UPPER FLOATER TYPE HUMIDIFIER

An upper floater type humidifier which integrates a floater to a water tank is provided. The humidifier includes a water tank and a base. A bottom of the water tank is provided with a drain hole, the drain hole is internally provided with a drain valve, and the base is internally provided with an atomizing water channel. The humidifier further includes a floater, the floater is a floating lever, and one end of the floater is a control end capable of driving the drain valve and the other end of the floater is a floating end. The floater is mounted at the bottom of the water tank via a displacement driving rack to form an upper floater type structure. The floater is mounted on the base of the water tank, the structure in the atomizing water channel is simplified, the cleaning difficulty of the atomizing water channel is reduced.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the field of humidifiers, in particular to an upper floater type humidifier which integrates a floater to a water tank.

BACKGROUND

A part of humidifiers controls the drain valve effectively by utilizing lever type floaters, and the lever type floaters are mounted in water channels, such that the floaters are controlled by means of water levels in the water channels effectively. As the water channel is internally provided with an atomizing assembly to atomize and discharge water in the water channel so as to achieve a humidifying purpose, it is necessary to clean the water channel periodically, such that it is ensured that the humidifier is used safely and sanitarily. However, as the water channel is internally provided with a plurality of components including the lever type floater, it is harder to clean and maintain the water channel and the cleanliness of the water channel is low.

Thus, how to design a structure of the humidifier and reduce arrangement of the components in the water channel so as to simplify the structure becomes one of the important technical problems needed to be solved by those skilled in the art.

SUMMARY

In order to solve the problem, the present invention discloses a technical scheme of an upper floater type humidifier, including a water tank and a base, a bottom of the water tank being provided with a drain hole, the drain hole being internally provided with a drain valve, and the base being internally provided with an atomizing water channel, wherein

the humidifier further comprises a floater, the floater is a floating lever, and one end of the floater is a control end capable of driving the drain valve and the other end of the floater is a floating end; and

the floater is mounted at the bottom of the water tank via a displacement driving rack to form an upper floater type structure.

Further preferably, the displacement driving rack is fixed to the bottom of the water tank and extends into the atomizing water channel.

Further preferably, the displacement driving rack is a sliding driving rack.

Further preferably, the displacement driving rack comprising an upper slide block and a lower slide block connected slidably, wherein

the upper slide block is fixed to the bottom of the water tank;

the lower slide block is provided with the floater; and

the lower slide block drives the floater to displace slidably to drive the control end of the floater to correspond to or be far away from the drain valve.

Further preferably, a bottom of the lower slide block is provided with a mounting port, and the floater is disposed at the mounting port.

Further preferably, the atomizing water channel is further internally provided with a limiting baffle plate, and the limiting baffle plate is located next to the driving rack.

Further preferably, an upper end surface of the limiting baffle plate is a limiting surface, wherein

a side of the lower slide block corresponding to the limiting baffle plate is provided with a limiting protrusion, and the limiting protrusion can be matched with the limiting surface to limit a sliding stroke of the lower slide block.

Further preferably, the limiting surface is an inclined surface, the lowest end is arranged close to the drain valve, and the lower slide block is matched with the limiting surface via the limiting protrusion arranged on a side surface thereof to form a mechanism capable of displacing slidably along an inclination direction of the limiting surface.

Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages that

as the floater is mounted on the base of the water tank, the structure in the atomizing water channel is simplified, such that the cleaning difficulty of the atomizing water channel is reduced and the cleanliness of the atomizing water channel is improved;

In addition, the floater is mounted at the bottom of the water tank via a driving rack, the driving rack includes the upper slide block and the lower slide block sliding relatively, the upper slide block is fixed, the lower slide block is provided with the floater, and the lower slide block drives the floater to displace slidably to drive the control end of the floater to correspond to or be far away from the drain valve, such that it is further ensured that the drain valve is controlled effectively while the atomizing water channel is simplified.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

As the water channel is internally provided with an atomizing assembly to atomize and discharge water in the water channel so as to achieve a humidifying purpose, it is necessary to clean the water channel periodically, such that it is ensured that the humidifier is used safely and sanitarily as the water channel is internally provided with a plurality of components including the lever type floater, it is harder to clean and maintain the water channel and the cleanliness of the water channel is low.

In order to solve the problem, the inventor finds an upper floater type humidifier through continuous researches by analyzing reasons. The upper floater type humidifier includes a water tank and a base, a bottom of the water tank being provided with a drain hole, the drain hole being internally provided with a drain valve, and the base being internally provided with an atomizing water channel, wherein

the humidifier further includes a floater, the floater is a floating lever, and one end of the floater is a control end capable of driving the drain valve and the other end of the floater is a floating end; and

the floater is mounted at the bottom of the water tank via a reciprocating displacement driving rack to form an upper floater type structure.

