A drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening comprises a storage basket body, which comprises a side frame and a bottom plate arranged at the bottom of the side frame, the side frame and the bottom plate are of an integrated structure or a split structure; at least one side of the side frame is provided with a push-pull opening, the upper parts of the side frame and the push-pull opening are provided with protective covered edges; both sides of the push-pull opening are provided with sliding parts. CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims the benefit and priority of Chinese patent application No. 202220115384.1, filed on Jan. 17, 2022, disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application belongs to the technical field of daily necessities, and in particular relates to a drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening.

BACKGROUND

The storage basket is widely used in the home, office, and leisure places, which is used to store articles, especially for placing office supplies and household goods and the like.

When using the storage baskets, they are generally used individually, with articles stored inside; when there are too many storage baskets in the room and the space is not enough, there is a requirement for multiple storage baskets to be stacked, in this way, the requirements of having a larger holding space for more articles and reducing the area and volume occupied can be met.

An existing stacked hand-push storage basket can solve the problem that the storage baskets need to be stacked well, however, for placing or taking out the articles conveniently, the distance between the storage baskets in the stacked hand-push storage basket is generally large, and due to low height, the storage basket cannot store more articles, and the space utilization is low; the storage and taking are inconvenient due to fixed connection between the storage basket and the support. Meanwhile, the storage baskets are open and not closed enough, thus the articles are easy to fall off or are stained with more dust during storage.

SUMMARY

The purpose of the present application is to provide a drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening to overcome the defects in the prior art. The storage basket is slidably connected to a support to facilitate the storage of articles, and the height of a side frame of the storage basket is increased, which enables the storage basket to store more articles, thus the space utilization is improved; and meanwhile, the distance between storage baskets is reduced to make the storage basket reach a relatively sealed state, thus the drawer type storage basket can effectively reduce the entry of the dust.

To achieve the objective, the present application provides a drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening, which comprises a storage basket body, the storage basket body comprises a side frame and a bottom plate arranged at the bottom of the side frame, the side frame and the bottom plate are of an integrated structure or a split structure; at least one side of the side frame is provided with a push-pull opening, that is convenient for the hand to push and pull, and the upper parts of the side frame and the push-pull opening are provided with protective covered edges for preventing the sharp parts at the upper sides of the side frame and the push-pull opening from injuring people; and both sides of the push-pull opening are provided with sliding parts for sliding.

As preferred, the bottom plate is configured to be a rectangular, square, circular, fan-shaped, or oval metal plate, wood plate or metal mesh plate; the side frame is formed by bending at least one sheet-shaped metal plate or metal mesh plate, the joints of the side frames are welded or pressed riveted to make the side frame form an annular shape, and the bottom plate and the side frame are connected together by welding or pressing riveting. The above-mentioned split structure can be produced in batch, is simple and convenient in process, low in cost, high in yield, and is the most easily achieved mode.

As preferred, the side frame and the bottom plate are formed by single-pass drawing or punching of a sheet-shaped metal plate or metal mesh plate. Therefore, no welding is required, thus the side frame and the bottom plate are environmentally friendly.

As preferred, the protective covered edge is an arc-shaped or square curled part curled and formed at the top of the side frame. In this way, the manufacturing of the protective covered edge is convenient, simple, low in cost, mature in technology, and is the easiest achieved one; and meanwhile, the providing of the arc-shaped or square curled part can enhance the structural strength of the protective covered edge and obviously improve the bearing capacity of the storage basket body, thus achieving the purpose of placing more and heavier articles.

As preferred, the protective covered edge is a C-shaped strip, a V-shaped strip, a V-shaped strip with an outward folded edge on at least one side, a V-shaped strip with an arc-shaped curled part on at least one side, and a V-shaped strip with a square curved part on at least one side. If the side frame is a metal mesh plate, the upper part of each of the side frame and the push-pull opening needs to be sleeved with one protective covered edge to prevent the sharp parts at the upper sides of the side frame and the push-pull opening from injuring people.

