Material Roll Dispenser

Implementations of a material roll dispenser for holding and dispensing rolls of materials are provided. In some implementations, the material roll dispenser comprises one or more configurations of a roll dispensing assembly, a platform assembly, a handle assembly, and a wheel assembly each configured to telescopingly position and secure onto a vertical member to form the material roll dispenser. In some implementations, a method of using the material roll dispenser comprises telescopingly positioning and securing the roll dispensing assembly, the platform assembly, the handle assembly, and the wheel assembly onto the vertical member to form the material roll dispenser. In some implementations, the method of using the material roll dispenser further comprises loading, holding, and dispensing one or more rolls of material from the material roll dispenser.

TECHNICAL FIELD

This disclosure relates to implementations of a material roll dispenser.

BACKGROUND

Existing roll dispensers for dispensing materials such as plastic bags are typically oriented in just one position, such as vertical or horizontal. Furthermore, such existing roll dispensers are typically stationary.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Implementations of a material roll dispenser are provided. In some implementations, the material roll dispenser comprises a vertical member, a roll dispensing assembly, a platform assembly, a handle assembly, and a wheel assembly.

In some implementations, the material roll dispenser is configured to hold and dispense one or more rolls of materials such as plastic bags, plastic sheeting, electrical wire, or electrical cable.

In some implementations, the material roll dispenser is also configured to transport the one or more rolls of materials across a floor or ground surface.

In some implementations, the roll dispensing assembly, the platform assembly, the handle assembly, and the wheel assembly (“assembly”, “assemblies”) are each configured to telescopingly position and secure onto the vertical member to form the material roll dispenser.

In some implementations, each assembly comprises one or more configurations that can be selectively positioned and secured onto the vertical member to form various configurations of the material roll dispenser.

In some implementations, a method of using the material roll dispenser comprises telescopingly positioning and securing one or more configurations of the roll dispensing assembly, the platform assembly, the handle assembly, and the wheel assembly onto the vertical member to form the material roll dispenser.

In some implementations, the method of using the material roll dispenser further comprises loading, holding, and dispensing one or more rolls of materials from the material roll dispenser.

FIGS. 1A and 1B illustrate components of various implementations of an example material roll dispenser 100 according to the present disclosure. In some implementations, the material roll dispenser 100 comprises a vertical member 110, a roll dispensing assembly 130, a platform assembly 140, a handle assembly 150, and a wheel assembly 160.

FIG. 2 illustrates an implementation of an example vertical member 110 of the material roll dispenser 100 according to the present disclosure. In some implementations, the vertical member 110 is a vertically oriented elongated rectangular tube.

In some implementations, the vertical member 110 has a plurality of openings 111 through and aligned vertically along a first side 112 of the vertical member 110. In some implementations, the vertical member 110 also has the plurality of openings 111 through and aligned vertically along an opposite, second side 113 of the vertical member 110.

In some implementations, the openings 111 are further aligned in respective pairs 114 horizontally between the first side 112 and the second side 113.

In some implementations, the roll dispensing assembly 130, the platform assembly 140, the handle assembly 150, and the wheel assembly 160 (“assembly”, “assemblies”) each comprise one or more vertical rectangular tube attachments (“vertical attachment”) 210. Referring for example to FIG. 3A, in some implementations, each vertical attachment 210 is a rectangular tube segment. In some implementations, each vertical attachment 210 may vary in vertical length.

In some implementations, each vertical attachment 210 has one or more openings 211 through a first side 212 of the vertical attachment 210 and also through an opposite, second side 213. In some implementations, the openings 211 are aligned horizontally between the first side 212 and the second side 213.

In some implementations, each vertical attachment 210 is configured to telescopingly position onto the vertical member 110. In some implementations, when the vertical attachment 210 is telescopingly positioned onto the vertical member 110, the first side 212 of the vertical attachment 210 positions parallel to the first side 112 of the vertical member 110.

In some implementations, when the vertical attachment 210 is telescopingly positioned onto the vertical member 110, the second side 213 of the vertical attachment 210 also positions parallel to the second side 113 of the vertical member 110.

