows a necessary amount of eyeliner to be used by keeping a brush in a main body, which is a cap of the container keeping the eyeliner, without keeping the brush in the container.

An eyeliner integrally formed with a container according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes: a container that keeps eyeliner; a container cap, which is a member having a shape so that one side is round and the other side is pointed, functioning as a cap to the container and screw-coupled to the upper side of the container, and keeps a belt type brush around the upper portion; and a main body that forms the external appearance of the eyeliner by being coupled to the top of the container cap, has a guide stopper for guiding the belt type brush, and has an accommodation hole for externally accommodating a brush member on the belt type brush.

Herein, the belt type brush includes: a belt that is formed to correspond to the external shape of the container cap; a brush member that is coupled to an end of the belt and accommodated in the accommodation hole; a slide button that is coupled to the other end of the belt and guided to slide in a slit formed at a side of the main body; and an insertion that is integrally formed with an end of the slide button and has a pointed end that is inserted in the brush member when the brush member is in the main body.

According to the eyeliner integrally formed with a container of the present invention, a brush is disposed in a main body corresponding to the cap of a container so that a brush is not disposed in a container keeping eyeliner, so it is possible to use a necessary amount of eyeliner.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

An eyeliner integrally formed with a container according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a container that keeps eyeliner, a container cap, which is a member having a shape so that one side is round and the other side is pointed, functioning as a cap to the container and screw-coupled to the upper side of the container, and keeps a belt type brush around the upper-portion, and a main body that forms the external appearance of the eyeliner by being coupled to the top of the container cap, has a guide stopper for guiding the belt type brush, and has an accommodation hole for externally accommodating a brush member on the belt-type brush.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In describing the present invention, well-known functions or constructions will not be described in detail since they may unnecessarily obscure the understanding of the present invention.

First Embodiment

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view illustrating an eyeliner integrally formed with a container according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an assembly perspective view illustrating the eyeliner integrally formed with a container according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an assembly perspective view illustrating use of the eyeliner integrally formed with a container according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, the eyeliner integrally formed with a container according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a container 10 that keeps eyeliner, a container cap 30, which is a member having a shape so that one side is round and the other side is pointed, functioning as a cap to the container and screw-coupled to the upper side of the container, and keeps a belt type brush 20 around the upper portion, and a main body 40 that forms the external appearance of the eyeliner by being coupled to the top of the container cap 30, has a guide stopper 41 for guiding the belt type brush 20, and has an accommodation hole 42 for externally accommodating a brush member 22 on the belt type brush 20.

The belt type brush 20 includes a belt 21 chat is formed to correspond to the external shape of the container cap 30, the brush member 22 that is coupled to an end of the belt 21 and accommodated in the accommodation bole 42, a slide button 23 that is coupled to the other end of the belt 21 and guided to slide in a slit 43 formed at a side of the main body 40, and an insertion 24 that is integrally formed with an end of the slide button 23 and has a pointed end that is inserted in the brush member 22 when the brush member 22 is in the main body 40.

Operation and effect of the eyeliner integrally formed with a container according to the first embodiment of the present invention are described hereafter.

The container 10 keeping eyeliner is fastened to the container cap 30, the belt type brush 20 is disposed on the top of the container cap 30, and then the main body 40 is pressed such that the belt 21 of the belt type brush 20 is inserted in between the inner side and the guide stopper 41 of the main body 40 covering the top of the container cap 30.

Then, the slide button 23 is fitted in the slit 43 of the main body 40, through the belt 21. In this state, a user takes out the brush member 22 to use the brush of the eyeliner, in which when the user moves the slide button 23 counterclockwise outside the main body 40, the belt 21 is guided by the guide stopper 41 to move and push the brush member 22 at the end to the accommodation hole 42 (FIG. 3). The user puts an appropriate amount of eyeliner in the container 10 on the brush member 22 exposed so the outside brush of the brush member 22 exposed to the outside and then makes up an eye.