As preferred, the sliding part is configured to be the protective covered edge, or the sliding part is configured to be a ball guide rail; or the sliding part is configured to be a U-shaped sliding part which is welded to the side frame and formed by bending linear steel or flat steel, or the sliding part is configured to be an L-shaped sliding part which is welded to the side frame and formed by bending the metal plate.

As preferred, an end part of the U-shaped sliding part is bent inwards or bent outwards or bent upwards or bent downwards to enhance the structural strength of the U-shaped sliding part and to improve the bearing capacity of the storage basket body, thus achieving the purpose of placing more and heavier articles.

As preferred, the bottom of the side frame is provided with an L-shaped or Z-shaped inner folded edge which is bent inwards, and the bottom plate is fixedly arranged on the inner folded edge. By providing the L-shaped or Z-shaped inner folded edge, the bottom plate can be welded or pressed to the bottom of the side frame conveniently, thus the machining is simpler and more convenient, and the structural strength and the bearing capacity of the storage basket body are improved at the same time.

As preferred, the side frame is obliquely arranged, and a top inner frame of the side frame is greater than a bottom inner frame of the side frame, thus the storage basket body is of a tapered structure, the stacking among the plurality of storage basket bodies can be achieved to make the stacking more convenient, the spaced occupied by storage is reduced, and manufacturing and transportation are convenient.

As preferred, a plurality of drawn or punched meshes are formed in the metal mesh plate, the meshes are configured to be diamond, rectangular, square, circular, or fan-shaped; and in the way of forming the meshes, the weight of the storage basket body is reduced, the material is saved, the cost is reduced, and better economic benefit is achieved.

Compared with the prior art, the present application has the beneficial effects that:

1. the drawer type storage basket is provided, a storage basket body thereof comprises a side frame and a bottom plate arranged at the bottom of the side frame; the side frame and the bottom plate are of an integrated structure or a split structure; at least one side of the side frame is provided with a push-pull opening, that is convenient for the hand to push and pull and convenient for the hand to push and pull the storage basket body; and meanwhile, both sides of the push-pull opening are provided with sliding parts for sliding; the storage basket body is slidably connected to a support through the sliding parts to facilitate the pull-out and push-in of the storage basket body, and the storage basket body can store more articles, and the space utilization is improved; the height of the side frame can also be improved to reduce the space interval between the storage basket bodies, thus the storage space is further increased, and the storage basket body reaches a relatively sealed state to effectively reduce the entry of the dust.

2. The upper parts of the side frame and the push-pull opening are provided with protective covered edges for preventing the sharp parts at the upper sides of the side frame and the push-pull opening for injuring people to make the upper parts of the side frame and the push-pull opening more smooth, thus facilitating the contact of the hand and improving the sense of touch of the hand, and further facilitating the pull-out and push-in of the storage basket body, preventing the hand of a user from being injured, and reducing hidden danger.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The following clearly and completely describes the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely a part rather than all of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present application without creative efforts shall fall within the scope of protection of the present application.

Embodiment I

Please referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, a drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening is provided by an embodiment I of the present application.

As shown in FIG. 1, the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening comprises a storage basket body 5, the storage basket body 5 comprises a side frame 1 and a bottom plate 2 arranged at the bottom of the side frame 1; in this embodiment, the side frame 1 and the bottom plate 2 are of a split structure; in other embodiments, the side frame 1 and the bottom plate 2 may be of an integrated structure, and at least one side of the side frame 1 is provided with a push-pull opening 3 that is convenient for the hand to push and pull; in this embodiment, both sides of the side frame 1 are provided with push-pull openings 3 that are convenient for the hand to push and pull; specifically, in this embodiment, the push-pull opening 3 is inverted trapezoidal; and in other embodiments, the push-pull opening 3 may be square or rectangular.