In some implementations, when the vertical attachment 210 is telescopingly positioned onto the vertical member 110, the openings 211 through the first side 212 and the second side 213 of the vertical attachment 210 also align with an adjacent respective pair 114 of the openings 111 through the first side 112 and the second side 113 of the vertical member 110.

Referring back to FIGS. 1A and 1B, in some implementations, each roll dispensing assembly 130, which are described in more specific implementations below, comprises a vertical attachment 210. In some implementations, each roll dispensing assembly 130 also comprises a roll support assembly attached to the vertical attachment 210.

In some implementations, the roll support assembly is configured to hold one or more rolls of materials, such as plastic bags, plastic sheeting, electrical wire, or electrical cable. In some implementations, the roll support assembly is also configured to allow the material to be dispensed from the roll.

FIGS. 3A and 3B illustrate an implementation of an example roll dispensing assembly 300 of the material roll dispenser 100 according to the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 3A, in some implementations, the roll support assembly of the roll dispensing assembly 300A comprises a segment of rectangular tube 310 perpendicularly extending from a third side 215 of the respective vertical attachment 210. In some implementations, the roll support assembly also comprises a projection 320 extending from a bottom side 313 of the segment of rectangular tube 310.

In some implementations, the bottom side 313 of the segment of rectangular tube 310 faces in a downward direction when the roll dispensing assembly 300A is telescopingly positioned onto the vertical member 110.

In some implementations, the projection 320 is configured to insert into an end of the opening extending through a roll of material to hold the roll of material in a vertical position, as shown for example in FIG. 13 described below.

As shown in FIG. 3B, in some implementations, the roll support assembly of the roll dispensing assembly 300B comprises the same or similar components as described above for the roll dispensing assembly 300A of FIG. 3A. In some implementations, the roll support assembly of the roll dispensing assembly 300B further comprises a handle 330. In some implementations, the handle 330 extends from a top side 312 opposite the bottom side 313 of the segment of rectangular tube 310 of the roll support assembly. In some implementations, the handle 330 is configured to allow the material roll dispenser 100 to be pushed, pulled, or held in a position using the handle 330.

In some implementations, the roll support assembly of the roll dispensing assembly 300B further comprises another handle 331. In some implementations, the other handle 331 is attached to a fourth side 216 of the vertical attachment 210 opposite the third side 215. In some implementations, the handle 331 is configured to allow the material roll dispenser 100 to be pushed, pulled, or held in a position using the handle 331.

As shown in FIG. 13, in some implementations, the roll support assembly of the roll dispensing assembly 300B further comprises a second platform assembly 700, which is described below for FIG. 7. In some implementations, the second platform assembly 700 holds and allows the dispensing of a roll material in conjunction with the roll dispensing assembly 300.

FIGS. 4A and 4B illustrate another implementation of an example roll dispensing assembly 400 of the material roll dispenser 100 according to the present disclosure.

As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, in some implementations, the roll support assembly of the roll dispensing assembly 400 comprises a segment of rectangular tube 410 perpendicularly extending from a third side 215 of the respective vertical attachment 210. In some implementations, the roll support assembly also comprises a segment of circular stock 430. In some implementations, segment of circular stock 430 perpendicularly extends from a left side 412 and an opposite, right side 413 of the segment of rectangular tube 410.

In some implementations, the left side 412 and the right side 413 face in a horizontal direction when the roll dispensing assembly 400 is telescopingly positioned onto the vertical member 110.

As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B respectively, in some implementations, the segment of circular stock 430 is a segment of circular tube or pipe 430a or a segment of circular rod 430b.

In some implementations, the segment of circular stock 430 is configured to insert through the opening extending through the roll of material to hold the roll of material in a horizontal position, as shown for example in FIG. 14 described below.

FIG. 5 illustrates an implementation of an example material guide 500 of a roll dispensing assembly 130 of the material roll dispenser 100 according to the present disclosure. In some implementations, the material guide comprises an elongated segment of rectangular tube 510. In some implementations, the elongated segment of rectangular tube 510 perpendicularly extends from the third side 215 of the respective vertical attachment 210.

In some implementations, the material guide also comprises one or more circular rings 540. In some implementations, the circular rings 540 are attached to the elongated segment of rectangular tube opposite the third side 215 of the vertical attachment 210.

