Aerobic Exercise Kit
An aerobic exercise kit for facilitating aerobic exercise includes a plurality of rings. A selected one of the rings may be manipulated during aerobic exercise. Each of the rings includes a weighted portion. Each of the rings may impart resistance to a user when the user manipulates the selected ring. Thus, the selected ring may increase cardiovascular activity when the user manipulates the selected ring. Each of the rings has a unique diameter with respect to each other such that each of the rings has a unique weight with respect to each other.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION (1) Field of the Invention (2) Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 1.98The disclosure and prior art relates to exercise devices and more particularly pertains to a new exercise device for facilitating aerobic exercise.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONAn embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a plurality of rings.
There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.
The objects of the disclosure, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the disclosure, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure.
The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:
With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to
As best illustrated in
Each of the rings 12 has a unique diameter with respect to each other. The diameter of the rings 12 may range between fifteen cm and twenty five cm. Moreover, each of the rings 12 has a unique weight with respect to each other. The weight of the rings 12 may range between one kg and five kg. The plurality of rings 12 may include a plurality of pairs of rings 12 that has a corresponding diameter and weight.
The weighted portion 14 corresponding to each of the rings 12 comprises an inner core 16. The inner core 16 is continuous such that the inner core 16 forms a closed loop. The inner core 16 is comprised of a molecularly dense material. Thus, the inner core 16 has a weight 14 sufficient to increase cardiovascular activity when the selected ring is manipulated. The molecularly dense material may comprise iron, lead or other metallic material.
Each of the rings 12 comprises an outer shell 18. The outer shell 18 is positioned around the inner core 16 such that the outer shell 18 completely surrounds the inner core 16. The outer shell 18 is comprised of a resiliently compressible material. Thus, the outer shell 18 enhances gripping the selected ring. The resiliently compressible material may comprise rubber or the like.
In an alternative embodiment 20 as shown in
In an alternative embodiment 26 as shown in
In use, at least one selected ring 12 may be gripped during the course of aerobic exercise. The selected ring 12 may be manipulated while performing dance moves or other non-stationary bodily movements. The selected ring 12 enhances a user's ability to move during exercise compared to dumbbells or kettle bells. Thus, the rings 12 facilitate an enhanced range of motion during the course of aerobic exercise.
With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, kit and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