As shown in FIG. 1, the providing of the push-pull opening 3 is convenient for the hand to push and pull the storage basket body 5 and convenient for the operation; and meanwhile, both sides of the push-pull opening 3 are provided with sliding parts 7 for sliding; in this embodiment, the sliding part 7 is a U-shaped sliding part which is welded to the side frame 1 and is formed by bending linear steel or flat steel, and the end part of the U-shaped sliding part is bent inwards. Specifically, the end part of the U-shaped sliding part is bent inwards to increase the structural strength of the U-shaped sliding part and to improve the bearing capacity of the storage basket body 5, thus achieving the purpose of placing more and heavier articles; in other embodiments, an end part of the U-shaped sliding part can be directly welded to the slide frame 1 rather than bending, and moreover, the end part of the U-shaped sliding part can also be bent outwards or bent inwards or bent upwards or bent downwards.

As shown in FIG. 2, both sides of the storage basket body 5 can be provided with a support 6, the support 6 is used for supporting the storage basket body 5; further, the support 6 is correspondingly provided with at least one group of sliding rails 61, the sliding rail 61 may be a U-shaped sliding rail arranged at the side, or may be a simple bearing plate or bearing plane; the front end or the tail end of the U-shaped sliding rail is provided with a dowel 62, or the front end and the tail end of the U-shaped sliding rail are both provided with dowels 62; furthermore, the U-shaped sliding part may be inserted into the U-shaped sliding rail and slides along the U-shaped sliding rail; the dowel 62 may bear against the U-shaped sliding part at the tail end to effectively prevent the U-shaped sliding part from sliding out of the U-shaped sliding rail; when articles need to be placed in or taken out of the storage basket body 5, the push-pull opening 3 is held by the hand to be pulled outwards, after the articles are placed in, the push-pull opening is pushed inwards, thus making the storage basket body 5 store more articles, and improving the space utilization; the height of the side frame 1 can further be increased to reduce the space interval between the storage basket bodies 5, the storage space is further improved, and the storage basket body 5 reaches a relatively sealed state to effectively reduce the entry of the dust.

Further, the storage basket body 5 may only be provided with one push-pull opening 3 that is convenient for the hand to push and pull, in this case, the storage basket body 5 can be assembled in one direction and is divided into a front face and a back face, and at the moment, the push-pull opening 3 can only be formed in the front face. The storage basket body 5 may also be provided with two push-pull openings 3 that are convenient for the hand to push and pull, in this case, the storage basket body 5 can be assembled in two directions, there is no difference about the front face and the back face, and the front face and the back face are both provided with the push-pull openings 3.

Furthermore, the storage basket body 5 may be slidably or fixedly connected to the support to be a fixed storage basket or a drawer type storage basket, or may be directly used independently.

During independent use, the sliding parts 7 at both sides of the storage basket body 5 may be components made of wood or plastic, and meanwhile, the sliding part 7 may also be used as a handle, and may also be used for connecting or stacking more storage basket bodies 5; a sliding part 7 of one of the two adjacent storage basket bodies 5 is fixed to the side frame 1 of another storage basket body 5 by bolts, thereby stacking the plurality of storage basket bodies 5 for use.

As shown in FIG. 1, the upper parts of the side frame 1 and the push-pull opening 3 are both provided with protective covered edges 4 for preventing the sharp parts at the upper sides of the side frame 1 and the push-pull opening 3 from injuring people; the providing of the protective covered edge 4 makes the upper parts of the side frame 1 and the push-pull opening 3 more smooth, thus facilitating the contact of the hand and improving the sense of touch of the hand, further facilitating the pull-out and push-in of the storage basket body 5, preventing the hand of a user from being injured, and reducing hidden danger.