In some implementations, the respective opening 541 through each of the circular rings 540 extends parallel to the sides 516 of the elongated segment of rectangular tube 510. In some implementations, the respective opening 541 through each of the circular rings 540 is configured to receive material through the opening from a roll of material such as described above.

In some implementations, the material guide 500 is configured to guide the material when dispensed from the roll that is held by the roll support assembly when the roll dispensing assembly 130 is telescopingly positioned onto the vertical member 110.

FIG. 6 illustrates another implementation of an example roll dispensing assembly 600 of the material roll dispenser according to the present disclosure. In some implementations, the roll support assembly of the roll dispensing assembly 600 comprises an elongated segment of rectangular tube 610 attached to the third side 215 of the respective vertical attachment 210. In some implementations, the elongated segment of rectangular tube 610 extends from the vertical attachment 210 perpendicular to the first side 212 and the second side 213 of the vertical attachment 210.

In some implementations, the elongated segment of rectangular tube 610 has a plurality of openings 611 through and aligned horizontally along a top side 612 and an opposite, bottom side 613 of the elongated segment of rectangular tube 610. In some implementations, the openings 611 are further aligned in respective pairs 614 vertically between the top side 612 and the bottom side 613.

In some implementations, the top side 612 faces in an upward direction when the roll dispensing assembly 600 is telescopingly positioned onto the vertical member 110.

In some implementations, the roll support assembly of the roll dispensing assembly 600 also comprises a pair of horizontal supports 635. In some implementations, each horizontal support 635 comprises a horizontal rectangular tube attachment (“horizontal attachment”) 610a.

In some implementations, the horizontal attachment 610a has one or more openings 611a through a top side 612a of the horizontal attachment 610a and also through an opposite, bottom side 613a. In some implementations, the openings 611a are aligned vertically between the top side 612a and the bottom side 613a.

In some implementations, the horizontal attachment 610a is configured to telescopingly position onto the elongated segment of rectangular tube 610. In some implementations, when the horizontal attachment 610a is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated segment of rectangular tube 610, the top side 612a of the horizontal attachment 610a positions parallel to the top side 612 of the elongated segment of rectangular tube 610.

In some implementations, when the horizontal attachment 610a is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated segment of rectangular tube 610, the bottom side 613a of the horizontal attachment 610a also positions parallel to the bottom side 613 of the elongated segment of rectangular tube 610.

In some implementations, when the horizontal attachment 610a is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated segment of rectangular tube 610, the openings 611a through the top side 612a and the bottom side 613a of the horizontal attachment 610a also align with an adjacent respective pair 614 of the openings 611 through the top side 612 and the bottom side 613 of the elongated segment of rectangular tube 610.

In some implementations, each horizontal support 635 also comprises an elongated segment of rectangular bar 637. In some implementations, the elongated segment of rectangular bar 637 extends from the horizontal attachment 610a perpendicular to the third side 615a of the horizontal attachment 610a.

In some implementations, the elongated segment of rectangular bar 637 comprises an upward facing concave shaped end 638 opposite the horizontal attachment 610a.

In some implementations, the roll support assembly of the roll dispensing assembly 600 also comprises an elongated segment of circular tube 630. In some implementations, the elongated segment of circular tube 630 is configured to rotatably rest within the concave shaped end 638 of the elongated segment of rectangular bar 637 of the horizontal supports 635.

In some implementations, the elongated segment of circular tube 630 is configured to insert through the opening extending through the roll of material to hold the roll of material in a horizontal position while resting in the concave shaped end 638 of the elongated segment of rectangular bar 637 of the horizontal supports 635.

In some implementations, the horizontal supports 635 are configured to support the elongated segment of circular tube 630 while holding the roll of material when the horizontal supports 635 are telescopingly positioned onto the elongated segment of rectangular tube 610 and the roll dispensing assembly 600 is telescopingly positioned onto the vertical member 110, as shown for example in FIG. 15 described below.

FIG. 7 illustrates an implementation of an example platform assembly 700 of the material roll dispenser 100 according to the present disclosure. In some implementations, the platform assembly 700 comprises a respective vertical attachment 210. In some implementations, the platform assembly 700 comprises a platform 701.

