FITTING DEVICE FOR CHRISTMAS TREE BASES

The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliances, and particularly relates to a fitting device for Christmas tree bases. The fitting device includes frames and connecting members, outer ends of the respective frames are approximately on the same cylindrical surface, the connecting member is arranged between outer ends of two adjacent frames, at least one connecting member is arc-shaped and its curvature is greater than that of a corresponding arc, and the connecting member is elastic in a radial direction, so that a tree base of a conventional real tree can also be used to fix an artificial tree or a small-size real tree.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliances, and particularly relates to a fitting device for Christmas tree bases, which is used to fixing Christmas trees for Christmas decoration.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Christmas trees are indispensable when people dress up for Christmas. Currently, there are mainly two types of Christmas trees, including real trees as Christmas trees, and artificial Christmas trees. However, the size of trunks at the bottom of the two Christmas trees is obviously different. Generally speaking, the height of a real tree is about 1-4 m and the diameter of a trunk at the bottom is about 6-20 cm; while artificial trees are not restricted by the growth of normal real trees and the materials used can also be lighter, so the diameter of trunks at the bottom is generally only 1-5 cm. Therefore, artificial trees are generally fixed with relatively thin and small tree bases.

In addition, in order that a traditional tree base is fitted to fix a trunk at the bottom of a real tree within a certain range, multiple screws that can be steplessly adjusted are generally used to act on the trunk to achieve a lateral limiting effect. However, it is obviously not applicable to artificial Christmas trees with a diameter of only 1-5 cm. In practical applications, traditional tree bases generally cannot be adjusted to fit such a small size. Even if a small number of tree bases can be adjusted to fit this size, the fixing effect is very weak and the artificial Christmas trees are prone to fall over.

CN206025978U discloses a tree base, which is a conventional tree base mainly applied to real trees, wherein a trunk at the bottom of a Christmas tree is laterally fixed by adjusting a clamping device 3, and this Christmas tree base is weakly fixed and easy to fall over when applied to artificial trees. CN209186307U discloses another Christmas tree base, which achieves the mounting and matching of stumps of different sizes by adjusting stump limiting blocks 3 with different arc edges, but this tree base can fit a limited number of sizes and also has a weak effect on artificial trees. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a fitting device that can fit a base of a real tree, and fix a Christmas tree with a smaller bottom trunk size, such as an artificial Christmas tree or a small-sized real tree.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An object of the invention is to provide a fitting device that can be applied to traditional Christmas tree bases so that an artificial Christmas tree with a smaller bottom trunk size can be fixed with a base of a real tree. The fitting device has the advantages of low requirements for machining accuracy, high matching degree, good fixing effect and convenient access.

As a first aspect of the invention, a fitting device for Christmas tree bases is provided to be fitted into a cavity of a Christmas tree base so that an artificial Christmas tree can be fixed with a base of a real tree. The fitting device includes a side fitting member and a bottom fitting member that are connected to each other, wherein an upper end of the side fitting member is formed as an upper end surface of the fitting device, a lower end surface of the bottom fitting member is formed as a bottom wall of the fitting device, and the upper end surface is provided with a tree base hole for fitting a small-sized tree base of an artificial Christmas tree. The side fitting member includes frames and connecting members, there are several frames which are arranged to extend outward in a radial direction from an outer surface of the tree base hole to form a frame group with a radial shape; the length of the respective frames is approximately equal, so that outer ends of the respective frames are approximately on the same cylindrical surface; the connecting member is arranged between outer ends of any two adjacent frames, and is elastic in a radial direction so as to be fitted on a side wall of an inner cavity of the tree base through the deformation of the connecting member in the radial direction; at least one connecting member is arc-shaped and its curvature is greater than that of a corresponding arc; and the respective connecting members are formed as the side wall.

The corresponding arc refers to a virtual arc segment of the outer ends of the any two adjacent frames on the cylindrical surface.

