BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION Field of Invention

The present invention relates to pillow, and more particularly to a rollable pillow and furling method thereof, wherein the rollable pillow can be conveniently furled, so that it is convenient for a user to carry and store.

Description of Related Arts

Neck pillows are more and more popularly introduced to various occasions in people's lives. For example, while resting in an office, travelling by car or travelling by airplane, people prefer to use the neck pillows as tools to help them to reset or reduce the fatigue of their necks.

The neck pillows are usually made of some elastic materials, such as memory foams. The neck pillow suffers a pressure force and generates elastic deformation when used, but returns to its original shape when the pressure force is removed. In order to meet an essential support need, the neck pillow is usually constructed to have a predetermined structure, such as a u-shaped structure, and has a relatively large volume.

The uses of the neck pillows may be needed at anytime and anywhere. For example, in the office, when the user feels tired, the neck pillow can be placed on a shoulder to help the user in a sitting state to support the neck for a short break, so as to recover quickly. For example, while travelling by car or by airplane, people are usually limited to in an upright sitting position, so the neck is maintained a posture for a long time. When the user wants to have a reset, the upright sitting position results in a greater pressure suffered by the neck. Therefore, during the travelling, people can place the neck pillow on the shoulder to withstand and share the pressure suffered by the neck. That is to say, it is desired for people that the neck pillow can be used at anytime or be placed within reach when it is required to used, which can be conveniently and quickly taken for use, rather than being stored by a complicated method or being stored in a bag or suitcase with multiple packaging layers.

In order to meet the need of people for using at anytime and anywhere, the neck pillow is usually in an unfolded state, which is continuously maintained in a state for using and with a relatively large volume. However, the unfolded state is not convenient for the user to carry and place, and needs to occupy a relatively large space. Due to inconvenient placement, the user sometimes has to place the neck pillow around the neck all the time. For example, while going to take the train of the airplane, the user has to walk with the neck pillow around the neck, which is not liked by the user.

On the other hand, since the neck pillow is an elastic member, during storing, the neck pillow will return to the state with the relatively large volume after an external force is removed and vanished, so the user must overcome an elastic force or find something extra to keep the neck pillow in a constriction state. The user needs to spend more energy for storing the neck pillow, so the user gives up storing or has to give up carrying the neck pillow during the travelling.

In addition, because the shape of the neck pillow is relatively irregular and has a three-dimensional structure, the neck pillow is not easily to be stored as a regular object or a flat object. The user always cannot find a suitable way to quickly store it.

Therefore, the above-mentioned terminologies shall not be interpreted as confine to the present invention.

Referring to the FIG. 1A to FIG. 6, a rollable pillow 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The rollable pillow 100 comprises a pillow body 110 and a constriction assembly 120, wherein the constriction assembly 120 is arranged at the pillow body 110 for constricting the pillow body 110.

The pillow body 110 has a first end 111, a second end 112, and a main body 113 which is extended between the first end 111 and the second end 112.

The rollable pillow 100 has an open state 101. In the open state 101, the first end 111 and the second end 112 are away from each other, as shown in FIG. 1A. The rollable pillow 100 has a closed state 102. In the closed state 102, the first end 111 and the second end 112 are adjacent to each other to form a closed state, as shown in FIG. 1B. The rollable pillow 100 has a furled state. In the furled state, the first end 111 is laminated around the second end 112, as shown in FIG. 1C. The rollable pillow 100 can be changed between the open state 101, the closed state 102 and the furled state 103 to adapt to different usage needs.

The pillow body 110 can be made of every suitable flexible material to facilitate bend and deformation, so as to change between the open state 101, the closed state 102 and the furled state 103, and to be suitable to touch a body part. Preferably, the pillow body 110 can be made of elastic flexible materials, such as memory foams, so that the pillow body 110 can return to its original state after being deformed.

The main body 113 has an inner side 1131 and an outer side 1132. In an embodiment of the present invention, in the open state 101, the inner side 1131 and the outer side 1132 are extended substantially linearly to form a linear support structure 104 for a user U needing a linear support, such as lying temporarily and lying prone with a support of arms, as shown in FIG. 1A and FIG. 4. In an embodiment of the present invention, in the closed state, the inner side 1131 and the outer side 1132 are bended towards the inner side 1131 to form an arc support structure 105 for supporting a specific body part of the user U, such as a neck. While used, the inner side 1131 is adjacent to the body part of the user U, such as the neck, and the outer side 1132 is away from the body part thereof, as shown in FIG. 1B and FIG. 5. In an embodiment, in the furled state 103, starting from one of the two ends of the pillow body 110, the outer side 1132 is rolled up along the inner side 1131 to form a laminated furling structure 106. Specially, in the furled state 103, the pillow body 110 is arranged to a substantially circular laminated surrounding structure, so that the pillow body 110 is converted from a relatively larger volume when the pillow body 110 is unfolded and extended, to a relatively smaller volume when the pillow body 110 is furled for convenient carrying and storage, as shown in FIG. 1C and FIG. 6. In the closed state 102, an entrance 1101 is formed between the first end 111 and the second 112, and the inner side 1131 defines an annular enclosing room 1102 to surround the body part of the user U, such as the neck. In other words, in the furled state, the rollable pillow 100 can be furled towards the annular enclosing room 1102 based on an extending form thereof, so that the annular enclosing room 1102 of the rollable pillow 100 can be filled to sufficiently reduce the space occupied.