In some implementations, the platform 701 comprises a rectangular plate 702 attached to the vertical attachment 210. In some implementations, the platform 701 extends from the third side 215 of the vertical attachment 210. In some implementations, the platform 701 extends perpendicular to the first side 212, the second side 213, and the third side 215 of the vertical attachment 210.

In some implementations, the platform assembly 700 stands the material roll dispenser 100 in a vertical position from a floor or ground surface.

In some implementations, the platform 701 of the platform assembly 700 further comprises a projection 703 extending from the top surface of the platform 701. In some implementations, the top surface of the platform 701 faces in an upward direction when the platform assembly 700 is telescopingly positioned onto the vertical member 110.

In some implementations, the projection 703 is cone-shaped or convex-shaped.

In some implementations, the projection 703 is configured to insert into an end of the opening extending through a roll of material to hold the roll of material in a vertical position while resting on the platform 701.

In some implementations, the platform 701 of the platform assembly 700 further comprises an opening (not shown) through the platform 701. In some implementations, the opening through the platform 701 is configured to receive a fastener through the opening.

In some implementations, the opening through the platform 701 is configured to secure the platform assembly 700 to a floor or ground surface when the platform assembly 700 is telescopingly positioned onto the vertical member. In some implementations, securing the platform assembly 700 through the opening thereby secures the material roll dispenser 100 in a vertical or upright position to the floor or ground surface.

FIG. 8 illustrates another implementation of an example platform assembly 800 of the material roll dispenser 100 according to the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 8, in some implementations, the platform assembly 800 comprises the same or similar components as the platform assembly 700 described above for FIG. 7.

In some implementations, the platform 801 of the platform assembly 800 further comprises a rectangular plate extension 802a extending from a left side 812 and a right side 813 of the rectangular plate 802 of the platform 801. In some implementations, the rectangular plate extension 802a extending from the rectangular plate 802 forms a cross-shaped rectangular plate of the platform 801.

In some implementations, the platform 801 of the platform assembly 800 further comprises a circular plate 804. In some implementations, the circular plate 804 is rotatably attached to the top surface of the platform 801. For example, in some implementations, the circular plate 804 is attached to the platform 801 on top of a circular bearing (not shown).

In some implementations, the circular plate 804 is configured to rotate parallel to the rectangular plate 802 of the platform 801 to form a rotatable platform. In some implementations, the rotatable platform 801 allows a roll of material vertically positioned on the platform assembly 800 to rotate for dispensing material from the roll.

In some implementations, the handle assembly 150 of the material roll dispenser 100 comprises a respective vertical attachment 210 and a handle attached to the vertical attachment 210. In some implementations, the handle assembly 150 allows the material roll dispenser 100 to be pushed, pulled, or held in a position using the handle of the handle assembly 150.

FIG. 9 illustrates an implementation of an example handle assembly 900 of the material roll dispenser 100 according to the present disclosure.

In some implementations, the handle 901 of the handle assembly 900 is attached to a fourth side 216 of the vertical attachment 210 opposite the third side 215.

In some implementations, the handle 901 is a c-shaped handle 901. In some implementations, the c-shaped handle 901 comprises a first segment of circular rod 901a perpendicularly extending from the fourth side 216. In some implementations, the c-shaped handle 901 also comprises a second segment of circular rod 901b perpendicularly extending from the fourth side 216 parallel to the first segment of circular rod 901a.

In some implementations, the c-shaped handle 901 also comprises a third segment of circular rod 901c extending between the first segment of circular rod 901a and the second segment of circular rod 901b parallel and opposite to the fourth side 216.

FIG. 10 illustrates another implementation of an example handle assembly 1000 of the material roll dispenser 100 according to the present disclosure. In some implementations, the handle 1001 of the handle assembly 1000 is attached to a fourth side 216 of the vertical attachment 210 opposite the third side 215.

In some implementations, the handle 1001 comprises a circular tube segment 1030 extending from the vertical attachment 210 perpendicular to the first side 212 and the second side 213 of the vertical attachment 210.

FIG. 11 illustrates an implementation of an example wheel assembly 1100 of the material roll dispenser 100 according to the present disclosure. In some implementations, the wheel assembly 1100 comprises a respective vertical attachment 210. In some implementations, the wheel assembly 1100 comprises an axle 1101 attached to the vertical attachment 210. In some implementations, the wheel assembly 1100 comprises a wheel 1102 attached adjacent to each end of the axle 1101.