As a second aspect of the invention, a fitting device for Christmas tree bases is provided to be fitted into a cavity of a Christmas tree base so that an artificial Christmas tree can be fixed with a base of a real tree. The fitting device includes a side fitting member and a bottom fitting member that are connected to each other, wherein an upper end of the side fitting member is formed as an upper end surface of the fitting device, a lower end surface of the bottom fitting member is formed as a bottom wall of the fitting device, and the upper end surface is provided with a tree base hole for fitting a small-sized tree base of an artificial Christmas tree. The side fitting member includes frames and connecting members, the frames are arranged in a crisscross pattern to form a mesh structure, and the length of the frames is set according to the position of the respective frames so that outer ends of the respective frames are substantially on the same cylindrical surface. The connecting member is arc-shaped and arranged between outer ends of any two adjacent frames to connect the outer ends of the two frames; at least one connecting member is arc-shaped and its curvature is greater than that of the cylindrical surface, and the respective connecting members have the same or different curvature; and the connecting member is elastic in a radial direction so as to be fitted on a side wall of an inner cavity of the tree base through the deformation of the connecting member in the radial direction. The connecting member and the frame adjacent thereto are formed as a side acting member, and the respective side acting members are continuously arranged to form a continuous side wall; or the connecting member and the frame adjacent thereto are formed as a side acting member, a notch is formed between two frames without a connecting member, and the side acting members and the notches are arranged spacedly to form a side wall formed by spacedly arranged connecting members.

The corresponding arc refers to a virtual arc segment of the outer ends of the any two adjacent frames on the cylindrical surface.

As a third aspect of the invention, a fitting device for Christmas tree bases is provided to be fitted into a cavity of a Christmas tree base so that an artificial Christmas tree can be fixed with a base of a real tree. The fitting device includes a side fitting member and a bottom fitting member that are connected to each other, wherein an upper end of the side fitting member is formed as an upper end surface of the fitting device, a lower end surface of the bottom fitting member is formed as a bottom wall of the fitting device, and the upper end surface is provided with a tree base hole for fitting a small-sized tree base of an artificial Christmas tree. The side fitting member includes frames and connecting members, the frames include inner frames and outer frames, the inner frames are arranged in a crisscross pattern to form a mesh structure, a connecting frame is connected to an outer end of at least one inner frame, and the outer frames are arranged to extend outward in a radial direction from an outer surface of the connecting frame to form a frame group with a radial shape; and the length of the respective outer frames is approximately equal, so that outer ends of the respective outer frames are substantially on the same cylindrical surface. The connecting member is arc-shaped and arranged between outer ends of any two adjacent outer frames to connect the outer ends of the two outer frames; the respective connecting members are arc-shaped and their curvature is greater than that of the cylindrical surface, and the respective connecting members have the same or different curvature; and the connecting member is elastic in a radial direction so as to be fitted on a side wall of an inner cavity of the tree base through the deformation of the connecting member in the radial direction. The connecting member and the frame adjacent thereto are formed as a side acting member, and the respective side acting members are continuously arranged to form a continuous side wall; or the connecting member and the frame adjacent thereto are formed as a side acting member, a notch is formed between two frames without a connecting member, and the side acting members and the notches are arranged spacedly to form a side wall formed by spacedly arranged connecting members.

As a fourth aspect of the invention, a fitting device for Christmas tree bases is provided to be fitted into a cavity of a Christmas tree base so that an artificial Christmas tree can be fixed with a base of a real tree. The fitting device has a bottom wall for matching a bottom surface of an inner wall of the cavity of the tree base, and a side wall for matching a side surface of the inner wall of the cavity of the tree base. the fitting device further includes frames and connecting members, there are several frames, outer ends of the respective frames are substantially on the same cylindrical surface, the connecting member is arranged between outer ends of any two adjacent frames; at least one connecting member is arc-shaped and its curvature is greater than that of a corresponding arc of the cylindrical surface; and the connecting member is elastic in a radial direction, and the connecting members are formed as the side wall.