In the technical scheme, the floater is connected with the water tank via the sliding driving rack, and the floater is further driven to be controlled corresponding to the drain valve while the structure of the atomizing water channel is simplified, such that the technical problem in the prior art is solved.

Detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention will be made below in combination with drawings.

EXAMPLES

As show in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, an upper floater type humidifier includes a water tank 1 and a base 2. The water tank 1 is a container, and a bottom of the water tank is provided with a drain hole, and the drain hole is internally provided with a drain valve 5 which controls drainage and a drainage amount; the base 2 is internally provided with an atomizing water channel 3, the atomizing water channel 3 plays atomizing and humidifying roles, and the water tank 1 supplements water to the atomizing water channel 3 via the drain hole.

As shown in FIG. 2, the humidifier further includes a floater 4. The floater 4 is a floating lever capable of performing lever motion, one end of the floater 4 is a control end 41 capable of driving the drain valve to be turned on or off and the other end thereof is a floating end 42, the floater 4 is disposed in the atomizing water channel 3, the floating end 42 drives the control end 41 to ascend and descend by means of height of the water level in the atomizing water channel 3, and the control end 41 which ascends and descends can drive the drain valve 5 to drain so as to control drainage.

Specifically speaking, the control end 41 of the floater 4 is provided with a trigger protrusion capable of driving the drain valve 5 to control drainage, and the trigger protrusion is cone-shaped; and the floating end 42 is provided with a floating block, such that the control end 41 can be driven to ascend and descend by means of water level change in the atomizing water channel 3, and therefore, drainage of the drain valve 5 is further controlled.

In the scheme, the floater 4 is mounted at the bottom of the water tank 1 to form the upper floater type structure, such that the structure in the atomizing water channel 3 is simplified effectively, a purpose of being convenient to clean and maintain is achieved, and the service life of the whole humidifier is prolonged.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the humidifier further includes a displacement driving rack 6. The displacement driving rack 6 is fixed to the bottom of the water tank 1 and extends into the atomizing water channel 3. The floater 4 is mounted at the bottom of the water tank 1 via the displacement driving rack 6.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the displacement driving rack 6 is a sliding driving rack which includes an upper slide block 61 and a lower slide block 62 slidably connected; the upper slide block 61 is fixed to a bottom surface of the water tank 1, a bottom of the lower slide block 62 is provided with a mounting port, and the floater 4 is mounted at the mounting port; the lower slide block 62 drives the control end 41 of the floater to be close to or far away from the drain valve 5, such that the drain valve 5 is controlled effectively;

Specifically speaking, the upper and lower slide blocks 61 and 62 are arranged toward the drain valve 5 in a reciprocating sliding direction, the upper slide block 61 is provided with a protruding slide rail and the lower slide block 62 is provided with a sliding groove; the upper slide block 61 is provided with two symmetrical lockholes to be matched with screws to lock the upper slide block to the bottom surface of the water tank 1, a bottom surface of the lower slide block 62 far away from the upper slide block 61 is provided with an internal notch, two side walls in the internal notch are provided with coupling holes, two sides of the floater 4 are provided with connecting shafts and the connecting shafts are mounted in the coupling holes to mount the floater 4, and the floater 4 can perform lever motion in the mounting port.

It should be noted that the bottom surface of the upper slide block 61 extends toward the direction of the lower slide block 62 to obtain two L-shaped protruding strips, the two L-shaped protruding strips are distributed symmetrically to form the protruding slide rail, and the lower slide block 62 is slidably connected to the protruding slide rail of the upper slide block 61; a certain separation distance exists between each L-shaped protruding strip and the bottom surface of the lower slide block, such that a movable allowance up and down is obtained afterwards, and the lower slide block 62 is limited along a horizontal direction where the protruding slide rail slides and has a movable allowance in an up-down (vertical) direction.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, in order to limit a sliding stroke of the lower slide block 62, the atomizing water channel 3 is further internally provided with a limiting baffle plate 7, and the limiting baffle plate 7 is located next to the driving rack 6; an upper end surface of the limiting baffle plate 7 is a limiting surface 71; and a side of the lower slide block 61 corresponding to the limiting baffle plate 7 is provided with a limiting protrusion 621, and the limiting protrusion 621 can be matched with the limiting surface;

Specifically speaking, the limiting baffle plate 7 is a plate body standing on the bottom surface of the atomizing water channel 3, and a side surface thereof is arranged against the lower slide block 62; a top surface of the limiting baffle plate 7 is a bump surface arranged obliquely to form the limiting surface, the lowest end of the limiting surface 71 is arranged close to the drain valve and the highest end thereof is arranged far away from the drain valve to form a limiting baffle plate structure facing the drain valve, wherein the height is decreased gradually. Further, when the lower slide block 62 slides along the direction of the protruding slide block, the limiting protrusion 621 can lean against the limiting surface so as to limit slip of the lower slide block 62.

