PRIORITY

OVERVIEW

The Plastic material, which contains encapsulated cells, that are filled with gas, liquid, and/or solid, of the present invention, also includes printing, various embodiments have the printing in various places and ways and this combination of the physical material and the printing transforms the end products usage from wrapping used for shipping and protection of products from damages to a new world of useful and attractive product themselves. Also, adding various features to enhance the products and play value such as added layers of filled encapsulated cells, insertion into the bubbles and/or flat layers of printed materials, inert gas embedded into bubbles, characters and branding in the printing, electronic conductivity, heat and temperature sensitive, invisible, water sensitive, enlarging the bubbles, producing two-sided Plastic material which contains filled encapsulated cells with branding, adhesive additions, die cutting and die cut shapes, all of which add to the cost effective, unique, and attractive state of the art improvements. In addition, the use of adhesive backing, adhesive tabs, hyper filled Bubbles which among other benefits causes louder pop to create different and exciting embodiments. Some embodiments can be designed to be very useful, exciting, and attractive products such as bubble wrap games like word games, number games, bingo type games and propellant games such as dart games and corporate branding and product identifying. Further enhancing the excitement of various embodiments scents can be added to the inserted or embedded materials. In yet other embodiments the fill material might be light sensitive, heat or temperature, water sensitive and could even remotely be triggered to pop. These added features can make future embodiments into laser tag like gaming products. Some embodiments will work with special popping devises like bubble wrap rollers and hammers that can be non-electric or electronic with sound making, light producing and other electronic components. Future embodiments can have static plastic components, so it sticks to non-porous services. This invention can expand to yet other embodiments which are clothing, shirts, apparel, headwear, footwear, accessories, lingerie, under garments, socks, or parts or components thereof.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention pertains to the field of wrapping and more specifically to the field of bubblewrap, and even more specifically to printed bubblewrap that while allowing for use for packaging also expands the use as a product itself such as for example a character driven or branded toy or consumer product itself.

Is an example of the intended utilization, and is not to be construed or interpreted to limit the scope of the present invention or its use. Furthermore, the reference or non-reference to an embodiment of the present invention shall not be interpreted to limit the scope the present invention. It is intended that the scope of the present invention not be limited by this detailed description or the specification. The description of the figures and the figures which form a part hereof, are illustrations of specific embodiments in which the present invention may be practiced. Other embodiments may be utilized, and structural changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. Specific details are set forth herein in order to provide an understanding of various aspects of embodiments of the present invention. One or more embodiments of the present invention may be practiced without any of the one or more specific details. In other instances, in this application, well-known methods, procedures, and components have not been described in detail so as not to unnecessarily obscure aspects of embodiments of the present invention.

DEFINITIONS

SHEET OF PLASTIC OR PLASTIC FILM: at least one flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film or at least two flexible sheets of plastic or plastic film which have been joined, attached, laminated, glued, merged, or bonded together also known as Plastic Material or Film and Plastic or Plastic Film also called the following: flexible sheet of film; flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film; flexible sheet or roll of plastic film; first flexible sheet; second flexible sheet; flexible sheet or film

ENCAPSULATED CELLS: encapsulated cells filled with at least one of Gas, Liquid, Solid or any combination or mixture thereof and are enclosed usually substantially spherical but can or other shaped.

Sheet: can be Sheet or Roll.

Plastic: The meaning of plastic can be expanded to also include foam or a material in a lightweight cellular form resulting from introduction of gas bubbles during manufacture.

PRINTING: Can be the placing onto a surface or object of a substance, compound, or chemical that can take shape or form printed image(s).

PRINTED IMAGE(S): At least one printed image(s) which is printed on said at least one first, second, or other flexible sheet or film, said at least one second flexible sheet or film, and/or said at least one plastic or non-plastic material, or other material, compound or substance.

PRE-PRINTED IMAGE(S): At least one pre-printed image(s) which is printed on said at least one first, second, or other flexible sheet or film, said at least one second flexible sheet or film, and/or said at least one plastic or non-plastic material, or other material, compound or substance prior to the manufacturing of the present invention in any particular embodiment which is separate from the Printed Image(s) created during the manufacturing process of the present invention in any particular embodiment.

Ink: Can be ink, paint, or any other material that can be printed onto a surface or object.