As shown in FIG. 3, in this embodiment, the protective covered edge 4 is an arc-shaped or square curled part 9 curled and formed at the top of the side frame 1. In this way, the manufacturing of the protective covered edge 4 is convenient and simple, low in cost, and is the easiest achieved one. However, there is a certain limitation, that is, the side frame 1 must be made of a sheet-shaped metal plate; if the side frame 1 is a metal mesh plate, the upper parts of the side frame 1 and the push-pull opening 3 need to be each sleeved with a protective covered edge 4 to prevent the sharp parts at the upper sides of the side frame 1 and the push-pull opening 3 from injuring people. Therefore, in other embodiments, the protective covered edge 4 is a C-shaped strip, a V-shaped strip, a V-shaped strip with an outward folded edge on at least one side, a V-shaped strip with an arc-shaped curled part on at least one side, or a V-shaped strip with a square curled part on at least one side. The providing of the curled part 9 can enhance the structural strength of the protective covered edge 4 and obviously improve the bearing capacity of the storage basket body 5, thus achieving the purpose of placing more and heavier articles.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, if the protective covered edge 4 is a sliding part 7, i.e., the curled part 9 is inserted into a sliding rail 61 as a sliding moving part to make the storage basket body 5 moves.

As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the bottom plate 2 is a rectangular or square metal mesh plate; in other embodiments, the bottom plate 2 may also be a rectangular, square, circular, fan-shaped, or oval metal plate, metal mesh plate or wood plate. Further, in this embodiment, the side frame 1 is formed by bending at least one sheet-shaped metal plate, the joints of the side frame are welded or pressed riveted to make the side frame form an annular shape, and the bottom plate 2 and the side frame 1 are connected together by welding; in other embodiments, the side frame 1 may also be formed by bending at least one sheet-shaped metal mesh plate, the joints of the side frame are welded or pressed riveted to make the side frame form an annular shape, and the bottom plate 2 and the side frame 1 are connected together by welding or pressed riveting.

Furthermore, a plurality of transverse or longitudinal reinforcing grooves may be formed in the bottom plate 2.

As shown in FIG. 1, the metal mesh plate may be an drawn metal mesh plate or a metal woven mesh; the drawn metal mesh plate or the metal woven mesh is provided with a plurality of drawn or punched meshes, the meshes are diamond or other polygonal, specifically, the metal mesh plate is made of metal, such as stainless steel, iron and other materials. A plurality of evenly distributed meshes are formed in the metal mesh plate, and each mesh penetrates through the metal mesh plate. Preferably, the meshes in this embodiment are diamond. Certainly, in accordance with actual needs, the meshes may also be rectangular, square, circular, fan-shaped, hexagonal and the like, which is not limited to the embodiment.

In other embodiments, the side frame 1 and the bottom plate 2 may also be of an integrated structure, and the side frame 1 and the bottom plate 2 are formed by single-pass drawing or punching of the sheet-shaped metal plate or metal mesh.

As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the sliding part 7 is a U-shaped sliding part which is welded to the side frame 1 and formed by bending linear steel or flat steel; in other embodiments, the sliding part 7 may also be an L-shaped sliding part which is welded or riveted to the side frame 1 and formed by bending a metal plate; further, in a case of inconveniently to weld on the side frame 1, for example, when the side frame 1 is a metal mesh plate, the sliding part 7 may be used as the protective covered edge 4, or the sliding part is a ball guide rail.

As shown in FIG. 1, the bottom plate 2 is fixedly arranged on the inner folded edge 11, specifically, the bottom plate 2 may be fixedly connected to the inner folded edge 11 in a mode of welding, riveting, or compressing; further, through the arrangement of the L-shaped or Z-shaped inner folded edge 1, the bottom plate 2 can be welded or compressed to the bottom of the side frame 1 conveniently, thus making the machining more simpler and convenient as well as effectively improving the structural strength and bearing capacity of the storage basket body 5.

As shown in FIG. 1, the side frame 1 may also be obliquely arranged, specifically, a top inner frame of the side frame 1 is greater than a bottom inner frame to make the storage basket body 5 be of a tapered structure. Therefore, the stacking among a plurality of storage basket bodies 5 is achieved, the stacking is more convenient, the space occupied by storage is reduced, and the manufacturing and transportation are convenient.

The side frame 1 may also be vertically arranged.

Embodiment II

Please referring to FIG. 4, a drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening is provided in an embodiment II of the present application.