A guiding concave surface is arranged next to the sliding driving rack, the guiding concave surface is matched with the limiting baffle plate 7, and in a process that the water tank 1 is mounted in the base 2, a guiding structure through which the sliding driving rack is mounted is formed; further, the lower slide block 62 in the sliding driving rack is provided with the limiting protrusion 621, the limiting protrusion 62 is matched with the limiting surface arranged obliquely, the lower slide block 62 can displace in the up-down (vertical) direction in a range of the movable allowance along the inclination direction of the limiting surface 71 while the upper and lower slide blocks 61 and 62 slide relatively, and a stroke of the lower slide block 62 is slip in a reciprocating manner along the direction of the limiting surface so as to dispose the control end to the lower end of the drain valve.

Although disclosed with preferred embodiment above, the invention is not limited by the embodiment. Any of those skilled in the art may make probable alternations and modifications without departing the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of inventions should be subject to the scope of the invention as defined in the claims

Claims

1. An upper floater type humidifier, comprising a water tank and a base, a bottom of the water tank being provided with a drain hole, the drain hole being internally provided with a drain valve, and the base being internally provided with an atomizing water channel, wherein

the humidifier further comprises a floater, the floater is a floating lever, and one end of the floater is a control end capable of driving the drain valve and the other end of the floater is a floating end; and
the floater is mounted at the bottom of the water tank via a displacement driving rack to form an upper floater type structure.

2. The upper floater type humidifier according to claim 1, wherein the displacement driving rack is fixed to the bottom of the water tank and extends into the atomizing water channel.

3. The upper floater type humidifier according to claim 1, wherein the displacement driving rack is a sliding driving rack.

4. The upper floater type humidifier according to claim 3, the displacement driving rack comprises an upper slide block and a lower slide block connected slidably, wherein

the upper slide block is fixed to the bottom of the water tank;
the lower slide block is provided with the floater; and
the lower slide block drives the floater to displace slidably to drive the control end of the floater to correspond to or be far away from the drain valve.

5. The upper floater type humidifier according to claim 4, wherein a bottom of the lower slide block is provided with a mounting port, and the floater is disposed at the mounting port.

6. The upper floater type humidifier according to claim 4, wherein the atomizing water channel is further internally provided with a limiting baffle plate, and the limiting baffle plate is located next to the driving rack.

7. The upper floater type humidifier according to claim 6, wherein an upper end surface of the limiting baffle plate is a limiting surface; and

a side of the lower slide block corresponding to the limiting baffle plate is provided with a limiting protrusion, and the limiting protrusion is matched with the limiting surface to limit a sliding stroke of the lower slide block.

The upper floater type humidifier according to claim 7, wherein the limiting surface is an inclined surface, the lowest end is arranged close to the drain valve, and the lower slide block is matched with the limiting surface via the limiting protrusion arranged on a side surface thereof to form a mechanism capable of displacing slidably along an inclination direction of the limiting surface.

9. The upper floater type humidifier according to claim 2, wherein the displacement driving rack is a sliding driving rack.

10. The upper floater type humidifier according to claim 9, the displacement driving rack comprises an upper slide block and a lower slide block connected slidably, wherein

the upper slide block is fixed to the bottom of the water tank;
the lower slide block is provided with the floater; and
the lower slide block drives the floater to displace slidably to drive the control end of the floater to correspond to or be far away from the drain valve.

11. The upper floater type humidifier according to claim 10, wherein a bottom of the lower slide block is provided with a mounting port, and the floater is disposed at the mounting port.

12. The upper floater type humidifier according to claim 10, wherein the atomizing water channel is further internally provided with a limiting baffle plate, and the limiting baffle plate is located next to the driving rack.

13. The upper floater type humidifier according to claim 12, wherein an upper end surface of the limiting baffle plate is a limiting surface; and

a side of the lower slide block corresponding to the limiting baffle plate is provided with a limiting protrusion, and the limiting protrusion is matched with the limiting surface to limit a sliding stroke of the lower slide block.

The upper floater type humidifier according to claim 13, wherein the limiting surface is an inclined surface, the lowest end is arranged close to the drain valve, and the lower slide block is matched with the limiting surface via the limiting protrusion arranged on a side surface thereof to form a mechanism capable of displacing slidably along an inclination direction of the limiting surface.