Compound: a thing that is composed of two or more separate elements.

Film: Film is a compound or material made from a mixture of different resins of nylon, plexar, plastic, and/or elastic.

Non-plastic material, compound or substance: paper, or cardboard, or fabric, or rubber, or metal, or leather or glass

Coated Non-plastic material, compound or substance: which is a Non-plastic material, compound or substance with a coating to make at least one side non-porous.

Formation of Film: Pellets of resins of nylon, plastic, elastic, and/or plexar are vacuumed and heated down and mixed together to form a flexible film.

Formation of bubbles on film: Film is run through an extruder to thrust out; force or press out; expel: the sections of the plastic film to create the bubble sections wherever there is a cutout that has depth in the shape of a bubble is on a guide, cylinder, or mold.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention in at least one embodiment is a product(s) consisting of at least one flexible sheet or roll of plastic or plastic film having encapsulated cells on at least one side and which includes at least one printed image or printed material comprising of the following:

A. at least one first flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film:
a) having a front side of said film for attaching, adhering to, or integrating with one of the following: i) another flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film, or other material, or the ambient which is one of the following:
aa) another at least one first flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film; or
bb) at least one second flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film; or
cc) at least one non-plastic sheet or material, compound or substance; or
dd) the said flat front side of said at least one first flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film is facing and exposed to the ambient and not attached on said front side to anything; and
b) having a back side that is one of the following:
aa) facing the ambient;
or
bb) receiving another at least one flexible sheet of film; or receiving a non-plastic material, compound or substance;
and
c) having at least one of the back or front side of said first flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film additionally comprising a plurality of encapsulated cells;
or
B. at least one first flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film having:
a) front side for attaching, adhering to, bonding to, or integrating with at least one of: another said at least one first flexible sheet;
at least one said at least one second flexible sheet;
at least said non-plastic material, compound or one substance;
b) said at least one first flexible sheet having a back side:
facing the ambient;
or
receiving another said at least one flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film;
or

Non-plastic material, compound or substance;

and/or
at least one coated plastic or non-plastic material, compound or substance with at least one of:
another said at least one first flexible sheet;
or
a said at least one second flexible sheet; or
a said non-plastic substance or material; and said at least one first flexible sheet having a back side facing the ambient or receiving another said at least one flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film or non-plastic substance or material;
and
c) said at least one said flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film;
having a plurality of additionally comprising a plurality of encapsulated cells; within or as part of said first and/or second sheet of film; and
C. the said product having on at least one of at least one of the following:
a) printed image(s);
b) printed image(s) on the side or the material to be printed facing the ambient;
c) printed image(s) which is printed in part or in whole in reverse;
d) printed image(s) which is printed with a primer or background printed behind or in front of the printed image(s) either before or after the image(s) has been printed;
e) printed image(s) which is already pre-printed before the image(s) has been printed to product the said Product.
2. The present invention in at least one embodiment is additionally comprised of at least one of the following:
having at least one adhesive device, element, substance, or material for attaching at least one of the sheet of plastic, plastic film or other material present together in any combination;
wherein the said printed image(s) and/or printed primer or background can be printed by use of: any type of standard, regular or specialized ink or die or paint or solution in any combination of colors, embossed printing or ink, raised print, invisible ink, heat or temperature reactive ink, water or gas or chemical reactive ink, glow in the dark ink, electricity conductive ink, adhesive ink, normal printing or printing in reverse, black light reactive ink, fluorescent;

Printed on at least one surface or sheet of plastic or elastic material, or non-plastic, paper, cardboard, or other, printed inside at least one three-dimensional bubble, printed on at least one three-dimensional bubble, on another surface or material to be attached, secured, transferred, inserted into, or made part of the Plastic material or film which contains encapsulated cells, located or printed on the back side of a first type of flexible sheet which is facing the ambient;

