TECHNICAL FIELDThe present disclosure relates to a power system circuit apparatus, and more particularly, to a multi-phase power system circuit apparatus using a transformer coupling.
BACKGROUND ARTA power system used in a related electroosmotic dehydrator and the like has a configuration as illustrated in
The related power system as illustrated in
The technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a power system circuit apparatus capable of improving power conversion efficiency by reducing output current ripple and thus reducing loss compared to the related method.
Technical SolutionIn order to solve the technical problems mentioned above, a power system circuit apparatus is provided, which may include a first transformer having a Y-Y connection structure configured to receive and transform three-phase AC power and outputs a transformed result, a first controlled rectifier configured to rectify an output voltage of the first transformer and output the rectified result, a second transformer having a Y-delta connection structure and configured to receive and transform the three-phase AC power and output the transformed result, a second controlled rectifier configured to rectify an output voltage of the second transformer and output the rectified result, and an output unit configured to add the output of the first controlled rectifier and the output of the second controlled rectifier and output a resultant sum.
The power system circuit apparatus may further include a control unit configured to output a first gate signal for driving the first controlled rectifier and a second gate signal for driving the second controlled rectifier.
The second gate signal may be phase shifted with respect to the first gate signal by a predetermined amount.
The first controlled rectifier may be a three-phase full-bridge circuit including first to sixth silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) thyristors (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6).
The second controlled rectifier may include seventh to twelfth silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) thyristors (S21, S22, S23, S24, S25, S26).
The second gate signal may be shifted with respect to the first gate signal by π/6.
According to embodiments, there is an effect of reducing the output current ripple and thus reducing the loss compared to the related method. In addition, since the current loss is determined by I(RMS){circumflex over ( )}2*R, the reduction of the output current ripple leads to a reduction in the RMS value of the output current, thereby obtaining an effect of improving power conversion efficiency by the reduction in loss. In addition, since the embodiment is applicable by adding new features while using the power stage of the existing power system as it is, there is an advantage that it is possible to utilize the existing parts and devices, and it is thus relatively easy to apply to the method used in the existing industry.