In some implementations, the axle 1101 extends from the vertical attachment 210 perpendicular to the first side 212 and the second side 213 of the vertical attachment 210.

In some implementations, the axle 1101 is attached to a fourth side 216 of the vertical attachment 210 opposite the third side 215.

In some implementations, the wheel 1102 attached adjacent to each end of the axle 1101 is a solid wheel or a pneumatic wheel.

In some implementations, the wheel assembly 1100 allows the material roll dispenser 100 to be wheeled, rolled, or otherwise transported across a floor or ground surface, including while holding one or more rolls of materials.

FIGS. 12-17 illustrate various implementations of an example material roll dispenser 100 according to the present disclosure. The various implementations of material roll dispensers 1200-1700 show example configurations of the above described assemblies of the material roll dispenser 100, including holding example vertically positioned rolls of materials 250, 260 and horizontally positioned rolls of materials 270, 280.

In some implementations, the material roll dispenser 100 and/or the components of the material roll dispenser 100 comprise any suitable dimensions.

In some implementations, the material roll dispenser 100 and/or the components of the material roll dispenser 100 is composed of any suitable material. For example, in some implementations, the various rectangular tube components may be composed of perforated rectangular or square tube or tubing.

In some implementations, the material roll dispenser 100 and/or the components of the material roll dispenser 100 can have any suitable appearance.

In some implementations, an example method of using the material roll dispenser 100 comprises telescopingly positioning the assemblies onto the vertical member 110 and securing the assemblies with fasters inserted through the aligned adjacent openings, such a pin fastener.

In some implementations, the method further comprises loading one or more rolls of materials onto the roll dispensing assembly 100. In some implementations, the method further comprises holding the roll of material in a vertical orientation or a horizontal orientation with the roll dispensing assembly. In some implementations, the method further comprises dispensing the material from the rolls while the roll of material is held by the roll dispensing assembly.

In some implementations, the method further comprises standing the material roll dispenser 100 in a vertical position from a floor or ground surface with the platform assembly 140. In some implementations, the method further comprises wheeling the material roll dispenser 100 across the floor or ground surface with the wheel assembly 160. In some implementations, the method further comprises pushing, pulling, or holding the material roll dispenser 100 in a position with the handle assembly 150.

Details shown in the figures, such as dimensions, descriptions, etc., are exemplary, and there may be implementations of other suitable details according to the present disclosure.

Claims

1. A material roll dispenser for holding and dispensing rolls of materials, comprising:

a vertically oriented elongated rectangular tube having a plurality of openings through and aligned vertically along a first side of the elongated rectangular tube and an opposite, second side of the elongated rectangular tube, wherein the openings are further aligned in respective pairs horizontally between the first side and the second side;
a platform assembly comprising: a first of a plurality of rectangular tube segments, wherein: each of the rectangular tube segments has an opening through a first side of the rectangular tube segment and an opening through an opposite, second side of the rectangular tube segment, wherein the openings are aligned horizontally between the first side and the second side; and the rectangular tube segment is configured to telescopingly position onto the elongated rectangular tube, whereby: the first side of the rectangular tube segment positions parallel to the first side of the elongated rectangular tube; the second side of the rectangular tube segment positions parallel to the second side of the elongated rectangular tube; and the openings through the first side and the second side of the rectangular tube segment align with an adjacent respective pair of the openings through the first side and the second side of the elongated rectangular tube; and a platform comprising a rectangular plate attached to the first rectangular tube segment and extending from a third side of the first rectangular tube segment, wherein the platform is perpendicular to the first side, the second side, and the third side of the first rectangular tube segment;
a wheel assembly comprising: a second of the plurality of rectangular tube segments; an axle attached to the second rectangular tube segment and extending from the second rectangular tube segment perpendicular to the first side and the second side of the second rectangular tube segment; and a wheel attached adjacent to each end of the axle;
a handle assembly comprising: a third of the plurality of rectangular tube segments; and a handle attached to the third rectangular tube segment; and
a roll dispensing assembly comprising: a fourth of the plurality of rectangular tube segments; and a roll support assembly attached to the fourth rectangular tube segment and configured to hold a roll of material and allow the material to be dispensed from the roll, wherein the material is plastic bags, plastic sheeting, electrical wire, or electrical cable.

