Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a lockable storage case mechanism for electronic device includes a case 1 and a fixing mechanism connected to the case 1, the case 1 includes a front cover 101 and a rear cover 102, the front cover 101 is provided with a film, and a middle portion of the rear cover 102 is provided with a placing portion for an electronic device. The front cover 101 and the rear cover 102 are connected by a pressing mechanism 7, and the fixing mechanism includes a connecting member 4, and the connecting member 4 is configured to be a disc with a notch 403. When the case 1 is rotated so that the notch 403 corresponds to the pressing mechanism 7, the pressing mechanism 7 is unlocked; when the notch 403 leaves from the pressing mechanism 7, the disc is inserted into the pressing mechanism 7, and the pressing mechanism 7 is locked.

In use, the connecting member 4 is fixed, the case 1 is rotated, and the pressing mechanism 7 rotates relative to the disc of the connecting member 4;

When the pressing mechanism 7 encounters the notch 403 on the disc, the locking is released and the pressing mechanism 7 can be opened, thereby opening the front cover 101 and the rear cover 102,

When the notch 403 leaves from the pressing mechanism 7, the pressing mechanism 7 is blocked by the disc, the pressing mechanism 7 is locked, and the front cover 101 and the rear cover 102 cannot be opened. The present disclosure utilizes the rotating of the case 1 to lock or unlock the pressing mechanism 7, and is convenient to use.

The pressing mechanism 7 includes a push switch 702, a locking member 701, and a locking slot 707. when the notch 403 corresponds to the pressing mechanism 7, the push switch 702 presses the locking member 701, and the locking member 701 moves along the locking slot 707 to unlock; when the notch 403 leaves from the pressing mechanism 7, the disc blocks the locking slot 707 and restricts a displacement of the locking member 701, thereby completing the locking,

The locking member 701 is generally provided as a reset locking pin of which an outside is wrapped with a spring for reciprocating movement of the locking member 701 within the locking slot 707. When the locking member 701 is fully extended, the push switch 702 is unlocked. When the locking member 701 cannot be displaced, the push switch 702 is locked.

The push switch is a common push switch in the market, which includes a throughput member 704, a hook 705 and a body 706. After being pressed by the push switch 702, the throughput member 704 is connected with the hook 705 for locking. The body 706 is provided with a locking member. When the locking member 701 is blocked by the locking slot 707 and cannot be displaced, the throughput member 704 is pressed against, cannot be moved or can slightly displace to realize the locking. In the unlocked state, the locking member 701 can follow the displacement of the push switch 702, and then the throughput member 704 can move to realize the locking.

When the case 1 is rotated so that the pressing mechanism 7 corresponds to the notch 403 of the disc, the case 1 is in an initial position; and when the case 1 is in the initial position, a lower portion of the front cover 101 is hinged with a lower portion of the rear cover 102, and upper portions are fixed by the pressing mechanism 7.

The disc includes a disc body and the notch 403 which is cut out from the disc in a tangential direction, the notch 403 has a height greater than that of the locking slot 707.

A slope 404 is provided at a position where the disc body is connected with the notch 403, and the slope 404 has a disc center inclined toward the connection of the notch 403. The slope 404 is formed by cutting a disc, and its end portion forms an inclined surface, which becomes thinner from the center of a circle, so that the inserting of the pressing mechanism can be easily realized, and the disc can be easily moved in the locking slot 707 when the case is rotated, and it is not easy to get stuck.

The fixing mechanism includes a rotating mechanism and a locking mechanism. The rotating mechanism includes a rotating member 6 and a connecting member 4 which is engaged with the retaining ring 2 provided on the case 1. The connecting member 4 is rotatably arranged with the rotating member 6. When the connecting member 4 is connected with the retaining ring 2, the concave portion provided in the connecting member 4 is engaged and locked with a protrusion 301 of the convex ring 3.

A rotating shaft is used to connect the connecting member 4 and the case 1 respectively, so that a rotating adjustment of the case 1 can be conveniently realized, and the concave portion of the connecting member 4 can be conveniently locked in a manner of cooperating with the convex ring 3. The convex ring 3 and the retaining ring 2 are separately arranged so that the service life can be effectively improved.

The convex ring 3 includes a ring portion and the protrusion 301. The ring portion is clamped in the retaining ring 2. The retaining ring 2 is provided with an opening 201, and the protrusion 301 protrudes from the opening 201.

The connecting member 4 is configured as a disc, and a recess 401 is provided inside the disc, and the concave portion is provided on an inner wall of the recess 401, and the recess 401 is matched with the retaining ring 2.

Regarding the design of the ring portion and the protrusion 301 of the convex ring 3, when the connecting member 4 rotates, the protrusion 301 is pressed after the protrusion 301 disengages from a groove 402 of the disc, and the protrusion 301 can press the ring portion to deform, so that the protrusion 301 is retracted into the retaining ring 2 to avoid hard friction deformation, which will cause damage to the protrusion 301 and reduce its service life.

There are four concave portions provided on an inner wall of the recess 401. At least two concave portions are arranged, which can be distributed at 90°. The four concave portions can be arranged at 90° one by one, or other arrangement forms can be used to fix the angle. It is also possible to provide a plurality of concave portions or fewer to control the position of the locking so that the direction of the case 1 can be variably adjusted.

The concave portion is configured as a groove 402 along a depth direction of the recess 401. The design of the groove 402 can greatly facilitate the installation, and the matching is simpler and not easy to be detached, and the processing is more convenient.

A bracket 202 is provided in the retaining ring 2, and a distance between the bracket 202 and the opening 201 is corresponding to a diameter of the ring portion, the ring portion is fixed in the retaining ring 2, and the protrusion 301 protrudes from the opening 201.

The bracket 202 is used for fixing the ring portion, and an inner ring of the retaining ring 2 forms a limit, and a positioning of the convex ring 3 is released, resulting in locking failure.

The retaining ring 2 is fixedly connected with the case 1, the retaining ring 2 is provided with a hole 203, the rotating member 6 is connected with the hole 203 through the connecting member 4 in turn to position the connecting member 4 and the case 1. The rotating member 6 is configured as a pin or a bolt 204, which passes through the connecting member 4 and is screw-engaged with the hole 203, so that the case 1 can rotate along the rotating shaft without falling off.

The retaining ring 2 is fixedly connected with the case 1 by the bolt 204. The retaining ring 2 is detachably connected with the case 1, which facilitates replacement and reduces the processing difficulty of the rear cover of the case 1.

The case 1 includes a front cover and a rear cover, the front cover is provided with a film, a middle portion of the rear cover is provided with a placing portion for an electronic device which includes an elastic component and a mounting plate. The electronic device is placed on the mounting plate. When the front cover and the rear cover are closed, the elastic component pushes the electronic device to contact with the film of the front cover.

A clamping member 5 is connected to an outside of the connecting member 4. The clamping member 5 cooperates with a clamping sleeve provided on a wall to fix the case 1 to the wall. The clamping member 5 and the connecting member 4 are fixed together by the bolt 204.

The clamping member 5 is also provided with a telescopic frame for telescopic adjustment of a distance of the case 1 from the wall.

The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure. It should be noted that for those skilled in the art, several improvements and touches may be made without departing from the principles of the present disclosure. These improvements and touches should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present disclosure.
