SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides a portable multifunctional gaming apparatus which comprises a pair of poles, and each of the poles has a main body, a lower end, and an upper end. The pole is configured to be held by a user or to be mounted into a portable base through the lower end to firmly stand on the ground. Moreover, the lower end of the pole can connect to an extending pole to extend the length of the pole for different activities, and a sliding groove is formed at the upper end of the pole. Furthermore, a plurality of peripheral grooves are formed on a surface of the pole for receiving winding ropes. The base configured to steadily stand on the ground has a receiving hole at an upper end to receive the pole.

In one embodiment, a plurality of anti-slippery mats are disposed on the pole for better holding by a user.

In another embodiment, the pole has a bending section which enables a user to easily handle or tilt the pole with an angle.

In still another embodiment, the upper end of the base has a plurality of the receiving holes titled toward different angles, and a user can insert the pole into different receiving holes for different activities.

In a further embodiment, a sliding wheel can be installed at the upper end of the pole such that a rope can be coupled and moved along the sliding wheel.

It is to be understood, rather, that the same or equivalent functions and components may be accomplished by different embodiments that are also intended to be encompassed within the spirit and scope of the invention.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood to one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Although any methods, devices and materials similar or equivalent to those described can be used in the practice or testing of the invention, the exemplary methods, devices and materials are now described.

All publications mentioned are incorporated by reference for the purpose of describing and disclosing, for example, the designs and methodologies that are described in the publications that might be used in connection with the presently described invention. The publications listed or discussed above, below and throughout the text are provided solely for their disclosure prior to the filing date of the present application. Nothing herein is to be construed as an admission that the inventors are not entitled to antedate such disclosure by virtue of prior invention.

In order to further understand the goal, characteristics and effect of the present invention, a number of embodiments along with the drawings are illustrated as following:

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a portable multifunctional gaming apparatus which comprises a pair of poles (10), and each pole (10) has a main body (11), a lower end (12), and an upper end (13). Each pole (10) can be held by a user or mounted into a portable base (20) through the lower end (12) to firmly stand on the ground. Moreover, the lower end (12) of the pole (10) can connect to an extending pole (14) to extend the length of the pole (10) for different activities, and a sliding groove (131) is formed at the upper end (13) of the pole (10). Furthermore, a plurality of peripheral grooves (111) are formed on a surface of the pole (10) for receiving winding ropes. The base (20) configured to steadily stand on the ground has a receiving hole (21) to receive the lower end (12) of the pole (10).

In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 6, a plurality of anti-slippery mats (30) are disposed on the pole (10) for better holding by a user.

In another embodiment, referring to FIG. 6, the pole (10) has a bending section (112) that enables a user to easily handle or tilt the pole (10) with a predetermined angle.

In still another embodiment, referring to FIG. 6, the base (20) has a plurality of the receiving holes (21) titled toward different angles, and a user can insert the pole (10) into different receiving holes (21) for different activities.

In a further embodiment, a sliding wheel (15) can be disposed at the upper end (13) of the pole (10) such that a rope can be coupled and moved along the sliding wheel.

In actual applications, the poles (10) can be held by a user or standing on the ground through the bases (20) for different games. In one embodiment, the present invention can realize the piñata game which describes details as followings: the poles (10) are separated with a predetermined distance and respectively held by two persons, and a rope hanging a piñata is suspended between the two upper ends (13) of the poles (10) through the sliding groove (131) or the sliding wheel (15) disposed thereon such that the piñata can be slidably moved between the two poles (10) by pulling two ends of the rope to realize the game as shown in FIG. 2. In another embodiment, the present invention can couple with a net to realize the baseball swing training or golf swing practice as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4: the two poles (10) are separated with a predetermined distance and respectively inserted into the bases (20) to securely stand on the ground, and a net is fixed between the two poles (10) through ropes, wherein the ropes are configured to be engaged with the peripheral grooves (111) and tied on the main bodies (11) of the poles (10) thereby strengthening the structure of the net. For different users, the poles (10) can selectively connect to the extending poles (14) to adjust the height of the net or be inserted into a preferable receiving hole (21) to tilt the net with a predetermined angle.

Moreover, in the same way, users can set up different types of nets between the poles (10) to play different games such as football, soccer, tennis, volleyball (as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6) or other activities. Thus, with the present invention, a group of people can play multiple games by just finding an open area instead of a specific court or field.

Having described the invention by the description and illustrations above, it should be understood that these are exemplary of the invention and are not to be considered as limiting. Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as limited by the foregoing description, but includes any equivalents.