the said plastic could be static or none static;
wherein the said printing may in part or in whole consist of words, symbols, numbers, sentences, logos, images, characters, brands, licensed characters, animated characters, comic book characters, images, photographic images, likeness, lenticular, animated images, graphics, graphic test, circuits, circuits boards, phrases, sayings, names, patterns, limbs, arms, and/or other body parts, and/or other objects in part or in whole: animal, alien, monster, character, animated character, robot, food, super hero, person, place, thing, plant, rock, person's likeness or image, vehicle, boat, ship, car, motorcycle, rocket, jet, plane, truck, toy, consumer product, image, copy of photograph, copy of a painting, illustration, or drawing, bicycle, sports equipment, book, magazine, ball, logo, mascot, comic book character, place, or thing, planet, solar system, outer space, moon, satellite, comet, utensil, appliance, tool, 3-D images, 2D images, objects, images printed on printed background, images printed on surface of any color, images printed on white plastic or other material;
the print may be located or printed on a primer printed coat which could be white, opaque, clear, patterned, black, multi-color, or single colored;
wherein the said three dimensional bubbles can be any of: filled with colored inert gas or any of liquid, solid, gas, or combination or mixture thereof which when popped releases said gas or other substance, or combination, which can be to reveal printing, image, and/or other contents, treated with spray adhesive into bubbles so materials in bubbles sticks to bottom layer, hyper inflated and bigger bubbles, said cell compartments containing an amount of a scented fluid, gas, solid, or print, objects injected or embedded into the bubbles, wherein the scent is emitted into the ambient once popped;
wherein said at least one flexible plastic sheet or film or said second flexible sheet or film or plastic sheet or non-plastic sheet is opaque in color;
can include that the printed Plastic material which contains encapsulated cells having the said encapsulated cells on both outward facing sides facing the ambient on both side of the said sheet; and/or can also be utilized as a corporate product, a marketing tool, and an advertising vehicle, and as a premium or give away product; wherein the said printing may in part or in whole consist of words, symbols, numbers, sentences, logos, images, characters, brands, licensed characters, images, photographic images, likeness, lenticular, patterns, animated images, graphics, graphic test, circuits, circuits boards, phrases, sayings, names, and/or the said printing may be located or printed onto a primer printed coat which could be white, opaque, or other patterned or colored that is also printed onto the material either before or after the primary image(s) being printed and/or the invention of claim 1 can be in the form of at least one of the following products: packaging material, gift wrap, wrapping material, boxes or box parts, bags, shopping bags, bag parts, sold or displayed in rolls, sold or displayed in sheets, sold or displayed in rolls with printed material facing word bubble side which is facing outward in roll and rolled state, table cloth, napkin, card, invitation, placemat, tape, ribbon, gift wrap, party products, games, party games, and can be packaged with “try me” sample piece(s) available for consumer to touch and feel and/or pop in the store, the invention can further be at least one of: Party Products such as invitations, thank you cards, gift boxes, balloons, and other stationary or paper or cardboard products with attached or made from bubble wrap in whole or in part, hats, napkins, party games, cups, plates, table cloths;
the invention can be tape and/or ribbons made from bubble wrap in whole or in part that may also include an adhesive and/or be attached to and single or double sided adhesive paper with permanent or removably attaching capabilities for attaching to a surface;
the invention can be packaged with a try-me strip of bubble wrap on the outside or a cutout section of the inside of the package which is a strip of bubble wrap that can be printed on;
wherein the printed plastic material or film has a two or three-dimensional shape and/or is die cut in at least one place;
additionally comprises at least one of the following: adhesive backing, laminate coating, epoxy, adhesive tabs, scents, and hyper-filled bubbles to among other things cause louder pops when popping;
whereby the bubble wrap itself has an adhesive backing or substance where said adhesives backing or substances is added in the manufacturing process or any process thereafter, the bubble wrap once it has adhesive can removably attach or permanently attached to itself and/or other objects for various purposes such as but not limited to packing, shipping, securing items without the need of additional steps and tools and materials such as tape or rubber bands, or there attaching devices;
the invention can be produced in accordance with polybag child safety requirements and standards worldwide including among others the requirement of average thickness requirements and/or perforate with defined holes and perforation location requirements, to address various issues such as suffocation;
whereby some embodiments are further designed to be games products like word games, number games, bingo type games and/or propellant games such as dart games and Laser Tag like games;
wherein the said fill material within the bubbles is at least one of the following: light sensitive, heat or temperature, or water sensitive, or non-remotely or remotely triggered to pop;
further comprising popping devises such as bubble pop rollers and popping hammers that can be non-electric or electronic with sound making, light producing and/or other electronic or non-electronic components;
further comprising static plastic components so it sticks to non-porous services;
further comprising adhesive components so it sticks to porous services;
can be in part or in whole clothing, shirts, apparel, headwear, footwear, accessories, lingerie, under garments, socks, toys, games, novelty products, or other consumer, producer, and service provider products, in part or in whole;

The present invention may comprise the ability of removability and separation from the printed compound of the at least one plastic or film layer or material that contains the encapsulated bubbles allowing for better presentation of said printed compound on surfaces such as walls, doors, ceilings, windows, or for general display.

