HOLDER FOR NAIL POLISH CONTAINER

A holder for nail polish container is provided, including a receiving portion, a handle portion and an adhesion portion. The receiving portion is provided with a receiving chamber configured to receive and fix a nail polish container. The handle portion has one end connected to a bottom of the receiving portion and is configured to be gripped by fingers of a user. The adhesion portion is connected to an other end of the handle portion and configured to be adhered onto a carrier to fix the receiving portion.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application is a continuation-application of International. Application PCT/CN2021/103483, with an international filing date of Jun. 30, 2021, which claims foreign priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 202120819914.6, filed on Apr. 20, 2021 in the State intellectual Property Office of China, the contents of all of which are hereby incorporated by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a technical field of nail polish containers, in particular to a holder for nail polish container.

BACKGROUND

Nail polish is a cosmetic product used to decorate and beautify fingernails. The nail polish forms a layer of wear-resistant film on a surface of a fingernail, thereby protecting and beautifying the fingernail. Generally, the nail polish is stored in a nail polish container which, during use, needs to be placed on a table or other place with a horizontally flat surface. In present, it is found that the nail polish container is of poor stability and inconvenience for pickup as the user may have to place the nail polish container in an unreliable position, which causes the nail polish container to be easily knocked over, resulting in spilling of the nail polish and thus soiling the table or the hand of the user.

SUMMARY

The present disclosure aims to solve at least one of the aforementioned technical problems.

An object of the present disclosure is to provide a holder for nail polish container, including: a receiving portion, a handle portion and an adhesion portion. The receiving portion is provided with a receiving chamber configured to receive and fix a nail polish container. The handle portion has one end connected to a bottom of the receiving portion and is configured to be gripped by fingers of a user. The adhesion portion is connected to an other end of the handle portion and configured to be adhered onto a carrier to fix the receiving portion.

In one embodiment, a top of the receiving portion is provided with a plurality of sheet portions spaced from each other and extending from an edge of the top of the receiving portion toward a center of the top of the receiving portion, and the plurality of sheet portions are pressed and deformed to abut against the nail polish container when the nail polish container is pushed to be inserted into the receiving chamber.

In one embodiment, a gap is provided between two adjacent sheet portions and extends zigzag in a radial direction of the receiving portion.

In one embodiment, a bottom of the receiving chamber is provided with a plurality of slide-proof portions configured to abut against a bottom of the nail polish container to prevent movement of the nail polish container.

In one embodiment, the handle portion is shaped as an elliptical cylinder.

In one embodiment, a distance between the receiving portion and the adhesion portion is in a range of 10 mm to 25 mm.

In one embodiment, the receiving portion, the handle portion and the adhesion portion are made of one of silica gel, thermoplastic elastomer or thermoplastic rubber.

In one embodiment, the adhesion portion is provided with a groove configured to adhere onto the carrier through a negative pressure to form a pressing force against the adhesion portion.

According to the present disclosure, when the user is to use or using the nail polish, the holder for nail polish container fixes the nail polish container in the receiving chamber, and is horizontally placed or adhered on the table or the like with the adhesion portion, or is moved by the fingers of the user clamping handle portion. In this way, the holder is of better stability, mobility and convenience for use, which prevents the nail polish container from being knocked over, and thus avoids spilling of the nail polish and soiling the table or the hand of the user.

A holder for nail polish container according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a holder for nail polish container is provided according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which includes a receiving portion 10, a handle portion 20, and an adhesion portion 30. The receiving portion 10 is provided with a receiving chamber 101 for receiving and fixing the nail polish container 40. The handle portion 20 is configured to be gripped by fingers of a user, and has an end connected to a bottom of the receiving portion 10 and an other end connected to the adhesion portion 30 which is configured to be adhered onto a carrier to fix the receiving portion 10.

In some embodiments, the receiving portion 10 may be shaped as a cylinder, a sphere, a hemisphere, a cone, and the like, so as to be adapted to nail polish containers of various shapes. It can be understood that the nail polish container may be shaped as a cylinder, a prism, an irregular body, or the like. The receiving chamber 101 may match with the nail polish container 40 in size and shape, so as to accommodate the nail polish containers of various shapes and sizes, resulting in wider application and more convenient for use of the holder. In some embodiments, as an alternative, the adhesion portion 30 may be replaced with a horizontal base which can be horizontally placed on the table without fixed adhesion. It is understood that the horizontal base may be of relatively large weight compared with the adhesion portion 30, so as to ensure better stability when placed on the table.

When the user is to use or using the nail polish, the holder provided by the present disclosure fixes the nail polish container in the receiving chamber 101, and is horizontally placed or adhered on the table or the like with the adhesion portion 30, or is moved by the fingers of the user clamping handle portion 20. In this way, the holder is of better stability, mobility and convenience for use, which prevents the nail polish container 40 from being knocked over, and thus avoids spilling of the nail polish and soiling the table or the hand of the user.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 3, a top of the receiving portion 10 is provided with as at least two sheet portions 102 spaced from each other and extending from an edge of the top of the receiving portion 10 toward a center of the top of the receiving portion 10. When the nail polish container 40 is pushed to be inserted into the receiving chamber 101, the sheet portions 102 are pressed and deformed to abut against the nail polish container 40.

