Automatic Hand Free Toilet Paper Dispenser

The Automatic Hand-Free Toilet Paper Dispenser will automatic dispense a small amount of toilet paper as the person wave their hand across the electrical sensor. Along with the electric sensor there is a digital display readout that will show the number of sheet being dispense. Once the dispenser run out of sheets there will several flashes on the digital display to let you know that it's time replace the rolls of tissue paper.

The Automatic Hand-Free Toilet Paper Dispenser prior provisional patent application No. 62/125, 816, filing date Feb. 2, 2015; granted date Feb. 26, 2015 upon filing receipt.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The Automatic Hand-Free Toilet Paper Dispenser is a holder for toilet that will dispense reasonable amount of paper when a person waves his or her hand in front of the electric sensor. There has been several attempts to manufacture the electric toilet tissue dispenser.

    • U.S. Pat. No. 4,721,265, issued by Hawkins, describes an electronic toilet tissue dispenser with a continuous dispensing function actuated by placing your hand in front of a sensor.
    • U.S. Pat. No. 5,312,021, issued by Nelson, describes a combined rolled paper product and liquid fluid dispenser with a button-actuated automatic toilet paper unrolling mechanism.
    • U.S. Pat. No. 7,354,015, issued by Byrd, describes a hands-free electric paper towel dispenser with a sensing mechanism actuated by placing an object, such as a hand, adjacent to the front cover.

SUMMARY

Automatic Hand-Free Toilet Paper Dispenser is designed to decrease the possibility of introducing unhealthy germs and bacteria when using public toilets in schools, offices, restaurants, theaters, medical facilities, and workplace. This dispenser mounts on the wall by a toilet and will hold two rolls of toilet paper, so attendants don't have to replace them often during the day. It may be battery-power to connect to a wall outlet or other external source for power. The dispenser has an electronic motion sensor located on the side of the cover. The instructions states when the user waves a hand in front of the sensor, a prescribed amount of paper will be unrolled, to be torn away and used.

The problems that this dispenser will solve for all consumers everywhere. This will help provide a convenient, hand free way to access toilet paper when using public restroom. Can help eliminate the possibility of touching an unclean dispenser accidentally and exposing oneself to harmful germs and bacteria. Today's society is always seeking ways to enhance our health and well-being, and this is precisely why this product has been designed. This new dispenser will reduce the chances of patrons becoming ill after using public restrooms, motels, hotels, schools, colleges, hospitals, VA hospitals, federal buildings; and the least to say, money will be saved when less paper is used. Employees will feel safer when cleaning around the toilets and will have to spend less time unplugging stopped toilets. The dispenser will regulate the amount of paper used by consumers, will reduce the toilets being stopped with so much toilet paper. With the use of limiting the amount of paper used, this providing toilet paper will save money as great amounts of paper will not be wasted. The Automatic Hand- free Toilet Paper Dispenser, consumers worldwide will appreciate the benefits and convenience of having a luxurious product to use. This product can be used and available with companies that services janitorial supplies and equipment.

FIG. 1 is a side view of the toilet dispenser with the wave sensor located on the side of the cover. The logo will be located on the top of the cover. The housing will holds the cover and along with the other components.

FIG. 2 Top View shows the top of the cover where the logo will be located on the top of the cover. And the top of the housing in which were the wall brackets are located and other electrical components for the dispenser.

FIG. 3 shows another side view with the cover pulled off the housing showing the inside housing with toilet paper roll holder. This is where the toilet paper is held until dispensed from the toilet paper dispenser.

Claims

1. The Automatic Hand-Free Toilet Paper Dispenser of claim 1, wherein the toilet dispenser that will dispenses a reasonable amount of paper when a person waves his or her hands in front of the electric sensor.
