DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are some embodiment of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Embodiment 1

Embodiment 1 of the present invention provides an easily-dismantled mesh-type shelf. This embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the shelf includes a first bracket 1 and a second bracket 2 arranged on a side of the first bracket 1 and spaced from the first bracket 1, where storage baskets 3 for storing articles are installed between the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2. There is at least one storage basket 3. In this embodiment, there are preferably three storage baskets 3. The number of the storage baskets 3 is not limited, and corresponding changes should be made to the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2.

In Embodiment 1, the first bracket 1, the second bracket 2 and the storage basket 3 may preferably be made of metal materials, or certainly may be made of other materials, such as plastic. No material is limited in Embodiment 1.

The first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 are each integrally formed by bending hollow or solid square metal profiles. In Embodiment 1, the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 are preferably each integrally formed by bending a hollow square metal profile.

In other embodiments or other alternatives, the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 each may be integrally formed by bending hollow or solid round metal bars, or by using the foregoing metal bars in a mixed manner.

The first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 are vertically arranged at intervals, and at least one lug piece 4 is installed on opposite sides of the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 respectively. The number of the lug pieces 4 corresponds to the number of the storage baskets 3. In Embodiment 1, the lug pieces 4 can preferably be each formed by bending a metal strip, and the lug piece 4 is bent inward to form a lug 41. The lug piece 4 is connected with the first bracket 1 or the second bracket 2 by welding, insertion, etc. In Embodiment 1, a welding mode is preferable.

The storage basket 3 is located between the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2, and a plurality of evenly distributed meshes are hollowed out in the storage basket 3, as shown in FIG. 2.

As shown in FIG. 3, in Embodiment 1, the buckle supporting member 5 includes a first buckle supporting member 51 and a second buckle supporting member 52, the first buckle supporting member 51 is installed at one end of the bottom of the storage basket 3, and the second buckle supporting member 52 is installed at the other end of the bottom of the storage basket 3. The buckle supporting member 5 is arranged in the width direction of the storage basket 3, supports the bottom of the storage basket 3, strengthens the strength of the storage basket 3 to a certain extent, and can increase the storage capacity of the storage basket 3. The first buckle supporting member 51 and the second buckle supporting member 52 are bent downwards to form buckle parts 53, the buckle parts 53 of the first buckle supporting member 51 and the second buckle supporting member 52 are formed by bending sheet metal downwards, and the buckle parts 53 are clamped on the lugs 41 of the corresponding lug pieces 4 of the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 respectively, so that the storage basket 3 is detachably connected with the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2.

The buckle supporting member 5 is connected with the storage basket 3 by welding, riveting or bolting. In Embodiment 1, it is preferred that the buckle supporting member 5 is connected with the storage basket 3 by welding, which has good connection strength, is convenient to operate and is not prone to bulge.

As shown in FIG. 1, in Embodiment 1, universal rollers 61 are installed on one side below the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2, and universal rollers 62 with brakes are installed on the other side below the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2. Four universal rollers are installed below the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 to facilitate movement of the shelf. When the shelf does not need to move, a braking function of the universal rollers 62 with the brakes is activated to fix the shelf in a certain place, and the movement of the shelf caused by other people's touch by mistake can also be prevented. When the shelf needs to move, the braking function of the universal rollers 62 with the brakes is canceled, so that the shelf can move freely at 360°.

During assembly, the storage baskets 3 are respectively clamped on the lugs 41 of the corresponding lug pieces 4 of the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 through buckle parts 53 at both ends of the buckle supporting members 5, so that the storage baskets 3 are assembled into a whole with the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 in a layered mode. The storage baskets 3 can be detachably connected with the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2.

Embodiment 2

Embodiment 2 differs from Embodiment 1 in that the buckle supporting members 5 are changed, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6.

As a variation of the buckle supporting members 5 in Embodiment 2, in Embodiment 2, in order to reduce the weight, metal materials used and costs of the buckle supporting members 5, four buckle supporting members 5 rather than two buckle supporting members 5 are used. The buckle supporting member 5 includes a third buckle supporting member 54, a fourth buckle supporting member 55, a fifth buckle supporting member 56 and a sixth buckle supporting member 57. The third buckle supporting member 54 and the fifth buckle supporting member 56 are installed at one end of the bottom of the storage basket 3, and the fourth buckle supporting member 55 and the sixth buckle supporting member 57 are installed at the other end of the bottom of the storage basket 3. The third buckle supporting member 54, the fourth buckle supporting member 55, the fifth buckle supporting member 56 and the sixth buckle supporting member 57 are provided with buckle parts 53. The buckle parts 53 are clamped on the lugs 41 of the corresponding lug pieces 4 of the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 respectively, so that the storage basket 3 is detachably connected with the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2.

Example 3

Embodiment 3 differs from Embodiment 1 in that the buckle supporting members 5 are changed, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9.

As a variation of the buckle supporting members 5 in Embodiment 3, in Embodiment 3, in order to reduce the weight, metal materials used and costs of the buckle supporting members 5, the buckle supporting members 5 are each composed of an annular metal strip. The buckle supporting member 5 includes a seventh buckle supporting member 58 and an eighth buckle supporting member 59. The seventh buckle supporting member 58 is installed at one end of the bottom of the storage basket 3, and the eighth buckle supporting member 59 is installed at the other end of the bottom of the storage basket 3. The buckle parts 53 are each formed by bending a metal strip downwards. The buckle parts 53 are clamped on the lugs 41 of the corresponding lug pieces 4 of the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2 respectively, so that the storage basket 3 is detachably connected with the first bracket 1 and the second bracket 2.

In summary, the easily-dismantled mesh-type shelf according to the present invention has the following beneficial effects. The easily-dismantled mesh-type shelf has the advantages of being simple in structure, having convenience and rapidness in installation, occupying a small space after dismantling and being convenient to package, transport and dismantle.

The foregoing embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention. However, the embodiments of the present invention are not limited by the foregoing embodiments. Any other changes, modifications, replacements, combinations and simplifications made without departing from the spirit and principle of the present invention should all be equivalent replacement manners, and fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