A method of printing at least one embodiment of the printed Plastic material or film which contains encapsulated cells is comprised of the following steps:

At least one of the following:

Printing content printed image or printed in reverse image on the backside of a first plastic, elastic, or film material with white paint ink or solution sprayed over, or on, or on top of, or behind the printing;

Printing content on a clear piece of plastic or film material which is printed with printing content and attached to the backside of a first type of flat plastic, elastic, or film material that may include with an adhesive then may include spraying it with white paint;

the printing process occurs during pre-production, or post-production of Plastic material which contains encapsulated cells and can be printed on any side of any type of layer or performed by using water transfer paper.

A method of making in at least one embodiment of the present invention the printed plastic material which contains encapsulated cells comprising of the following steps:

AA. Producing flexible sheets or rolls of plastic, film, or elastic material;
BB. Readying and/or putting into place the materials that will be printed on including at least one of the following:
A. at least one first type of flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material having a front side for attaching, adhering to, or integrating with at least one of: at least one first flexible sheet, at least one second flexible sheet, or a non-plastic type of substance or sheet, or said sheet front side having encapsulated cells, and a back side facing the ambient; or
B. at least one first type of flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material having a front side for attaching, adhesion to, or integrating with at least one of: at least one first flexible sheet, a at least one second flexible sheet, or a non-plastic type of substance, or the formation and having of encapsulated cells, and a back side facing the ambient or receiving another flexible sheet of film or non-plastic substance or material; and

At least one said second flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material; or

C. Filling Machine with pellets of ingredients needed for production of said flexible sheets of plastic, film, or elastic material used when heated in a machine process to first, heat, melt down, then mix or combine melted hot liquid from pellets and this Extrusion produces a Liquid mixture placed in mold and cooled to produce sheets of plastic film;

Placing of liquid mixture from melted pellets into mold or roller with defined surface shapes and sizes that suctions the plastic into the crevices or holes for forming or producing flexible plastic sheets either with or without having a plurality of enclosed substantially spherical or other shaped cells within or on the at least one side;

if required or requested holes will also be produced during this process for child safety made by posts or recessions within the tool or mold that allow or enable the punching or formations of a hole;

Claims

1. The present invention is a product(s) consisting of at least one flexible sheet or roll of plastic or plastic film having encapsulated cells on at least one side and which includes at least one printed image or printed material comprising of the following:

A. at least one first flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film: a) having a front side of said film for attaching, adhering to, or integrating with one of the following: i) another flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film, or other material, or the ambient which is one of the following: aa) another at least one first flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film; or bb) at least one second flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film; or cc) at least one non-plastic sheet or material, compound or substance; or dd) the said flat front side of said at least one first flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film is facing and exposed to the ambient and not attached on said front side to anything; and b) having a back side that is one of the following: aa) facing the ambient; or bb) receiving another at least one flexible sheet of film; or receiving a non-plastic material, compound or sub stance; and c) having at least one of the back or front side of said first flexible sheet of plastic or plastic film additionally comprising a plurality of encapsulated cells;

wherein said at least one flexible plastic sheet or film or said second flexible sheet or film or plastic sheet or non-plastic sheet is opaque in color;

4. A method of printing a printed Plastic material or film which contains encapsulated cells comprising:

At least one of the following: Printing content printed image or printed in reverse image on the backside of a first plastic, elastic, or film material with white paint ink or solution sprayed over, or on, or on top of, or behind the printing; Printing content on a clear piece of plastic or film material which is printed with printing content and attached to the backside of a first type of flat plastic, elastic, or film material that may include with an adhesive then may include spraying it with white paint; the printing process occurs during pre-production, or post-production of Plastic material which contains encapsulated cells and can be printed on any side of any type of layer or performed by using water transfer paper.