The constriction assembly 120 constricts the pillow body 110 in the furled state 103, so that the pillow body 110 is held in the furled state 103. In one embodiment of the present invention, the constriction assembly 120 comprises a first joining member 121 and a second joining member 122. In the furled state 103, the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 are jointed and extended towards two opposite direction along the outer side 1132 to form a closed constricting structure 1201, so that the laminated furling structure 106 of the pillow body 110 is constricted in the closed constricting structure 1201 so as to stably maintain the furled state 103. Specially, when used, the user U rolls the pillow body 110 up to form the laminated furling structure 106, so that the laminated furling structure 106 is tightly laminated. At this time, the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 are extended towards two opposite directions along the outer side 1132 and surround the laminated furling structure 106 with the relatively small volume.

The first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 which are extended towards two opposite directions along the outer side 1132 may be embodied as a variety of joining members which are suitable for maintaining the laminated furling structure 106, such as button members, hooks, buckles and insertion buckles. Preferably, the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 are embodied as a set of insertion buckle members. The constriction assembly 120 further comprises a constriction strap 124, wherein the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122 is arranged at the constriction strap 124. The first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122 is arranged in a manner that the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122 can be moved along the constriction strap 124, so as to adjust a tightness of the constriction. If the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 are embodied as the insertion buckle members, when needing furling, the user U just needs to connect first joining member 121 to the second joining member 122 via an elastic structure thereof and then the first joining member 121 is automatically inserted into the second joining member 122 or the second joining member 122 is automatically inserted into the first joining member 121 to forming a stable joining structure without complex operation process, as shown inFIG. 2. when needing to release the laminated furling structure, the user U only needs to gently press an insertion end of the first joining member 121 or of the second joining member 122, and the first joining member 121 is automatically separated from the second joining member 122, or the second joining member 122 is automatically separated from the first joining member 121, so that the pillow body 110 is naturally stretched via its own elasticity without unnecessary operations. That is to say, when opening and releasing the laminated furling structure 106 of the rollable pillow 100, the user U can open the rollable pillow 100 for use by performing a simple pressing operation, as shown in FIG. 3.

The constriction assembly 120 can be arranged at any suitable position where the constriction assembly 120 can constrict the laminated furling structure 106 in the furled state 103. In one embodiment, the constriction assembly 120 is arranged to be adjacent to the first end 111 at the pillow body 110. In one embodiment, the constriction assembly 120 is arranged at the first end 111. In one embodiment, the constriction assembly 120 is arranged at the first end 111. Preferably, the constriction assembly 120 is arranged at the first end 111 of the pillow body 110, wherein the first end 111 is extended forwards along the outer side 1132 via a pull of the constriction assembly 120 during furling to further constrict the laminated furling structure 106, so that the volume of the laminated furling structure 106 is further smaller. And it prevents the first end 111 from freely dispersing via the elastic force of the pillow body 110 by the constriction assembly 120 pulling the first end 111 along the outer side 1132. Preferably, the constriction assembly 120 is arranged at the first end 111 adjacent to the outer side 1132, so that a force point of the constriction assembly 120 is adjacent to the outer side 1132, and the rollable pillow 100 is wholly compressed and furled inwardly from the outer side 1132.

It is mentioning that when the rollable pillow 100 is in the furled state 103, the outer side 1132 is furled inwardly following along the inner side 1131 to form the stable laminated structure. And when the constriction assembly 120 constricts the laminated furling structure 106, a curly form defined by outer side 1132 is constricted, and a constriction direction is substantially in an uniform plane with a extending direction of the first end 111. Therefore, the constriction assembly 120 directly resists the elastic force generated by the stretch of the rollable pillow 100 to make the laminated furling structure 106 in a stable state to reduce the free dispersion of the rollable pillow 100 led by an unbalanced force.

In one embodiment, the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 of the constriction assembly 120 are arranged at the same position. When the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 are coupled in a manner that the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 are extended in opposite directions, a substantially closed annular structure is formed. In one embodiment, the first joining member 121 is arranged at the first end 11 via the constriction strap 124. That is to say, while forming the furled state 103, the constriction strap 124 is wound from the first end 111 along the outer side 1132 until it is engaged with the second joining member 122.

Correspondingly, in one embodiment, the second joining member 122 can be arranged at the first end 111 by the constriction strap 124. While forming the furled state 103, the constriction strap 124 of the second joining member 122 and the constriction strap 124 of the first joining member 121 are extended along the outer side in opposite directions until the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 are coupled to form the closed constricting structure 1201. For example but not limited, the first joining member 121 and the constriction strap 124 thereof are extended towards a front of the first end 111, and the second joining member 122 is extended towards the opposite direction of the extending direction of the first end 111.

Preferably, the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 are respectively arranged at the same position of the first end 111 of the pillow body 110 via one of the constriction straps 124, so that while manufactured, the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 can be fixed to the pillow body 110 by one process without being fixed separately. Therefore, the manufacturing process is simple. The first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 are respectively fixed at the same position by the constriction straps 124. That is, the force point of the first joining member 121 and the force of the second joining member 122 are at the same position. When the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 are joined in the manner that the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 are extended in two opposite directions, the first joining member 121, the second joining member 122 and the corresponding constriction straps 124 form a substantially closed annular structure, so that a whole circumference of the outer side 1132 of the laminated furling structure 106 can suffer a direct constriction force, and the constriction force is stronger, and the volume furled is smaller.

