COMPLEX FUNCTIONAL SMOKELESS CIGARETTE

The present invention discloses a complex functional smokeless cigarette, comprising a sealing pipe, a cartridge, an inhaling piece, and a sealing top cap. The cartridge is built-in and disposed in the sealing pipe, and the inhaling piece is fixedly connected to a top of the cartridge. A rotary sealing valve used to close or open the air inlet is disposed at a bottom of the sealing pipe. By the present invention, not only is the cartridge not yet used up avoided being exposed to air in the outside environment and being consumed due to volatilization so as to achieve advantages of preservation of an extended period, but also does the complex functional smokeless cigarette have effects of human body health care and medical treatments to be able to relieve or alleviate user's symptoms of oral diseases, coughing and sneezing, and has a simple structure and is easy to use.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a smokeless cigarette technology field, particularly with regard to a complex functional smokeless cigarette.

2. The Related Arts

In recent years, a trend for non-smoking requirements rises in public buildings or regions such as areas, workplaces, airplanes, trains, hotels and restaurants, etc. Smoking not only seriously harms health of smokers, but also seriously affects the environment and human body health of passive smokers.

Existing non-burning type tobacco products mainly include snuffs, chewing tobacco, nicotine gum and so on. Although the non-burning type tobacco products described above are used to solve many problems which ordinary cigarettes cannot be used to solve, such as passive smoking and generation of harmful substances by burning, the non-burning type tobacco products still contain N-nitrosamine compounds, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compounds and radioactive substances, and some of the non-burning type tobacco products contain carcinogenic substances such as cadmium, nickel compounds, formaldehyde and coumarin, etc. Thus, the non-burning type tobacco products described above are easily likely to cause changes of oral soft tissues, gingivitis, damages on periodontal tissues, damages on salivary glands, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, esophageal cancer, laryngeal cancer, stomach cancer, urethral cancer and so on. The non-burning type tobacco products described above contain a certain amount of nicotine, and therefore, people will become addicted to nicotine to a certain extent. Moreover, higher containing levels of nicotine still have a certain negative influence and impact on those who have oral diseases, coughing and sneezing symptoms.

In addition, existing smokeless cigarettes usually cannot be sealed after being used, and therefore, products not yet used up are usually completely exhausted by being consumed due to volatilization because of being exposed to the outside air environment.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The objective of the present invention is to provide a complex functional smokeless cigarette. The cartridge not yet used up of the complex functional smokeless cigarette of the present invention is avoided being exposed to air in the outside environment and to be consumed due to volatilization of material in the cartridge so as to achieve advantages of preservation of an extended period.

To achieve the objective of the present invention mentioned above, the present invention adopts technology solutions as follows.

A complex functional smokeless cigarette comprises a sealing pipe, a cartridge, an inhaling piece, and a sealing top cap. The cartridge described above is built-in and disposed in the sealing pipe as described, and the inhaling piece as described is fixedly connected to a top of the cartridge as described. The sealing top cap as described is tightly sheathed and connected at the top of the cartridge as described to accommodate the inhaling piece as described therein. An air inlet is disposed at a bottom of the cartridge as described. A rotary sealing valve which is used to close or open the air inlet as described is disposed at a bottom of the sealing pipe as described.

Furthermore, in the complex functional smokeless cigarette mentioned above, the cartridge as described comprises a sleeve, a tobacco storage and a tobacco granule which are installed and disposed within the sleeve as described, and the air inlet is disposed at one end of the sleeve near the tobacco granule

Furthermore, in the complex functional smokeless cigarette mentioned above, a filter cotton which can filter particulate impurities is built-in and disposed respectively at both ends of the sleeve as described.

Furthermore, in the complex functional smokeless cigarette mentioned above, a vent is disposed at the rotary sealing valve as described in correspondence to the air inlet.

Furthermore, in the complex functional smokeless cigarette mentioned above, the tobacco granule as described is composed of the following ingredients by weight percentages. The ingredients comprise vitamin E 0.001-0.05%, vitamin C 0.01-0.25%, vitamin B2 0.005-0.1%, vitamin D 0.005-0.1%, tobacco leaf extract 0.00001-6%, deionized water 0.1-15%, tobacco flavor enhancer 0.00001-6%, mint extract 0.00001-10%, fruit flavor modifier 0.00001-10%, guarana extract 0.001-10% and taurine 0.00001-0.1%, and propylene glycol for the rest percentages.

