Protective underwear combination with front fly access

Underwear (1) and protective cup (2) combination with front fly access (7). Designed to protect the genital area and function in a normal manner as a regular pair of underwear would while urination with convenience and comfort. Protective underwear (1) with right side front fly access (7). Only one straight fly opening allows the wearer to urinate without removing the protective cup (2). Cup does not obscure the fly opening (7). Elastic waistband (8) allows easy insertion or removal of cup from the top of opening (9) created by the front fly access panel (10). Fabric between the skin and cup (2) keeps skin dry and sanitary while keeping the cup securely in place. Protective underwear (1) allows any size cup to be used.There are no straps to twist, no snaps to rust or irritate the skin, no buttons to break or lose. Made from cotton or cotton blend fabric makes protective underwear washable and dryable.

BACKGROUND AND PRIOR ART

The following is some prior art that appears relevant:

BACKGROUND

This relates to Jockstraps and underwear combinations. Jockstraps allow protection of the genital area. As well as underwear combinations. There are straps around the legs of the wearer that can twist and bind on a jockstrap. The front pouch on a jockstrap has no opening for the purpose of urination. Therefore having to lower ther pouch is uncomfortable and bunches up under clothing. Undergarmants with front fly pouches and slits are often placed akward locations.

Has two slits. One located on the left inside. The other is located on the opposite right side on the outside of the garment. Location of these slits as in men's underwear are akward and cumbersom . The pouches in general are not fully integrated into the garment and give an add on appearance. Jockstraps and underwear combinations use snaps, hooks, buttons, and velcro for closures. After being dried repeatedly in a clothes dryer these items become dry, broken, cracked, rusted, or melted.

There is a pouch and a slit and the bottom of the pouch. The pouch is semi-attached and the location of the slit is inconvenient for urination.

There is a pouch that is semi-attached to the inside. You would have to lower the pouch for urination.

SUMMERY

1. This relates to an inproved new use underwear combination with one straight right side front fly access opening. Only one fly opening located on the right side of the underwear. The Front fly access panel is fully incorporated into the underwear and allows insertion or removal of protective cup. Cup being in place does not obscure the use of the right side front fly opening while urinating.

2. Underwear can be worn as a regular pair of underwear to work. Or just insert the cup into the front fly access panel and participate in any sport activity.

3. Elastic waistband allows easy insertion or removal of cup from the top of the front fly access panel pouch. Underwear can be made of any fabric.Cotton blend fabric makes underwear washable and dryable. There are no straps to twist or bind. No snaps, hooks, buttons, or velcro. The waistband holds cup secure.

4. Pocket panel with front fly access has fabric between the skin and cup . Which keeps skin dry, cool, and sanitary. Front fly access panel can be applied to any size or style to include women's style's . When applying to women's style do not include the front fly opening. Protective Underwear combination with front fly access looks like and functions like a regular pair of men's brief's , but with only one front fly opening. The Police, Fire Department, will benefit from this underwear combination by not having to remove thier gun belt's or other life saving equipment while having to use the bathroom.

Operation

In operation one wears the combination underwear and protective cup supporter with front fly access in a normal manner like a regular pair of men's brief's.

1. The wearer can insert said protective cup (2) into said pocket panel created by said front fly access panel (10). Garment becomes protective underwear.

2. Elastic waistband (8) keeps said protective cup (2) in place securely and comfortably.

3. Said protective cup (2) being in place in said pocket panel (10) does not obscure the use of the front fly opening (7) while urinating.

4. Fabric between the skin and said protective cup (2) created by said pocket panel (10) keeps skin dry and sanitary.

5. Romove said protective cup (2) from top of said pocket panel (10) opening (9) said protective underwear becomes said regular pair of underwear.

6. Said protective underwear (1) with said front fly access panel (10) can be made from cotton or cotton blend fabric giving said underwear the look and feel of regular underwear. Said underwear becomes washable and dryable.

7. Said protective underwear (1) with front fly access panel (10) can be applied to any style to include thong and women's.

8. When applying said pocket panel (10) to women's style do not include the front fly opening (7).

Advantages

1. Athletes who play sports such a football, soccer, baseball, basketball, wear jock straps or just a cup placed in their underwear. This piece of protective equipment is cruical for preventing painful and debilitating injuries to delicate body parts of the male anatomy. However while jock straps and cups provide in effective means of protecting the male reproductive organs they do not offer the comfort of underwear, such as brief's with front fly access.

2. Just like a regular pair of men's brief's except for there is only one straight front fly opening. Not one opening on the inside , then one opening on the opposite outside. The cup being in place in the front fly pocket panel does not obscure the front fly opening. Cup can be easily inserted or removed from the top of the front fly access panel.

3. Elastic waistband holds cup securely in place. fabric between the skin and cup keeps skin dry and sanitary. Made from cotton and cotton blend fabric's makes protective underwear washable and dryable.

5. This is a novel and new use idea of underwear combination that looks and wears just like a regular pair of men's brief's, boy's, women's or girl's underwear. For men's or boy's incorporate a front fly access panel with fly opening. For women's or girl's do not include the front fly opening. Anyone engaging in sport activity requires protection.

6. Underwear can be made in any style, including thong, boxer, boxer brief. Police, Fire Department, Air Marshalls and the U.S. Military would benefit from this practical, convenient, and comfortable protective underwear combination. Worn without the cup or insert the cup into the top of the front fly pocket panel and engage in any sport activity. Protective underwear looks and functions under clothing like a normal pair of underwear and any size cup can be used.

1. A protective underwear combinaton with front fly-access.

2. The protective underwear combination with front-fly access of claim 1. Whereby has a fully incorporated pocket pouch #10. Consisting of one waistband aperture #9 and one right side front-fly access aperture #7.

3. Said protective underwear combination with front-fly access of claim 1. Thereby allows placement of the protective cup in said waistband aperture #9. Said cup being in place allows unobstructed use of said right side front-fly access aperture #7 in said pocket pouch #10.

4. The protective underwear, combination with front-fly access of claim 1. Whereby said protective underwear functions as regular underwear. Said protective cup remains in place in said pocket pouch #10 while urinating. Said right side front-fly access aperture #7 is net obstructed.