In one embodiment, the constriction strap 124 is a non-elastic member to more tightly constrict the rollable pillow 100. The first joining member 121, the second joining member 122 and the constriction straps 124 are joined together to constrict at least a portion of the outer side 1132 of the laminated constriction structure 106. By the elasticity of the pillow body 110, the constriction straps 124, the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 compress the pillow body 110 at a constriction position, and are tightly embedded into the outer side of the laminated constriction structure 106 to stably join with the laminated constriction structure 106.

The constriction assembly 120 further comprises a third joining member 123. The third joining member 123 is cooperatively coupled with the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122, so that the rollable pillow 100 can form theclosed state. That is to say, when the third joining member 123 is coupled with the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122, the first end 111 and the second end 112 approach each other, and the entrance 1101 between the first end 111 and the second end 112 is narrowed by the joining of the third joining member 123 and the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122, so that when used, the inner side 1131 is closer to the body part of the user U.

It is worth mentioning that in this embodiment of the present invention, the rollable pillow 100 in the open state 101 has a substantially linear extending structure, but is bended by the joining of the third joining member 123 and the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122 to form an arc support structure 105 suitable for supporting the neck to change between various support forms. Further, when supported at the neck of the user U, the joining of the third joining member 123 and the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122 forms a closed annular form, thereby making the pillow body 110 fit for the neck and preventing the rollable pillow 10o from falling off the neck of the user U, as shown in FIG. 5.

Further, the third joining member 123 can be arranged at any position where the first end 111 and the second end 112 can approach each other. In one embodiment, the third joining member 123 is arranged at the outer side 1132. In one embodiment, the third joining member 123 is arranged at the position adjacent to the second end 112. Preferably, the third joining member 123 is arranged at the second end 112, so that the third joining member 123 can be directly coupled with the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122 for the face to face approaching of the first end 111 and the second end 112. Preferably, the third joining member 123 is arranged at the second end 112 adjacent to the outer side 1132, so that the force point is adjacent to the outer side 1132. Preferably, the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 of the constriction assembly 120 and the third joining member 123 are respectively arranged at the corresponding positions of the first end 111 and the second end 112, so that when the third joining member 123 is coupled with the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122, the first end 111 and the second end 112 approach to each other in a face to face manner.

It is worth mentioning that it makes the inner side 1131 of the rollable pillow 100 be closer to the body part needing support of the user U by the joining of the third joining member 123 and the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122. For example, when used for supporting the neck, the entrance 1101 is located adjacent to a chest of the user U. If the first end 111 and the second end 112 are far from each other, when the user U lowers his/her head, a lower jaw located at the entrance 1101 will not be supported by the pillow body 110. Or when the first end 111 and the second end 112 are applied with the pressure force, the entrance 1101 will be enlarged. But when the third joining member 123 is coupled with the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122, a distance between the first end 111 and the second end 112 is narrowed to narrow the entrance 1101. Therefore, the pillow body 110 adjacent to the first end 111 and the second end 112 is closer to the lower jaw of the user U, and when the first end 111 and the second end 112 are applied with a force, the third joining member 123 and the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122 are strained, so that the entrance 1101 between the first end 111 and the second end 112 will not be enlarged to provide better support for the user U lowering his/her head.

Further, the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122 can be arranged to move along the constriction straps 124, and be located at different positions to respectively adapt to a length requirement of the joining of the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 when the rollable pillow 100 is in the furled state 103, and adapt to a length requirement of the joining of the third joining member 123 and the first joining member 121 or the second joining member 122 when the rollable pillow 100 is in the closed state 102. For example, when needing to form the furled state 103, the first joining member 121 is moved to a distal end 1242 of the constriction strap 124, so that the first joining member 121 can constrict the rollable pillow 100 via the extending of the constriction strap 124. When needing to form the closed state, the first joining member 121 is moved to a proximal end 1241 of the constriction strap 124 for the approaching of the first joining member 121 to the first end 111, so that when the first joining member 121 and the third joining member 123 are joined, the first end 111 and the second end 112 are closer.

Further, the constriction assembly 120 comprises an assistance holding member 125. The assistance holding member 125 is arranged in cooperation with the constriction strap 124, so as for suspending and storing the rollable pillow 100 when the rollable pillow 100 is rolled up, as shown in FIG. 6. For example, the assistance holding member 125 can be movably arranged in a closed loop formed by the corresponding constriction strap 124 simultaneously with the second joining member 122, so that the assistance holding member 125 and the second joining member 122 can be moved freely without affecting each other. And the assistance holding member 125 and the second joining member 122 are mounted one time during manufacturing, and do not need to be separately fixed to simplify the manufacturing process. It isworth mentioning that when the rollable pillow is in the open state 101, the volume thereof is relatively large and not convenient to carry, and the user U needs the rollable pillow 100 can be opened at anytime for use. In the present invention, when the user U needs to use, the rollable pillow 100 is in the open state 101 or the closed state 102 to support the body part of the user U for rest. When not in use, the user U can roll the outer side 1132 of the rollable pillow 100 up along the inner side to form the laminated furling structure 106, and constrict by the constriction assembly 120 to define the form of the laminated furling structure 106 to form a substantially circular shape with the small volume, which can be conveniently placed in a pocket or a duffel bag. If the user U does not want to be placed inside the pocket or the duffel bag, the user U can suspend the rollable pillow 100 by the assistance holding member 125, such as hanging the rollable pillow 100 on a side of a backpack without occupying extra space, to carry conveniently. When needed, the user U can take the rollable pillow 100 from the side of the backpack, and perform a simple pressing operation on the constriction assembly 120, and the first joining member 121 and the second joining member 122 will be automatically separated from each other. The rollable pillow 100 is freely stretched via its own elastic force in a state where the user U can use at any time. In this way, the rollable pillow 100 satisfies the needs of the user U to conveniently store and use at anytime.

