Below, an embodiment of a cosmetic container according to the present device will be described in detail according to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the cosmetic container 100 according to the present device comprises a lower container 10, an upper container 20 which is screw coupled to the upper part of the lower container 10, and an upper cover 30 which is coupled to the upper end of the upper container 20.

The lower container 10 has one or more lower partitions 13 in its inside space so as to partition the inside space into a plurality of lower compartments 141, 142 for separately containing a plurality of cream type cosmetics having different uses.

The lower partitions 13 of the lower container 10 are described as one partition in the present embodiment, however, the present device is not limited to this but can have one or more partitions if necessary. In addition, the lower partitions 13 is provided to be extended vertically upward from a floor, and its height is formed relatively lower than the height of a side wall upper end surface 15 of the lower container 10. This will be described in detail later.

In addition, the lower container 10 has at its upper end an upper container coupling part 12 to which a lower container cover part 21 of the upper container 20 is screw coupled. Furthermore, at the side wall upper end surface 15 of the lower container 10, a coupling recess 151 to which a coupling protrusion 211 provided to protrude at a bottom floor of the upper container 20 is inserted and coupled is formed along the side wall upper end surface 15.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, when the upper container 20 is completely coupled to the upper end of the lower container 10, the coupling protrusion 211 of the upper container 20 is coupled to and seals the coupling recess 151 formed at the side wall upper end surface 15 of the lower container 10 so that the cosmetics in the inside of the compartments of the upper container 20 is not leaked.

In the meantime, the upper container 20 has at its lower end the lower container cover part 21 which is coupled to cover the upper end of the lower container 10 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and this lower container cover part 21 is formed with a screw in its inner wall along a circumferential periphery so as to be screw coupled to the upper container coupling part 12 to seal the upper part of the lower container 10.

In addition, the upper container 20 forms a body 22 which is extended upward from the upper surface of the lower container cover part 21 so as to form a space for containing the cream type cosmetics. A bottom wall 26 of the space formed in the inside of the body 22 of this upper container 20 is formed to protrude downward from the lower surface of the lower container cover part 21 so as to enter into the inside of the upper container 20. That is, the upper container 20, by extending the cosmetics containing space into the inside of the lower container 10, can increase the volume of the space for containing the cosmetics without increasing the height of the body 22 of the upper container which is extended upward from the upper end of the lower container 10.

One or more upper partitions 24 are provided in the cosmetics containing space of the upper container 20 so as to partition the cosmetics containing space of the upper container 20 into one or more upper compartments 241, 242. Therefore, the upper container 20 can separately contain the cream type cosmetics having different components or uses so that they are not mixed. In addition, as described above, by extending the bottom wall 26 of the upper compartments 241, 242 into the inside space of the lower container 10, the volume of the upper compartments 241, 242 can be increased and the capacity of the cosmetics contained in respective compartments can be increased.

In addition, the bottom surface of the bottom wall of the upper compartments of the upper container 20, as shown in FIG. 3, when the upper container 20 is completely coupled to the lower container 10, closely contacts and seals the upper end of the lower partition 13 of the lower container 10 so that different types of cosmetics contained in respective lower compartments 141, 142 are not mixed. For this, the lower container partition 13 is formed lower than the side wall upper end surface 15 of the lower container 10 by the length that the bottom wall 25 of the upper container 20 is extended downward.

Furthermore, at the upper end of the upper container 20, an upper cover coupling part 23 formed with a screw is provided along the periphery at the upper end outside wall so that the upper cover 30 can be screw coupled. In addition, a coupling recess 251 is formed along the periphery at the side wall upper end surface 25 of the upper container 20, and to the coupling recess 251 of this upper container 20, as shown in FIG. 5, a coupling protrusion 31 which is formed along the edge of the inside surface of the upper cover 30 is coupled so that the cream type cosmetics contained in respective compartments 241, 242 are interrupted not to be leaked outside.

In addition, the inside surface of the upper cover 30, under the condition that the upper cover 30 is completely coupled to the upper container 20, closely contacts the upper end of the partition 24 of the upper container 20 and seals the space of the separated upper compartments 241, 242 so that the cosmetics contained in respective compartments are interrupted not to be mixed.
