Tissue, Sanitizer Wipes Double Dispenser, and Trash Bag Cup

Abstract

The double dispenser comprising of a cup with detachable trash bag underneath cup, also deck top container with divider down the middle of each consists of a plastic lid. The first seal is a clear plastic with lines cut to each compartment to dispense. The second is a round thicker plastic lid to cover both sides.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

In general, the present invention relates to a technical design of an apparatus that can dispense items on both sides of a cup or container. This invention relates to a new and improved use of a double sided cup or container that houses wet and dry paper items. It serves as a double dispense of tissue and other paper items. The partition down the middle serves as a divider to separate the dry side from wet side.

2. Description of the Related Art

For purposes of making things compact and more accessible, there are several apparatuses, tissue boxes, cup and containers out that help in the way of health needs and cutting down the spread of germs. One of the well-known inventions that houses tissues are boxed tissues. Over the years, tissue and sanitizer wipes have been more common to be put in small containers for the convenient way of carrying them. Many companies are known to provide different ways that tissue, antibacterial, sanitizers, wet wipes and other paper items can be housed in plastic, boxes and containers.

Due to the variety of needs and uses of prior art containers that house these paper items, it's clear that more can be done to make it easier and more efficient for consumers, being that the rise of flu season gets higher year to year. And the spreading of germs is more health contagious than ever.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The double dispense cup and container was designed in mind to stop the spreading of germs of the common cold as well as the flu and infectious germs transmitted from person to person by way of touching. Colds that are commonly transmitted from person to person can be cut down in an enormous way by putting tissue and sanitizer wipes in the same container side by side. This allows the person to be self-conscious of wiping down after a runny nose has been blown or a sneeze that could very well transmit germs. The dispensing invention relates to a dispensing system that serves as a double dispense apparatus. The bottom of the cup/container holds a small folded trash bag. The cup is divided down the middle with a paper partition. The seal is a plastic cover having a cut in it to dispense on both sides. The bottom of the cup has a hollow space with length of two or more centimeters where the trash bag is placed. The lid will open up on both sides, the side holding tissue will be the dry compartment and the side holding sanitizer wipes will be the wet compartment. This double dispensable system is not just subject to cup and containers, but can also be used in other plastic form. There are changes that may be made in combination and arrangements described without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. This was created for vehicle cup holders and desk top surfs.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

This apparatus is designed to help consumers become more self-aware in spreading germs, and the sanitizer wipes are in the same box so it becomes a habit to wipe one's hands afterwards. The design of double dispenses cup and container and detachable trash bag is the first of its kind to bring the three together in a combination, This invention is put in a cup for purposes of storing in a cup holder while driving in a vehicle. The detachable trash bag is included on the bottom of the cup so when in a vehicle one can detach the trash bag and place bag around gear in car. The container purpose is to be used at a desk or office area, the container does not have the trash bag underneath because it sits on counter top. Typically, a cup or container for the purpose of storing tissue or paper product would be for one paper item to dispense. This apparatus houses two paper items one wet and the other dry to be dispensed out or the same cup for purposes of cleaning hands after tissue has been used and then disposing of both tissue and sanitizer wipes in the trash bag.

Claims

1. A double dispenser apparatus comprising:

of a cup or container with partition down the middle to separate both sides.

2. Hollow space under the bottom of cup to hold small detachable trash bag.

3. Cup is sealed with plastic that covers both sides of cup or container that has cuts in each side to dispense tissue or paper items.

4. One side holds tissue to dispense the other sides holds sanitizer wipes to dispense is related to claim 1.