When the fitting device of the invention matches a base of a conventional real Christmas tree, an arc-shaped middle section of the connecting member abuts against the side wall of the inner cavity of the tree base due to greater curvature, a user can apply force to allow the sheet-like connecting member to be deformed in the radial direction, the arc-shaped middle section is deformed inwardly to be fitted into the side wall of the inner cavity of the tree base, and the connecting member continues to have an outward force to act on the side wall of the inner cavity of the tree base due to its elasticity, so that the fitting member can be inserted into a tree base with a corresponding size and then firmly fixed, and therefore does not shake from side to side or is inconvenient to be inserted thereinto. When the fitting device needs to be removed, it is only necessary to displace the fitting device from the tree base to the opening direction of the inner cavity. At this time, the force of the connecting member acting on the side wall of the tree base only produces frictional force, and the fitting device can be removed from the inner cavity of the tree base as long as the external force is greater than the sum of frictional force and gravity.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art better understand the invention to define the claimed scope of the invention more clearly, the invention will be described below in detail with reference to some particular embodiments of the invention. It should be noted that the following description only refers to some particular embodiments within the inventive concept, which are only part of the embodiments of the invention, wherein the detailed direct description of the related structures is only for the convenience of understanding the invention, and various specific features do not certainly and directly define the implementation range of the invention. Conventional selection and substitution made by those skilled in the art under the guidance of the inventive concept shall be considered to be within the claimed scope of the invention.

A fitting device for Christmas tree bases is used to be fitted into a cavity of a Christmas tree base so that an artificial tree can be fixed with a base of a real tree, or a real Christmas tree with a smaller bottom trunk size can also be fixed with a base of a conventional real tree.

Embodiment 1

A fitting device for Christmas tree bases is provided. The fitting device has a bottom wall 101 for matching a bottom surface of an inner wall of a cavity of a tree base, and a side wall 102 for matching a side surface of an inner wall of the cavity of the tree base.

As shown in FIG. 1, the fitting device 1 consists of a side fitting member 11 and a bottom fitting member 12, which may be integrally formed, or separately manufactured so as to form the whole fitting device by existing well-known connection methods such as clamping, gluing or screw fixing. An upper end of the side fitting member 11 is formed as an upper end surface 103 of the fitting device, a lower end of the side fitting member is integrally formed and connected with an upper end surface of the bottom fitting member 12, and a lower end surface of the bottom fitting member 12 is formed as a bottom wall 101 of the fitting device.

Since inner cavities of existing Christmas tree bases are mostly cylindrical, the fitting device also has a similar overall shape, for example, the fitting device may be cylindrical, or can be adjusted appropriately on this basis to form an alternative shape with a T-shaped section as shown in FIG. 4. However, no matter how the shape of the fitting device changes, the fitting device should have a bottom wall 101 and a side wall 102, wherein the bottom wall 101 is used for contacting a bottom surface of an inner cavity of a Christmas tree base to provide an upward supporting force, the side wall 102 is used for contacting a side surface of the inner cavity of the Christmas tree base to constrain the fitting device in a lateral direction so as to avoid lateral displacement or shaking, so that the Christmas tree arranged in the fitting device is firmly fixed.

Of course, the contact between the fitting device 1 and the bottom surface or the side surface of the inner cavity of the Christmas tree base is not limited to an area, and can be a complete or near complete contact or a local partial contact to provide support or limit the position. Obviously, a smaller contact area can reduce the amount of materials used and also facilitate the insertion or removal of the fitting device, but is disadvantageous to the strength of connection between the fitting device and the tree base; on the contrary, a larger contact area can ensure a firm connection therebetween, but has a negative effect on the amount of materials used and the insertion or removal of the fitting device.

Therefore, the structure and shape of the fitting device can be set as required in conjunction with the optimization of material properties and the design of structural performance, thus achieving a balance between effectiveness and cost in practical applications.