As shown in FIG. 4, the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment II is mostly of same structure as the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment I, the same will not be repeated, and the difference is as follows:

The sliding part 7 is a U-shaped sliding part which is welded to the side frame 1 and formed by bending the linear steel, and the end part of the U-shaped sliding part is bent outwards.

Embodiment III

Please referring to FIG. 5 to FIG. 9, a drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening is provided in an embodiment III of the present application.

As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment III is mostly of same structure as the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment I, the same will not be repeated, and the difference is as follows:

1. The sliding part 7 is a U-shaped sliding part which is welded to the side frame 1 and formed by bending the linear steel, and the end part of the U-shaped sliding part is bent outwards.

2. As shown in FIG. 6, the protective covered edge 4 is a V-shaped strip to prevent the sharp parts at the upper sides of the side frame 1 and the push-pull opening 3 from injuring people.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the sliding part 7 may also be a protective covered edge 4 with a V-shaped strip; the protective covered edge 4 comprises first side edges 41 at two sides and an arc-shaped connecting part for connecting the first side edges 41; the end part of the first side edge 41 is inserted into the sliding rail 61 as a sliding moving part and is in contact with the sliding rail 61 to make the storage basket body 5 slide.

As shown in FIG. 22, if the supporting strength of the protective covered edge 4 is not enough, the side frame 1 can be bent transversely, then the end part of the side frame 1 can be sleeved with the protective covered edge 4 with the V-shaped strip; and in other embodiments, above structure or idea may also be utilized.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7, the right end part of the first side edge 41 is provided with an arc-shaped curled part 9, the first side edge 41 is inserted into the sliding rail 61 and is in contact with the sliding rail 61; as shown in FIG. 8, the left end part of the first side edge 41 is provided with an arc-shaped curled part 9 which is inserted into the sliding rail 61 and is in contact with the sliding rail 61; as shown in FIG. 9, the both end parts of the first side edge 41 are provided with arc-shaped curled parts 9 which are inserted into the sliding rails 61 and are in contact with the sliding rails 61, and the curled part 9 may also be square. The providing of the curled part 9 enhances the structural strength of the protective covered edge 4 and obviously improves the bearing capacity of the storage basket body 5, thus more and heavier articles can be placed in the storage basket body.

Embodiment IV

Please referring to FIG. 10, a drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening is provided in the embodiment IV of the present application.

As shown in FIG. 10, the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment IV is mostly of same structure as the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment I, the same will not be repeated, and the difference is as follows:

The protective covered edge 4 is a V-shaped strip, please referring to FIG. 6, which can prevent the sharp parts at the upper sides of the side frame 1 and the push-pull opening 3 from injuring people.

Embodiment V

Please referring to FIG. 11, a drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening is provided in the embodiment V of the present application.

As shown in FIG. 11, the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment V is mostly of same structure as the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment I, the same will not be repeated, and the difference is as follows:

The sliding part 7 may be an L-shaped sliding part which is welded to the side frame 1 and formed by bending a metal plate, at least one hole for fixing the storage basket can be further formed in an outward-turning position of the L-shaped sliding part, and the providing of the L-shaped sliding part can further improve the structural strength and the bearing capacity of the storage basket body 5.

Embodiment VI

Please referring to FIG. 12, a drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening is provided in the embodiment VI of the present application.

As shown in FIG. 12, the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment VI is mostly of same structure as the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment I, the same will not be repeated, and the difference is as follows:

1. The protective covered edge 4 is V-shaped, as shown in FIG. 6, which can prevent the sharp parts at the upper sides of the side frame 1 and the push-pull opening 3 from injuring people.

2. The side frame 1 is a metal mesh plate, and the side frame 1 and the inner folded edge 11 may be integrally formed; the sliding part 7 is the protective covered edge 4, the protective covered edge 4, as a sliding part, plays a role in sliding and preventing the sharp parts at the upper sides of the side frame 1 and the push-pull opening 3 from injuring people.