2. The material roll dispenser of claim 1, wherein:

the first rectangular tube segment of the platform assembly is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated rectangular tube adjacent to a bottom end of the elongated rectangular tube and is secured to the elongated rectangular tube by a first of a plurality of fasteners, wherein the first fastener extends through the openings through the first side and the second side of the first rectangular tube segment and an adjacent first respective pair of the openings through the first side and the second side of the elongated rectangular tube, and wherein the bottom end of the elongated rectangular tube faces downward when the elongated rectangular tube is in a vertical position;
the second rectangular tube segment of the wheel assembly is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated rectangular tube adjacent to the first rectangular tube segment of the platform assembly and is secured to the elongated rectangular tube by a second of the plurality of fasteners, wherein the second fastener extends through the openings through the first side and the second side of the second rectangular tube segment and an adjacent second respective pair of the openings through the first side and the second side of the elongated rectangular tube;
the third rectangular tube segment of the handle assembly is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated rectangular tube adjacent to a top end of the elongated rectangular tube opposite to the bottom end of the elongated rectangular tube and is secured to the elongated rectangular tube by a third of the plurality of fasteners, wherein the third fastener extends through the openings through the first side and the second side of the third rectangular tube segment and an adjacent third respective pair of the openings through the first side and the second side of the elongated rectangular tube; and
the fourth rectangular tube segment of the roll dispensing assembly is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated rectangular tube between the third rectangular tube segment of the handle assembly and the second rectangular tube segment of the wheel assembly and is secured to the elongated rectangular tube by a fourth of the plurality of fasteners, wherein the fourth fastener extends through the openings through the first side and the second side of the fourth rectangular tube segment and an adjacent fourth respective pair of the openings through the first side and the second side of the elongated rectangular tube;
wherein: the platform assembly stands the material roll dispenser in a vertical position from a floor or ground surface; the wheel assembly allows the material roll dispenser to be wheeled across the floor or ground surface; the handle assembly allows the material roll dispenser to be pushed, pulled, or held in a position using the handle of the handle assembly; and the roll dispensing assembly allows the material roll dispenser to hold the roll of material and dispense the material from the roll.

3. The material roll dispenser of claim 1, wherein the platform of the platform assembly further comprises a rectangular plate extension extending from a left side and a right side of the rectangular plate of the platform forming a cross-shaped rectangular plate.

4. The material roll dispenser of claim 1, wherein the platform of the platform assembly further comprises a circular plate rotatably attached to a top surface of the platform, wherein the top surface of the platform faces in an upward direction when the platform assembly is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated rectangular tube, and wherein the circular plate is configured to rotate parallel to the rectangular plate of the platform to form a rotatable platform.

5. The material roll dispenser of claim 1, wherein the platform of the platform assembly further comprises a projection extending from a top surface of the platform, wherein the top surface of the platform faces in an upward direction when the platform assembly is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated rectangular tube, and wherein the projection is configured to insert into an end of an opening extending through the roll of material to hold the roll of material in a vertical position.

6. The material roll dispenser of claim 1, wherein the platform of the platform assembly further comprises an opening through the platform configured to receive a fastener through the opening to secure the platform assembly to a floor or ground surface when the platform assembly is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated rectangular tube.

7. The material roll dispenser of claim 1, wherein:

the axle is attached to a fourth side of the second rectangular tube segment opposite the third side of the second rectangular tube segment; and
the wheel attached adjacent to each end of the axle is a solid wheel or a pneumatic wheel.

8. The material roll dispenser of claim 1, wherein the handle of the handle assembly is attached to a fourth side of the third rectangular tube segment opposite the third side of the third rectangular tube segment, and wherein the handle is a c-shaped handle comprising:

a first segment of circular rod perpendicularly extending from the fourth side;
a second segment of circular rod perpendicularly extending from the fourth side parallel to the first segment of circular rod; and
a third segment of circular rod extending between the first segment of circular rod and the second segment of circular rod parallel and opposite to the fourth side.