5. A method of making printed plastic material which contains encapsulated cells comprising of the following steps: or

AA. Producing flexible sheets or rolls of plastic, film, or elastic material;
BB. Readying and/or putting into place the materials that will be printed on including at least one of the following: E. at least one first type of flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material having a front side for attaching, adhering to, or integrating with at least one of: at least one first flexible sheet, at least one second flexible sheet, or a non-plastic type of substance or sheet, or said sheet front side having encapsulated cells, and a back side facing the ambient;
or F. at least one first type of flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material having a front side for attaching, adhesion to, or integrating with at least one of: at least one first flexible sheet, a at least one second flexible sheet, or a non-plastic type of substance, or the formation and having of encapsulated cells, and a back side facing the ambient or receiving another flexible sheet of film or non-plastic substance or material; and At least one said second flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material;
or G. At least one non-plastic type of substance or sheet having a front side for attaching, adhesion, or integrating with at least one of at least one first flexible sheet, a at least one second flexible sheet, or other type of substance, and a back side facing the ambient; And at least one first type of flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material having a front and back side for attaching, adhesion, or integrating with at least one of: another at least one first flexible sheet, a at least one second of flexible sheet, or a non-plastic type of substance or sheet; and At least one said second flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material;
or H. At least one non-plastic type of substance or sheet having a front side for attaching, adhesion, or integrating with at least one of at least one first flexible sheet, a at least one second flexible sheet, or another type of substance, and a back side facing the ambient;
CC. printing on at least one surface comprising of at least one of the following steps: E. The printing of image(s) on the said at least one first type of flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material on the said back side facing the ambient;
or F. The printing of image(s) on the said at least one first type of flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material on the back side facing the ambient; and the printing of image(s) at least one said second flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material;
or G. The printing of image(s) on the said at least one non-plastic type of substance or sheet on the said back side facing the ambient;
or H. The printing of image(s) on the said at least one non-plastic type of substance or sheet on the said back side facing the ambient; And The printing of image(s) on the said at least one first type of flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material; And/or The printing of image(s) on the said at least one said second flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material;
DD. Join the said at least two sheets of plastic material to form printed plastic material which contains encapsulated cells:
EE. Join the said at least one non-plastic type of substance or sheet with said back side facing the ambient and the said at least two sheets of plastic material to form printed bubble wrap.

6. The method of claim 5, additionally comprising at least one of the following:

wherein said printing of the said image(s) is performed by reverse printing;
wherein said printing of the said image(s) is reverse printing with additionally printing a background on top of, onto, or beyond the printed image(s);
wherein said printing of the said image(s) is printed digitally;
wherein said image(s) is images and the printing of the said images is printed in a sequence or order of at least two images;
wherein said image(s) is images and the printing of the said images is printed in a sequence or sequential order of frames, pictures, or art in a similar sequencing format as standard movie frames and/or comic book frames;
wherein the flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material being printed is opaque, patterned, white, clear, black, multi-colored, or a solid color;
wherein the flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material if being printed is opaque, patterned, white, clear, black, multi-colored, or a solid color;
wherein the plastic or non-plastic sheet if being printed is opaque, white, black, patterned, or colored;
wherein any of the plastic or non-plastic sheets if being printed is opaque, white, black, patterned, or colored;
wherein the said printing can be printing using any type of standard or regular or specialized ink or die in any combination of colors, invisible ink, heat or temperature reactive ink, water or gas or chemical reactive ink, glow in the dark ink, electricity conductive ink, normal printing or printing in reverse, black light reactive ink, fluorescent, utilizing a polarizing effect any type of standard, regular or specialized ink or die or paint or solution in any combination of colors, embossed printing or ink, raised print, invisible ink, heat or temperature reactive ink, water or gas or chemical reactive ink, glow in the dark ink, electricity conductive ink, adhesive ink, normal printing or printing in reverse, black light reactive ink, fluorescent;
Printed on at least one surface or sheet of plastic or elastic material, or non-plastic, paper, cardboard, or other inside at least one three-dimensional bubble, on three-dimensional bubble, on another surface or material to be attached, secured, transferred, inserted into, or made part of the Plastic material or film which contains encapsulated cells filled with gas, located or printed on the back side of a first type of flexible sheet which is facing the ambient;
the said plastic could be static or none static.
wherein said printed plastic material which contains encapsulated cells has the said encapsulated cells on both outward facing sides facing the ambient; wherein flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material being printed on if present is in the form of at least one of: tape; ribbon; wherein the said non-plastic material if present and being printed is in the form of at least one of the following: tape; ribbon; wherein if present said plastic material tape or ribbon is held in, stored in, and used from a dispenser; wherein if present said non-plastic material tape or ribbon is held in, stored in, and used from a dispenser;
whereby the said non-plastic material if present and if being printed on can then be sandwiched between the said first and said second flexible plastic material or film in production of the final compound;
wherein the printed plastic material or film is die cut to a two or three-dimensional shape;
wherein the printed plastic material or film is die cut to a two or three-dimensional shape;
additionally comprising at least one of the following steps: adding adhesive backing to at least one material or film, adding of adhesive tabs to at least one material or film, adding of scents into the bubbles before sealing them, and having the mold designed for bigger than normal or hyper-sized bubbles to cause louder pops when popping;