3. The bottom of the side frame 1 is provided with an L-shaped or Z-shaped inner folded edge 11 which is bent inwards, and the inner folded edge 11 is a metal plate.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the sliding part 7 may also be the protective covered edge 4 with a V-shaped strip, a horizontal-extending part of the V-shaped strip is inserted into the sliding rail 61 as the sliding moving part to make the storage basket body 5 slides.

Embodiment VII

Please referring to FIG. 13 and FIG. 14, a drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening is provided in the embodiment VII of the present application.

As shown in FIG. 13 and FIG. 14, the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment VII is mostly of same structure as the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment I, the same will not be repeated, and the difference is as follows:

1. The side frame 1 and the bottom plate 2 are of an integrated structure, and the side frame 1 and the bottom plate 2 are formed by single-pass drawing or punching of the metal mesh.

2. The sliding part 7 is the protective covered edge 4, the protective covered edge 4, as a sliding part, plays a role in sliding and preventing the sharp parts at the upper sides of the side frame 1 and the push-pull opening 3 from injuring people.

3. As shown in FIG. 14, the protective covered edge 4 is a C-shaped strip, the metal mesh in horizontal extending is bent at the periphery of the side frame 1, the C-shaped strip wraps the horizontal-extending metal mesh, that is, the horizontal-extending metal mesh is inserted into the C-shaped strip.

Further, as shown in FIG. 14, both sides of the C-shaped strip are provided with curled parts 9, the curled part 9 is inserted into the sliding rail 61 as the sliding moving part and is in contact with the sliding rail 61 to make the storage basket body 5 slides.

Embodiment VIII

Please referring to FIG. 15 to FIG. 17, a drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening is provided in the embodiment VIII of the present application.

As shown in FIG. 15 and FIG. 16, the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment VIII is mostly of same structure as the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment I, the same will not be repeated, and the difference is as follows:

1. as shown in FIG. 16, the protective covered edge 4 is a V-shaped strip, the protective covered edge 4 comprises first side edges 41 at both sides and an arc-shaped connecting part for connecting the first side edges 41; the left side of the first side edge 41 is provided with an outward-extending folded edge 42; the folded edge 42 is inserted into the sliding rail 61 as a sliding moving part and is in contact with the sliding rail 61 to make the storage basket body 5 slides.

The folded edge 42 can enhance the strength of the storage basket body 5 and reinforce the connection of the storage basket body 5 with other storage basket bodies 5 or connectors.

Further, as shown in FIG. 17, the right end part of the first side edge 41 at the right side is provided with an arc-shaped curled part 9, and the curled part 9 may also be square; the providing of the curled part 9 increases the structural strength of the protective covered edge 4 and obviously improves the bearing capacity of the storage basket body 5, thus more and heavier articles can be placed in the storage basket.

Embodiment IX

Please referring to FIG. 18 to FIG. 21, a drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening is provided in the embodiment IX of the present application.

As shown in FIG. 18 to FIG. 21, the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment IX is mostly of same structure as the drawer type storage basket with the push-pull opening in accordance with the embodiment VIII, the same will not be repeated, and the difference is as follows:

1. As shown in FIG. 18 and FIG. 19, the protective covered edge 4 is a V-shaped strip; the protective covered edge 4 comprises first side edges 41 at both sides and an arc-shaped connecting part for connecting the first side edges 41; the right side of the first side edge 41 is provided with an outward-extending folded edge 42; the first side edge 41 at the left side may be inserted into the sliding rail 61 as a sliding moving part and is in contact with the sliding rail 61 to make the storage basket body 5 slides.

The providing of the outward-extending folded edge 42 at the right side effectively enhances the strength of the storage basket body 5, and a wood plate or glass or mesh laminate may also be placed on the inward-extending folded edge 42 which serves as a support for the wood plate or glass or mesh laminate.

Further, as shown in FIG. 20, the end part of the first side edge 41 at the left side 41 is provided with an arc-shaped curled part 9, the arc-shaped curled part 9 may be inserted into the sliding rail 61 as a sliding moving part and is in contact with the sliding rail 61 to make the storage basket body 5 slides.