9. The material roll dispenser of claim 1, wherein the handle of the handle assembly is attached to a fourth side of the third rectangular tube segment opposite the third side of the third rectangular tube segment, and wherein the handle comprises a circular tube segment extending from the third rectangular tube segment perpendicular to the first side and the second side of the third rectangular tube segment.

10. The material roll dispenser of claim 1, wherein the roll support assembly of the roll dispensing assembly comprises:

a segment of rectangular tube perpendicularly extending from the third side of the fourth rectangular tube segment; and
a projection extending from a bottom side of the segment of rectangular tube of the roll support assembly, wherein the bottom side of the segment of rectangular tube of the roll support assembly faces in a downward direction when the roll dispensing assembly is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated rectangular tube, and wherein the projection is configured to insert into an end of an opening extending through the roll of material to hold the roll of material in a vertical position.

11. The material roll dispenser of claim 10, wherein the roll support assembly further comprises a second platform assembly comprising:

a fifth of the plurality of rectangular tube segments; and
a second platform comprising a rectangular plate attached to the fifth rectangular tube segment and extending from the third side of the fifth rectangular tube segment, wherein the platform is perpendicular to the first side, the second side, and the third side of the fifth rectangular tube segment.

12. The material roll dispenser of claim 10, wherein the roll support assembly further comprises a handle extending from a top side opposite the bottom side of the segment of rectangular tube of the roll support assembly, wherein the handle is configured to allow the material roll dispenser to be pushed, pulled, or held in a position using the handle.

13. The material roll dispenser of claim 10, wherein the roll support assembly further comprises a handle attached to a fourth side of the fourth rectangular tube segment opposite the third side of the fourth rectangular tube segment, wherein the handle is configured to allow the material roll dispenser to be pushed, pulled, or held in a position using the handle.

14. The material roll dispenser of claim 1, wherein the roll support assembly of the roll dispensing assembly comprises:

a segment of rectangular tube perpendicularly extending from the third side of the fourth rectangular tube segment; and
a segment of circular stock perpendicularly extending from a left side and an opposite, right side of the segment of rectangular tube of the roll support assembly;
wherein: the left side and the right side of the segment of rectangular tube of the roll support assembly face in a horizontal direction when the roll dispensing assembly is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated rectangular tube; the segment of circular stock is a segment of circular tube or a segment of circular rod; and the segment of circular stock is configured to insert through an opening extending through the roll of material to hold the roll of material in a horizontal position.

15. The material roll dispenser of claim 14, wherein the roll support assembly of the roll dispensing assembly further comprises a material guide that comprises:

a fifth of the plurality of rectangular tube segments;
an elongated segment of rectangular tube perpendicularly extending from the third side of the fifth rectangular tube segment; and
a plurality of circular rings attached to the elongated segment of rectangular tube opposite the third side of the fifth rectangular tube segment, wherein the respective opening through each of the circular rings extends parallel to the sides of the elongated segment of rectangular tube and is configured to receive the material through the opening;
wherein the material guide is configured to guide the material when the material is dispensed from the roll that is held by the roll support assembly when the roll dispensing assembly is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated rectangular tube.