Referring to FIG. 4, the outer diameter of the bottom fitting member 12 is smaller than that of the side fitting member 11, so that a side surface of the bottom fitting member 12 is not in contact with that of the inner cavity of the Christmas tree base.

Referring to FIG. 3, the bottom fitting member 12 consists of a cylindrical bottom fitting body 121, and a supporting piece 123 arranged on an outer wall of the bottom fitting body 121. The bottom fitting body 121 is cylindrical, the supporting piece 123 extends radially outward along an outer surface of the bottom fitting body 121 to form several supporting pieces 123 arranged radially; and a bottom surface of the supporting piece 123 is flush with that of the bottom fitting body 121, and the two bottom surfaces together form the bottom wall 101 of the fitting device.

Of course, it is also feasible that the bottom surfaces of the bottom fitting body 121 and the supporting piece 123 are not on the same plane, so that the bottom wall 101 is formed of only the bottom surface of one of the bottom fitting body 121 and the supporting piece 123; or alternatively, it is also possible that a separate leg extending downward is arranged on at least one of the two bottom surfaces to serve as a supporting bottom wall 101.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the bottom fitting body 121 is hollow to form a hollow central cavity 122 for matching a convex post located at the center of the inner cavity of the Christmas tree base, so that the bottom wall 101 of the bottom fitting body 121 can contact the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the tree base.

Referring to FIG. 1, the side fitting member 11 of the fitting device is in a flat cylindrical shape as a whole and arranged concentrically with the bottom fitting member 12; and a tree base hole 13 located at the center of the side fitting member 11 for insertion of a small-sized tree base is formed of the bottom fitting body 121 of the bottom fitting member 12 extending upward.

Referring to FIG. 4, the tree base hole 13 includes an upper hole 131, a transition hole 132 and a bottom hole 133, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the upper hole 131, the transition hole 132 and the bottom hole 133 is preferably a circle, but it is also possible that other conventional shapes such as a rectangle and an ellipse are used instead; and taking a circular cross-section as an example, the inner diameter of the upper hole 131 is greater than that of the bottom hole 133, and the transition hole 132 is arranged between the upper hole 131 and the bottom hole 133 to smoothly connect an inner wall of the upper hole 131 with a larger inner diameter and an inner wall of the bottom hole 133, i.e. the inner diameter of the transition hole 132 decreases as a whole from top to bottom. Most preferably, as shown in FIG. 4, an inner wall of the transition hole 132 is conical.

Moreover, the bottom hole 133 is communicated with the central cavity 122 of the bottom fitting body 121, so that the upper hole 131, the transition hole 132, the bottom hole 133 and the central cavity 122 form a through hole that penetrates vertically.

Referring to FIG. 4, when the height of the side fitting member 11 is small, the structure of the tree base hole 13 may not be accommodated by the side fitting member 11, so a part of the structure of the tree base hole 13 can be arranged in the bottom fitting member 12. The overall height of the fitting device is the sum of the height of the side fitting member 11 and the height of the bottom fitting member 12, and this size can be specifically set as required; the width of the fitting device 1 is the diameter of the side fitting member 11 in most cases, this size can also be specifically set as required Of course, considering that traditional Christmas tree bases also have different sizes, the height and diameter of the fitting device 1 can be set accordingly so that the fitting device can be fully or partially inserted into the inner cavity of the Christmas tree base.

In order that the fitting device 1 can have a good matching effect on the inner cavity of the Christmas tree base, the fitting device 1 is preferably completely accommodated in the inner cavity of the Christmas tree base, whether the upper end surface 103 of the fitting device 1 is flush with or lower than an upper surface of the inner cavity of the Christmas tree base is not limited.

