Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to an inflatable mattress structure. More specifically, the present invention mainly relates to an inflatable mattress with an improved structure.

BACKGROUND

Air cushion mattresses (also known as inflatable mattresses) are popular because they are lighter and less expensive than traditional mattresses. In order to provide better appearance or comfort, there have been many prior art improvements to the air cushion mattress. However, many people still find existing air inflatable mattresses uncomfortable and/or unstable. At present, air cushion mattresses on the market mainly consist of the top surface, the bottom surface, and the circumference at the sides. The top surface and the circumference are connected by an inner wall, so that the top surface, the circumference, and the inner wall form a peripheral pipeline. Similarly, the bottom surface and the circumference are connected by the inner wall so that the bottom surface, the circumference and the inner wall form another peripheral pipeline. This type of air cushion mattress is widely used and simple to install and can be completed without special training and/or special tools.

The air cushion mattress with the above structure forms a relatively single structure since the peripheral pipeline consists of the inner pipe, the top/bottom surface, and the circumference, which results in an unstable periphery, easy collapse, and stability defects. The inflatable mattress is prone to roll over when the user is lying or sitting near the edge of the inflatable mattress. Therefore, it is necessary to further research and improve the existing similar inflatable mattress structure.

SUMMARY

One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide an inflatable mattress with an improved structure aiming at the above shortcomings, in order to solve the problem that the same type of inflatable mattresses in the prior art has a single structure, which results in an unstable periphery, and the inflatable mattress is prone to roll over when the user is lying or sitting near the edge of the inflatable mattress.

To solve the above technical problems, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:

An inflatable mattress with an improved structure provided by the present invention comprises an inflatable mattress body, wherein the upper or lower edge of the inflatable mattress body is provided with a first annular pipe, a second annular pipe is also provided adjacent to the first annular pipe, the second annular pipe is connected to the first annular pipe, the shapes of the first annular pipe and the second annular pipe are adapted to the contour of the side edge of the inflatable mattress body; the inner cavity of the first annular pipe and the second annular pipe is communicated with the inner cavity of the inflatable mattress body; and an inflatable port is provided on any one of the inflatable mattress body, the second annular pipe and the first annular pipe.

Preferably, a further technical solution is that the first annular pipe is provided on the upper part of the second annular pipe, and the contour area encircled by the first annular pipe is smaller than the contour area encircled by the second annular pipe.

A still further technical solution is that the first annular pipe and the second annular pipe are provided between the top surface of the inflatable mattress body and the side edge.

A still further technical solution is that the first annular pipe and the second annular pipe are both communicated with the inner cavity of the inflatable mattress body through small through holes.

A still further technical solution is that the second annular pipe is communicated with the first annular pipe through a small through hole, and the first annular pipe is communicated with the inner cavity of the inflatable mattress body through a small through hole.

A still further technical solution is that the first annular pipe is communicated with the second annular pipe through a small through hole, and the second annular pipe is communicated with the inner cavity of the inflatable mattress body through a small through hole.

A still further technical solution is that both the upper edge and the lower edge of the inflatable mattress body are provided with a first annular pipe and a second annular pipe.

A still further technical solution is that the first annular pipe and the second annular pipe at the upper edge of the inflatable mattress body are provided between the top surface of the inflatable mattress body and the side edge; and the first annular pipe and the second annular pipe at the lower edge of the inflatable mattress body are provided between the bottom surface of the inflatable mattress body and the side edge.

A still further technical solution is that a plurality of supporting air columns are provided in the inner cavity of the inflatable mattress body.

Compared with the prior art, one of the beneficial effects of the present invention is that: by adding an annular tubular peripheral frame to the upper edge or lower edge of the inflatable mattress body, the inflatable mattress body exerts a force on the upper side, the lower side, and the side edges of the annular tubular peripheral frame after being inflated, preventing the top and bottom edges of the inflatable mattress body from being bulged after being inflated, so that the edge of the inflatable mattress body is more stable and less prone to collapse after being inflated, preventing rollover when people sit and lie on the side. The inflatable mattress with an improved structure provided by the present invention is simple in structure, suitable for industrialized production, and easy to popularize.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, an embodiment of the present invention is an improved structure of an inflatable mattress, comprising an inflatable mattress body 1. More importantly, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the upper edge of the inflatable mattress body 1 is provided with a first annular pipe 3, and a second annular pipe 4 is also provided adjacent to the first annular pipe 3. As shown in the figure, specifically, the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 are provided between the top surface 11 of the inflatable mattress body 1 and the side edge 13; and the second annular pipe 4 is connected to the first annular pipe 3. The connection manner therebetween can be a ring-to-ring tangent connection, and the contact area of the connection between the two rings can also be enlarged to form a surface connection. The shapes of the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 need to be adapted to the contour of the side edge 13 of the inflatable mattress body 1, that is, the shapes of the outer contours of the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 are the same as that of the inflatable mattress body 1. For example, if the inflatable mattress is circular, the shapes of the outer contours of the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 are circular, and if the inflatable mattress is rectangular, the shapes of the outer contours of the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 are rectangular; the edge of the second annular pipe 4 is connected to the side edge 13, and the connecting joint A (not shown the figure) is located below the top surface 11. The edge of the first annular pipe 3 is connected to the top surface 11, and the connecting joint B (not shown in the figure) is located inward and upward of the side edge 13. The joint B can be in the inner cavity of the inflatable mattress body 1 or on the top surface. In addition, the inner cavity of the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 is communicated with the inner cavity of the inflatable mattress body 1; and an inflatable port 2 is provided on any one of the inflatable mattress body 1, the second annular pipe 4 and the first annular pipe 3. Since the inflatable mattress body 1, the second annular pipe 4 and the first annular pipe 3 are all communicated with each other, the inflatable port 2 is installed at any position of the inflatable mattress body 1, the second annular pipe 4 and the first annular pipe 3 to play the same role of inflating and deflating. Moreover, the inflatable port can adopt a conventional airbag check valve structure, or a three-in-one air nozzle commonly used on an air cushion mattress, a built-in inflatable pump, and the like. Through the above structure, the inflatable mattress presents five layers after being inflated, as shown in FIG. 4. As can be seen from FIG. 4, the inflatable mattress body 1 can also refer to the prior art by providing a plurality of independent supporting air columns 5 in its inner cavity to increase the support force of the lying human body in the inflated state.