After making up the eye, when the user moves the slide button 23 clockwise along the slit 43, the brush member 22 is moved back into the accommodation hole 42 (FIG. 2) and coupled to the outer side of the insertion 24.

As described above, the brush of the brush member 22 is worn with eyeliner and then used only for makeup, so an appropriate amount eyeliner can be used for making up an eye.

Second Embodiment

FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view illustrating the top of an eyeliner integrally formed with a container according to a second embodiment of the present invention and FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view illustrating the rear of the eyeliner integrally formed with a container according to the second embodiment of the present invention.

As illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5, the eyeliner integrally formed with a container according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes a container 110 that keeps eyeliner, a container cap 120 that is hinged to the upper portion of the container 110 and covers the container 110, and a case body 130 that has a side forming a partially open circular space 131 for inserting the container 110 and the container cap 120 and the other side accommodating a pair of brush members 140 therein such that the brush members 140 are alternately taken out through an accommodation hole 132.

The pair of brush members 140 are formed such that brushes 141 are inserted in slit holes 133 formed at both sides of the case body 130 and slide buttons 142 slide left and right outside the slit holes 133.

Third Embodiment

FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view illustrating an eyeliner integrally formed with a container according to a third embodiment of the present invention.

As illustrated in FIG. 6, the eyeliner integrally formed with a container according to the third embodiment of the present invention includes a container 210 that keep eyeliner, a container cap 220 that is screw-fastened to the top of the container 210, and a case body 230 that has a side having a semicircular holding portion 231 partially open such that the container 210 with the container cap 220 screw-fastened is inserted and held and the other side accommodating a brush member 240 and taking the brush member 240 out of an accommodation hole 232.

The brush member 240 is formed such that a brush 241 is inserted in a slit hole 233 formed at a side of the case body 230 and a slide button 242 protruding out of the slit hole 233 is positioned a side of the brush 241 and slides left and right.

As described above, although detailed embodiments of the present invention were described above, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention can be easily modified and those modified embodiments should be construed as being included in the claims of the present invention.

Claims

1. An eyeliner integrally formed with a container, comprising:

a container that keeps eyeliner;

a container cap, which is a member having a shape so that one side is round and the other side is pointed, functioning as a cap to the container and screw-coupled to the upper side of the container, and keeps a belt type brush around the upper portion; and

a main body that forms the external appearance of the eyeliner by being coupled to the top of the container cap, has a guide stopper for guiding the belt type brush, and has an accommodation hole for externally accommodating a brush member on the belt type brush.

2. The eyeliner of claim 1, wherein the belt type brush includes:

a belt that is formed to correspond to the external shape of the container cap;

a brush member that is coupled to an end of the belt and accommodated in the accommodation hole;

a slide button that is coupled to the other end of the belt and guided to slide in a slit formed at a side of the main body; and

an insertion that is integrally formed with an end of the slide button and has a pointed end that is inserted in the brush member when the brush member is in the main body.

3. An eyeliner integrally formed with a container, comprising:

a container that keeps eyeliner;

a container cap that is hinged to the upper portion of the container and covers the container; and

a case body that has a side forming a partially open circular space for inserting the container and the container cap and the other side accommodating a pair of brush members therein such that the brush members are alternately taken out through an accommodation hole.

4. The eyeliner of claim 3, wherein the pair of brush members are formed such that brushes are inserted in slit holes formed at both sides of the case body and slide buttons slide left and right outside the slit holes.

5. An eyeliner integrally formed with a container, comprising:

a container that keep eyeliner;

a container cap that is screw-fastened to the top of the container; and

a case body that has a side having a semicircular holding portion partially open such that the container with the container cap screw-fastened is inserted and held and the other side accommodating a brush member and taking the brush member out of an accommodation hole.

6. The eyeliner of claim 5, wherein the brush member is formed such that a brush is inserted in a slit hole formed at a side of the case body and a slide button protruding out of the slit hole is positioned a side of the brush and slides left and right.