Referring to FIG. 7A to FIG. 10, a second embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The rollable pillow 200 comprises a pillow body 210 and a constriction assembly 220, wherein the constriction assembly 220 is arranged at the pillow body 210 for constricting the pillow body 210.

The pillow body 210 has a first end 211, a second end 212, and a main body 213 which is extended between the first end 211 and the second end 212.

The rollable pillow 200 has an open state 201. In the open state 201, the first end 211 and the second end 212 are away from each other to form an entrance 2201. The rollable pillow 200 has a closed state 202. In the closed state 202, the first end 211 and the second end 212 are adjacent to form a closed state. The rollable pillow 200 has a furled state. In the furled state, the first end 211 is laminated around the second end 212. The rollable pillow 200 can be changed between the open state 201, the closed state 202 and the furled state 203 to adapt to different usage needs.

The pillow body 210 can be made of every suitable flexible material to facilitate bend and deformation, so as to change between the open state 201, the closed state 202 and/or the furled state 203, and to be suitable to touch a body part. Preferably, the pillow body 210 can be made of elastic flexible materials, such as memory foams, so that the pillow body 210 can return to its original state from a deformed state.

The main body 213 has an inner side 2131 and an outer side 2132. In an embodiment of the present invention, in the open state 201 and the closed state 202, the inner side 2131 and the outer side 2132 are bended towards the inner side 2131 to be extended in a substantially arc-shape to form an arc support structure 205 for supporting a specific body part of the user U, such as a neck. The closed state 202 is closer to the inner side than the open state 201. That is, the first side and the second side are more curved inwardly. While used, the inner side 2131 is adjacent to the body part of the user U, such as the neck, and the outer side 2132 is away from the body part thereof, as shown in FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B. The inner side 2131 defines an annular enclosing room 2202 at an inside thereof to receive the body part of the user U, such as the neck. The entrance 2201 is communicated with the annular enclosing room 2202, so that when used, the neck can be into the annular enclosing room 2202 via the entrance 2201, so that the main body 213 is arranged on the shoulder of the user U and surrounds the neck. Of course, the arc support structure 205 of the pillow body 210 can also be used to support other body parts of the user U, such as a back and a waist. One skilled in the art will understand that the support way of the arc support structure 205 is not intended to be limiting.

In an embodiment, in the furled state 203, starting from one of the two ends of the pillow body 210, the outer side 2132 is rolled up round the inner side 2131 to form a laminated furling structure 206. Specially, in the furled state 203, the pillow body 210 is arranged to a substantially circular laminated surrounding structure, so that the pillow body 210 is converted from a relatively larger volume when the pillow body 210 is unfolded and extended, to a relatively smaller volume when the pillow body 210 is furled for convenient carrying and storage, as shown in FIG. 7C. That is to say, in the furled state, the annular enclosing room 2202 of the inner side 2131 of the pillow body 210 is filled by the main body 213 in a manner that the main body 213 is generally rolled up in layers to reduce the space of the main body 213. In other words, in the furled state 203, the rollable pillow 200 can be furled towards the annular enclosing room 2202 thereof based on a extending form thereof, so that the annular enclosing room 2202 of the rollable pillow 200 is filled to sufficiently reduce the space occupied.

It is worth mentioning that the main body 213 has an arc elastic structure. While furled, starting from one of the two ends, the outer side 2132 is rolled up inwardly with the inner side 2131 to form a laminated furling structure 206. That is to say, while furled, the pillow body 210 is rolled up along a curling direction of the extending form thereof and following its bending tendency to reduce damage to its original form.

The constriction assembly 220 constricts the pillow body 220 in the furled state 203 to make the pillow body 210 is maintained in the furled state 203. In one embodiment of the present invention, the constriction assembly 220 comprises a first joining member 221 and a second joining member 222. In the furled state 203, the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are joined and extended towards two opposite directions along the outer side 2132 to form a closed constricting structure 2201, so that the laminated furling structure 206 of the pillow body 210 is constricted in the closed constricting structure 2201 so as to stably maintain the furled state 203. Specially, when used, the user U rolls the pillow body 210 up to form the laminated furling structure 206, so that the laminated furling structure 206 is tightly laminated. At this time, the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are extended towards two opposite directions along the outer side 2132 and surround the laminated furling structure 206 with the relatively small volume.