The curled part 9 may also be square; the providing of the curled part 9 enhances the structural strength of the protective covered edge 4 and obviously improves the bearing capacity of the storage basket body 5, thus more and heavier articles can be placed in the storage basket body.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 21, the end part of the first side edge 41 at the left side is provided with an outward-extending folded edge 42, the folded edge 42 can be inserted into the sliding rail 61 as a sliding moving part and is in contact with the sliding rail 61 to make the storage basket body 5 slides.

The folded edge 42 can enhance the strength of the storage basket body 5 and reinforce the connection of the storage basket body and the other storage basket bodies 5 or connectors; the providing of the inward-extending folded edge can enhance the strength of the storage basket body 5, and a wood plate or glass or mesh laminate may also be placed on the inward-extending folded edge which serves as the bottom for supporting the basket at the upper layer when the baskets are stacked for use, and the inward-extending folded edge can also serve as a support for the wood plate or glass or mesh laminate.

The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, but the embodiments of the present application are not limited by the above embodiments. Any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, simplifications made without departing from the spirit and principle of the present application shall be equivalent substitutions and are included in the scope of protection of the present application.

Claims

1. A drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening, comprising a storage basket body (5), wherein the storage basket body (5) comprises a side frame (1) and a bottom plate (2) arranged at a bottom of the side frame (1); the side frame (1) and the bottom plate (2) are of an integrated structure or a split structure; at least one side of the side frame (1) is provided with a push-pull opening (3), that is convenient to push and pull; upper parts of the side frame (1) and the push-pull opening (3) are provided with protective covered edges (4) for preventing sharp part at the upper sides of the side frame (1) and the push-pull opening (3) from injuring people; wherein the drawer type storage basket further comprises sliding parts (7) for sliding provided at both sides of the push-pull opening (3), and the sliding parts (7) are welded to the side frame (1) wherein each said protective covered edge (4) is an arc-shaped or square curled part (9) curled and formed at the top of the side frame (1).

2. The drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening as recited in claim 1, wherein the bottom plate (2) is configured to be a rectangular, square, circular, fan-shaped or oval metal plate, wood plate or metal mesh plate; the side frame (1) is formed by bending at least one sheet-shaped metal plate or metal mesh plate, joints of the side frames are welded or press riveted to make the side frame form an annular shape, wherein the bottom plate (2) and the side frame (1) are connected together by welding or press riveting.

3. The drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening as recited in claim 1, wherein the side frame (1) and the bottom plate (2) are formed by single-pass drawing or punching of a sheet-shaped metal plate or metal mesh.

The drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening as recited in claim 1, wherein each said protective covered edge (4) is a C-shaped strip, a V-shaped strip, a V-shaped strip with an outward folded edge on at least one side, a V-shaped strip with an arc-shaped curled part on at least one side, or a V-shaped strip with a square curved part on at least one side.

6. The drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening as recited in claim 1, wherein

each side sliding part (7) is configured to be a ball guide rail; or
each side sliding part (7) is configured to be a U-shaped sliding part which is welded to the side frame (1) and formed by bending linear steel or flat steel, wherein an end part of the U-shaped sliding part is bent inwards or bent outwards or bent upwards or bent downwards; or
each side sliding part (7) is configured to be an L-shaped sliding part which is welded to the side frame (1) and formed by bending a metal plate.

8. The drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening as recited in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the side frame (1) is provided with an L-shaped or Z-shaped inner folded edge (11) which is bent inwards, and the bottom plate (2) is fixedly arranged on the inner folded edge (11).

9. The drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening as recited in claim 1, wherein the side frame (1) is obliquely arranged, and a top inner frame of the side frame (1) is greater than a bottom inner frame of the side frame.

10. The drawer type storage basket with a push-pull opening as recited in claim 2, wherein a plurality of drawn or punched meshes are formed in the metal mesh plate, and the meshes are configured to be diamond-shaped, rectangular, square, circular, or fan-shaped.