Furthermore, in the complex functional smokeless cigarette mentioned above, the weight percentage of each ingredient of the tobacco granule as described is preferred as follows. Vitamin E is set as 0.05%, vitamin C is 0.1%, vitamin B2 is 0.05%, vitamin D is 0.05%, tobacco leaf extract is 3%, deionized water is 5%, tobacco flavor enhancer is 2.5%, mint extract is 3%, fruit flavor modifier is 2%, guarana extract is 10%, taurine is 0.02% and propylene glycol is for the rest.

Furthermore, in the complex functional smokeless cigarette mentioned above, the weight percentage of each ingredient of the tobacco granule as described is also preferred as follows. Vitamin E is set as 0.05%, vitamin C is 0.1%, vitamin B2 is 0.05%, vitamin D is 0.05%, tobacco leaf extract is 3%, deionized water is 5%, tobacco flavor enhancer is 3%, mint extract is 2%, fruit flavor modifier is 3%, guarana extract is 10%, taurine is 0.02% and propylene glycol is for the rest.

Furthermore, in the complex functional smokeless cigarette mentioned above, the tobacco flavor enhancer as described is ethyl acetate or ethyl butyrate.

Furthermore, in the complex functional smokeless cigarette mentioned above, the fruit flavor modifier as described is ethyl acetate or ethyl butyrate.

In the complex functional smokeless cigarette of the present invention, not only is the cartridge not yet used up avoided being exposed to air in the outside environment and to be consumed due to volatilization of material in the cartridge so as to achieve advantages of preservation of an extended period, but also has the smokeless cigarette effects of human body health care and medical treatments. The complex functional smokeless cigarette can be able to relieve or alleviate user's symptoms of oral diseases, coughing, sneezing, and has a simple structure and is easy to use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, the following descriptions accompanying attached related drawings are presented to further completely describe the present invention. Attached drawings show a preferred embodiment of the present invention. However, the present invention may be implemented in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. On the contrary, the purpose of providing these embodiments is make the published disclosure of the present invention being much more thoroughly and completely comprehensive and understandable.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, a complex functional smokeless cigarette of the present invention comprises a sealing pipe 1, a cartridge 2, an inhaling piece 3, and a sealing top cap 4. The cartridge 2 described above is built-in and disposed in the sealing pipe 1 as described, and the inhaling piece 3 as described is fixedly connected to a top of the cartridge 2 as described. The sealing top cap 4 as described is tightly sheathed and connected at the top of the cartridge 2 as described to accommodate the inhaling piece 3 as described therein. An air inlet 22 is disposed at a bottom of the cartridge 2 as described. A rotary sealing valve 12 which is used to close or open the air inlet 22 as described is disposed at a bottom of the sealing pipe 1 as described. Thus, the air inlet 22 of the cartridge 2 as described is switched to communicate with an outside environment or to be closed by rotating the rotary sealing valve 12 as described. As a result, the cartridge 2 not yet used up is avoided being exposed to air in the outside environment and to be consumed due to volatilization of material in the cartridge 2 so as to achieve advantages of preservation of an extended period.

In the meanwhile, the cartridge 2 as described comprises a sleeve 21, a tobacco storage 23 and a tobacco granule 24 which are installed and disposed within the sleeve 21 as described, and a filter cotton 25. The filter cotton 25 which can filter particulate impurities is disposed at one side of the air inlet 22 as described installed in the sleeve 21 near the tobacco granule 24, and built-in and disposed respectively at both ends of the sleeve 21. The air inlet 22 as described is filled with the filter cotton 25 to ensure that the tobacco granule 24 as described is unable to leak or drop out from the air inlet 22. In the present embodiment, the cartridge 2 as described can be disassembled and exchanged after being used up or damaged.

The tobacco granule 24 as described is made of high polymer materials with high density and strong adsorption ability. The tobacco granule 24 is used to adsorb nicotine, mint extract, tobacco extract and other natural volatile spices. When air is circulated to pass through the tobacco granule 24, the tobacco granule 24 as described will slowly release the substances mentioned above.

In the present invention, the tobacco granule 24 as described is composed of the following ingredients by weight percentages. The ingredients comprise vitamin E 0.001-0.05%, vitamin C 0.01-0.25%, vitamin B2 0.005-0.1%, vitamin D 0.005-0.1%, tobacco leaf extract 0.00001-6%, deionized water 0.1-15%, tobacco flavor enhancer 0.00001-6%, mint extract 0.00001-10%, fruit flavor modifier 0.00001-10%, guarana extract 0.001-10% and taurine 0.00001-0.1%, and propylene glycol for the rest percentages.