The first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are extended towards two opposite directions along the outer side 2132 may be embodied as a variety of joining members which are suitable for maintaining the laminated furling structure 206, such as button members, hooks, buckles, insertion buckles, snap buttons and magnet buckles. Preferably, the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are embodied as a set of insertion buckle members. The constriction assembly 220 further comprises a constriction strap 224, wherein the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222 is arranged at the constriction strap 224. The first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222 is arranged in a manner that the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222 can be moved along the constriction strap 224, so as to adjust a tightness of the constriction. If the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are embodied as the insertion buckle members, when needing furling, the user U just needs to connect first joining member 221 to the second joining member 222 via a elastic structure thereof, and then the first joining member 221 is automatically inserted into the second joining member 222 or the second joining member 222 is automatically inserted into the first joining member 221 to forming a stable joining structure without complex operation process, as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9. when needing to release the laminated furling structure, the user U only needs to gently press an insertion end of the first joining member 221 or of the second joining member 222, and the first joining member 221 is automatically separated from the second joining member 222, or the second joining member 222 is automatically separated from the first joining member 221, so that the pillow body 210 are naturally stretched via its own elasticity without unnecessary operations. That is to say, when opening and releasing the laminated furling structure 206 of the rollable pillow 200, the user U can open the rollable pillow 200 for use by performing a simple pressing operation, as shown in FIG. 10.

The constriction assembly 220 can be arranged at any suitable position where the constriction assembly 220 can constrict the laminated furling structure 206 in the furled state 203. In one embodiment, the first joining member 221 and/or the second joining member of the constriction assembly 220 are arranged adjacent to the first end 211 at the pillow body 210. In one embodiment, the first joining member 221 and/or the second joining member of the constriction assembly 220 are arranged at the first end 211. In one embodiment, he first joining member 221 and/or the second joining member of the constriction assembly 220 are arranged at the first end 211 of the pillow body 210. Preferably, the first joining member 221 and/or the second joining member of the constriction assembly 220 are arranged at the first end 211 of the pillow body 210, wherein the first end 211 is extended forwards along the outer side 2132 via a pull of the first joining member 221 of the constriction assembly 220 during furling to further constrict the laminated furling structure 206, so that the volume of the laminated furling structure 206 is further smaller. And it prevents the first end 211 from freely dispersing via the elastic force of the pillow body 210 by the constriction assembly 220 pulling the first end 211 along the outer side 2132. Preferably, the first joining member 221 of the constriction assembly 220 is arranged at the first end 211 adjacent to the outer side 2132, so that a force point of the constriction assembly 220 is adjacent to the outer side 2132, and the rollable pillow 200 is wholly compressed and furled inwardly from the outer side 2132. When furled, starting from the second end 212, the outer side 2132 is surrounded and rolled up following the inner side 2131 to form the laminated furling structure 206. The first end is superposed on the outer side 2132. And then the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 at the first end 211 are extended and surrounded in two opposite directions along the outer side 2132 to couple with each other to form the closed constriction structure 2201 which constricts at the outer side 2132 of the laminated furling structure 206.

It is mentioning that when the rollable pillow 200 is in the furled state 203, the outer side 2132 is furled inwardly following the inner side 2131 to form the stable laminated structure. And when the constriction assembly 220 constricts the laminated furling structure 206, a curly form defined by outer side 2132 is constricted, and a constriction direction is substantially in an uniform plane with a extending direction of the first end 211. Therefore, the constriction assembly 220 directly resists the elastic force generated by the stretch of the rollable pillow 200 to make the laminated furling structure 206 in a stable state to reduce the free dispersion of the rollable pillow 200 led by an unbalanced force.

In one embodiment, the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 of the constriction assembly 220 are arranged at the same position. When the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are coupled in a manner that the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are extended in opposite directions, a substantially closed annular structure is formed. In one embodiment, the first joining member 221 is arranged at the first end 211 via the constriction strap 224. That is to say, while forming the furled state 203, the constriction strap 224 is entwined from the first end 211 along the outer side 2132 until it is engaged with the second joining member 222.

Correspondingly, in one embodiment, the second joining member 222 can be arranged at the first end 211 by the constriction strap 224. While forming the furled state 203, the constriction strap 224 of the second joining member 222 and the constriction strap 224 of the first joining member 221 are extended along the outer side in opposite directions until the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are coupled to form the closed constricting structure 2201. For example but not limited, the first joining member 221 and the constriction strap 224 thereof are extended towards a front of the first end 211, and the second joining member 222 is extended towards the opposite direction of the first end 211 extended.

Preferably, the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are respectively arranged at the same position of the first end 211 of the pillow body 210 via one of the constriction straps 224, so that while manufactured, the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 can be fixed to the pillow body 210 by one single process without being fixed separately. Therefore, the manufacturing process is simple. The first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are respectively fixed at the same position by the constriction straps 224. That is, the force point of the first joining member 221 and the force of the second joining member 222 are at the same position. When the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are joined in the manner that the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are extended in two opposite directions, the first joining member 221, the second joining member 222 and the corresponding constriction straps 224 form a substantially closed annular structure, so that a whole circumference of the outer side 2132 of the laminated furling structure 206 can suffer a direct constriction force, and the constriction force is stronger, and the volume furled is smaller.

In one embodiment, the constriction strap 224 is a non-elastic member to more tightly constrict the rollable pillow 200. The first joining member 221, the second joining member 222 and the constriction straps 224 are joined together to constrict at least a portion of the outer side 2132 of the laminated constriction structure 206. By the elasticity of the pillow body 210, the constriction straps 224, the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 compress the pillow body 210 at a constriction position, and be tightly embedded into the outer side of the laminated constriction structure 206 to stably join with the laminated constriction structure 206.