In this case, it is necessary to consider the matching effect of the side wall 102 of the fitting device 1 on the inner cavity of the Christmas tree base. Although the outer diameter of the side wall 102 of the fitting device 1 is most preferably equal to the inner diameter of the inner cavity of the Christmas tree base, it is not favorable to machining and manufacturing, because it is difficult to achieve the same machining accuracy due to the use of the two parts on different equipment. In addition, Christmas tree bases may be existing and comply with general standards, but traditional Christmas tree bases do not require high precision on the inner cavity due to fixing by bolts, while the fitting device needs to be fitted to traditional tree bases, so the fitting precision needs to be considered.

For this reason, the side fitting member 11 of the fitting device 1 is arranged to consist of frames 111 and connecting members 112.

Referring to FIG. 1, the frames 111 are arranged to extend outward in a radial direction from an outer surface of the tree base hole 13 to form a frame group with a radial shape; the length of the respective frames 111 is approximately the same, so that outer ends of the respective frames 111 are on the same cylindrical surface; and the connecting member 112 is arc-shaped and arranged between outer ends of two adjacent frames 111 to connect the outer ends of the two frames 111. Moreover, in the fitting device 1, the respective connecting members 112 are continuously arranged; i.e. a connecting member 112 is respectively arranged between outer ends of each frame 111 and another adjacent frame 111 on a left or right side thereof to form a side fitting member 11 with a complete side surface. Any one connecting member 112 and the frame 111 adjacent thereto are formed as a side acting member 11a, and respective side acting members 11a are continuously arranged to form a side wall 102.

Inner ends of the frames 111 and the tree base hole 13 as well as the connecting members 112 and the outer ends of the respective frames 111 may be integrally formed, or separately manufactured and then assembled together by known connection and fixing methods such as clamping, gluing, heat fusion or screw fixing to form the side fitting member 11.

Referring to FIG. 5, the connecting member 112 is arc-shaped and its curvature is greater than that of a corresponding arc 110 between the outer ends of the adjacent frames 111, so that the connecting member 112 is more protruding than a virtual arc segment of the outer ends of the adjacent frames 111 on the cylindrical surface; and the connecting member 112 is elastic in a radial direction, so as to be deformed and generate an opposite force under the action of an external force.

For example, the connecting member 112 has a larger size in the height direction (i.e. the vertical direction shown in FIG. 4) to form a larger height, but has a smaller size in the radial direction (i.e. the horizontal direction shown in FIG. 4) to form a smaller thickness, and finally a sheet-like connecting member 112 is formed (referring to FIGS. 1 and 3).

Moreover, the diameter of the side fitting member 11 at the frames 111 is set to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the inner cavity of the corresponding Christmas tree base, and the diameter of the side fitting member 11 at the connecting members 112 is set to be slightly greater than the inner diameter of the inner cavity of the Christmas tree base. When the fitting device matches the Christmas tree base, an arc-shaped middle section of the connecting member 112 abuts against the side wall of the inner cavity of the tree base due to greater curvature, a user can apply force to allow the sheet-like connecting member 112 to be deformed in the radial direction, the arc-shaped middle section is deformed inwardly to be fitted into the side wall of the inner cavity of the tree base, and the connecting member 112 continues to have an outward force to act on the side wall of the inner cavity of the tree base due to its elasticity, so that the fitting member 11 can be inserted into a tree base with a corresponding size and then firmly fixed, and therefore does not shake from side to side or is inconvenient to be inserted thereinto.

Of course, when the fitting device 1 needs to be removed, it is only necessary to displace the fitting device from the tree base to the opening direction of the inner cavity. At this time, the force of the connecting member 112 acting on the side wall of the tree base only produces frictional force, and the fitting device 1 can be removed from the inner cavity of the tree base as long as the external force is greater than the sum of frictional force and gravity.

Embodiment 2

Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, a fitting device for Christmas tree bases is provided, the main structure of which is the same as that of the fitting device 1 of Embodiment 1, which will not be repeatedly described herein.

