FOLDABLE SILICONE CUP

A foldable silicone cup includes a foldable cup body and a cap. The foldable cup body includes a middle portion, an upper portion, a lower portion, and a foldable configuration. The silicone cup can be folded for carrying conveniently and saving space. A waterproof ring is provided between a cap body and a lid of the cap to ensure that the circuit inside the cap won't be damaged due to water. The inner side of a cup mouth is provided with a sealing ring to provide a sealing effect.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a cup, and more particularly to a foldable silicone cup.

2. Description of the Prior Art

With the improvement of people's living standards, travels become an important leisure for most people. A water cup is an indispensable article for people to travel. The existing water cups are large in size, and it is not easy to fold the water cups. When people go out, it is very inconvenient to carry the water cups. As a result, people use a big bag to carry these water cups. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is to provide a foldable silicone cup to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art.

In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the foldable silicone cup of the present invention comprises a foldable cup body and a cap. The foldable cup body includes a cup mouth. The cup mouth has a pull portion. The foldable cup body includes a middle portion, an upper portion, a lower portion, and a foldable configuration. The foldable configuration has a wavy shape. The upper portion and the lower portion have a diameter greater than that of the middle portion. The middle portion is connected with the upper portion and the lower portion by means of the foldable configuration.

Preferably, the foldable cup body is made of a silicone material.

Preferably, two ends of the pull portion have retaining portions, respectively. One of the retaining portions is hingedly connected with a strap.

Preferably, one end of the strap is provided with a hook. The hook is buckled to the other retaining portion.

Preferably, the cap is provided with a power source therein. The cap has a battery compartment therein. The power source is retained and installed in the battery compartment.

Preferably, the cap includes a cap body and a lid. The cap body is connected and mated with the lid.

Preferably, a waterproof ring is provided between the cap body and the lid.

Preferably, an inner side of the cup mouth is provided with a sealing ring.

The beneficial effect of the present invention is that through the middle portion, the upper portion, the lower portion, and the foldable configuration, the silicone cup can be folded for carrying conveniently and saving space. The waterproof ring is provided between the cap body and the lid to ensure that the circuit inside the cap won't be damaged due to water. The inner side of the cup mouth is provided with the sealing ring to provide a sealing effect.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1 through FIG. 4, the present invention discloses a foldable silicone cup. The foldable silicone cup comprises a foldable cup body 1 and a cap 2. The cap 2 is provided with a power source 21 therein. The cap 2 has a battery compartment 22 therein. The power source 21 is retained and installed in the battery compartment 22. The cap 2 includes a cap body 23 and a lid 24. The cap body 23 is connected and mated with the lid 24. The foldable cup body 1 is made of a silicone material. The foldable cup body 1 includes a cup mouth 11. The cup mouth 11 has a pull portion 3. Two ends of the pull portion 3 have retaining portions 31, respectively. One of the retaining portions 31 is hingedly connected with a strap 4. One end of the strap 4 is provided with a hook 41. The hook 41 is buckled to the other retaining portion 31. The foldable cup body 1 includes a middle portion 12, an upper portion 13, a lower portion 14, and a foldable configuration 15. The foldable configuration 15 has a wavy shape. The upper portion 13 and the lower portion 14 have a diameter greater than that of the middle portion 12. The middle portion 12 is connected with the upper portion 13 and the lower portion 14 by means of the foldable configuration 15. Through the middle portion 12, the upper portion 13, the lower portion 14, and the foldable configuration 15, the silicone cup can be folded for carrying and saving space. It is convenient for carrying and use.

A waterproof ring 25 is provided between the cap body 23 and the lid 24, such that the circuit inside the cap won't be damaged due to water.

As shown in FIG. 5, an inner side of the cup mouth 11 is provided with a sealing ring 5 to provide a sealing effect.

Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.

Claims

1. A foldable silicone cup, comprising a foldable cup body and a cap, the foldable cup body including a cup mouth, the cup mouth having a pull portion, characterized by: the foldable cup body including a middle portion, an upper portion, a lower portion, and a foldable configuration, the foldable configuration having a wavy shape, the upper portion and the lower portion having a diameter greater than that of the middle portion, the middle portion being connected with the upper portion and the lower portion by means of the foldable configuration.

2. The foldable silicone cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the foldable cup body is made of a silicone material.

3. The foldable silicone cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein two ends of the pull portion have retaining portions respectively, and one of the retaining portions is hingedly connected with a strap.

4. The foldable silicone cup as claimed in claim 3, wherein one end of the strap is provided with a hook, and the hook is buckled to the other retaining portion.

5. The foldable silicone cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cap is provided with a power source therein, the cap has a battery compartment therein, and the power source is retained and installed in the battery compartment.

6. The foldable silicone cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cap includes a cap body and a lid, and the cap body is connected and mated with the lid.

7. The foldable silicone cup as claimed in claim 6, wherein a waterproof ring is provided between the cap body and the lid.

8. The foldable silicone cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein an inner side of the cup mouth is provided with a sealing ring.