In the present invention, the weight percentage of each ingredient of the tobacco granule 24 as described is preferred as follows. Vitamin E is set as 0.05%, vitamin C is 0.1%, vitamin B2 is 0.05%, vitamin D is 0.05%, tobacco leaf extract is 3%, deionized water is 5%, tobacco flavor enhancer is 2.5%, mint extract is 3%, fruit flavor modifier is 2%, guarana extract is 10%, taurine is 0.02% and propylene glycol is for the rest.

Furthermore, the weight percentage of each ingredient of the tobacco granule 24 as described is also preferred as follows. Vitamin E is set as 0.05%, vitamin C is 0.1%, vitamin B2 is 0.05%, vitamin D is 0.05%, tobacco leaf extract is 3%, deionized water is 5%, tobacco flavor enhancer is 3%, mint extract is 2%, fruit flavor modifier is 3%, guarana extract is 10%, taurine is 0.02% and propylene glycol is for the rest.

In the meantime, the tobacco flavor enhancer as described is ethyl acetate or ethyl butyrate, and the fruit flavor modifier as described is ethyl acetate or ethyl butyrate.

A vent 14 is disposed at the rotary sealing valve 12 as described in correspondence to the air inlet 22. When the rotary sealing valve 12 as described is turned to allow the vent 14 as described being overlapped with the air inlet 22, the rotary sealing valve 12 as described and the air inlet 22 are air communicable with each other. The volatile spices of the tobacco granule 24 can be freely volatilized to flow toward the outside air environment through the air inlet 22 and the vent 14. When the rotary sealing valve 12 as described is turned to completely disallow the vent 14 as described being overlapped with the air inlet 22 in any way, the rotary sealing valve 12 as described and the air inlet 22 are in a closed state. The volatile spices of the tobacco granule 24 are not able to be freely volatilized to flow toward the outside air environment through the air inlet 22 and the vent 14. As a result, the cartridge 2 not yet used up is avoided being exposed to the outside air environment and being consumed by volatilization.

When the complex functional smokeless cigarette of the present invention is in use, users can inhale airflows through the inhaling piece 3 in order to inhale the tobacco granule 24 which floats in the airflows and comprises taurine, vitamins, tobacco extract nicotine or other volatile spices. When the complex functional smokeless cigarette is not in use, the air inlet 22 of the cartridge 2 as described is switched to spatially communicate with the outside or to be closed by rotating the rotary sealing valve 12 as described. As a result, the cartridge 2 not yet used up is avoided being exposed to the outside air environment and being consumed by volatilization in order to achieve advantages of preservation of an extended period.

In addition, the tobacco granule 24 of the complex functional smokeless cigarette in accordance with the present invention is used to comprise beneficial ingredients such as vitamins, taurine et al. Not only is nicotine reduced in a content of an electronic atomizing fluid of the complex functional smokeless cigarette, but also has the complex functional smokeless cigarette a variety of human body health care and medical treatment effects. Examples of such effects are as follows.

Effects of vitamin C include prevention from atherosclerosis, prevention from gingival recession and bleeding, treatment of anemia, enhance to human immunity against diseases, anti-oxidation, and so on.

Effects of vitamin E include delay of aging, effective reduction of wrinkle generation, maintenance of a youthful appearance, anti-oxidation to protect body cells from damage of free radicals, improvement to lipid metabolism, prevention from coronary artery heart disease and atherosclerosis, protection of skins from ultraviolet (UV) and pollution injury, and so on.

Effects of vitamin B2 include (1) promotion to growth development and cell regeneration; (2) help to prevent and eliminate inflammatory reactions of an inside of mouth cavity, lips, tongues and skins, also collectively known as oral genital syndrome; (3) vision improvement and relief of eye fatigue; (4) diuretic swelling, reduction of generation of cardiovascular diseases, and cancer prevention and treatment.

Effects of taurine include being an essential amino acid of human growth and development, having a very important effect on growth and development of vital organs, especially brains of infants or young children, etc. Besides, taurine is also used to treat diseases such as colds, fever, neuralgia, tonsillitis, bronchitis, rheumarthritis and drug toxicity, etc. Therefore, taurine has a great applying effect in the medical field, and taurine is also classified as a nutritional supplement by some people.