The only difference is that, in this embodiment, the connecting members 112 of the fitting device are spacedly arranged; i.e. for any frame 111, a connecting member 112 is arranged between outer ends of the frame and another adjacent frame 111 on a left or right side thereof, thereby forming a fitting device 1 with spacedly arranged connecting members 112. In the fitting device 1, side surfaces of the side fitting member 11 are not complete and continuous, but spacedly arranged. The adjacent frames 111 and the connecting member 112 arranged therebetween are formed as a side acting member 11a, and a notch 11b is formed between two frames without a connecting member 112.

Obviously, the sum of the number of the side acting members 11a and the notches 11b is equal to the number of the frames 111, but the number of the side acting members 11a is not necessarily equal to that of the notches 11b; and when there are an odd number of the frames 111, the number of the side acting members 11a is not equal to that of the notches 11b. However, in terms of practical applications, three should be at least three side acting members 11a, so that after the fitting device 1 is inserted into the tree base, the fitting device 1 can form a firm lateral support effect with the side wall of the inner cavity of the tree base.

Schematic perspective and sectional structural views of the fitting device used in cooperation with the tree base are shown in FIGS. 9a and 9b, respectively.

Although, in this embodiment, the side acting members 11a and the notches 11b are sequentially arranged to form a spaced arrangement, it is not necessary. In the fitting device of the invention, the notch 11b can also be used to replace any one of the side acting members 11a so as to form a fitting device in which respective side acting members 11a are discontinuously arranged.

Embodiment 3

A fitting device for Christmas tree bases is provided, the main structure of which is the same as that of the fitting device 1 of Embodiment 1 or 2, which will not be repeatedly described herein. The only difference is that the tree base hole 13 is not arranged at the center, i.e. the tree base hole 13 is eccentrically arranged.

Embodiment 4

Referring to FIGS. 13 to 15, a fitting device for Christmas tree bases is provided, the main structure of which is the same as that of the fitting device 1 of Embodiment 1 or 2, which will not be repeatedly described herein. The only difference is that the frames 111 are arranged in a crisscross pattern instead of being arranged radially in a radial direction.

Of course, in this embodiment, the tree base hole 13 may also not be arranged at the center.

Example 5

Referring to FIG. 16, a fitting device for Christmas tree bases is provided, the main structure of which is the same as that of the fitting device 1 of Embodiment 1 or 2, which will not be repeatedly described herein. The only difference is that, the side fitting members 11 include frames 111 and connecting members 112, the frames 111 include inner frames and outer frames, the inner frames are arranged in a crisscross pattern to form a mesh structure, a connecting frame is connected to an outer end of at least one inner frame, and the outer frames are arranged to extend outward in a radial direction from an outer surface of the connecting frame to form an outer frame group with a radial shape; and the length of the respective outer frames is approximately equal, so that outer ends of the respective outer frames are approximately on the same cylindrical surface.

18. A fitting device for Christmas tree base, which is used for fitting into a cavity of a real Christmas tree base to make an artificial Christmas tree be fixed with the real Christmas tree base; comprising:

a side fitting member, an upper surface of which is formed as an upper surface of the fitting device,
a bottom fitting member connected to the side fitting member, a lower surface of the bottom fitting member is formed as a bottom wall of the fitting device, and
a tree base hole formed in the upper surface of the fitting device, the tree base hole which has a small-sized tree base is used for fitting the artificial Christmas tree;
the side fitting member including:
frames, arranged to extend outward in a radial direction from outer surface of the tree base hole to form a radial-shaped frame group; the length of each respective frame is approximately equal, so that outer ends of each respective frame is approximately on a cylindrical surface; and
connecting members, arranged between the outer ends of adjacent frames, the connecting members are elastic in the radial direction so as to be fitted on a side wall of the cavity of the real Christmas tree base through deformation of the connecting members in the radial direction; and the connecting members are formed as a side wall of the fitting device;
at least one of the connecting members is arc-shaped and curvature of the connecting members is greater than curvature of the cylindrical surface.