When the nail polish container 40 is being placed in the receiving chamber 101, the nail polish container 40 is pushed down to press the sheet portions 102 and then inserted into the receiving chamber 101. When being inserted into the receiving chamber 101, the sheet portions 102 abut against the nail polish container 40, the nail polish container 40 has its opening located above the sheet portions 102, so that the nail polish container 40 is fixed more stably and reliably and meanwhile is more convenient for use. In some embodiments, the sheet portions 102 are made of elastic material.

Further, a gap 103 is provided between two adjacent sheet portions and extends zigzag in a radial direction of the receiving portion 10. With the zigzag extension of the gap 103, the sheet portions 102 are more beautiful and attractive to the user. It should be understood that the two adjacent sheet portions 102 are spaced from each other through the gap 103, so that the sheet portions 102 can be pressed and deformed toward the receiving chamber 101 when subjected to a pressure applied by the nail polish container 40 toward the receiving chamber 101; and further, when the nail polish container 40 is released, the sheet portion 102 elastically abut against the nail polish container 40 to fix the nail polish container 40.

Referring to FIG. 3, a bottom of the receiving chamber 101 is provided with a plurality of slide-proof portions 104 configured to abut against a bottom of the nail polish container 40 to prevent movement of the nail polish container 40.

In the present embodiment, the slide-proof portions 104 may be bumps or ridges. When the nail polish container 40 is fixed in the receiving chamber 101, the bottom of the nail polish container 40 contacts closely with the slide-proof portions 104, so that the nail polish container 40 is prevented from moving in the receiving chamber 101. The slide-proof portions 104 in combination with the sheet portions 102 ensure a more stable fixation of the nail polish container 40, so that the nail polish container 40 is prevented from being knocked over and spilling of the nail polish is thus avoided.

Specifically, the handle portion 20 is shaped as an elliptical cylinder. In this way, when the handle portion 20 is gripped by the fingers of the user, the handle portion 20 is firmly clamped for movement and use, and fits the fingers in a higher degree to provide more comfortable and stable experience for the user.

Further, a distance between the receiving portion 10 and the adhesion portion 30 is in a range of 10 mm to 25 mm. It should be understood that a length of the handle portion 20 may be set to match a diameter of the finger, so that the fingers, when gripping the handle portion 20, support the bottom of the receiving portion 10, so as to support the receiving portion 10 more stably and reliably during movement or use.

In some embodiments, the receiving portion 10, the handle portion 20, and the adhesion portion 30 are made of silica gel or rubber. It should be understood that the holder is made of elastic material to be better adapted to the nail polish container 40 of various sizes and shapes, for better use.

As shown in FIG. 4, the adhesion portion 30 is provided with a groove 301 for adhering onto the carrier through a negative pressure to form a pressing force against the adhesion portion 30. In this embodiment, when the adhesion portion 30 is fixed to the table or the like, the air in the groove 301 is vented, so that a negative pressure chamber is defined by the groove 301 and the table to firmly press the adhesion portion 301 against the table.

Claims

1. A holder for nail polish container, comprising:

a receiving portion provided with a receiving chamber configured to receive and fix a nail polish container;
a handle portion having one end connected to a bottom of the receiving portion and configured to be gripped by fingers of a user;
an adhesion portion connected to an other end of the handle portion and configured to be adhered onto a carrier to fix the receiving portion.

The holder according to claim 1, wherein a top of the receiving portion is provided with a plurality of sheet portions spaced from each other and extending from an edge of the top of the receiving portion toward a center of the top of the receiving portion, and the plurality of sheet portions are pressed and deformed to abut against the nail polish container when the nail polish container is pushed to be inserted into the receiving chamber.

3. The holder according to claim 2, wherein a gap is provided between two adjacent sheet portions and extends zigzag in a radial direction of the receiving portion.

4. The holder according to claim 1, wherein a bottom of the receiving chamber is provided with a plurality of slide-proof portions configured to abut against a bottom of the nail polish container to prevent movement of the nail polish container.

5. The holder according to claim 1, wherein the handle portion is shaped as an elliptical cylinder.

6. The holder according to claim 1, wherein a distance between the receiving portion and the adhesion portion is in a range of 10 mm to 25 mm.

7. The holder according to claim 1, wherein the receiving portion, the handle portion and the adhesion portion are made of one of silica gel, thermoplastic elastomer or thermoplastic rubber.

8. The holder according to claim 1, wherein the adhesion portion is provided with a groove configured to adhere onto the carrier through a negative pressure to form a pressing force against the adhesion portion.
