An intelligent system that automatically adjusting optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume with personalized exercise prescription, comprising: upload the physiological information data measured by registered members to a cloud data integration server through the Internet; an expert diagnostic unit, which can download and use the member's physiological information data from the cloud data integration server. After the diagnosis, a personalized exercise prescription is issued and uploaded to the cloud data integration server; a rehabilitation fitness equipment unit can download the exercise prescription from the cloud data integration server to control and automatically adjust the optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume; after being diagnosed by experts such as doctors, rehabilitators or fitness coaches, the optimal parameter values of a continuously updated artificial intelligence exercise prescription can be used to improve the efficacy of personal rehabilitation or exercise fitness.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates to an intelligent system that automatically adjusting optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume with personalized exercise prescription, especially the one that after being diagnosed by experts such as doctors, rehabilitators or fitness coaches, the optimal parameter values of a continuously updated artificial intelligence exercise prescription will be downloaded from the internet and automatically loaded and adjusted for the exercise parameters of rehabilitation and fitness equipment to achieve the best rehabilitation and fitness intensity or exercise volume for user.

2. Description of the Related Art

With the development of social economy, people spend most of their time for work and social activities, and have fewer opportunities to exercise. However, in order to maintain a healthy and fit body, most office workers rely on exercise equipment to strengthen their bodies.

The amount of exercise required for different age groups and diseases is not the same, and the amount of exercise changes blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, blood oxygen, and cardiopulmonary function, also it is even more important to conduct real-time medical monitoring for the fitness user and the patients. Therefore, fitness or rehabilitation and medical treatment are inseparable, the physiological information presented during rehabilitation or fitness includes the detection of fitness equipment sensors and medical sensors, but it is not easy to integrate the above different types of information.

All kinds of exercise equipment usually operate independently, and the test data between each other cannot be communicated with each other, resulting in cannot integrate various test data. Therefore, the evaluation of training results can often only include a single or specific exercise as a reference. What's more, most exercise equipment only have limited memory for exercise records on the machines, and lack a common platform, so that experts such as doctors, rehabilitators or fitness coaches cannot fully inspect the user's completed exercise result through a unified channel. At the same time, it is impossible to observe the correlation and change between the training plan and the training effect, and it also lacks the opportunity for users to update the rehabilitation and fitness plan in real time.

Therefore, if the intensity of rehabilitation and fitness can be matched with the diagnosis of experts such as doctors, rehabilitators or fitness coaches, and the cloud data integration system can be used for long-term monitoring, it can provide users with dynamic signals during rehabilitation and fitness for monitoring and presenting on the rehabilitation and fitness equipment to remind the user to adjust the fitness state, that is the subject to be improved by the present invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is a primary objective of the present invention to provide an intelligent system that automatically adjusting optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume with personalized exercise prescription that after being diagnosed by experts such as doctors, rehabilitators or fitness coaches, achieving personalized rehabilitation or fitness improvement by the optimal parameter values of a continuously updated artificial intelligence exercise prescription adjusted for the exercise parameters of rehabilitation and fitness equipment.

It is another objective of the present invention is to provide an intelligent system that automatically adjusting optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume with personalized exercise prescription that can avoid sports injuries caused by improper use of rehabilitation or fitness equipment by users, and has the effect of improving the safety of use.

In order to achieve the above objectives, the present invention comprise: a user login unit, identifying the user whether is he a registered member; a holistic health detection unit, detecting the physiological state of the user through various detection devices, and obtain a physiological information; a detection data upload unit, uploading the aforementioned physiological information of the user to a cloud data integration server through an Internet; an expert diagnostic unit, a team or individual composed of doctors, rehabilitators or fitness coaches, who can download the physiological information of the user from the cloud data integration server, and diagnose, judge and compile; an exercise prescription prescribe unit, after the above-mentioned medical and rehabilitation experts have compiled the user's physiological information, a personalized exercise prescription is issued, and the exercise prescription is uploaded to the cloud data integration server; a rehabilitation fitness equipment unit, having at least a rehabilitation fitness equipment, the rehabilitation fitness equipment is electrically connected to a control device, the control device downloads the exercise prescription from the cloud data integration server, controls the action conditions of the rehabilitation fitness equipment, and at the same time automatically adjust the rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume of the user; a prescription and parameter adjustment unit, according to the user's physiological information, the parameters adjusted by itself and recorded in the exercise prescription; and a prescription and parameter return unit, after the exercise, returning the latest exercise information of the user and the parameter values adjusted by the user to the cloud data integration server.