In this embodiment, by adding an annular tubular peripheral frame to the upper edge or lower edge of the inflatable mattress body 1, the inflatable mattress body 1 exerts a force on the upper side, the lower side, and the side edges of the annular tubular peripheral frame after being inflated, preventing the top and bottom edges of the inflatable mattress body 1 from being bulged after being inflated, so that the edge of the inflatable mattress body 1 is more stable and less prone to collapse after being inflated, preventing rollover when people sit and lie on the side.

Referring again to FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, in another embodiment of the present invention, in order to further optimize the stability of the edge of the inflatable mattress body 1 after being inflated, the inventor has improved based on the above structure. Specifically, when the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 are provided between the top surface 11 of the inflatable mattress body 1 and the side edge 13, the first annular pipe 3 is provided on the upper part of the second annular pipe 4, and the contour area encircled by the first annular pipe 3 is smaller than the contour area encircled by the second annular pipe 4, thereby utilizing the bevel structure formed by the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 to further improve the stability of the inflatable edge of the inflatable mattress body 1. Based on the same principle as above, when the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 are provided on the lower part of the inflatable mattress body 1, the first annular pipe 3 needs to be provided on the lower part of the second annular pipe 4, and similarly, the contour area encircled by the first annular pipe 3 still needs to be smaller than the contour area encircled by the second annular pipe 4

Further, the manner in which the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 are communicated with each other is not excessively limited. The technical purpose thereof is to simultaneously inflate the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 when air is charged to the inner cavity of the inflatable mattress body 1 through the inflatable port 2. When the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 are filled with air, the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 area abutted against the edge of the inflatable mattress body 1, that is, by means of air pressure. The first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 form a limiting force on the body of the inflatable mattress body 1. In this embodiment, the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 can be communicated with the inner cavity of the inflatable mattress body 1 through small through holes of any shape, respectively. The second annular pipe 4 can also be communicated with the first annular pipe 3 through a small through hole, and then the first annular pipe 3 is communicated with the inner cavity of the inflatable mattress body 1 through a small through hole. Alternatively, the first annular pipe 3 is communicated with the second annular pipe 4 through a small through hole, and then the second annular pipe 4 is communicated with the inner cavity of the inflatable mattress body 1 through a small through hole. As mentioned above, the purpose of the three methods is to realize the technical purpose of simultaneously inflating the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 when air is charged to the inner cavity of the inflatable mattress body 1 through the inflatable port 2.

Still referring to FIG. 4, in yet another embodiment of the present invention, based on the structure and principle of the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4, both the upper edge and the lower edge of the inflatable mattress body 1 are provided with a first annular pipe 3 and a second annular pipe 4. In this structure, the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 at the upper edge of the inflatable mattress body 1 are provided between the top surface 11 of the inflatable mattress body and the side edge 13; and the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 at the lower edge of the inflatable mattress body 1 are provided between the bottom surface 12 of the inflatable mattress body and the side edge 13. In this case, the contour area of the first annular pipe 3 is still smaller than that of the second annular pipe 4, and the first annular pipe 3 is provided at the lower part of the second annular pipe 4. Therefore, in this structure, the same stability can be achieved regardless of whether the inflatable mattress is used on the front side or the reverse side. Compared with the structure in which the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 are provided on one side, this structure will increase the production cost to a certain extent, and is suitable for use on some high-end products.

As shown in FIG. 1, in use, the above preferred embodiment of the present invention is equivalent to having at least three independent airbags, namely an inflatable mattress body 1, a first annular pipe 3, and a second annular pipe 4. The three independent airbags described above can be filled at the same time when air is charged to the inflatable mattress body 1 through an inflatable port 2, which is in the state as shown in FIG. 1. At this time, the first annular pipe 3 and the second annular pipe 4 serving as the annular tubular peripheral frame form a binding force on edge of the inflatable mattress body 1, and the local pressure from the edge can also be cushioned by the above peripheral frame, so that the edge of the inflatable mattress body 1 remains stable and is not easy to roll over.

In addition to the above, it should also be noted that “one embodiment”, “another embodiment”, “an embodiment”, etc. mentioned in this specification indicates that the specific features, structures, or characteristics described in conjunction with this embodiment are included in at least one embodiment as broadly described in the present application.