16. The material roll dispenser of claim 1, wherein the roll support assembly of the roll dispensing assembly comprises:

an elongated segment of rectangular tube attached to the third side of the fourth rectangular tube segment and extending from the fourth rectangular tube segment perpendicular to the first side and the second side of the fourth rectangular tube segment, wherein: the elongated segment of rectangular tube has a plurality of openings through and aligned horizontally along a top side of the elongated segment of rectangular tube and an opposite, bottom side of the elongated segment of rectangular tube, wherein the openings are further aligned in respective pairs vertically between the top side and the bottom side of the elongated segment of rectangular tube; and the top side of the elongated segment of rectangular tube faces in an upward direction when the roll dispensing assembly is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated rectangular tube;
a pair of horizontal supports, wherein each horizontal support comprises: a horizontal rectangular tube segment having an opening through a top side of the horizontal rectangular tube segment and an opening through an opposite, bottom side of the horizontal rectangular tube segment, wherein the openings are aligned vertically between the top side and the bottom side; and the horizontal rectangular tube segment is configured to telescopingly position onto the elongated segment of rectangular tube, whereby: the top side of the horizontal rectangular tube segment positions parallel to the top side of the elongated segment of rectangular tube; the bottom side of the horizontal rectangular tube segment positions parallel to the bottom side of the elongated segment of rectangular tube; and the openings through the top side and the bottom side of the horizontal rectangular tube segment align with an adjacent respective pair of the openings through the top side and the bottom side of the elongated segment of rectangular tube; and an elongated segment of rectangular bar extending from the horizontal rectangular tube segment perpendicular to the third side of the horizontal rectangular tube segment, wherein the elongated segment of rectangular bar comprises an upward facing concave shaped end opposite the horizontal rectangular tube segment; and
an elongated segment of circular tube configured to rotatably rest within the concave shaped end of the elongated segment of rectangular bar of the horizontal supports and to insert through an opening extending through the roll of material to hold the roll of material in a horizontal position while resting in the concave shaped end of the elongated segment of rectangular bar of the horizontal supports;
wherein the horizontal supports are configured to support the elongated segment of circular tube while inserted through the opening extending through the roll of material to hold the roll of material in a horizontal position while resting in the concave shaped end of the elongated segment of rectangular bar of the horizontal supports when the horizontal supports are telescopingly positioned onto the elongated segment of rectangular tube and the roll dispensing assembly is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated rectangular tube.

17. The material roll dispenser of claim 16, wherein:

the horizontal rectangular tube segment of each horizontal support is telescopingly positioned onto the elongated segment of rectangular tube of the roll support assembly adjacent to the first side and the second side of the fourth rectangular tube segment respectively and is secured to the elongated segment of rectangular tube by a fastener that extends through the openings through the top side and the bottom side of the horizontal rectangular tube segment and an adjacent respective pair of the openings through the top side and the bottom side of the elongated segment of rectangular tube; and
the elongated segment of circular tube rotatably rests within the concave shaped end of the elongated segment of rectangular bar of the horizontal supports.

18. A method of using the material roll dispenser of claim 1, comprising:

telescopingly positioning the first rectangular tube segment of the platform assembly onto the elongated rectangular tube adjacent to a bottom end of the elongated rectangular tube and securing the first rectangular tube segment thereto by inserting a first of a plurality of fasteners through the openings through the first side and the second side of the first rectangular tube segment and an adjacent first respective pair of the openings through the first side and the second side of the elongated rectangular tube, wherein the bottom end of the elongated rectangular tube faces downward when the elongated rectangular tube is in a vertical position;
telescopingly positioning the second rectangular tube segment of the wheel assembly onto the elongated rectangular tube adjacent to the first rectangular tube segment of the platform assembly and securing the second rectangular tube segment thereto by inserting a second of the plurality of fasteners through the openings through the first side and the second side of the second rectangular tube segment and an adjacent second respective pair of the openings through the first side and the second side of the elongated rectangular tube;
telescopingly positioning the third rectangular tube segment of the handle assembly onto the elongated rectangular tube adjacent to a top end of the elongated rectangular tube opposite to the bottom end of the elongated rectangular tube and securing the third rectangular tube segment thereto by inserting a third of the plurality of fasteners through the openings through the first side and the second side of the third rectangular tube segment and an adjacent third respective pair of the openings through the first side and the second side of the elongated rectangular tube; and
telescopingly positioning the fourth rectangular tube segment of the roll dispensing assembly onto the elongated rectangular tube between the third rectangular tube segment of the handle assembly and the second rectangular tube segment of the wheel assembly and securing the third rectangular tube segment thereto by inserting a fourth of the plurality of fasteners through the openings through the first side and the second side of the fourth rectangular tube segment and an adjacent fourth respective pair of the openings through the first side and the second side of the elongated rectangular tube.

19. The method of claim 18, further comprising:

loading the roll of material onto the roll dispensing assembly;
holding the roll of material in a vertical orientation or a horizontal orientation with the roll dispensing assembly; and
dispensing the material from the roll while the roll of material is held by the roll dispensing assembly.

20. The method of claim 18, further comprising:

standing the material roll dispenser in a vertical position from a floor or ground surface with the platform assembly;
wheeling the material roll dispenser across the floor or ground surface with the wheel assembly; or
pushing, pulling, or holding the material roll dispenser in a position with the handle assembly.