The constriction assembly 220 further comprises a third joining member 223. The third joining member 223 is cooperatively coupled with the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222, so that the rollable pillow 200 can form the closed state. That is to say, when the third joining member 223 is coupled with the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222, the first end 211 and the second end 212 approach each other, and the entrance 2201 between the first end 211 and the second end 212 is narrowed by the joining of the third joining member 223 and the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222.

It is worth mentioning that in this embodiment of the present invention, the rollable pillow 200 in the open state 201 has a substantially arc extending structure, but is bended more inwardly by the joining of the third joining member 223 and the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222 to form the arc support structure 205 suitable for supporting the neck to change between various support forms. Further, when supported at the neck of the user U, the joining of the third joining member 223 and the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222 forms a closed annular form, thereby making the pillow body 210 fit for the neck and preventing the rollable pillow 10o from falling off the neck of the user U.

Further, the third joining member 223 can be arranged at any position where the first end 211 and the second end 212 can approach each other. In one embodiment, the third joining member 223 is arranged at the outer side 2132. In one embodiment, the third joining member 223 is arranged at the position adjacent to the second end 212. Preferably, the third joining member 223 is arranged at the second end 212, so that the third joining member 223 can be directly coupled with the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222 for the face to face approaching of the first end 211 and the second end 212. Preferably, the third joining member 223 is arranged at the second end 212 adjacent to the outer side 2132, so that the force point is adjacent to the outer side 2132. Preferably, the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 of the constriction assembly 220 and the third joining member 223 are respectively arranged at the corresponding positions of the first end 211 and the second end 212, so that when the third joining member 223 is coupled with the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222, the first end 211 and the second end 212 are approached face to face.

It is worth mentioning that it makes the inner side 2131 of the rollable pillow 200 is closer to the body part needing support of the user U by the joining of the third joining member 223 and the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222. For example, when used, the entrance 2201 is located adjacent to a chest of the user U. When the first end 211 and the second end 212 are far from each other, and the user U lowers his/her head, a lower jaw located at the entrance 2201 will not be supported by the pillow body 210. Or when the first end 211 and the second end 212 are applied with the pressure force, the entrance 2201 will be enlarged. But when the third joining member 223 is coupled with the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222, a distance between the first end 211 and the second end 212 is narrowed to narrow the entrance 2201. Therefore, the pillow body 210 adjacent to the first end 211 and the second end 212 is closer to the lower jaw of the user U. and when the first end 211 and the second end 212 are applied with a force, the third joining member 223 and the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222 are strained, so that the entrance 2201 between the first end 211 and the second end 212 will not be enlarged to provide better support for the user U lowering his/her head.

Further, the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222 can be arranged to move along the constriction straps 224, and be located at different positions to respectively adapt to a length requirement of the joining of the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 when the rollable pillow 200 is in the furled state 203, and adapt to a length requirement of the joining of the third joining member 223 and the first joining member 221 or the second joining member 222 when the rollable pillow 200 is in the closed state 202. For example, when needing to form the furled state 203, the first joining member 221 is moved to a distal end of the constriction strap 224, so that the first joining member 221 can constrict the rollable pillow 200 via the extending of the constriction strap 224. When needing to form the closed state, the first joining member 221 is moved to a proximal end of the constriction strap 224 for the approaching of the first joining member 221 to the first end 211, so that when the first joining member 221 and the third joining member 223 are joined, the first end 211 and the second end 212 are closer.

It is worth mentioning that in one embodiment, the rollable pillow dose not has the closed state 202. The is, the pillow body 210 is not arranged with the third joining member 223. In the open state 201, the arc support structure 205 of the pillow body 210 can meet the support needs. One skilled in the art will understand that the arrangement of the third joining member 223 is not intended to be limiting.

Further, the constriction assembly 220 comprises an assistance holding member 225. The assistance holding member 225 is arranged in cooperation with the constriction strap 224, so as for suspending and storing the rollable pillow 200 when the rollable pillow 200 is rolled up, as shown in FIG. 7C. It is worth mentioning that when the rollable pillow is in the open state 201, the volume thereof is relatively large and not convenient to carry, and the user U needs the rollable pillow 200 can be opened at anytime for use. In the present invention, when the user U needs to use, the rollable pillow 200 is in the open state 201 or the closed state 202 to support the body part of the user U for rest. When not in use, the user U can roll the outer side 2132 of the rollable pillow 200 up along the inner side to form the laminated furling structure 206, and constrict by the constriction assembly 220 to define the form of the laminated furling structure 206 to form a substantially circular shape with the small volume, which can be conveniently placed in a pocket or a duffel bag. If the user U does not want to be placed inside the pocket or the duffel bag, the user U can suspend the rollable pillow 200 by the assistance holding member 225, such as hanging the rollable pillow 200 on a side of a backpack without occupying extra space, to carry conveniently. When needed, the user U can take the rollable pillow 200 from the side of the backpack, and perform a simple pressing operation on the constriction assembly 220, and the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 will be automatically separated from each other. The rollable pillow 200 is freely stretched via its own elastic force in a state where the user U can use at any time. In this way, the rollable pillow 200 satisfies the needs of the user U to conveniently store and use at anytime.

Referring to FIG. 11 to FIG. 13, in the embodiment of the present invention, the pillow body 210 comprises a reception pocket 214. The reception pocket 214 is arranged at the main body 213. The constriction assembly 220 is arranged in the main body 213 in a hidden manner. The constriction assembly 220 has a hidden state and an exposing condition. When the constriction assembly 220 is in the hidden state, the constriction assembly 220 is hidden in the reception pocket 214. When the constriction assembly 220 is in the exposing condition, the constriction assembly 220 is exploded outside the reception pocket 214 to facilitate the user U to operate and constrict the rollable pillow 200.

