CROSS REFERENCE OF RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 202022890996.1 entitled “wrist strength training device” filed on Dec. 2, 2020, in the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the entire content of which is incorporated herein in its entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to the technical field of fitness equipment, in particular to a wrist strength training device.

BACKGROUND

With the development of society, people pay more and more attention to fitness, especially targeted to their own physical needs for exercise. Arm strength training is also one of them, but at present, most of the equipment on the market are spring arm strength devices, which mainly stimulate the forearm muscles, but the wrist strength training is weak. And people need to control the degree of spring expansion when using, otherwise it is easy to cause muscle strain or spring injury to themselves or others.

SUMMARY

In view of the defects and deficiencies of the prior art, the objective of the present application is to provide a wrist strength training device which is mainly aimed at wrist strength training and is very safe to use.

In order to achieve the above objective, the present application adopts the following technical solution: A wrist strength training device, including a threaded rod, a resistance member sheathed on the threaded rod and a torsion handle sheathed on both ends of the threaded rod and connected with the threaded rod, and the resistance member is arranged between the two torsion handles on the threaded rod.

Further, the two ends of the threaded rod are provided with threads screwed with each of the torsion handles.

Further, the thread stroke at the both ends of the threaded rod is longer than the length of the torsion handle.

Further, the whole length of the threaded rod is provided with threads.

Further, a positioning sleeve is sheathed on the threaded rod, and the positioning sleeve is located between the resistance member and the torsion handle.

Further, the resistance member is a spring.

Further, there is one or more of the springs.

Further, the inner wall of each positioning sleeve is provided with a groove for positioning the spring, so that the ends of the spring is able to extend into the groove.

Further, the torsion handle is sheathed with an anti-skid sleeve.

Further, the anti-skid sleeve is provided with an anti-skid bulge.

Further, the torsion handle is provided with a hanging hole.

By adopting the technical solution, the present application has the advantageous effect as shown below:

1. When the user uses the present application, the user's hands can respectively apply force to rotate the torsion handle inward, the torsion handle moves inward against the positioning sleeve, the spring is extruded by the positioning sleeve to produce deformation, thus producing the elastic force opposite to the extrusion direction. The more the torsion handle rotates inward, the greater the elastic force is, and the greater the elastic force is, the greater the force is needed to rotate inward, so that the user's wrist muscles can be trained to achieve the aim of training wrist strength.

2. The thread stroke at both ends of the threaded rod is longer than the length of the torsion handle, which makes the torsion handle more flexible when it is moving or backward.

3. The whole length of the threaded rod is provided with threads, which can increase the stroke of torsion action.

4. A positioning sleeve is arranged between the spring and the torsion handle on the threaded rod, which can make the force on both ends of the spring uniform.

5. The number of springs is one or more, which can meet the exercise needs of different people.

6. The torsion handle is provided with an anti-skid sleeve, and the anti-skid bulge is provided on the anti-skid sleeve, which can prevent the wrist strength training device separating from the hands due to the sweating of the hands when training, so as to avoid hurting oneself or others.

7. The torsion handle is provided with a hanging hole. When the wrist strength training device is not in use, it can be hung without occupying the storage space of the desktop or cabinet.