19. The fitting device for Christmas tree base according to claim 18, wherein each of the connecting members is arranged between outer end of each respective frame and another frame adjacent on both of left and right sides thereof, and the respective connecting members have same or different curvature; and

a side acting member is formed by each of the connecting members and respective frame adjacent to it, and all of the side acting member is arranged continuously.

20. The fitting device for Christmas tree base according to claim 18, wherein each of the connecting members is arranged between outer end of each respective frame and another frame adjacent on either of left or right side thereof, and the respective connecting members have same or different curvature; and

a side acting member is formed by each of the connecting members and respective frame adjacent thereto, a notch is formed between the adjacent frames without respective connecting member, and the side acting member and the notch is arranged spacedly.

21. The fitting device for Christmas tree base according to claim 18, wherein the bottom fitting member including:

a bottom fitting body, which is cylindrical, and
a supporting piece arranged on an outer wall of the bottom fitting body, the supporting piece extends radially outward along an outer surface of the bottom fitting body; and
a bottom wall of the fitting device is formed by a bottom surface of the supporting piece or a bottom surface of the bottom fitting body.

22. The fitting device for Christmas tree base according to claim 21, wherein outer diameter of the bottom fitting member is smaller than outer diameter of the side fitting member, a side surface of the bottom fitting member do not contacting with the cavity of the real Christmas tree base.

23. The fitting device for Christmas tree base according to claim 21, wherein a hollow central cavity which is internally is formed in the bottom fitting body, and the side fitting member is formed as a flat cylindrical shape and arranged concentrically with the bottom fitting member; and the tree base hole is formed by extending the bottom fitting body upward; and

the tree base hole including an upper hole, a transition hole and a bottom hole in a circular cross-sectional shape, inner diameter of the upper hole is greater than inner diameter of the bottom hole, and an inner wall of the transition hole is conical to smoothly connect an inner wall of the upper hole and an inner wall of the bottom hole;
and the bottom hole is communicated with the central cavity.

24. The fitting device for Christmas tree base according to claim 18, wherein the connecting members are sheet-like; and diameter of the cylindrical surface is slightly smaller than inner diameter of the cavity of the real Christmas tree base.

25. The fitting device for Christmas tree base according to claim 20, wherein quantity of the side acting members is at least three, and quantity of the side acting member and the notch is same or different.

26. A fitting device for Christmas tree base, which is used for fitting into a cavity of a real Christmas tree base to make an artificial Christmas tree be fixed with the real Christmas tree base; comprising:

a side fitting member, an upper surface of which is formed as an upper surface of the fitting device,
a bottom fitting member connected to the side fitting member, a lower surface of the bottom fitting member is formed as a bottom wall of the fitting device, and
a tree base hole formed in the upper surface of the fitting device, the tree base hole which has a small-sized tree base is used for fitting the artificial Christmas tree;
the side fitting member including:
frames, arranged in a crisscross pattern to form a mesh structure, and lengths of the frames are set according to position of respective frames so that outer end of respective frames are substantially on a cylindrical surface; and
connecting members, arranged between outer end of respective frames adjacently to connect outer end of the frame; at least one connecting member is arc-shaped and its curvature is greater than curvature of the cylindrical surface, and respective connecting member have same or different curvature; and the connecting members are elastic in a radial direction so as to be fitted on a side wall of the cavity of the real Christmas tree base through deformation of the connecting member in the radial direction; and
a side acting member is formed by the connecting member and respective frame adjacently thereto, and all of the side acting member is arranged continuously; or
a side acting member is formed by each of the connecting member and respective frame adjacently thereto, a notch is formed between respective frame adjacently without the connecting member, the side acting member and the notche is arranged spacedly.