7. The method of claim 5 additionally comprising the removal and separation from the printed compound of the at least one plastic or film layer or material that contains the encapsulated bubbles allowing for better presentation of said printed compound on surfaces such as walls, doors, ceilings, windows, or for general display.

8. A machine method of making printed plastic material which contains encapsulated cells comprising of the following steps: or

Producing the present invention in at least one embodiment comprising of the following steps; Filling Machine with pellets of ingredients needed for production of said flexible sheets of plastic, film, or elastic material used when heated in a machine process to first, heat, melt down, then mix or combine melted hot liquid from pellets and this Extrusion produces a Liquid mixture placed in mold and cooled to produce sheets of plastic film; Placing of liquid mixture from melted pellets into mold or roller with defined surface shapes and sizes that suctions the plastic into the crevices or holes for forming or producing flexible plastic sheets either with or without having a plurality of enclosed substantially spherical or other shaped cells within or on the at least one side; if required or requested holes will also be produced during this process for child safety made by posts or recessions within the tool or mold that allow or enable the punching or formations of a hole;
Readying and/or putting into place the materials that will be printed on including at least one of the following: feeding in at least one printed or non-printed laminate for laminated; Preparing a sheet of film for printing by Cooling it down then printer is readied in line between the extruder and extrusion part of method and the mold or roller method; at least one first type of flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material which is flat having a front side for attaching, adhesion, or integrating with either nothing or at least one of: at least one first flexible sheet, and at least one second flexible sheet, or a plastic or non-plastic type of substance, or the formation and/or having of encapsulated cells, and a back side facing the ambient;
or at least one first type of flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material which is flat having a front side for attaching, adhesion, or integrating with nothing or at least one of: at least one first flexible sheet, a at least one second flexible sheet, or a non-plastic type of substance, or the formation and having of encapsulated cells, and a back side facing the ambient or receiving another flexible sheet of film non-plastic substance or material;
and At least one said second flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material;
or At least one plastic or non-plastic type of substance or sheet having a front side for attaching, adhesion, or integrating with at least one of at least one first flexible sheet, a at least one second flexible sheet, or other type of substance, and a back side facing the ambient;
and at least one first type of flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material which is flat having a front and back side for attaching, adhesion, or integrating with at least one of: another at least one first flexible sheet, a at least one second of flexible sheet, or a non-plastic type of substance or sheet;
and At least one said second flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material;
or At least one non-plastic type of substance or sheet having a front side for attaching, adhesion, or integrating with at least one of at least one first flexible sheet, a at least one second flexible sheet, or another type of substance, and a back side facing the ambient; The printing of image(s) on the said at least one non-plastic type of substance or sheet on the said back side facing the ambient;
And The printing of image(s) on the said at least one first type of flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material;
And/or The printing of image(s) on the said at least one said second flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material;
Join the said at least two sheets of plastic material to form printed plastic material which contains encapsulated cells filled with Gas, Liquid, and/or Solid:
Join the said at least one non-plastic type of substance or sheet with said back side facing the ambient and the said at least two sheets of plastic material to form printed bubble wrap.