The reception pocket 214 has two side walls. The two side walls define a reception chamber 2104. The constriction assembly 220 is arranged in the reception chamber 2104.

The reception pocket 214 can be arranged at the outer side 2132 of the main body 213 at any position where the constriction assembly 220 can be arranged. That is to say, a configuration position of the reception pocket 214 is arranged in cooperation with the constriction assembly 220, in order to hide the constriction assembly 220.

In one embodiment, the reception pocket 214 is arranged at the outer side 2132 of the pillow body 210 in cooperation with the first joining member 221 and/or the second joining member 222. In one embodiment, the reception pocket 214 is arranged at the pillow body 210 adjacent to the first end 211 in cooperation with the first joining member 221 and/or the second joining member 222. In one embodiment, the reception pocket 214 is arranged at the first end 211 in cooperation with the first joining member 221 and/or the second joining member 222. Preferably, the reception pocket 214 is arranged at the first end 211 in cooperation with the first joining member 221 and/or the second joining member 222. During furling, the constriction assembly 220 is taken out of the reception pocket 214 to pull the first end 211 to extend forwardly along the outer side 2132 by the first joining member of the constriction assembly 220 to further shrink the laminated furling structure 206 to further reduce the volume thereof. And it prevents the first end 211 from freely dispersing via the elastic force of the pillow body 210 by the constriction assembly 220 pulling the first end 211 along the outer side 2132. In one embodiment, the out side walls of the reception pocket 214 can be arranged to be integrally connected to the outer side 2132, so that the arrangement of the reception pocket 214 is not obvious on the surface of the pillow body 210, so that the appearance of the rollable pillow 200 is more compact and beautiful.

When the user U wears the rollable pillow 200, he/she can hide the constriction assembly 220 in the reception pocket 214. And when needing to furl the rollable pillow 200, he/she can take the constriction assembly 220 out of the reception pocket 214 to roll up the pillow body 210, and the constriction assembly 220 constricts the laminated furling structure 206 of the rollable pillow 200, so that the constriction assembly 220 is just exploded when it needs to be used, while other conditions are not exploded, as shown in FIG. 14 and FIG. 15. In this embodiment of the present invention, the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 of the constriction assembly 220 are respectively arranged at different positions of the pillow body 210. That is, the force points of the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are different.

In one embodiment, the first joining member 221 is arranged at the first end 211 of the pillow body 210, and the second joining member 222 is arranged at the outer side 2132 of the pillow body 210. When furling, starting from the second end 212, the outer side 2132 is rolled up inwardly in the laminated and surrounding manner along the inner side 2131 to form the laminated furling structure 206. The first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 are respectively extended towards two opposite directions until joined each other to constrict the laminated furling structure 206.

Preferably, the first joining member 221 is arranged at the first end 211 adjacent to the outer side 2132, and the second joining member 222 is arranged away from the second end 212 to increase the constriction force of the constriction assembly 220 to the laminated furling structure 206. Preferably, the second joining member 222 is arranged adjacent to the first end 211.

As shown in FIG. 15 and FIG. 16, a third embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The rollable pillow 300 comprises a pillow body 310 and a constriction loop 330, wherein the constriction loop 330 is arranged at the pillow body 310 for constricting the pillow body 310.

The pillow body 310 has a first end 311, a second end 312, and a man body 313 which is extended between the first end 311 and the second end 312.

The rollable pillow 300 has an open state 301. In the open state 301, the first end 311 and the second end 312 are away from each other to form an entrance 321 The rollable pillow 300 has a furled state 303. In the furled state 303, the first end 311 is laminated around the second end 312. The rollable pillow 300 can be changed between the open state 301 and the furled state 303 to adapt to different usage needs.

The pillow body 310 can be made of various suitable flexible materials to facilitate bend and deformation, so as to change between the open state 301, the closed state 302 and/or the furled state 303, and to be suitable to touch a body part. Preferably, the pillow body 310 can be made of elastic flexible materials, such as memory foams, so that the pillow body 310 can return to its original state after being deformed.

As shown in FIG. 15 and FIG. 16, the main body 313 has an inner side 3131 and an outer side 3132. In an embodiment of the present invention, in the open state 301 and the closed state 302, the inner side 3131 and the outer side 3132 are bended towards the inner side 3131 to be extended in a substantially arc-shape to form an arc support structure 305 for supporting a specific body part of the user U, such as a neck. The outer side is away from the body part of the user U. The inner side 3131 defines an annular enclosing room 3102 to receive the body part of the user U, such as the neck. The entrance 321 is communicated with the annular enclosing room 322, so that when used, the neck can be into the annular enclosing room 322 via the entrance 321, so that the main body is arranged 313 on the shoulder of the user U and surrounds the neck. Of course, the arc support structure 305 of the pillow body 310 can also be used to support other body parts of the user U, such as a back and a waist. One skilled in the art will understand that the support way of the arc support structure 305 is not intended to be limiting.