Also, in preferred embodiment, between the holistic health detection unit and the expert diagnostic unit, further having a medical care unit to provide helpful diagnostic information for the doctor, rehabilitator, and fitness coach.

Also, in preferred embodiment, further includes a mobile device tracking unit, can be connected with the cloud data integration server, the user can view the personalized rehabilitation or exercise results through the mobile APP, and can provide the user with a rehabilitation or exercise process report data.

Also, the mobile device tracking unit includes smartphones and tablets.

Also, in preferred embodiment, the personalized exercise prescription includes: rehabilitation prescription, daily health care prescription or exercise advice prescription, or any other combination thereof.

Also, in preferred embodiment, the holistic health detection unit includes: detecting the user's body composition, blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, blood oxygen, cardiopulmonary function, flexibility, height, weight and exercise data, or any other combination thereof.

Also, in preferred embodiment, the cloud data integration server includes a body detection cloud database and a cloud data integration server.

Also, in preferred embodiment, the control device of the rehabilitation fitness equipment unit can be arranged around the rehabilitation fitness equipment or directly on the rehabilitation fitness equipment.

With the feature disclosed above, the present invention that after being diagnosed by experts such as doctors, rehabilitators or fitness coaches, achieving personalized rehabilitation or fitness improvement by the optimal parameter values of a continuously updated artificial intelligence exercise prescription adjusted for the exercise parameters of rehabilitation and fitness equipment, and can avoid sports injuries caused by improper use of rehabilitation or fitness equipment by users, and has the effect of improving the safety of use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIGS. 1˜6, in a preferred embodiment, the present invention includes: a user login unit 10, identifying the user whether is he a registered member. If the user is a registered member, the user can log in and use the rehabilitation equipment or fitness equipment through the user login unit 10.

A holistic health detection unit 20, detecting the physiological state of the user through various detection devices, and obtain a physiological information; in this embodiment, the holistic health detection unit 20 includes: detecting the user's body composition, blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, blood oxygen, cardiopulmonary function, flexibility, height, weight and exercise data, or any other combination thereof.

A detection data upload unit 30, uploading the aforementioned physiological information of the user to a cloud data integration server 40 through an Internet 31; in this embodiment, the cloud data integration server 40 includes a body detection cloud database 41 and a cloud data integration server 42.

An expert diagnostic unit 50, a team or individual composed of doctors, rehabilitators or fitness coaches, who can download the physiological information of the user from the cloud data integration server 40, and diagnose, judge and compile; in this embodiment, between the holistic health detection unit 20 and the expert diagnostic unit 50, further having a medical care unit 21 to provide helpful diagnostic information for the doctor, rehabilitator, and fitness coach.

An exercise prescription prescribe unit 60, after the above-mentioned medical and rehabilitation experts have compiled the user's physiological information, a personalized exercise prescription 61 is issued, and the exercise prescription 61 is uploaded to the cloud data integration server 40; in this embodiment, the personalized exercise prescription 61 includes: rehabilitation prescription, daily health care prescription or exercise advice prescription, or any other combination thereof.

The difference between the present invention and the conventional motion monitoring platform is: using a team or individual composed of experts such as doctors, rehabilitators, fitness coaches, etc., although it is remote, the cloud data integration server 40 can be used to download the user's physiological information data, and diagnose, judge and compile; as showing in FIG. 2, a personalized exercise prescription 61 is issued, and the optimal parameter values of a continuously updated artificial intelligence exercise prescription 61 is provided to achieve smart system for optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume for user.

A rehabilitation fitness equipment unit 70, having at least a rehabilitation fitness equipment 71, the rehabilitation fitness equipment 71 is electrically connected to a control device 72, the control device 72 downloads the exercise prescription from the cloud data integration server 40, controls the action conditions of the rehabilitation fitness equipment 71, and at the same time automatically adjust the rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume of the user; in this embodiment, the control device 72 of the rehabilitation fitness equipment unit 70 can be arranged around the rehabilitation fitness equipment 71, as FIG. 4 showing; or directly on the rehabilitation fitness equipment 71, as FIG. 3 showing; the control device 72 includes a microprocessor, a memory and a wireless transmission device, etc.

