DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application are clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of embodiments of the present application, instead of all the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present application without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

A core of the present application is to provide an assembly chair, which is high in assembly efficiency and does not use an assembly tool.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, FIG. 1 is a breakdown structural schematic diagram of an assembly chair in a specific embodiment of the present application, FIG. 2 is a structural schematic diagram when the assembly chair in FIG. 1 is assembled, FIG. 3 is a partial enlarged view of an internal clamping slab in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is a partial enlarged view of an external clamping slab in FIG. 1, and FIG. 5 is a partial enlarged view of a clamping shaft and a clamping sleeve in an assembly chair in another specific embodiment of the present application.

In a specific embodiment, the assembly chair provided by the present application includes a seat frame 2, a back frame 3 and two armrests 1. It is to be noted that the above three components are not limited to a specific form or structure, may be a frame of the chair only, and may also be a component of a finished chair including various outer packages. These components are not limited in manufacturing material, and may form a sofa, a bamboo chair or a wooden chair after assembly.

The seat frame 2 and the back frame 3 are rotatably connected to each other, that is, both may be folded or unfolded. The rotatable connection between the seat frame 2 and the back frame 3 may be implemented via a rotatably-connected component. It is common that a plurality of hinges may be provided at a junction between the seat frame 2 and the back frame 3. However, the installation of the hinge is not simple enough.

Therefore, in a specific embodiment, a first rotary connection component 2a and a second rotary connection component 3a that are provided with a through hole thereon respectively may be disposed at the junction between the seat frame 2 and the back frame 3. During assembly, the first rotary connection component 2a and the second rotary connection component 3a may be connected via a bolt, to implement the rotatable connection between the seat frame 2 and the back frame 3.

The first rotary connection component 2a and the second rotary connection component 3a are often fixedly disposed on the seat frame 2 and the back frame 3. Due to a small size, both the first rotary connection component 2a and the second rotary connection component 3a may be integrally produced with the seat frame 2 or the back frame 3. The first rotary connection component 2a and the second rotary connection component 3a may be provided only as one pair at a middle position of the junction between the seat frame 2 and the back frame 3, and may also be provided as two pairs on two ends of the junction between the seat frame 2 and the back frame 3. Certainly, multiple first rotary connection components 2a and the second rotary connection components 3a may also be provided.

Each of The two armrests 1 is fixedly connected to the back frame 3 via a hand bolt 4. Specifically, a through hole may be provided on the two armrests 1, a threaded hole is provided on the back frame 3, and the hand bolt 4 is screwed to the threaded hole via the through hole, thereby fixing the two armrests 1 with the back frame 3. When the armrest 1 and the back frame 3 are unsuitable for providing the through hole or the threaded hole due to a material or a shape, other small components may be used. For example, a small component having a through hole and a threaded hole is fixedly disposed on the armrest 1 and the back frame 3.

Herein, multiple hand bolts may be provided as required, and may be symmetrically disposed on the two armrests 1, thereby being practical and beautiful. Additionally, the hand bolt may be a hand bolt having a head machined by injection molding. Such a bolt is more favorable to a manual operation and does not need other tools.

The seat frame 2 is clamped between the two armrests 1, which is more favorable to manual assembly. During specific assembly, it may be appropriate to first rotatably connect the seat frame 2 to the back frame 3 and then fixedly connect the two armrests 1 to the back frame 3. Certainly, it may also be appropriate to first fixedly connect the two armrests 1 to the back frame 3, and then rotatably connect the seat frame 2 to the back frame 3. Upon the completion of the above assembly steps, the seat frame 2 is clamped with the two armrests 1 at last. Specifically, referring to FIG. 2, just a front end of the seat frame 2 is clamped with the two armrests 1 from top to bottom.

The clamping connection between the seat frame 2 and the two armrests 1 may be completed in multiple clamping manners. Generally, clamping pieces capable of matching to each other may be simultaneously provided on the seat frame 2 and the armrests 1.

In a specific embodiment, an external clamping slab 1a and an internal clamping slab 4a that may match to each other may be simultaneously provided on the seat frame 2 and the armrests 1. The external clamping slab 1a is fixedly disposed on each of the two armrests 1. The internal clamping slabs 4a are respectively and fixedly disposed at two sides of the seat frame 2. Specifically, each of the internal clamping slabs 4a is disposed at a junction between the seat frame 2 and each of the armrests 1. The fixation manner may be welding or bolt connection, and the latter is more convenient for maintenance and replacement. A plurality of grooves 1b for limiting the internal clamping slab 4a may be provided on the external clamping slab 1a. Correspondingly, corresponding projections 2b may also be provided on the internal clamping slab 4a. During assembly, the internal clamping slab 4a is sleeved to the external clamping slab 1a from top to bottom, and the projections 2b are respectively sunken into the grooves 1b, thereby completing the assembly.

In another specific embodiment, the clamping piece includes a clamping shaft 22b and a clamping sleeve 11a matching to each other. During assembly, the clamping shaft 22b is sleeved to the clamping sleeve 11a from top to bottom.

The embodiments in the specification are described progressively. Each embodiment attaches importance to describing a difference with other embodiments. A same or similar portion of each embodiment may be referred to each other.

The assembly chair and sofa provided by the present application are described above in detail. In the specification, a specific example is used to describe a principle and an implementation manner of the present application. The description on the above embodiments is merely helpful to understand a method and a core concept of the present application. It should be understood that those of ordinary skill in the art may further make multiple improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present application, and those improvements and modifications also fall into the protection scope of the claims of the present application.