In an embodiment, in the furled state 303, starting from one of the two ends of the pillow body 310, the outer side 3132 is rolled up round the inner side 3131 to form a laminated furling structure 306. Specially, in the furled state 303, the pillow body 310 is arranged to a substantially circular laminated surrounding structure, so that the pillow body 310 is converted from a relatively larger volume when the pillow body 310 is unfolded and extended, to a relatively smaller volume when the pillow body 310 is furled for convenient carrying and storage, as shown in FIG. 16. That is to say, in the furled state, the annular enclosing room 322 of the inner side 3131 of the pillow body 310 is filled by the main body 313 in a manner that the main body 313 is generally rolled up in layers to reduce the space of the main body 313. In other words, in the furled state 303, the rollable pillow 300 can be furled in a usage direction thereof basing on a extending form thereof, so that the annular enclosing room 322 of the rollable pillow 300 is filled to sufficiently reduce the space occupied.

The constriction loop 330 constricts the pillow body 310 in the furled state 303. The constriction loop 330 is made of elastic materials, so that the constriction loop 330 can elastically constricts the laminated furling structure 306 of the pillow body 310.

In one embodiment, the constriction loop 330 itself forms a closed constricting structure 3301 to make the laminated furling structure 306 of the pillow body 310 constricted in the closed constricting structure 3301 to stably maintain the furled state 303. Specially, the user U furls the pillow body 310 to form the laminated furling structure 306, so that the laminated furling structure 306 is tightly laminated. At this time, the constriction loop 330 is stretched to surround the laminated furling structure 306 with relatively smaller volume along the outer side 3132 and is further shrank elastically to smaller the volume.

The constriction loop 330 can be embodied as various elastic members to be suitable for maintaining the laminated furling structure 306, such as but not limited to elastic bands and elastic plastic bands. When needing to furl, the user U only needs to stretch the constriction loop 330, and automatically wind around the outer side 3132 of the laminated furling structure 306 via the elastic structure thereof to form a stable connection structure without complex operation. When needing to release the furled state, the user U just needs separates the pillow body 310 from the constriction loop 330 at one position, so that the pillow body 310 is naturally stretched by its own elasticity, and dose not need extra operations. That is, when opening and releasing the laminated furling structure 306 of the rollable pillow 300, the user U can open the rollable pillow 300 for use by a simple operation.

The constriction loop 330 can be arranged at any suitable position where the constriction loop 330 can constrict the laminated furling structure 306 in the furled state 303. In one embodiment, the constriction loop 330 is arranged adjacent to the first end 311 at the pillow body 310. In one embodiment, the constriction loop 330 is arranged at the first end 311. In one embodiment, the first joining member 221 and/or the second joining member of the constriction loop 330 are arranged at the first end 311 of the pillow body 310. Preferably, the first joining member 221 and the second joining member of the constriction loop 330 are arranged at the first end 311 of the pillow body 310, wherein the first end 311 is extended forwards along the outer side 3132 via a pull of the constriction loop 330 during furling to further constrict the laminated furling structure 306, so that the volume of the laminated furling structure 306 is further smaller. And it prevents the first end 311 from freely dispersing via the elastic force of the pillow body 310 by the constriction loop 330 pulling the first end 311 along the outer side 3132.

Preferably, the first joining member 221 of the constriction loop 330 is arranged at the first end 311 adjacent to the outer side 3132, so that a force point of the constriction loop 330 is adjacent to the outer side 3132, and the rollable pillow 300 is wholly compressed and furled inwardly from the outer side 3132.

It is mentioning that when the rollable pillow 300 is in the furled state 303, the outer side 3132 is furled inwardly following along the inner side 3131 to form the stable laminated structure. And when the constriction loop 330 constricts the laminated furling structure 306, a curly form defined by outer side 3132 is constricted, and a constriction direction is substantially in an uniform plane with a extending direction of the first end 311. Therefore, the constriction loop 330 directly resists the elastic force generated by the stretch of the rollable pillow 300 to make the laminated furling structure 306 in a stable state to reduce the free dispersion of the rollable pillow 300 led by unbalance force.

Further, the constriction loop 330 comprises an assistance holding member 325. The assistance holding member 325 is arranged in cooperation with the constriction strap 224, for suspending and storing the rollable pillow 300 when the rollable pillow 300 is rolled up, as shown in FIG. 7C. It is worth mentioning that when the rollable pillow is in the open state 301, the volume thereof is relatively large and not convenient to carry, and the user U needs the rollable pillow 300 can be opened at anytime for use. In the present invention, when the user U needs to use, the rollable pillow 300 is in the open state 301 or the closed state 302 to support the body part of the user U for rest. When not in use, the user U can roll the outer side 3132 of the rollable pillow 300 up along the inner side to form the laminated furling structure 306, and constrict by the constriction loop 330 to define the form of the laminated furling structure 306 to form a substantially circular shape with the small volume, which can be conveniently placed in a pocket or a duffel bag. If the user U does not want to be placed inside the pocket or the duffel bag, the user U can suspend the rollable pillow 300 by the assistance holding member 325, such as hanging the rollable pillow 300 on a side of a backpack without occupying extra space, to carry conveniently. When needed, the user U can take the rollable pillow 300 from the side of the backpack, and perform a simple pressing operation on the constriction loop 330, and the first joining member 221 and the second joining member 222 will be automatically separated from each other. The rollable pillow 300 is freely stretched via its own elastic force in a state where the user U can use at any time. In this way, the rollable pillow 300 satisfies the needs of the user U to conveniently store and use at anytime.