Compared to the existing technology, the complex functional smokeless cigarette of the present invention is designed not only to avoid the cartridge 2 not yet used up being exposed to the outside air environment and being consumed by volatilization in order to achieve advantages of preservation of an extension period, but also to have effects of human body health care and medical treatments. The complex functional smokeless cigarette of the present invention can further relieve or alleviate user's symptoms of oral diseases, coughing and sneezing, etc., and has a simple structure and is easy to use.

Descriptions and applications of the present invention are intended to be illustrative, not intended to limit the scope of the present invention to the above embodiments. Variations and modifications of the embodiment disclosed herein are possible, and for those of ordinary skilled in the field, alternatives and equivalents to various components of the disclosed embodiment are well known in public. Where any person skilled in this art should know that the present invention can be achieved in other forms, structures, arrangements, proportions, and with other components, materials, and parts, the above changes or improvements are still covered within the inventive spirit and essential characteristics of the present invention and the scope as defined in the following claims. Without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, people can make other modifications and changes of the embodiment disclosed herein.

Claims

1. A complex functional smokeless cigarette, comprising a sealing pipe, a cartridge, an inhaling piece, and a sealing top cap, wherein the cartridge is built-in and disposed in the sealing pipe, and the inhaling piece is fixedly connected to a top of the cartridge, the sealing top cap is tightly sheathed and connected at the top of the cartridge to accommodate the inhaling piece therein, an air inlet is disposed at a bottom of the cartridge, a rotary sealing valve which is used to close or open the air inlet is disposed at a bottom of the sealing pipe.

The complex functional smokeless cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cartridge comprises a sleeve, a tobacco storage and a tobacco granule which are installed and disposed within the sleeve, and a filter cotton, the air inlet is disposed at one end of the sleeve near the tobacco granule.

3. The complex functional smokeless cigarette as claimed in claim 2, wherein a filter cotton which can filter particulate impurities is built-in and disposed respectively at both ends of the sleeve.

4. The complex functional smokeless cigarette as claimed in claim 3, wherein a vent is disposed at the rotary sealing valve in correspondence to the air inlet.

The complex functional smokeless cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tobacco granule is composed of ingredients by weight percentages, the ingredients comprise vitamin E 0.001-0.05%, vitamin C 0.01-0.25%, vitamin B2 0.005-0.1%, vitamin D 0.005-0.1%, tobacco leaf extract 0.00001-6%, deionized water 0.1-15%, tobacco flavor enhancer 0.00001-6%, mint extract 0.00001-10%, fruit flavor modifier 0.00001-10%, guarana extract 0.001-10% and taurine 0.00001-0.1%, and propylene glycol for the rest percentages.

The complex functional smokeless cigarette as claimed in claim 5, wherein a weight percentage of each ingredient of the tobacco granule is preferred to be set as follows: vitamin E is set as 0.05%, vitamin C is 0.1%, vitamin B2 is 0.05%, vitamin D is 0.05%, tobacco leaf extract is 3%, deionized water is 5%, tobacco flavor enhancer is 2.5%, mint extract is 3%, fruit flavor modifier is 2%, guarana extract is 10%, taurine is 0.02% and propylene glycol is for the rest.

7. The complex functional smokeless cigarette as claimed in claim 6, wherein the tobacco flavor enhancer is ethyl acetate or ethyl butyrate.

8. The complex functional smokeless cigarette as claimed in claim 6, wherein the fruit flavor modifier is ethyl acetate or ethyl butyrate.

The complex functional smokeless cigarette as claimed in claim 5, wherein a weight percentage of each ingredient of the tobacco granule is preferred to be set as follows: vitamin E is set as 0.05%, vitamin C is 0.1%, vitamin B2 is 0.05%, vitamin D is 0.05%, tobacco leaf extract is 3%, deionized water is 5%, tobacco flavor enhancer is 3%, mint extract is 2%, fruit flavor modifier is 3%, guarana extract is 10%, taurine is 0.02% and propylene glycol is for the rest.

10. The complex functional smokeless cigarette as claimed in claim 9, wherein the tobacco flavor enhancer is ethyl acetate or ethyl butyrate.

11. The complex functional smokeless cigarette as claimed in claim 9, wherein the fruit flavor modifier is ethyl acetate or ethyl butyrate.

12. The complex functional smokeless cigarette as claimed in claim 5, wherein the tobacco flavor enhancer is ethyl acetate or ethyl butyrate.

13. The complex functional smokeless cigarette as claimed in claim 5, wherein the fruit flavor modifier is ethyl acetate or ethyl butyrate.