27. A fitting device for Christmas tree base, which is used to be fitting into a cavity of a real Christmas tree base to make an artificial Christmas tree can be fixed with the real Christmas tree base; comprising:

a side fitting member, an upper surface of which is formed as an upper surface of the fitting device,
a bottom fitting member connected to the side fitting member, a lower surface of the bottom fitting member is formed as a bottom wall of the fitting device, and
a tree base hole formed in the upper surface of the fitting device, the tree base hole which has a small-sized tree base is used for fitting an artificial Christmas tree;
the side fitting member including:
frames, including inner frames and outer frames, the inner frames are arranged in a crisscross pattern to form a mesh structure, a connecting frame is connected to an outer end of at least one respective inner frame, and the outer frames are arranged to extend outward in a radial direction from an outer surface of the connecting frame to form a frame group with a radial shape; and length of respective outer frames is approximately equal, so that outer end of respective outer frames are substantially on a cylindrical surface;
the connecting member is arc-shaped and arranged between outer ends of two adjacent respective outer frames to connect the outer ends of the two respective outer frames; and respective connecting members have same or different curvature; and
the connecting member is elastic in a radial direction so as to be fitted on a side wall of the cavity of the real Christmas tree base through a deformation of the connecting member in the radial direction; and
a side acting member is formed by each of the connecting members and respective frame adjacently thereto, and all of the respective side acting member is arranged continuously; or
a side acting member is formed by each of the connecting members and respective frame adjacently thereto, a notch is formed between the frame adjacently without respective connecting member, the side acting member and the notche is arranged spacedly.

28. The fitting device for Christmas tree base according to claim 27, wherein quantity of the side acting members is at least three.

29. A fitting device for Christmas tree base, which is used for fitting into a cavity of a real Christmas tree base to make an artificial Christmas tree can be fixed with the real Christmas tree base; comprising:

a bottom wall of the fitting device for matching a bottom surface of the cavity of the real Christmas tree base,
a side wall of the fitting device for matching a side surface of the cavity of the real Christmas tree base;
frames, outer end of which is substantially on a cylindrical surface, and
each of the connecting members arranged between outer end of respective adjacent frames; at least one connecting member is arc-shaped and its curvature is greater than curvature of the cylindrical surface;
the connecting members are elastic in a radial direction, all of the connecting members are formed as the side wall of the fitting device.

30. The fitting device for Christmas tree base according to claim 29, wherein the fitting device further including a side fitting member, the frames and the connecting members are arranged on the side fitting member, the respective frame is arranged to extend outward in the radial direction, and length of the respective frame is approximately equal.

31. The fitting device for Christmas tree base according to claim 29, wherein the fitting device further including a side fitting member, the frames and the connecting members are arranged on the side fitting member, the respective frame is arranged in a crisscross pattern to form an intersecting mesh structure, and length of the frames is set according to position of the respective frame so that the outer ends of the respective frames are substantially on a cylindrical surface.

32. The fitting device for Christmas tree base according to claim 29, wherein the fitting device further including a side fitting member, and the frames and the connecting members are arranged on the side fitting member; the frames including inner frame and outer frame, the inner frame is arranged in a crisscross pattern to form a mesh structure, a connecting frame is connected to an outer end of at least one respective inner frame, and the outer frame is arranged to extend outward in the radial direction from an outer surface of respective connecting frame to form a frame group with a radial shape; and length of the respective outer frame is approximately equal, so that outer end of the respective outer frame is substantially on a cylindrical surface.

33. The fitting device for Christmas tree base according to claim 29, wherein the fitting device further including a bottom fitting member, an upper surface of the fitting device is formed by a surface of the side fitting member and the other surface of the side fitting member is connected to or integrally formed with one surface of the bottom fitting member, and the bottom wall of the fitting device is formed by the other surface of the bottom fitting member.

34. The fitting device for Christmas tree base according to claim 30 wherein a side acting member is formed by respective connecting member and respective frame adjacent thereto, and all of the side acting member is continuously arranged; or, a side acting member is formed by each of the connecting member and respective frame adjacent thereto, a notch is formed between respective frames adjacent without respective connecting member, the side acting member and the notch is arranged spacedly.
