Description
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Technical Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a bottle having at-least two built-in chambers, for storing the liquid/semi liquid/semi solid/solid edible and non-edible consumer products.

Background of the Invention

In present days, the consumers are showing more preference and demand for the pet bottles. In response to this demand, the manufacturers have developed unique designs in the pet bottles having dual chambers. The pet bottle having dual chambers has developed new ways of packaging the two different liquid products together. The dual chamber pet bottles are widely used for storing various kinds of food products and liquid products such as water, wine, beer, carbonated soft drinks, milk, etc. The packaging arrangement provides significant advantages to the user (s) for storing and carrying the two different liquid products or food products. The pet bottle with significant advantage helps the consumers with convenient “grab and go” portability of their meals with the integrated package.

Various types of conventional pet bottles having dual chambers are known in the prior art. The United States Patent 2013270144 A1 describes the beverage bottle with repealable storage compartment. In the cited patent document, the package system combines an article and a container in an integrated package with the article secured in nested relationship within a recess of the container. The recess has sufficient depth such that portions of the side walls of the container extend outwardly effectively beyond an exposed surface of the article so as to protect the article against damage. Alternatively, the package system includes a pair of spaced columns which are integrally formed with the side wall of the container and extend outwardly from the side wall. A recess is formed between the column members, which are configured to receive an article in nested relationship within the recess. Methods for securing the article in nested relationship within the recess of the container are also disclosed.

The United States Patent 2008128378 A1 describes the beverage bottle with storage compartment. In the cited patent document, the beverage bottle comprises of a body portion for containing a liquid beverage, the body portion having a sidewall portion extending between a neck portion and a base portion, a storage compartment forming a cavity within the body portion, the cavity extending from the base portion vertically towards the neck portion of the body portion, and one or more promotional products disposed and stored within the cavity of the storage compartment.

The U.S. Pat. No. 5,753,289 A describes the portable food container and method for storing and dispensing dry and liquid food. In the cited patent document, the portable food container allows an individual to consume a combination of dry cereal and cold milk in a remote location away from the kitchen without the use of a bowl and a spoon. The portable food container is inverted to allow dry cereal to flow therefrom, and squeezed to allow milk to flow therefrom.

The claimed beverage bottle and food container as described above, do not disclose the design features of the bottle having two built-in chambers or recess, which are cylindrical in shape as an illustration, for storing the liquid/semi liquid/semi solid/solid edible and non-edible consumer products. Typically, the cap or lid is not designed and placed at the offset center of each cylindrical chamber or recess of the bottle.

Hence, there is need for a bottle having two built-in chambers that are cylindrical in shape as an illustration, for storing the liquid/semi liquid/semi solid/solid edible and non-edible consumer products.