9. The method of claim 8 additionally comprising of at least one of the following:

wherein said printing of the said image(s) is reverse printing: wherein said printing of the said image(s) is reverse printing with additionally printing a background on top of, onto, beyond the printed image(s); wherein said printing of the said image(s) is printed digitally; wherein said image(s) is images and the printing of the said images is printed in a sequence or order of at least two images; wherein said image(s) is images and the printing of the said images is printed in a sequence or sequential order of frames, pictures, or art in a similar sequencing format as standard movie frames and/or comic book frames; wherein the flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material being printed is opaque, patterned, white, clear, black, multi-colored, or a solid color; wherein the non-plastic sheet if being printed is opaque, white, black, patterned, or colored; wherein the said printing can be printing using any type of standard or regular or specialized ink or die in any combination of colors, invisible ink, heat or temperature reactive ink, water or gas or chemical reactive ink, glow in the dark ink, electricity conductive ink, normal printing or printing in reverse, black light reactive ink, fluorescent; wherein the said printing can be any of at least one of the following: on at least one surface or sheet of plastic or elastic material, inside three-dimensional bubble, on three-dimensional bubble, on another surface or material to be attached, secured, inserted into, or made part of the plastic material which contains encapsulated cells filled with gas, liquid, solid, or a mixture or a combination thereof located or printed on the back side of a first type of flexible sheet which is a side that is facing the ambient; printed plastic material which contains encapsulated cells have the said encapsulated cells on both of its outward facing sides, both facing out to the ambient.

10. The method of claim 8 wherein the said product and/or flexible sheet of plastic, film, or elastic material, and/or the said non-plastic material if present, being printed on is in the form of tape or ribbon.

11. The method of claim 10 wherein if present said tape or said ribbon is held in, stored in, and used from a dispenser.

12. The method of claim 8 whereby the said non-plastic material if present and if being printed on is sandwiched between the said first and said second flexible plastic material or film in the production process of creating the final compound.

13. The method of claim 8 additionally comprising of at least one of the following:

die cutting of the printed plastic material or film to produce a two or three-dimensional shape;
additionally comprising at least one of the following steps: the adding of adhesive backing to at least one material or film; the adding of adhesive tabs to at least one material or film; the adding of scents into the bubbles before sealing them; the using of a mold or roller having a design to create bigger than normal or hyper-sized Bubbles to among other things cause louder pops when popping;
additionally, comprising the step of removing and separating, from the printed compound, the at least one plastic or film layer or material that contains the encapsulated bubbles allowing for better presentation of said printed compound on surfaces such as walls, doors, ceilings, windows, or for general display.

14. The invention of claim 8, wherein perforating tool also prints so there is a marker on bubble wrap to find or identify perforations improved perforation process and product.

15. The invention of claim 1, additionally includes at least one of the following:

A box;
A box of any shape, form, size, material;
A cardboard box;
wherein the said product is stored in the form of a roll;
wherein the product is rolled up and stored in a roll with the encapsulated bubbles are facing outward toward the ambient;
the resultant product can be in the form of foam or a material in a lightweight cellular form resulting from introduction of gas bubbles during manufactured:
the present invention product can be attached, glued to, attached using adhesive or laminate to a surface;
wherein said surface if present in whole or part is a section of a box either inside and/or outside;
wherein the said product is in the form of at least one of the following: tape; ribbon.

16. The invention of claim 15, wherein said flexible plastic or plastic film with encapsulated cells and/or encapsulated cells and at least one printed image is adhering to, glued, laminated, attached, secured to part or all the inside or outside or both inside and outside of said box if present;

17. The invention of claim 15, wherein said flexible plastic or plastic film with encapsulated cells and/or encapsulated cells is without any printed images and is adhering to, glued, laminated, attached, secured to part or all the inside or outside or both inside and outside of said box if present;

18. The invention of claim 17, wherein foam with or without at least one printed image is adhering to, glued, laminated, attached, secured to part or all the inside or outside or both inside and outside of said box.

19. The invention of claim 1 additionally comprised of at least one of the following:

wherein the said at least one printed image is printed in whole or in part with the print facing out and into the encapsulated cells so that a User must view the printed image(s) looking through the encapsulated cells;
at least one bag or shopping bag; wherein said plastic with encapsulated cells is attached to at least one location, and/or panel of said at least one bag or shopping bag.

20. The invention of claim 2, additionally comprising at least one of the following wherein if present said adhesive used is polyethylene or polypropylene.