A prescription and parameter adjustment unit 80, according to the user's physiological information, the parameters adjusted by itself and recorded in the exercise prescription 61; and a prescription and parameter return unit 90, after the exercise, returning the latest exercise information of the user and the parameter values adjusted by the user to the cloud data integration server 40.

In this embodiment, further includes a mobile device tracking unit 100, can be connected with the cloud data integration server 40; as FIG. 5 showing, the user can view the personalized rehabilitation or exercise results through the mobile APP, and can provide the user with a rehabilitation or exercise process report data 101. In this embodiment, the mobile device tracking unit 100 includes smartphones and tablets, but not limited to this application.

FIG. 6 is a block diagram illustrating the process of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, which clearly shows the use instructions of the entire system, wherein the exercise prescription or rehabilitation prescription is loaded, and the prescription is adjusted during the exercise; when finishing the exercise, the latest exercise information of the user and the parameter values adjusted by the user are automatically sent back to the cloud data integration server 40, etc., to form an example of a constantly updated artificial intelligence exercise prescription, and to fully obtain the user physical fitness and condition.

With the features disclosed above, the present invention achieves the effect of improving personalized rehabilitation or fitness by the best parameter value of a constantly updated artificial intelligence exercise prescription after being diagnosed by experts such as doctors, rehabilitators or fitness coaches; in addition to avoiding sports injuries caused by improper use of rehabilitation or exercise equipment, it also has the effect of improving the safety of use.

Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.

Claims

1. An intelligent system that automatically adjusting optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume with personalized exercise prescription, comprising:

a user login unit, identifying the user whether is he a registered member;
a holistic health detection unit, detecting the physiological state of the user through various detection devices, and obtain a physiological information;
a detection data upload unit, uploading the aforementioned physiological information of the user to a cloud data integration server through an Internet;
an expert diagnostic unit, a team or individual composed of doctors, rehabilitators or fitness coaches, who can download the physiological information of the user from the cloud data integration server, and diagnose, judge and compile;
an exercise prescription prescribe unit, after the above-mentioned medical and rehabilitation experts have compiled the user's physiological information, a personalized exercise prescription is issued, and the exercise prescription is uploaded to the cloud data integration server;
a rehabilitation fitness equipment unit, having at least a rehabilitation fitness equipment, the rehabilitation fitness equipment is electrically connected to a control device, the control device downloads the exercise prescription from the cloud data integration server, controls the action conditions of the rehabilitation fitness equipment, and at the same time automatically adjust the rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume of the user;
a prescription and parameter adjustment unit, according to the user's physiological information, the parameters adjusted by itself and recorded in the exercise prescription; and
a prescription and parameter return unit, after the exercise, returning the latest exercise information of the user and the parameter values adjusted by the user to the cloud data integration server.

The intelligent system that automatically adjusting optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume with personalized exercise prescription as claimed in claim 1, wherein between the holistic health detection unit and the expert diagnostic unit, further having a medical care unit to provide helpful diagnostic information for the doctor, rehabilitator, and fitness coach.

The intelligent system that automatically adjusting optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume with personalized exercise prescription as claimed in claim 1, wherein further includes a mobile device tracking unit, can be connected with the cloud data integration server, the user can view the personalized rehabilitation or exercise results through the mobile APP, and can provide the user with a rehabilitation or exercise process report data.

4. The intelligent system that automatically adjusting optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume with personalized exercise prescription as claimed in claim 3, wherein the mobile device tracking unit includes smartphones and tablets.

The intelligent system that automatically adjusting optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume with personalized exercise prescription as claimed in claim 1, wherein the personalized exercise prescription includes: rehabilitation prescription, daily health care prescription or exercise advice prescription, or any other combination thereof.

The intelligent system that automatically adjusting optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume with personalized exercise prescription as claimed in claim 1, wherein the holistic health detection unit 20 includes: detecting the user's body composition, blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, blood oxygen, cardiopulmonary function, flexibility, height, weight and exercise data, or any other combination thereof.

7. The intelligent system that automatically adjusting optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume with personalized exercise prescription as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cloud data integration server includes a body detection cloud database and a cloud data integration server.

The intelligent system that automatically adjusting optimal rehabilitation intensity or exercise volume with personalized exercise prescription as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control device of the rehabilitation fitness equipment unit can be arranged around the rehabilitation fitness equipment or directly on the rehabilitation fitness equipment.
